Cutoff Values for Diagnosing Hepatic Steatosis Using Contemporary MRI-Proton Density Fat Fraction Measuring Methods

  • Objective: To propose standardized MRI-proton density fat fraction (PDFF) cutoff values for diagnosing hepatic steatosis, evaluated using contemporary PDFF measuring methods in a large population of healthy adults, using histologic fat fraction (HFF) as the reference standard. Materials and Methods: A retrospective search of electronic medical records between 2015 and 2018 identified 1063 adult donor candidates for liver transplantation who had undergone liver MRI and liver biopsy within a 7-day interval. Patients with a history of liver disease or significant alcohol consumption were excluded. Chemical shift imaging-based MRI (CS-MRI) PDFF and high-speed T2-corrected multi-echo MR spectroscopy (HISTO-MRS) PDFF data were obtained. By temporal splitting, the total population was divided into development and validation sets. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was performed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of the MRI-PDFF method. Two cutoff values with sensitivity > 90% and specificity > 90% were selected to rule-out and rule-in, respectively, hepatic steatosis with reference to HFF ≥ 5% in the development set. The diagnostic performance was assessed using the validation set. Results: Of 921 final participants (624 male; mean age ± standard deviation, 31.5 ± 9.0 years), the development and validation sets comprised 497 and 424 patients, respectively. In the development set, the areas under the ROC curve for diagnosing hepatic steatosis were 0.920 for CS-MRI-PDFF and 0.915 for HISTO-MRS-PDFF. For ruling-out hepatic steatosis, the CS-MRI-PDFF cutoff was 2.3% (sensitivity, 92.4%; specificity, 63.0%) and the HISTO-MRI-PDFF cutoff was 2.6% (sensitivity, 88.8%; specificity, 70.1%). For ruling-in hepatic steatosis, the CS-MRI-PDFF cutoff was 3.5% (sensitivity, 73.5%; specificity, 88.6%) and the HISTO-MRI-PDFF cutoff was 4.0% (sensitivity, 74.7%; specificity, 90.6%). Conclusion: In a large population of healthy adults, our study suggests diagnostic thresholds for ruling-out and ruling-in hepatic steatosis defined as HFF ≥ 5% by contemporary PDFF measurement methods.

Simulation analysis and evaluation of decontamination effect of different abrasive jet process parameters on radioactively contaminated metal

  • A new method of numerical simulating prediction and decontamination effect evaluation for abrasive jet decontamination to radioactively contaminated metal is proposed. Based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics and Discrete Element Model (CFD-DEM) coupled simulation model, the motion patterns and distribution of abrasives can be predicted, and the decontamination effect can be evaluated by image processing and recognition technology. The impact of three key parameters (impact distance, inlet pressure, abrasive mass flow rate) on the decontamination effect is revealed. Moreover, here are experiments of reliability verification to decontamination effect and numerical simulation methods that has been conducted. The results show that: 60Co and other homogeneous solid solution radioactive pollutants can be removed by abrasive jet, and the average removal rate of Co exceeds 80%. It is reliable for the proposed numerical simulation and evaluation method because of the well goodness of fit between predicted value and actual values: The predicted values and actual values of the abrasive distribution diameter are Ф57 and Ф55; the total coverage rate is 26.42% and 23.50%; the average impact velocity is 81.73 m/s and 78.00 m/s. Further analysis shows that the impact distance has a significant impact on the distribution of abrasive particles on the target surface, the coverage rate of the core area increases at first, and then decreases with the increase of the impact distance of the nozzle, which reach a maximum of 14.44% at 300 mm. It is recommended to set the impact distance around 300 mm, because at this time the core area coverage of the abrasive is the largest and the impact velocity is stable at the highest speed of 81.94 m/s. The impact of the nozzle inlet pressure on the decontamination effect mainly affects the impact kinetic energy of the abrasive and has little impact on the distribution. The greater the inlet pressure, the greater the impact kinetic energy, and the stronger the decontamination ability of the abrasive. But in return, the energy consumption is higher, too. For the decontamination of radioactively contaminated metals, it is recommended to set the inlet pressure of the nozzle at around 0.6 MPa. Because most of the Co elements can be removed under this pressure. Increasing the mass and flow of abrasives appropriately can enhance the decontamination effectiveness. The total mass of abrasives per unit decontamination area is suggested to be 50 g because the core area coverage rate of the abrasive is relatively large under this condition; and the nozzle wear extent is acceptable.

