가상공동체를 통한 사회지향적 마케팅에 관한 연구 (A Study on Societal Marketing Through Virtual Community)

  • As the number of virtual communities is explosively increasing these days, many papers have been published on the effective and efficient use of those communities. Among various aspects of virtual communities, this paper has an interest in the collective power of consumers that may be generated naturally by the interactions among members of communities. If consumerism might be built in virtual communities, societal marketing could be implemented positively through those communities. The result shows that though societal marketing has not been implemented yet, the potential turns out to be great.

  • Comsumer dissatisfaction is a concept which provides fundamental couse for consumerism movement. The purpose of this study are as follows; 1. To investigate the tendency of the housewive's consumer dissatisfaction. 2. To find out the determinants of the consumer dissatisfaction. The major results of empirical study are; 1) The ousewive's are dissatisfied with their consumption lives. 2) There is significant difference in sunsumer dissatisfaction according to the demographic variables such as housewive's age, education. 3) There is significant difference I consumer dissatisfaction according to sociopsychological variables such as disconfirmation, consumer attitude toward business, consumer experience. 4. Consumer dissatisfaction is influenced by disconfirmation, attitude toward business, consumer experience.

소비사회와 청소년 소비문화 (Consumption Society and the Consumption Culture of Adolescents)

  • In post-industrial society consumption takes a role as a means of acquiring unique lifestyle of style especially for the new generation. The purpose of this study was to identify consumption culture of adolescents in the context of consumerism culture. The use of goods in order to create social distinctions and to establish self-identity was note in is new generation's consumption culture and it was argued that advertising and other media attach images of beauty fulfilment and good life and that they persuade adolescents to have such lifestyle through buying consumer goods. It was also argued that the consumption culture of adolescents is strongly related to the counter-culture or counter-school culture. Implications were discussed with respect to future research area.

한국 사회복지서비스의 변화 - 행위자간 관계의 분석 - (The Changes of Social Welfare Services in Korea - Analyzing the Changing Relationship between Actors -)

  • 본 연구는 최근 한국 사회복지서비스의 변화를 민영화이론, 복지혼합, 소비자주의 접근으로 설명하는 것이 제한적이라고 보고 서비스 행위자간 관계분석으로 변화를 설명하고자 하였다. 사회복지서비스의 네 행위자인 이용자, 전달자, 제공자, 정부가 맺는 여섯 차원의 관계에서 변화를 공식성과 평등성 이라는 기준으로 분석하였다. 이 결과 한국 사회복지서비스에서 행위자들의 관계가 온정적이고 시혜적인 성격의 비공식적이고 위계적인 관계에서 공식성과 평등성을 강화하는 방식으로 제도화되고 있음을 포착하였다. 이러한 관계는 계약적 방식에 기초하고 있으며 행위자 권리의 제도적 기초가 형성된 점이 의미 있는 변화로 발견되었다. 반면, 정부와 다른 행위자들과의 관계가 가지는 불명료성이 딜레마로 분석되었다. 이 딜레마는 사회복지서비스 공급에서 서비스 질 관리라는 정부의 역할을 구체화하면서 해결되어야 함을 제안하였다.

한국의 페미니즘 연극, 그 현황과 과제 (The Present and the Future Issues in Korean Feminist Theatre)

  • Considering Korean feminist theatre is not successful at all these days, it is needed to find the reasons of its crisis. As two Korean feminist theatre Scholars argued, the crisis owed to the structural problem from the start. That is the Korean feminist theatre started and developed depending on the imported popular feminist plays without social and cultural self-consciousness. Once the imported feminist theatres were flourished, some theatre companies pursued the commercial success blurring the feminist issues. It was resulted into the intentional ignorance in and out of the theatre society. While, some feminist plays were too inclined to the agit-prop without artistic sophistication. This essay tries to examine how the feminist theatres have been developing and what kinds of feminist performances have been made until now. And it intends to emphasize that the play text should be based on the Korean women's past, present, and future reality. Besides, they have to delve into the problem by which the Korean women were trapped in historical, social, and cultural environment. To make the women's matter the social issue at present and fur the future, the Korean feminist theatre should re-find its place as the socio-cultural forum. First, Korean theatre should cooperate with the other women's group crossing the different disciplines of the society, the culture, the politics etc . Secondly, we need to observe and watch where and how the distortion happens in women's matter, and react to correct it. Thirdly, we need to discover, to support, and to protect the women centered perspective of some playwrights as well as the performers. Co-writing or co-performing is also very positive to diversify the women's subjects. Lastly, to protect the feminist theatre against the consumerism, they need to have the financial support from the government or some civil society.

고등학교 가정 교과서 분석 연구 (Analysis of Home Economics Textbooks for High School)

