One of the most challenging issues when robots interact with the environment is to establish contact quickly and avoid high impact force at the same time. The proposed method implements the passive suspension system using the redundancy of the torque-controlled robot. Instead of utilizing the actual mechanical compliance, the distal joints near the end-effector are controlled to act as a virtual spring-damper system with low feedback gains. The proximal joints are precisely controlled to push the mid-link, which is defined as the boundary link between the proximal and distal joints, towards the environment with high feedback gains. Compared to the active compliance methods, the contact force measurements or estimates are not required for contact establishment and the control time delay problems do not occur correspondingly. The proposed method was applied to the landing foot control of the 12-DoF biped robot DYROS-RED in the simulations. In the results, the impact force during landing was significantly reduced at the same collision speed.
This paper investigates patterns of manner assimilation in Toba Batak, Sanskrit, Ponapean and Korean. Based on cross-linguistic patterns of manner assimilation, I develop the constraint, Syllable Contact (SyllCon), as a type of a markedness constraint in Correspondence Theory. With the establishment of high-ranking SyllCon, I argue that several patterns of manner assimilation result from the interaction of high-ranking SyllCon and correspondence constraints such as Ident[sonorant].

This paper deals wi th the establishment of the method of non-contact surface roughness measurement by developed system. One of the most Important factor of determinating quality of a produced manufacture is surface roughness The tendency of manufacturing method is changing from small amount manufactures / high-volume production to large amount manufactures / low volume production, and the study of reducing time for surface roughness measurement has been actively investigated The non-contact surface roughness method by using laser which is different from contact method has been only used to the polished surface, so new surface roughness measurement method was adopted by virtue of Fraunhofer diffraction in the periodic surface for on-the-machine. in this paper, we establish the method of non-contact surface roughness measurement which can reduce measuring time in the periodic surface
This study was focused on the transducer and suitable contact material for stone cultural heritage, and the correlation of direct-indirect method in rock types for scientific development and quantitative evaluation technique of the ultrasonic measurements. As a result, it was identified the transducer (UTREXTX(RX)54kHz) and contact material (rubber clay) of the type 3 were appropriate for the ultrasonic measurements of stone cultural heritage. The direct-indirect correction factors of type 3 were calculated 1.50 for granite, 1.38 for gabbro, 1.58 for quartz diorite, respectively. This result is the first study for improvement in reliability for the ultrasonic measurements, and it will contribute to establishment of the ultrasonic survey method for stone cultural heritage. Also, complementary studies considering the surface irregularity of rocks and various contact materials will carry out, and the database about correlation of direct-indirect in rock types will establish.
Customers expect to make a long-term relationship with customers more efficiently, marketing developed gradually. With the help of Internet of Telecommunication, communication with customers and the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. Recently customers expect more and more personal contact with companies. CRM system called personal marketing and personalization can be a powerful tool for customer acquisition and support. This paper studied a brief introduction to the CRM system and go into the problems that should be considered which phase to emphasize what Enterprise Establishment evolvement.

Nowaday special attention is being paid to the conservation of all species or ecosystmes of sites for public projects. Many environmental conservation policies and projects in Japan emphasize the coexistence of man with nature and close contact with nature. The objectives of this study was to investigate policies and projects for the creation of areas for the close contact with nature in Japan, to characterize change of techniques for the space creation over times, and to classify those policies and projects implemented by many government agencies. This study was mainly carried out by literature survey of laws, policies and projects related to environmental conservation pertinent to national scale. Major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, two most significant turning points for the environmental conservation in Japan were the establishment of the Office of Environmental in 1971 and the enactment of many laws influenced by the awareness of global environmental problems since 1990. Second, polices and projects for the creation of areas for the close contact with nature started in 1960s by the Office of Forestry, and focused on planting and development of simple facilities in forests. And the conservation of natural environment, ecological restoration and the expansion of urban green spaces, and the creation of biotopes and other areas for the close contact with nature in urban areas were the major characteristics of environmental conservation in Japan during 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, respectively.

A lot of works have been dedicated to clarify the reasons why the establishment of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) from pig is more difficult than that from mouse and human. Several concomitant factors such as culture condition including feeder layer, sensitivity of cell to cell contact, definitive markers of pluripotency for evaluation of the validity and optimal timing of derivation have been suggested as the disturbing factors in the establishment of porcine ESCs Traditionally, attempts to derive stem cells from porcine embryos have depend on protocols established for mouse ESCs using inner cell mass (ICM) for the isolation and culture. And more recently, protocols used for primate ESCs were also applied. However, there is no report for the establishment of porcine ESCs. Indeed, ungulate species including pigs have crucial developmental differences unlike rodents and primates. Here we will review recent studies about issues for establishment of porcine ESCs and discuss the promise and strategies focusing on the timing for derivation and pluripotent state of porcine ESCs.

In order to solve the problem of the existing gate it developed the solar energy gate. The solar energy gate quotient a friction force from the area contact which will call improved with line contact and it diminished. Because of the result, The operation power of the gate came to be small and the small-sized of the motor was possible. From the small-sized of the motor, the solar energy system introduction was possible and the expense for the production establishment of the gate was diminished. From KRC in 2005 demonstration it establishes the solar energy gate in nationwide 50 places and characteristic the monitoring efficiently.

Metalworking fluids (MWFs) are fluids used during machining and grinding to prolong the lift of the tool, carry away debris, and protect the surfaces of work pieces. These fluids reduce friction between the cutting tool and the work surface. reduce wear and galling, protect surface characteristics, reduce surface adhesion or welding and carry away generated heat. Workers can be exposed to MWFs by inhaling aerosols (mists) and by skin contact with the fluid. Skin contact occurs by dipping the hands into the fluid, splashes, or handling workpieces coated with the fluids. The amount of mist generated (and the resulting level of exposure) depends on many factors. To reduce the environmental pollution wastes and the potential health risks associated with occupational exposures to MWFs, it is required to establish optimum MWFs supply method and condition with minimum quantity in all over the mechanical machining field including high-speed type heavy cutting process.
Rrecently, companies have made great efforts to satisfy various needs and heightened expectations of customers, and the importance of customer center as customer contact department for customer relationship management is increasing. In the knowledge ecosystem, corporate customer centers are emerging as a new alternative to acquiring corporate competitiveness by increasing sales and increasing market share by improving marketing support activities and customer relationship management at customer contact points. As a result, the interest in the customer center has increased rapidly because it provides the opportunity to contact with the customer. In addition, in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the customer center, which is a collection of information and communication technologies, has a big databased voice recognition technology to elaborate customer service, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to marketing through continuous interaction with customers. Of course, we have the opportunity to transform into the frontline business intelligence front for customer knowledge. This study is a comparative case study on how the customer center of K Life Insurance that takes the lead in the customer center industry has successfully renewed and established their key information systems to improve customer services and reinforce marketing support competencies. Based on the above, this study will present factors affecting successful implementation and settlement of the customer service information systems of customer centers by independently analyzing two individual cases.
