Service Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention on Omnichannel-Based Pickup Service

  • Purpose: This study aims to present individual motivation and channel characteristics affecting omnichannel service use, as well as the effect relationship of the brand factor on consumption value, service satisfaction, and continuous usability based on convenience store pickup service, one of online shopping customers' omnichannel use services. Primarily, this study divided consumption value into emotional value and functional value and examined the consumption value characteristics of omnichannel-based pickup service customers. Research design, data and methodology: A questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 324 consumers having the omnichannel-based pickup service user experience in online shopping in Korea. A confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were carried out based on the structural equation to verify hypotheses. Results: According to the analysis result, individual motivation affected the emotional value, and the omnichannel characteristics affected functional value. The brand effect influenced both emotional and functional values. The emotional value affected continuous use intention, and the functional value affected service satisfaction. Conclusions: Therefore, consumers' emotional and functional values showed differences in consumption behavior. In online shopping companies' marketing strategy construction for omnichannel, it was confirmed that a differentiated approach is needed depending on the strategic goal of satisfaction improvement and continuous use intention consolidation.

환경친화적 유통공간의 소비효용이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Consumption Utility from Green Retail Environment on Revisit Intention)

  • Purpose - Recently the importance of green consumption and corporate social responsibility has been increasing, thereby enhancing the importance of green consumption space as well. The retail space, as a representative consumption space, is now consuming more energy by introducing bigger retail space, 24-hour operation, cutting-edge equipment, and manless checkout system. Especially for retailers, who are constantly interacting with consumers, not only the economic consideration but also the consumer experience via retail service and physical retail space is crucial for their success. Therefore, this study intends to understand the main factors of motivating consumer perception about green retail space. In addition, we further investigate the mediating and moderating variables to encourage revisit intention and green retail space image. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to test our hypotheses with two models, we conducted a survey using questionnaires. In model 1, 356 respondents were surveyed to determine whether consumers' green attitudes and behaviors enhance environmentally friendly perception on retail space properties. In model 2, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 69 consumers who have experience in green retail space. Questionnaire surveys were conducted with on-line panels in Korea and analyzed using regression model and Hayes' PROCESS macro. Results - We found that consumers with green attitude put more importance on the attributes of green retail space. Also, the utility of the green retail space was found to be significant in emotional and social benefits. And, the consumers, who perceived the importance of green retail space, show higher revisit intentions. The emotional and social utilities have significant positive effects on revisit intention through green retail space image. Conclusions - This study demonstrates that a green retail space can induce positive consumer utility, thereby increasing green retail space image and revisit intention. Thus, in order to increase the image and revisit, retailers should communicate green messages with consumers, enhance green attributes of retail space, and target green consumers. To do so, we suggest that various marketing efforts such as publicity and education are needed to appeal experiential green products and retail space to consumers.

외식기업의 배달서비스에 대한 소비가치가 태도, 이용의도 및 지불의도에 미치는 영향 (The influence of consumption values toward food delivery services on consumer attitudes, usage intention and willingness to pay)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of research of consumers' consumption values and toward usage attitude, usage intention and willingness to pay of modern people. The study is a consumer research about food delivery services which is rapidly grown up due to recent transformation on a modern dietary life. This study was based on the main survey had conducted from 23th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 by 336 consumers, aged 18 and older, who had experienced Food delivery services in the past. Statistical analysis was performed by using the IBM SPSS v.25.0. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, consumption values of food delivery services had a positive influence on usage attitude. Consumption values were catagorized in five sub-values: functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, and conditional value, all of which were found to be significant in affecting on usage attitude. Second, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on usage intention. Third, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. Fourth, usage intention of food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. The results of the study renders industrial and academic implications to the area of Food delivery services industry.