논벼 장.단간품종의 증발산제계수와 건물량과의 관계에 대한 연구(I) (Studies on Relations between Various Coeffcients of Evapo-Transpiration and Quantities of Dry Matters for Tall-and Short Statured Varieties of Paddy Rice)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to disclose some characteristics of water consumption in relation to the quantities of dry matters through the growing period for two statured varieties of paddy rice which are a tall statured variety and a short one, including the water consumption during seedling period, and to find out the various coefficients of evapotranspiration that are applicable for the water use of an expected yield of the two varieties. PAL-TAL, a tall statured variety, and TONG-lL, a short statured variety were chosen for this investigation. Experiments were performed in two consecutive periods, a seedling period and a paddy field period, In the investigation of seedling period, rectangular galvanized iron evapotranspirometers (91cm${\times}$85cm${\times}$65cm) were set up in a way of two levels (PAL-TAL and TONG-lL varieties) with two replications. A standard fertilization method was applied to all plots. In the experiment of paddy field period, evapotanspiration and evaporation were measured separately. For PAL-TAL variety, the evapotranspiration measurements of 43 plots of rectangular galvanized iron evapotranspirometer (91cm${\times}$85cm${\times}$65cm) and the evaporation measurements of 25 plots of rectangular galvanized iron evaporimeter (91cm${\times}$85cm${\times}$15cm) have been taken for seven years (1966 through 1972), and for TONG-IL variety, the evapotranspiration measurements of 19 plots and the evaporation measurements of 12 plots have been collected for two years (1971 through 1972) with five different fertilization levels. The results obtained from this investigation are summarized as follows: 1. Seedling period 1) The pan evaporation and evapotranspiration during seedling period were proved to have a highly significant correlation to solar radiation, sun shine hours and relative humidity. But they had no significant correlation to average temperature, wind velocity and atmospheric pressure, and were appeared to be negatively correlative to average temperature and wind velocity, and positively correlative to the atmospheric pressure, in a certain period. There was the highest significant correlation between the evapotranspiration and the pan evaporation, beyond all other meteorological factors considered. 2) The evapotranpiration and its coefficient for PAL-TAL variety were 194.5mm and 0.94∼1.21(1.05 in average) respectively, while those for TONG-lL variety were 182.8mm and 0.90∼1.10(0.99 in average) respectively. This indicates that the evapotranspiration for TONG-IL variety was 6.2% less than that for PAL-TAL variety during a seedling period. 3) The evapotranspiration ratio (the ratio of the evapotranspiration to the weight of dry matters) during the seedling period was 599 in average for PAL-TAL variety and 643 for TONG-IL variety. Therefore the ratio for TONG-IL was larger by 44 than that for PAL-TAL variety. 4) The K-values of Blaney and Criddle formula for PAL-TAL variety were 0.78∼1.06 (0.92 in average) and for TONG-lL variety 0.75∼0.97 (0.86 in average). 5) The evapotranspiration coefficient and the K-value of B1aney and Criddle formular for both PAL-TAL and TONG-lL varieties showed a tendency to be increasing, but the evapotranspiration ratio decreasing, with the increase in the weight of dry matters. 2. Paddy field period 1) Correlation between the pan evaporation and the meteorological factors and that between the evapotranspiration and the meteorological factors during paddy field period were almost same as that in case of the seedling period (Ref. to table IV-4 and table IV-5). 2) The plant height, in the same level of the weight of dry matters, for PAL-TAL variety was much larger than that for TONG-IL variety, and also the number of tillers per hill for PAL-TAL variety showed a trend to be larger than that for TONG-IL variety from about 40 days after transplanting. 3) Although there was a tendency that peak of leaf-area-index for TONG-IL variety was a little retarded than that for PAL-TAL variety, it appeared about 60∼80 days after transplanting. The peaks of the evapotranspiration coefficient and the weight of dry matters at each growth stage were overlapped at about the same time and especially in the later stage of growth, the leaf-area-index, the evapotranspiration coefficient and the weight of dry matters for TONG-IL variety showed a tendency to be larger then those for PAL-TAL variety. 4) The evaporation coefficient at each growth stage for TONG-IL and PAL-TALvarieties was decreased and increased with the increase and decrease in the leaf-area-index, and the evaporation coefficient of TONG-IL variety had a little larger value than that of PAL-TAL variety. 