추계적 EVMS 기반 예비비 산정 방법론 (Contingency Estimation Method based on Stochastic Earned Value Management System)

  • The accuracy of contingency estimation plays an important role for dealing with the uncertainty of the financial success of construction project. Its' estimation may be used for various purposes such as schedule control, emergency resolve, and quality expense, etc. This paper presents a contingency estimation method which is schedule control specific. The method 1) implements stochastic EVMS, 2) detects a specific timing for schedule compression, 3) identifies an optimal strategy for shortening planned schedule, 4) finds a probability density function (PDF) of project cost overrun, and 5) estimates the optimal contingency cost based on the level of confidence. The method facilitates expeditious decisions involved in project budgeting. The validity of the method is confirmed by performing test case.

  • Nowadays, dependency upon the construction equipment is getting bigger and the mass of equipment cost is increase, those are indirect evidence of important of equipment. But construction field has the characteristic that is the various activities and wide work area. These make many problems in the operating of equipments. These problems bring about diminution of workability and productivity, in result it makes increase of cost and time. Owing to solve the problems, this study introduce of Telematics technique. This study analyzes process into its work and management for construction equipment using at the land work, and will apply Telematics to the field equipments.

Challenges and Future of Prefabricated Pipe Spools

  • Prefabrication is a construction technique that is increasingly being applied to different building components due to its many benefits, including higher quality and lower waste. Despite these advantages, there are challenges in execution of these components on projects, due to transportation logistics, skilled labor requirements, and project management techniques. This paper investigates the current landscape of prefabricated pipe spools and potential solutions for minimizing these challenges. The scope of this research includes a proposed workflow, to standardize implementation of these components. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with industry professionals to assess current industry practices and the validity of the proposed workflow. Findings of this paper indicate that greater integration between design, fabrication and transportation is required to minimize inefficiencies when implementing prefabricated pipe spools on projects.

  • 본 논문의 연구자는 중등과정 <7-나 단계> 작도 단원의 의미 있는 학습을 위하여, 자연스러운 발생을 강조하는 Clairaut의 <기하학 원론>을 기반으로 한 5차시 학습 자료를 개발하였다. 중학교 1학년 학생 6명을 대상으로 이를 적용한 수업을 실시하였고, 작도문제 해결을 분석에서 시작하여 작도, 확인 및 탐구로 이어지는 학습 과정의 특징을 분석하였다.

효과적인 퍼스널 이미지 구축을 위한 브랜딩 전략 (The Personal Branding Strategy for Effective Construction of Personal Image)

  • The research intends to exploit a strategy method of personal branding improving a personal value for construction of a personal image. As an assessment, the model of construction strategy of personal branding is developed in four steps of a model, construction of personal branding, by using elements of personal image and researching about personal branding strategy of scholars. In order to substantiate a validity of presented model, the case analyses of Martha Stewart. The strategy of four steps for construction of effective personal image is explained below. First step is an analysis of personal brand equity, deciding a direction of the concept of a personal branding through analyzing into a core value and core competence of one. Second step is a personal brand identity, constructing personal specification and identity with elements of personal image by using effective strategy, being able to be perceived to population. Third step is a personal brand positioning, constructing competitive brand image by using analysis of SWOT and strategy STP. Fourth step is a promotion of personal brand, advertising and extending a brand image of one by using a public activity and communication methods such as publication, mass media, and social network. By using the four kinds of processes, constructed strategy of a personal brand will be significant for construction of an effective personal image by having increment of a value and power of the brand.

철도지하횡단공사 공법의 비용.편익 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cost-Benefit Analysis for the Construction Method of Underground Railway Crossing)

  • Railways are very important to get stability of railway structure as transportation system carrying a lot of passengers and freight. These days the construction of underground railway crossing such as expansion of new roads, construction of subway and gas pipe is increasing because of economic and social development. But these kinds of construction didn't take into account Cost-benefit analysis of railway which has the most important aspects of railway safety, so the results of construction didn't get a good evaluation. This study adapt Cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the economic validity of underground railway crossing. This study adjust about Cost-benefit analysis of railway part, and analyze the new method and technology of underground railway crossing constructed by Korean National Railroad and Railway Network Authority. Also this study divide between high frequency line and low frequency lineusing B/C, NPV, and IRR analysis. After analysis, B/C ratio method is the most suitable method among B/C, NPV, and IRR analysis method. Therefore this study can express economic benefit quantitatively and decrease the cost by adapting Cost-benefit analysis, and can clearly express the construction feasibility and investment effects of construction of underground railway crossing method.