온라인 소비자의 불확실성 회피성향이 구매연기의도에 미치는 영향 : 소비가치의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Uncertainty Avoidance on Purchase Deferral Intention in Online Shopping : The Moderating Effect of Consumption Values)

  • 본 연구는 제품정보가 넘치는 온라인 쇼핑에서 소비자의 불확실성 회피성향이 구매연기행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 과정에서 실용적/쾌락적 소비가치가 조절효과를 갖는지 알아보았다. 20-30대 남녀 205명을 대상으로 고관여 탐색재인 노트북에 대해 6개의 가상브랜드 구매상황 시나리오를 제시하고 구매연기의도를 분석한 결과, 불확실성 회피성향이 높을수록 구매연기의도가 높고, 실용적 소비가치는 이들 간의 관계에서 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 쾌락적 소비가치는 불확실성 회피성향과 구매연기의도 사이에 조절효과가 없었다. 본 연구의 결과는 온라인 쇼핑과 같이 제품정보가 과부하되는 상황에서 소비자는 불확실성을 느낄수록 구매를 연기하려하므로, 제품에 관한 정보를 무조건 많이 제공할 것이 아니라 불확실성을 감소시킬 수 있는 정보제시 전략이 필요하며, 특히 실용적/쾌락적 소비가치의 차별적 효과를 고려하여 제품관련 정보를 구성해야 함을 시사해 준다.

프로야구경기장 서비스스케이프와 통제지각, 소비감정, 재방문 의도의 관계 (Relationship among professional baseball stadium servicescape, control perception, consumer emotion, and revisit intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 프로야구 경기장을 방문한 관람객들의 서비스스케이프 체험과 현장에서의 통제지각, 소비감정, 재방문의도 의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 총 273부의 설문지를 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 빈도분석과 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석을 통해 자료의 타당성을 검증하였으며, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하여 가설을 검증하였다. 첫째, 서비스스케이프는 통제지각에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스스케이프에서의 통제지각은 소비감정에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 서비스스케이프는 소비감정에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 소비감정은 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 야구경기장을 방문하는 관람객들이 서비스스케이프에 대한 긍정적 체험을 통해 재방문을 유도할 수 있음을 시사하였다. 구체적인 논의와 시사점을 본문에 서술하였다.

업사이클링 패션제품에 대한 지각된 소비가치, 환경친화적 신념, 태도, 온라인 구전의도 및 구매의도에 관한 연구 (Perceived Consumption Value, Pro-Environmental Belief, Attitude, eWOM, and Purchase Intention Toward Upcycling Fashion Products)

  • Fashion industry constantly produces and consumes, which leads to huge waste piles of perfectly usable textiles in landfills, as well as other negative effects of an exploitative and excessively rapid fashion process. Pollution created by making and dyeing clothes has pitted fashion industry and environmentalists against each other. In this context, upcycling is seen as an optimal way to solve the growing problem of waste in fashion industry. The first purpose of the study was to analyze the relationships between upcycling fashion products' perceived value, pro-environmental beliefs, attitudes, electronic word of mouth (eWOM) intention, and purchase intention. The second purpose is to verify the difference of perceived consumption value among the consumers' awareness level and purchase experience. A total of 258 valid responses obtained from a group of 20-30-year-old participants were collected through an online survey. SPSS 23.0 and Amos 18.0 programs were used for data analysis. The results of the present study suggest that there are significant effects of upcycling fashion products' perceived value on pro-environmental belief; furthermore, pro-environmental belief was found to positively influence attitude, eWOM intention, and purchase intention. In addition, there are differences of perceived consumption value among the consumers' awareness level and purchase experience. Taken together, the results of this study provide researchers and practitioners with a deeper understanding of consumers' values, beliefs, attitudes, and behavioral intentions towards upcycling fashion products.

The Structural Relationship among Brand Dependence, Brand Attitude, Brand Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention of Online Golf Product Consumers

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among brand dependence, brand attitude, brand satisfaction and repurchase intention of online golf goods consumers. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on consumers who had experience in purchasing golf goods online by visiting golf driving ranges in Seoul and Kyeonggi area. A total of 200 people were surveyed and 197 data were used for the final data processing. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for data processing. We obtained the following results. First, brand dependence had a positive effect on brand attitude, but it did not have a significant effect on repurchase intention.Second, brand attitude had a positive effect on brand satisfaction and repurchase intention; third, brand satisfaction had a positive effect on repurchase intentionFirst, face has been shown to have a significant impact on symbolic consumption propensity. Second, symbolic consumption tendencies have a significant impact on product satisfaction and intention to purchase new products. Third, product satisfaction has been shown to have a negative impact on the intention of purchasing new products.