5) Meteorological factors (especially pan evaporation) had a considerable influence to the evapotranspiration, the evaporation and the transpiration. Under the same meteorological conditions, the evapotranspiration (ET) showed a increasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters (x), while the evaporation (EV) a decreasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters; 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, ET=al+bl logl0x (bl>0) EV=a2+b2 log10x (a2>0 b2<0) At the base of the weight of total dry matters, the evapotranspiration and the evaporation for TONG-IL variety were larger as much as 0.3∼2.5% and 7.5∼8.3% respectively than those of PAL-TAL variety, while the transpiration for PAL-TAL variety was larger as much as 1.9∼2.4% than that for TONG-IL variety on the contrary. At the base of the weight of rough rices the evapotranspiration and the transpiration for TONG-IL variety were less as much as 3.5% and 8.l∼16.9% respectively than those for PAL-TAL variety and the evaporation for TONG-IL was much larger by 11.6∼14.8% than that for PAL-TAL variety. 6) The evapotranspiration coefficient, the evaporation coefficient and the transpiration coefficient and the transpiration coefficient were affected by the weight of dry matters much more than by the meteorological conditions. The evapotranspiratioa coefficient (ETC) and the evaporation coefficient (EVC) can be related to the weight of dry matters (x) by the following equations: 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, ETC=a3+b3 logl0x (b3>0) EVC=a4+b4 log10x (a4>0, b4>0) At the base of the weights of dry matters, 800kg/10a∼2000kg/10a, the evapotranspiration coefficients for TONG-IL variety were 0.968∼1.474 and those for PAL-TAL variety, 0.939∼1.470, the evaporation coefficients for TONG-IL variety were 0.504∼0.331 and those for PAL-TAL variety, 0.469∼0.308, and the transpiration coefficients for TONG-IL variety were 0.464∼1.143 and those for PAL-TAL variety, 0.470∼1.162. 7) The evapotranspiration ratio, the evaporation ratio (the ratio of the evaporation to the weight of dry matters) and the transpiration ratio were highly affected by the meteorological conditions. And under the same meteorological condition, both the evapotranspiration ratio (ETR) and the evaporation ratio (EVR) showed to be a decreasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters (x) as follows: 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, ETR=a5+b5 logl0x (a5>0, b5<0) EVR=a6+b6 log10x (a6>0 b6<0) In comparison between TONG-IL and PAL-TAL varieties, at the base of the pan evaporation of 343mm and the weight of dry matters of 800∼2000kg/10a, the evapotranspiration ratios for TONG-IL variety were 413∼247, while those for PAL-TAL variety, 404∼250, the evaporation ratios for TONG-IL variety were 197∼38 while those for PAL-TAL variety, 182∼34, and the transpiration ratios for TONG-IL variety were 216∼209 while those for PAL-TAL variety, 222∼216 (Ref. to table IV-23, table IV-25 and table IV-26) 8) The accumulative values of evapotranspiration intensity and transpiration intensity for both PAL-TAL and TONG-IL varieties were almost constant in every climatic year without the affection of the weight of dry matters. Furthermore the evapotranspiration intensity appeared to have more stable at each growth stage. The peaks of the evapotranspiration intensity and transpiration intensity, for both TONG-IL and PAL-TAL varieties, appeared about 60∼70 days after transplanting, and the peak value of the former was 128.8${\pm}$0.7, for TONG-IL variety while that for PAL-TAL variety, 122.8${\pm}$0.3, and the peak value of the latter was 152.2${\pm}$1.0 for TONG-IL variety while that for PAL-TAL variety, 152.7${\pm}$1.9 (Ref.to table IV-27 and table IV-28) 9) The K-value in Blaney & Criddle formula was changed considerably by the meteorological condition (pan evaporation) and related to be a increasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters (x) for both PAL-TAL and TONG-L varieties as follows; 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, K=a7+b7 logl0x (b7>0) The K-value for TONG-IL variety was a little larger than that for PAL-TAL variety. 10) The peak values of the evapotranspiration coefficient and k-value at each growth stage for both TONG-IL and PAL-TAL varieties showed up about 60∼70 days after transplanting. The peak values of the former at the base of the weights of total dry matters, 800∼2000kg/10a, were 1.14∼1.82 for TONG-IL variety and 1.12∼1.80, for PAL-TAL variety, and at the base of the weights of rough rices, 400∼1000 kg/10a, were 1.11∼1.79 for TONG-IL variety and 1.17∼1.85 for PAL-TAL variety. The peak values of the latter, at the base of the weights of total dry matters, 800∼2000kg/10a, were 0.83∼1.39 for TONG-IL variety and 0.86∼1.36 for PAL-TAL variety and at the base of the weights of rough rices, 400∼1000kg/10a, 0.85∼1.38 for TONG-IL variety and 0.87∼1.40 for PAL-TAL variety (Ref. to table IV-18 and table IV-32) 11) The reasonable and practicable methods that are applicable for calculating the evapotranspiration of paddy rice in our country are to be followed the following priority a) Using the evapotranspiration coefficients based on an expected yield (Ref. to table IV-13 and table IV-18 or Fig. IV-13). b) Making use of the combination method of seasonal evapotranspiration coefficient and evapotranspiration intensity (Ref. to table IV-13 and table IV-27) c) Adopting the combination method of evapotranspiration ratio and evapotranspiration intensity, under the conditions of paddy field having a higher level of expected yield (Ref. to table IV-23 and table IV-27). d) Applying the k-values calculated by Blaney-Criddle formula. only within the limits of the drought year having the pan evaporation of about 450mm during paddy field period as the design year (Ref. to table IV-32 or Fig. IV-22).

