건설신기술품셈 유형분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Classification of Standard of Cost Estimation in Construction New Excellent Technology)

  • The government has applied the Construction New Excellent Technology Endorsement System to enhance national competitiveness and advance domestic construction technology since 1989. Nevertheless, It's application hasn't been expanded to overall construction industry, due to insufficient verification of the cost effectiveness. So, the government has established the standardized cost estimation guideline to verify the cost effectiveness in 2011. This research classified the technology group based on 27 cases of the cost estimation reports to increase understanding of the cost effectiveness of the new excellent technology. It is expected to contribute establishing reasonable and feasible cost estimation standards.

  • 우리나라는 1989년 기술개발자의 개발의욕을 고취시킴으로써 국내 건설기술의 발전을 도모하고, 국가경쟁력 등을 제고하기 위하여 건설신기술 지정제도를 도입하였다. 국내 건설신기술제도가 1989년 최초 도입되어 2009년 12월 31일까지 총 596건의 건설기술이 신기술로 지정되어 건설현장에 총 3만여회 이상 활용되는 등 양적 성과를 거두었고, 국내 건설산업에 직 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있으나, 건설신기술제도의 도입 효과에 대한 체계적인 분석은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 건설신기술제도 도입 이후 건설현장에 활용되었던 양적 성과 외에 건설산업에 직 간접적으로 영향을 미친 경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석함으로써 동 제도의 운영에 따른 당위성을 확보하고 우수성을 검증하여 동 제도가 향후 지속적으로 발전할 수 있는 기틀을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 건설신기술 사용으로 인한 공사비절감액, 공사비절감으로 인한 타 산업 비용절감효과, 취업유발효과, 부가가치 유발효과, 수입대체효과 등 건설신기술의 경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 건설신기술의 경제성과 우수성을 널리 홍보하고, 활용촉진을 도모하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Construction projects, including housing, are carried out over long periods of time. According to changes to the construction period, the cost of input materials and wages also changes. Therefore appropriate management is important in order to minimize cost risks caused by fluctuations in prices. In Korea, housing units are usually sold in lots prior to construction completion. Therefore, careful management of input elements such as materials and equipment that are sensitive to price fluctuations is very important. This study deals with how the price fluctuation of materials, labor, and equipment influences the change of housing cost and seeks a way for cost management through identifying key resources sensitive to price fluctuation. As a result, a change to the housing cost index multiplies depending on cost changes of materials and labor together. Labor costs are a major factor on the housing cost index. In addition, certain types of materials and labor input to housing construction greatly influence price fluctuations. Thus, it is found that managing those main cost factors is the key for effective cost management.

  • Recently, A demand on productivity improvement has required innovation of construction industry more than fast with a economy condition. A RFID is technology that can be effectively applied at the administration of physical distribution, labor, construction progress, etc at construction industry. Therefore, At this paper, A survey of staffs that work at construction site is practised to study application possibility of RFID technology at construction industry. It shows use possibility through a survey that investigated Recognition and application, etc at construction site. RFID technology is connected with other technologies by being based on this study construction industry will be advanced.

  • In view of the problems of insufficient data collection and processing capability of multi-source heterogeneous equipment, and low visibility of equipment status at the ship block construction site. A data collection method for ship block construction equipment based on wireless sensor network (WSN) technology and a data processing method based on edge computing were proposed. Based on the Browser/Server (B/S) architecture and the OneNET platform, an online monitoring system for ship block construction equipment was designed and developed, which realized the visual online monitoring and management of the ship block construction equipment status. Not only that, the feasibility and reliability of the monitoring system were verified by using the intelligent tire frame system as the application object. The research of this project can lay the foundation for the ship block construction equipment management and the ship block intelligent construction, and ultimately improve the quality and efficiency of ship block construction.