머신러닝의 로지스틱 회귀를 활용한 MZ세대와 시니어 세대의 기부의도 분석 (Analysis of Donation Intention of MZ Generation and Senior Generation Using Machine Learning's logistic Regression)

  • This study aims to find ways to increase the declining donation intention by using machine learning techniques. To this end, in order to predict factors that affect donations between the MZ generation and the senior generation, various machine learning algorithms, including logistic regression analysis, are applied to build a model to determine variables that affect donation intention, and provide statistical verification and evaluation indicators. In this study, differences in donation intention by generation were expected as a variable affecting donation intention, and the senior generation was expected to show a higher donation intention tendency than the younger generation. However, although the research results were not statistically significant, the younger generation showed a higher intention to donate, and these results are interpreted to mean that value consumption and ethical consumption, which are important to today's MZ generation, also influenced donations. However, there were differences between generations in the amount of donations, and higher donation amounts were confirmed among the senior generation (those in their 50s or older) than the younger generation. In addition, the results of the logistic regression analysis showed that previous donation experience had a positive effect on future donation intention, and the more motivation and importance of donation and various social participation activities online and offline, the more active one became in donating.

절주프로그램의 인지도 및 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (Study on the Recognition and Behavioral Intention for Alcohol-reduction Programs)

  • Alcohol consumption is a major source of health problems, for example, alchol consumption is related to liver diseases. In addition, the social and economic costs related to alcohol consumption are enormous. This study was conducted to evaluate the current status and influencing factors related to the recognition and behavioral intention for both drinking and alcohol-reduction programs. Three effective alcohol-reduction programs of clinic program, mass education, and alliance were considered. To explain the health behavior for drinking and alcohol-reduction programs, a five-stage behavioral intention model was built and 500 questionnaires were completed through a telephone survey. Stages of the model composed of recognition of the programs, past experiences, present drinking status, intention for drinking, and behavioral intention for alcohol-reduction programs. As a result, recognition rates of the programs were low in general, therefore the strategies of education, public relations, and advertisement need to be pursued. The alcohol dependency resulted in the fact that success rate was 30% although trial rate of alcohol-reducing was 23%. The necessity of alcohol-reduction programs were suggested. In addition, significant factors related to the intention for alcohol-reducing were individual attitude and reluctancy to pay their time and money. An insignificant factor was the attitude to their alcohol-reduction by other people. Behavioral intention rates for alcohol-reducing clinics were 4%, and those for mass education were 8%. There were very low purchase rates for clinic program, mass education, and alliance. In conclusion, evidenced-based and effective alcohol-reduction programs need to be encouraged to drinkers by medical doctors, and the strategies of education, public relations, and advertisement are also recommended. In addition, continuing legal and systematic support for alcohol-reducing would lower the drinking rate and ultimately contribute to the nation's health promotion.

중국 소비자 소비성향이 한국화장품의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Chinese Consumer The Propensity For Consumption Purchase Intention)

  • 본 논문 실증분석을 통해 중국 소비자 소비성향이 한국화장품의 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이에 따라 연구의 진행을 위해 수집된 설문지 414개에 대해 SPSS Statistics 24를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 중국 소비자의 소비성향의 하위요인인 유행 추구성향, 브랜드 추구성향, 가격 추구성향, 품질추구성향이 모두 중국 소비자가 한국 화장품에 대한 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출하였다. 가격추구성향은 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 반면 다른 요인들이 3가지의 소비자 구매의도 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 소비자가 한국 화장품에 대한 신뢰는 구매의도에 유의한(+)영향을 미친다. 셋째, 신뢰가 유행추구성향과 구매의도 사이에 완전 매개효과가 있고 브랜드추구성향, 품질추구성향과 구매의도 사이에 부분 매개효과로 나타난 반면에 가격추구성향과 구매의도 사이에 매개효과가 없다. 넷째, 한국의 국가이미지가 신뢰와 구매의도의 관계에 조절효과가 없다.