조기제한 사양의 강도와 시기 및 기간이 육계의 보상성장과 사료효율 및 복강지방 축적에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Early-life Feed Restriction Severities, Ages and Duration on Compensatory Growth, Feed Efficiency, and Abdominal Fat, Pad Deposition in Broilers)

  • 조기제한사양의 강도(정도)와 시기 및 기간이 육계의 보상성장과 사료효율 및 복강지방 축적에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 2개의 실험을 실시하였는데, 실험 1에서는 7일령된 무감별 육계 240수를 4처리 3반복에 반복당 20수씩 공시하여 7일령에서부터 49일령까지 실시하였다. 대조구(C)는 7일령부터 49일령까지 전기간 육계 전기사료와 후기사료를 자유채식을 시켰으며, 시험구(T1,T2 및 T3)들은 각각 1일 0.75 kcal ME/9B $W^{0.67}$로 7일령부터 9일령까지 3일간, 1.50 kcal ME/gB $W^{0.67}$로 7일령부터 11일령까지 5일간 및 2.25 kcal ME/gB\$^{0.67}$로 7일령부터 13일령까지 7일간 육계전기사료를 제한급여하였다. 실험 2는 4일령된 무감별 육계 420수를 7처리 3반복, 반복당 20수씩 공시하여 4일령에서부터 49일령까지 실시하였는데 대조구(C)는 4일령부터 49일령까지 전기간 육계 전기사료와 후기사료를 자유채식을 시켰으며, 시험구(T1~T6)들은 모두 1일 0.75kcal ME/gB $W^{0.67}$로 4,7일 및 10일령에 3일간 또는 5일간육계전기사료를 제한급여하였으며, 제한사양이 끝난 시험구들은 전기사료 및 후기사료를 자유채식시켰다. 실험 1에서 제한사양기간을 포함한 21일령가지의 증체량은 대조구에 비해 시험구들이 유의적으로 적었으나(P<0.05), 22일령부터 49일령까지의 증체량은 대조구에 비해 시험구들이 유의적으로 높았으며(P<0.05), 전기간인 7일령부터 49일령까지의 증체량과 49일령 체중은 처리간에 유의적 차이가 없었다. 제한사양후부터 21일령까지의 사료섭취량은 T1구를 제외한 나머지 시험구에서는 대조구와 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 22~47일령의 사료섭취량은 처리간에 유의적인 차이가 없었으나, 전기간 섭취량은 대조구에 비해 시험구들이 유의적으로 적게 섭취하였다 (P<0.05). 제한사양기간을 포함한 7일령부터 21일령까지의 사료요구율은 T1구만 유의적으로 낮았으며(P<0.05), 22일령부터 49일령가지의 사료요구율과 전기간동안의 사료요구율은 대조구에 비해서 시험구들이 유의적으로 낮았다(P<0.05) , 복강내지방함량 및 전기간 폐사율은 처리간에 유의적 차이가 없었다.