  • The purposes of the study are to see as to how much of changes has occurred in the newly revised high school Home Economics Textbooks required by the 6th Curriculum and to seek future policy directions which can be improved even better, if any, for further revision. To implement this proposal, the study employs 6 different textbooks published in 1996 geared for the 6th Curriculum for data base. The components of the contents divides into two major parts. The first part faUs into a category of holistic analysis of the textbooks, which gives a general perspective of the changes in the textbook revised. It includes those areas of changes in the total number of pacover page, illustrations, table of contents, appendices, unit cover, introductory remarks, summary and evaluation, etc. It also covers the information on authors of textbook. The latter part consists of several specific areas of major changes occurred in the textbooks for the 6th Curriculum. It covers such areas of changes in the composition of category and its weigh laboratory experiences, and illustrations and tables. To conclude the study, there found followings key features : 1) The new textbooks have adopted more of varieties in physical appearances and contents per se as to the older ones. And yet, there still found a weakness in numbers of authors participated to a full reflection of contents variety. In addition, the background of authors reflected on an unrealistic idealism which lacks the on-site information provided by the school teachers. 2) The content area consists of 3 major areas of Human Development & Family Relationship. Food and Nutrition. Clothing and Textiles with ratio of 23.8%, 23.1%, and 21.9% respectively. 3) Human Development & Family Relationship area ranked first with 71 times in the numbers of laboratory activities for each content area. followed by Food and Nutrition with 56 and Family Resorces & Consumerism with 54.   • e-Health/u-Health has generally been considered as an expansion of current medical and medical relevant segments. However. as e-Health/u-Health has been known to have typical attributes and characteristics of services supporting a physically and mentally well-balanced life of its users, we can rationally assume that e-Health/u-Health can be not only an expansion of the existing medical field but also a result of the complex and sophisticated convergence among diverse industries such as the ICT industry. traditional care-relevant segments, etc. Thus, in this study, we carefully and cautiously consider e-Health/u-Health in accordance with both possible scenarios: 1) an expansion of a typical industry, and 2) a result of a convergence among various industries. The advent of new technologies, rapid development of current technologies, and convergence trends in various fields are creating dramatic innovations in the next generation health services market. Consumerism as a characteristic of c-Health/u-Health can be expected to find a solution of the existing healthcare service problems. In the initial phase. mainly due to the absence of a vanguard, as well as to various legalistic and regulative limitations, the role of the government would be immensely critical for the successful early settlement of the e-Health/u-Health industry. Both the government and private sector need to practice continuous and effective public education and publicity mainly to increase the overall recognition and usability of e-Health/u-Health services. Nursing as a unique professional discipline should be well aware of the new paradigm shift of the healthcare market, and make maximum use of the possibility of this trend to the advent of the professional nursing's new role.

소비자주의(消費者主義)에 입각(立脚)한 식품(食品)의 표시제도(表示制度) 개선(改善)에 관한 연구(硏究) (An Analysis of the Improvement of Food Labelling Standard based on Consumerism)

  • The Main objective of this study is to find consumer attitude toward the Sanitary Regulation of Foods. In view of consumerism, this result will be used in re-regulating the law. Among the Sanitary Regulation of Foods, this study focuses on the Standard of prepackaged Food Labelling, because it is related both with the advertising from the food manufacturer's point of view and with the perception about the food itself from the consumer's point of view. After reviewing the previous studies and related provisions about the Standard of Prepackaged food Labelling, and compare other sanitary regulation of foods in developed countries (U.S.A. and Japan), basic research framework was derived. The research framework focuses on the user perception about the validity of provisions about the Standard of Prepackaged Food Labelling, and on the existance of exaggeration in food advertising using prepackaged foods. Data were collected through questionaires from the sample covering 374 food customers. The data were analyzed by frequency test and the important findings of this study are as follows. Most food consumers consider such provisions as date of manufacturing, circulation time limit, cautions for food handling, price, and manufacturer as important factors in buying food products. Among these factors, the date of manufacturing and circulation time limit are most critical factors, and must be labelled correctly on the prepackaged food cover. But other provisions which do not affect on consumer's buying decision (e.g. business admission number, self standard number) need not be labelled. From this study, we can conclude that the provisions about the standard of prepackaged Food Labelling currently used must be devided into two parts. One is 'mandatory provisions' which must be obeyed by all food manufacturets, and the other is 'autonomous provisions' which need not be obeyed by all food manufacturers. And mandatory provisions need to be regylated more strongly than now.

  • 노인장기요양보험 수가는 서비스시장에게 국가가 노인장기요양정책을 이끌고 나가고자 하는 정책방향을 보여주는 정책적 신호의 의미를 지닌다. 본 논문에서는 첫째, 한국의 노인장기요양보험의 급여종류별 수가가 어떠한 방법과 근거를 가지고 개발되었는가를 살펴보고, 그 특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 둘째, 평가기준을 가지고 수가개발의 타당성과 현실적 적절성 등을 평가해보고자 하였다. 셋째, 수가가 노인장기요양보험 시장의 합리적 형성 및 운영을 위한 중요한 요인임을 감안하여, 가격결정자와 규제자로서의 국가의 역할에 주안점을 두고 정책과제를 도출해보고자 하였다.

사회교육으로서의 소비자교육프로그램 개발 I: 소비자교육프로그램 운영현황과 상담사례 분석 및 시사점 (Development of Consumer Education Program As Social Education Program: Part I)

  • The study was first part of the research on development of consumer education program as social education program. The purpose of this study was to review social consumer education programs conducted by various organizations and to examine the consulting statistics from Korea Consumer Protection Board and Korea National Council of Consumer Organizations. In Consumer Protection Board, consumer education was operated mainly for both college students majored in consumer studies and public-sector workers. Outgoing education was provided mainly to the persons in industries and housewives. Other consumer organizations conducted consumer education using government funds. The organizations considered 'purchasing' and 'consumerism' most frequently as the topics for the education. 'Credit' and 'insurance' were another main concerns at the education. The consulting statistics showed that 'mobile communication', 'laundry service', 'health foods', and 'educational materials for foreign language' took the largest portion of the consumer consulting. Some implications were made for developing consumer education program as social education.