공동주택 건축공사 단위작업의 위험성 평가 방법 (Risk Assessment Method for Activities of Apartment Construction)

  • Recently, the disaster rate of the construction industry has increased with high-rise, and complexity of the building, unlike the decrease in the disaster rate in other industries. Although risk assessment is performed to reduce the occurrence of disasters, it is difficult to estimate the risks accurately due to activity in which no disaster has occurred, and inconsistencies in the level of details of work. In this study, in order to evaluate the risk of the major activity for the apartment construction work, the activity was identified by referring to the risk assessment model of construction industry type by the KOSHA. The construction work types and activities were consistently organized in level of work into nine work types and 82 activities were through experts consultation. Analyzing the disaster types that occurred during work through KOSHA disaster cases, calculating the probability of disaster occurrence according to the type of disaster, and combining the probability of disaster with the severity of disaster to estimate the risk assessment method was presented. Using the daily report of the construction site of the apartment, the results of a case study confirmed the validity of the risk calculation method presented in this study.

연구사례 조사 및 정확도 분석에 의한 무인항공사진측량의 유효성 평가 (Validation of Unmanned Aerial Photogrammetry by Research Case Study and Accuracy Analysis)

  • Recently, the development of sensor technology has led to an increase in research on unmanned aerial photogrammetry in various fields such as digital mapping, monitoring, cadastral survey, coastal survey, and topographic survey. However, existing studies are mainly limited experiments and analysis of specific application field, which is insufficient to demonstrate the validity of unmanned aerial photogrammetry for geospatial information construction. In this study, the studies related to the accuracy of unmanned aerial photogrammetry were investigated. The flight altitude and accuracy of horizontal direction is proportional to the GSD by analyzing the results of the individual studies conducted on the unmanned aerial photogrammetry within the last 5 years. In addition, the accuracy of the evaluation results varied widely according to the experimental conditions, and the problems of the previous studies that lacked the number of samples to evaluate the results were identified. A total accuracy analysis of 322 checkpoints yielded an accuracy of 0.028m in the horizontal direction and 0.044m in the vertical direction. In the future, the results of this study can be used as a basis for the validity of spatial information construction using unmanned aerial photogrammetry.

하중증폭계수를 적용한 비대칭 비가새 골조 2차 해석 평가 (Evaluation of the Second Order Analysis of Asymmetric Unbraced Frame by using Load Amplification Factor)

  • 본 연구는 비대칭 비가새 골조를 대상으로 강구조 설계기준에서 제시하고 있는 하중증폭계수를 적용한 2차 해석법의 타당성을 해석적 방법을 통해 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 KBC 2005에서 제안하고 있는 B1 및 B2 계수를 적용한 2차 해석과 KBC 2009에서 제안하고 있는 하중증폭계수를 적용한 직접해석을 5층 2스팬 및 5층 4스팬 비대칭 비가새 강구조 골조에 대해 실시하고, 그 해석 결과를 2차 비탄성 해석 결과와 비교하여 기준에서 제안된 2차 해석법들을 평가하였다. 해석의 주요 변수로는 골조 형상, 기둥 축력비, 해석방법, 기둥수평위치 등이 적용되었다. 연구 결과 구조물의 비대칭성은 B2 계수 및 제안된 해석법의 유효성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 기둥삭제 및 경사 기둥의 경우 오차의 범위가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 시행 4년차를 맞이하는 BTL사업은 평가부문에서 일본의 PFI사업을 벤치마킹하여 도입되었는데 우선협상대상자 선정평가단계를 살펴보면, 기술적 요소는 시설사업별로 수정 보완되어 고시되는 반면 가격요소 부문은 여전히 최저가 낙찰제가 시행되고 있다. BTL사업의 가격부문은 임대형 사업이라는 특성을 감안해 볼 때 우선협상대상자 선정 방식에 대한 문제 제기와 더불어 향후 운영관리기간 동안 사업비 운용에 대한 우려가 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 계층분석기법을 활용하여 사업초기 우선협상 대상자 선정을 위한 우선순위 결정방법과 사업수행과정에서의 BTL사업비용 타당성 평가를 위한 평가모형을 정립하고자 한다. BTL사업 참여 경험이 있는 전문가 집단을 대상으로 평가 요소를 추출하였으며 평가요소 Levelling과 항목에 대한 Grouping을 통하여 3단계 평가모형을 정립하였다 ; 1단계 - LCC분석과 정부지급금 산출, 2단계 - 1단계 요인에 더하여 각각 분석기준 및 방법의 적정성, RFP요구조건 반영, 비용관련계획의 적정성, 산출비용의 적정성, 3단계 - 각각의 2단계 요인에 대하여 3개-5개의 요소.