  • 현대는 산업 문명의 발달로 시장의 세계화가 급속히 진행되고 있다. 비슷한 품질과 서비스를 제공하는 수많은 기업들은 각기 다양한 방법으로 자사의 제품을 차별화하며 보다 많은 시장점유율과 매출액, 이윤을 창출하기 위하여 부단한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이 중에서 가장 대표적인 것이 자사의 브랜드를 강력하게 만틀어 관리하는 일이다. 현대의 소비자는 상품을 사지 않는다. 그들은 복잡한 설명서도 읽지 않으며, 가격으로 물건을 평가하지도 않는다. 단지 자신의 머릿속에 각인된 브랜드를 선택한다. 브랜드는 오늘날 고도의 마케팅 전략의 핵심 도구로 취급되고, 또한 중요한 법적 자산으로 평가되고 있다. 따라서, 기업의 마케터들은 자사 제품의 가치를 높이기 위한 수단으로서 브랜드 자체의 명성을 구축하는 데 심혈을 기물이고 있다. 유명하고 좋은 이미지를 가진 브랜드만이 충성 스러운 고객기반을 확보할 수 있고 가격 경쟁에서 유리한 위치를 점할 수 있으며 안정된 수 익을 확보할 수 있기 때문이다. 이와 같이, 브랜드는 비록 무형적이지만 제품이 가진 어떤 유형적인 특성보다도 중요하게 생각되고 있는 것이다- 단순히 생산자나 제품을 구별하는 수단을 넘어 중요한 자산으로 인 식되고 있으며, 이러한 맥락에서 브랜드 자산가치의 개념이 만들어 진 것이다. 본 연구는 브랜드 자산가치의 형성에 미치는 영향요인으로서 내부마케팅 요인, 마케팅믹스 요인, 브랜드수의 증가요인의 3가지 요인을 설정하여 설문조사를 통한 판매자의 평가 결과로 어떤 요인이 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 요약하면 내부마케팅요인(조직구성원간의 직무만족, 조직구성 원간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션), 마케팅믹스요인(제품 품질, 가격정책, 유통전략, 광고 및 홍보 활동), 브랜드수의 증가요인(시장환경의 불투명성, 시장진입의 선발감)이 모두 다 브랜드 자산가치의 형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

