Green growth is summarized as the national growth strategies to enhance the quality of life as a whole by converting not only the lifestyle but the economic and industrial structures into the low carbon and eco-friendly environments with the green growth industries with low carbon as the momentum for new growth, based on green technologies including renewable energy technologies, energy and resource efficient technologies, converging technologies related to technologies to reduce the environmental pollution. Roles of the construction industry along with other industries are very important in securing justifications for the cooperation between our government and industries for challenges to this green growth as well. The national effects of economy are very large from leading the construction industry to the green construction from the national level. Accordingly, this study suggested responsive plans for both government and companies for the activation of green construction by selecting 15 frontier green construction products and analyzing them by the type of strategy in Korea, as well as analyzing recent trends of overseas green construction.

A construction project's period is limited by the order manufacture. And a construction project is requested a specific place, and has the characteristic to be irregular. Today, construction is to be representative high-cost and low-efficiency. This kind of problems appears in small construction projects more often than large construction projects. According to this facts, we recognized necessity of making practical application in methods of construction management. Also, we suggest application and establishment of integrated responsibility management department, PMIS(Project Management Information System) and Data Base. From now on, methods of construction management could be good opportunities for small construction projects and local construction companies. Therefore, small and local construction companies should try to improve their abilities. Likewise, the countries systematize to constitute the relation laws.

In recent times, the legal management of construction enterprise has become one of important theme in the domestic construction industry. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to consider rational methodology of legal management of construction enterprise. To achieve this objective, this paper performs a case study about the major cause and significant characteristic of the legal management. In conclusion, the following factors are systematized : 1) actual condition of legal management of construction enterprise in korea, 2) the influence and extended suggestions of legal management.

Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs has implemented Construction CALS project for improving informationization level of construction industry and for making construction production system efficient. Although an importance of evaluation on level and performance of construction informationziation projects has been emerged, Construction CALS hasn't been evaluated so far. In this study, the performance indicators of construction CALS as the most important base in creating a performance management system were deduced. For this aim, this study reviewed the former researches on system construction for managing performance, analyzed current status of Construction CALS, arranged the relationship between upper strategies and ISP, developed pools of performance indicators, and this study followed IT BSC methodology. As a result, this study developed performance indicators of Construction CALS through four strategies such as globalization and activation of Construction CALS standards, research & development for reaching to international level in construction informationization technology, stabilization of system operation and distribution by publicizing Construction CALS and improving its functions, and policy implementation for managing and coordinating Construction CALS projects. These indicators will be applied to build a system of performance management.

Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's lob stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.

This paper probes into safety leadership in construction and its impacts on site safety performance. A safety leadership model for construction is proposed. It contains two impacting paths of safety leadership, namely safety management and safety culture. By action research, safety improvement is achieved through leadership fulfillment on construction sites.

In 2006, Korean Government decided to relocate the several Government bodies and public institutes. They include total of 49 central Government agencies, semi-government agencies, and 17 national research institutes. The completion of the relocation program has been set to be final in 2030. The target population for the city plan is set to be 500,000. The goal of MAC is first to complete the first phase of the program by 2014 within the budget. In order to achieve the goal, considerable time has been spent to properly establish the program management system. The success of MAC's Multi-function Program Administration System is too early to determine as it is still in progressive. The success depends on the operations not the development.

Research activities and discussions on specialized areas reflecting the specificity of landscape construction are necessary. Therefore, this study was conducted with the purpose of presenting basic data for efficient field management by deriving items necessary for safety management in landscape construction fields through experts' opinions. A survey was conducted using Delphi analysis to derive "management items" and "safety management items according to landscape type" for landscape construction field safety for a total of 15 landscape construction specialists. The survey results showed that four top items were derived from the "management items" for the safety of landscape construction fields; they include: "safety and health management organization and education," "industrial safety and health management expenses," "payment of personal protection," and "establishment of safety measures." In addition, two to five items for each higher item appeared and resulted in a total of 13 lower items. Personnel, organization, budget, etc. for safety management are always required in the field, and the monitoring part of whether these elements are working was also taken up as a management item. In the "Management items according to each landscape construction" a total of eight landscape type were distinguished, they include: 'Reinforced concrete work', 'Masonry work', 'Plaster's work', 'Waterproof work', 'Stone masonry work', 'Pavement work', 'Facilities work', and 'Planting work'. Furthermore, two to seven sub-items for each construction type were derived, and a total of 35 management items were presented.

Also, the construction system become very complicated with the increase of worker. In spite of above facts, the method of construction management depends on the experimental capacity of a construction manager, and there are many unreasonable elements. These elements prevent well-going in construction process. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make a new system of construction management which is adequate for the condition of company and the contents of construction. In this study, the characteristic of production system and the present condition of construction management were investigated with the help of survey. Thus, the new method of construction management which can clear the previous problems was proposed.
