Modular technology has become a major issue of the construction industries to enhance their productivity. Modular bridge construction generally requires the collaboration between the contractor, designer, fabricator and constructor. Therefore, a readily accessible information model based on BIM technology should be provided for their communication during a construction project life-cycle. In this study, BIM based 3D information modeling was carried out for the modular bridge pier. First, the product breakdown structure (PBS) and level of detail (LOD) of the pier were defined. Based on them, 3D models were created by using parametric modeling method. In addition, database was constructed for the exchange of geometry and property data of 3D models. Finally, application areas of 3D information model were suggested, including the quantity estimation and the 4D simulation.

It is hard for central and local government, constructor to decide an appropriate system any city, because there are many factors that must considered. So, we considered various factor such as capability, accessibility, usability, durability, serviceability, availability, reliability, dependability, maintainability, etc that used previous research and feasibility study. As more important factors, they should take into consideration prices, a possibility on whether or not technology is applicable for repairing or keeping the system, the localization rate, and all kinds of contracts, when deciding a system. We put in order factors and grouping for interested party. This article present almost factors that be used to decide light railway system, maybe these factor consideration will be helpful for system decider.

Since the safety accidents on the construction sites take large part of total industry disasters, research on the construction safety has been getting important. Recently, as BIM technology allows cooperation between designer and constructor groups, it becomes more active worldwide than before to study on the ways of accomplish construction safety improvement in the design phase. In this paper, we suggested a checklist for assuring construction safety in the phase of design, and performed automatic evaluation by using a BIM quality checking tool. This shows that it is possible for us to find out the construction safety has been improved in the design phase. Once the standard checklist and assurance process are developed, they are expected to play a great role of reducing disasters in the construction industry.

Currently, it is increasing the importance of floor impact sound performance in apartment building due to users' various needs for comfortable residential environments. However, there are little date on floor impact sound performance because Korean apartment building floor is an ON-DOL which is made of several elements. In this study, floor impact sound performance according to variation of floor construction method were investigated. And based on these investigated results, datas can be used to supply constructor and comsumer basis data to estimate floor impact sound performance.

본 논문은 대학교의 학생들을 위하여 학과 교과서를 저렴한 가격에 구입할 수 있는 가상 중고서점을 Apache+Php+MySql을 활용하여 구축함으로써 기존 Perl CGI(Common Gateway Interface)방식 보다 빠르고 안전한 웹서비스 할 수 있고, 다른 한편으로는 선 후배간 되물림을 토대로 친목 도모를 할 수 있다. 대학 중고서점은 역 경매 방식으로 설계되었으며, 일반 중고서점 쇼핑몰과는 달리 대학 교과서를 중심으로 매매가 형성되며, 책을 모아둘 창고가 별도로 필요치 않아 소자본으로도 창업이 가능하다. 제목별, 지은이별 검색은 물론, 학교별 분류, 학과별 분류를 제공하여 교과서를 검색하기 때문에 누구든 빠르고 쉽게 교재를 검색하고 찾을 수 있도록 구현 하였다.

The purpose of current study is about how to construct wall-type APT in slip form and Deck plate applied different connection of materials that wall and slab. A proposal construct's solution is using the continuous a binding string that the main of contents are slab or stairs which horizon structure part construction is joined the vertical structure part, new we Proposed of 2 solution that new technology development. We'll suggest that the development is in the construct of higher stories APT more better other construction method. We expect that the new method is good but we have many things to solute themes. Thus, we decided that this development contents are needed that correct structural investigation and constructor's security of speciality and through a fact construct, correct verification.

These days buildings have more possibilities to occur construction delay as many variables and risks are inherent in them due to the enlargement and complexity. When a project is delayed, it generates extra working expenses and this causes a dispute between the employer and the constructor. Most construction sites conduct emergency construction work to recover the delay of the project duration. When an emergency construction is carried out in the actual construction site, it's necessary to utilize and distribute the proper working groups based on the procedure of successor and predecessor. Many constructions, however, have been going only with more number of work forces and working time. This study suggests a process management optimization plan with an application of emergency construction scenario by using linear programing.

대학수학능력시험이나 학업성취도평가와 같은 중요한 시험은 다단계의 복잡한 과정을 거쳐 채점되며, 대규모의 인적 물적 자원이 투입된다. 컴퓨터 시스템을 활용하여 채점 과정에 소모되는 자원을 절감하고 정확성을 향상시키는 등 채점 효율의 향상을 목표로 하는 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 하지만 채점하려는 문항에 대한 정보 없이 시스템이 자동으로 정 오답을 판단하는 것은 불가능하며, 채점자가 문항에 대한 정보를 일정한 형식으로 가공하여 시스템에 제공하여야 한다. 본 논문은 채점하려는 학생 답안을 정보로 이용하여 시스템이 인지할 수 있는 정답 템플릿 형식으로 구축하는 방법을 소개한다. 또한 소개한 방법으로 작성된 정답 템플릿을 이용하여 자동 채점을 수행하였을 때의 채점 결과 및 통계 자료를 수록하였다.

In this paper, we introduced a simulator to visualize the driving scenery of newly developed train called the K-AGT(Korea Automated Guideway Transit). The simulator consists of mainly two parts; control system and display system. In the control system, user can control the driving speed of the K-AGT, the driving environment(day and night), the operation of the train door and the screen door and user's views(driver's view, left window view, right window view, passenger's view). In the display system, immersive driving scenery generated by stereoscopic head mount display system and 3 channel PDP display system are displayed. We are expect to utilize the system to share the idea among customer, designer and constructor and verify the operating condition of the K-AGT intuitively.