밭작물 소비수량에 관한 기초적 연구(III)-고추 및 가을 무우- (Basic Studies on the Consumptive Use of Water Required for Dry Field Crops (3) -Red Pepper and Radish-)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the basic data for irrigation plans of red pepper and radish during the growing period, such as total amount of evapotranspiration, coefficent of evapotranspiration at each growth stage, the peak stage of evapotranspiration, the maximum ten day evapotranspiration , optimum irrigation point, total readily available moisture and intervals of irrigation date. The plots of experiment were arranged with split plot design which were composed of two factors, irrigation point for main plot and soil texture for split plot, and three levels ; irrigation point with pH1.7-2.0, pF2.1-2.4 and pF2.5-2.8, at soil texture of sandy soil, sandy loam and silty clay for both red pepper and radish, with two replications. The results obtained are summarized as follows. 1.1/10 exceedance probability values of maximum total pan evaporation during growing period for red peppr and radish were shown as 663.6 mm and 251.8 mm. respectively, and those of maximum ten day pan evaporation for red pepper and radish, 67.1 mm and 46.9 mm, respectively. 2.The time that annual maximum of ten day pan evaporation can he occurred, exists at any stage between the middle of May and the late of August for red pepper, and at any stage between the late of August and the late September for radish. 3.The magnitude of evapotranspiration and its coefficient for red pepper was occurred large in order of pF1.7-2.0 pF2.1-2.4 and pF2.5~2.8 in aspect of irrigation point and the difference in the magnitude of evapotranspiration and of its coefficient between levels of irrigation point was difficult to be found out due to the relative increase in water consumption resulted from large flourishing growth at the irrigation point in lower water content for radish. In aspect of soil texture they were appeared large in order of sandy loam, silty clay and sandy soil for both red pepper and radish. 4.The magnitude of leaf area index was shown large in order of pF2.1-2.4, pF2.5-2.8, and pFl.7-2.0, for red pepper and of pF2.5-2.8, pF2.1-2.4, pFl.7-2.0 for radish in aspect of irrigation point, and large in order of sandy loam, silty clay, sandy soil for both red pepper and radish in aspect of soil texture 5.1/10 exceedance probability value of evapotranspiration and its coefficient during the growing period for red pepper were shown as 683.5 mm and 1.03, respectively, while those of radish, 250.3 mm and 0, 99. respectively. 6.The time that the maximum evapotranspiration of red pepper can be occurred is in the middle of August around the date of ninetieth to hundredth after transplanting, and the time for radish is presumed to be in the late of September, around the date of thirtieth to fourtieth after sowing. At that time, 1/10 exceedance probability value of ten day evapotranspiration and its coefficient for red pepper is assumed to be 81.8 mm and 1.22, respectively, while those of radish, 49, 7 mm and 1, 06, respectively. 7.Optimum irrigation point for red pepper on the basis of the yield of raw matter is assumed to be pFl.7-2.0 for sandy soil, pF2.5-2.8 for sandy loam, and pF2.1-2.4 for silty clay. while that for radish is appeared to be pF2.5-2.8 in any soil texture used. 8.The soil moisture extraction patterns of red pepper and radish have shown that maximum extraction rates exist at 7 cm deep layer at the beginning stage of growth in any soil texture and that extraction rates of 21 cm to 35 cm deep layer are increased as getting closer to the late stage of growth. And especially the extraction rates have shown tendency to be greatest at 21cm deep layer from the most flourishing stage of growth for red pepper and at the last stage of growth for radish. 9.The total readily available moisture on the basic of the optimum irrigation point become 3.77-8.66 mm for sandy soil, 28.39-34.67 mm for sandy loam and 18.40-25.70 mm for silty clay for red pepper of each soil texture used but that of radish that has shown the optimum irrigation point of pF2.5-2.8 in any soil texture used. 12.49-15.27 mm for sandy soil, 23.03-28.13 mm for sandy loam, and 22.56~27.57 mm for silty clay. 10.On the basis of each optimum irrigation point. the intervals of irrigation date at the growth stage of maximum consumptive use of red pepper become l.4 days for sandy soil, 3.8 days for sandy loam and 2.6 days for silty clay, while those of radish, about 7.2 days.

벼의 품종별(品種別) 필요수량(必要水量) 관(關)한 실험분석(實驗分析) (A Study on the Consumptive use of Irrigated Water in Paddy Rice)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 벼의 본답기간(本畓期間)에서의 용수량(用水量) 확보(確保)에 기본(基本)이 되는 소비수량(消費水量)을 구명(究明)하기 위하여 일반계(一般系) 진주(眞珠)벼, 통일계(統一系)인 태백(太白)벼와 풍산벼를 공시(供試)하여 1983년도(年度)에 경북대학교(慶北大學校) 부속농장(附屬農場)에서 품종별(品種別)로 소비수량(消費水量)에 대(對)한 여러 계수(係數)를 조사분석(調査分析)한 것으로서 요약(要約)된 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 수중지표면(水中地表面) 온도(溫度)는 평균(平均) $27.1^{\circ}C$이며 8월(月) 상순(上旬)에 모든 측정위치(測定位置)에서 최고(最高)의 온도(溫度)를 기록(記錄)하였다. 2. 벼의 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量)은 이앙후(移秧後) 점차(漸次) 증가(增加)하여 각(各) 품종(品種)마다 공(共)히 수잉기(穗孕期) 말기(末期)에서 출수개화기(出穗開花期)에 최대량(最大量)을 나타내고 그후 점차(漸次) 감소(減少)하였다. 전생육기간(全生育期間)의 평균(平均) 엽수면증발량(葉水面增發量)을 보면 일반계품종(一般系品種)인 진주(眞珠)벼는 8.43 mm/day였고 통일계품종(統一系品種)인 태백(太白)벼는 7.78 mm/day, 풍산벼는 7.71 mm/day이었다. 3. 증발계증발량(蒸發計蒸發量)과 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量)과의 비(比)는 진주(眞珠)벼가 1.71, 태백(太白)벼가 1.50, 풍산벼는 1.59이었다. 4. 작물계수(作物係數) K는 일반계(一般系)가 1.41, 통일계(統一系)가 1.30이었고 보정작물계수(補正作物係數) Kc는 일반계(一般系)가 1.40, 통일계(統一系)가 평균(平均) 1.27이었다. 5. 수위(水位) 6 cm와 8 cm시험구(試驗區)가 수위(水位) 2 cm와 4 cm시험구(試驗區)보다 소비수량(消費數量)이 많았으나 분얼수(分蘖數)는 수위(水位) 6 cm와 8 cm시험구(試驗區)가 수위(水位) 2 cm와 4 cm시험구(試驗區)보다 다소(多少) 적었다. 전체적(全體的)으로 수위(水位) 2 cm인 시험구(試驗區)가 타시험구(他試驗區)보다 유리(有利)한 것으로 나타났다.

느타리버섯의 환경기체조성 농도 예측 및 MA 저장 중 품질특성 변화 (Estimated Gas Concentrations of MA(Modified Atmosphere) and Changes of Quality Characteristics during the MA Storage on the Oyster Mushrooms)

  • 느타리버섯의 호흡속도 측정 및 MA 포장 저장 실험을 수행한 결과 호흡속도는 2$0^{\circ}C$에서 산소소비속도 28.9∼161.4mgO$_2$/kg$.$hr로 나타났으며 이산화탄소방출 속도는 53.4∼166.9mg$CO_2$/kg$.$hr로 나타났다. 산소소비속도와 이산화탄소발생속도를 반응표면분석한 결과를 이용하여 느타리버섯의 저장 가능 기체조성을 예측한 결과 2.5∼4.5% $O_2$와 11.5∼l3%$CO_2$로 나타났다. 포장내 기체조성은 0.03mmLDPE의 경우 $O_2$농도 1.6∼3.0%, $CO_2$농도 3.9∼5.3% 사이였으며 0.05mmLDPE에서는 $O_2$농도 1.2∼l.3%, $CO_2$농도 9.0∼11.1%사이였고 Ny+PE포장에서는 $O_2$농도 0.9∼l.2%, $CO_2$농도 33.5∼39.6% 사이로 나타났다. 중량감모율의 경우 0.03mmLDPE 포장이 가장 높게 나타났으며 Nylon+PE포장이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 갓과 자루의 경도는 저장기간에 따라 감소하였으며 갓의 경도는 저장온도에 영향을 받았으며 자루의 경도는 포장재질에 더욱 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 색도의 변화는 저장 기간이 경과할수록 $\Delta$E값이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 12$^{\circ}C$와 2$0^{\circ}C$에서는 저장초기에 $\Delta$E값의 변화가 급속하게 일어나는 것으로 나타났다. 0.03mmLDPE 포장구가 중량 감모율이 높고 색도변화가 심하였고 Nylon+PE포장의 경우에는 자루의 경도저하와 이산화탄소의 과도한 축적으로 알콜냄새가 발생하였다. 0.05mmLDPE 포장구의 경우 예측된 환경기체조성에 가장 유사한 포장내 기체조성을 유지하였으며 중량감모, 경도, 색도 등 전반적인 저장 품질이 우수하였다.

서울시 사회복지 예산지출의 계량적 효과 분석 (Analysis of the Quantitative Effect of Seoul Social Welfare Budget Spending)

  • 사회복지관련 예산의 급격한 증가가 함께 사회복지관련 사업도 다양한 분야로 확대되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 사회복지정책을 수행하는 지자체인 서울시에 의한 지원과 보조사업 추진의 당위성 및 논거를 명확히 할 필요가 있다고 판단되며, 본 연구는 후생경제학 입장에서 사회복지관련 예산 지출이 서울지역 및 타 지역에 미치는 경제적 효과를 계량적으로 살펴보았다. 사회복지정책의 달성을 위한 예산 지출은 기업 및 개인의 소비행위를 연속적 및 직 간접적으로 파생시키게 되며, 본 연구에서는 서울지역 산업연관표를 재 작성하여 사회복지 예산 지출의 경제적 효과로써 생산, 부가가치, 고용, 취업 등에 얼마나 기여하는가를 계량적으로 산정하여 제시하였다. 지자체인 서울시의 사회복지관련 예산지출에 의해 연간 10조 2백억원의 생산을 유발시키며, 6조 4,936억원의 직간접 부가가치를 파급시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 132,992.3명의 고용 및 203,430.3명의 취업을 창출시키는 것으로 산정되었다. 본 연구 결과는 사회복지 예산 지출을 소비지출로 인식하는 사회분위기 속에서 사회적 논란 야기 및 재정압박 요인으로 작용하는 현 시점에서 복지 분야에 대한 정부 및 서울시의 사회복지정책에 의한 개입 지원 보조의 당위성 논의의 타당성은 결국 실증적인 분석을 통하여 뒷받침될 수 있느냐에 달려 있다고 판단되며, 본 연구는 이를 위한 기초적 연구로서의 기초자료를 제시함에 그 의의가 있다. 또한 복지예산은 소멸성 지출이 아니며 우리나라 사회 경제에 다양한 영향을 파생시키는 중요한 산업임을 본 연구에서 확인할 수 있었으며, 지속적 연구를 통해 정책적 지원 및 사회적 합의가 필요하다.

PET/CT 검사에서 횡격막에 의한 인공물의 CTAC Shift 보정방법의 유용성 (Usefulness of CTAC Shift Revision Method of Artifact by Diaphragm in PET/CT)

  • 현재 PET/CT 검사에서 저선량 CT를 이용한 감쇠 보정을 사용하고 있다. 하지만 환자 호흡으로 인한 횡격막 부근의 저선량 CT 영상과 Emission 영상의 불일치로 감쇠 보정영상에서 Artifact가 발생하는 경우가 있다. 본 연구는 보정방법 중 CTAC Shift를 이용하여 환자의 호흡에 의한 Artifact의 감소를 연구했다. 2012년 3월부터 9월까지 PET/CT Discovery 600 (GE Healthcare, MI, USA) 장비를 이용하여 호흡에 의한 Artifact가 발생한 환자 30명을 대상으로 했다. Artifact가 발생한 환자는 횡격막 부분을 추가검사하였고, 전신 검사 시 Artifact가 발생한 영상을 CTAC Shift를 이용하여 보정했다. Artifact 발생 영상, 추가 검사영상, CTAC Shift 보정 영상의 육안적 평가는 핵의학 전문의 1명과 5년 이상 근무한 방사선사 4명에 의해 1-5점으로 나누어 평가했다. 또한 각 영상의 표준섭취화 계수를 ANOVA를 이용하여 비교했다. Artifact 발생 영상에 비해 추가 검사 영상과 CTAC Shift 보정 영상은 육안적 평가에서 상대적으로 높은 점수를 받았다. 추가 검사 영상과 CTAC Shift 보정 영상은 표준섭취화 계수의 ANOVA 결과, 높은 상관관계를 갖고 있으며, 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. PET/CT 검사 시 환자의 호흡에 의한 Artifact가 발생 할 경우 추가 검사로 인한 검사 시간이 증가하여 환자의 불편 뿐 아니라 피폭도 증가한다. 하지만 추가 검사 없이 CTAC Shift를 이용하여 보정된 영상을 획득한다면 불필요한 피폭 및 추가 검사도 감소하며, 정확한 진단에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.
