Korea construction industry needs to secure its competitiveness in global construction markets and to urgently find out the proper approaches in consideration of the current situation of Korean construction enterprises and environmental changes in the international market. Korea has national plan to improve the competitive level of the construction industry. Expecially, Government is trying to build the global system in construction industry. But there are no the related national competitive date. Therefore, this paper suggested national competitive indicators and development direction in construction industry. And this research has presented the competitiveness analysis of construction industry with the consideration of condition of infrastructure, transparency and technological competitiveness.

This paper in order to reduce the electric disaster damage which is caused by with electric equipment of traditional market developed the electric safety monitoring system which is suitable in traditional market. With for this did the actual condition investigation about electrical equipment of traditional market and we constructed Test-bed for testing reliability of electric safety monitoring system. Also experiment led in Test-bed and confirmed a stability. This paper following will be used with the data for the reliability security of the electric safe system operation which follows in the traditional market actual proof equipment construction which will be advanced.

Nowadays, it seems we are in the high time of construction design because development of construction technology widen the option of construction exterior closing materials and deepen the high-tech construction method with all various materials. When we see the flow of construction market, the mainstream is the high-rise intelligent building, which makes the best use of the small midtown area efficently. Therefore, Alum curtain wall is becoming the main material of exterior construction, the concept of which is changing from just a simple window frame to an outer wall which has comprehensive function and capability. As we think of the importance of Curtain wall as a comprehensive outer wall, We should do thorough technical examination and verification at the stage of construction design and plan of carrying out construction.

The construction industry in the local areas business as the archetypal local one is effectuating industrial production, create employment and so on to perform a significant part in keeping local economy also reviving sluggish economy. The construction stagnation in market may cause severe economic depression in local which leads to having a crippling impact on local constructive industry, in terms of the phenomenon is on the interrelation between the local construction industry and local economy, with regard to local economy which is not covered by firm based industries is wield strong influenced over by construction industry. The object of this study is to research possible improvement factors on the preferential basis by only companies' efforts, therefore the policy of government or local self-governing body in support may be unnecessarily involved after grasping faced practical problems at regional construction companies from analysing the present condition of local construction marketplace and companies.

일반적으로 국가별 PPP/BOT 사업 정책과 건설 관련 법률체계는 개별 PPP/BOT사업의 사업구도와 사업성에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 2001년 12월 중국의 WTO 가입후 2003년과 2004년도에 공포한 건설관련 법안과 최근 공포된 주요 PPP/BOT 관련 정책 등은 특히 해외 건설투자기업의 개별 사업의 가능성 (Viability)에 직접적 영향을 주는 요인으로 이러한 해외기업의 시장진입을 지배하는 법안과 정책 (Market Access Condition)들로 인해 현재 새로이 중국 시장 진입을 시도하고 국내의 안정적 사업수행 환경에 근거해 개발된 투자지침에 익숙한 국내 기업은 중국내 PPP/BOT 사업 추진시 참여업무 Scope 설정과 투자여부에 대한 의사결정시 내부 공감대 형성에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 우선적으로 중국내 시장진입 관련 법, 제도 및 정책이 해외 EPC 기업의 PPP/BOT 사업 수행에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 최종적으로 실제 사례분석을 통해 중국내 PPP/BOT 시장 참여를 위한 Lessons Learned를 도출하는데 주 목적이 있다.

해외건설사업 시, 현지 상황을 정확하고 빠르게 파악하는 것은 프로젝트 성공을 위해 매우 중요한 요소이다. 이는 토픽모델링을 활용한 뉴스 기사 분석을 통해 실현될 수 있다. 본 연구는 Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)과 BERTopic 두 토픽모델링 기법을 활용하여 뉴스 기사를 분석하고, 최적의 기법을 찾고자 하였다. 모델링 결과로 자동생성된 토픽과 실제 문서 주제와의 일치 여부를 확인하기 위해 BBC 뉴스 기사 6,273건 을 수집하여 ground truth를 생성하고, 이를 모델링된 토픽과 비교하였다. 그 결과 LDA의 F1 score는 0.011, BERTopic은 0.244로 나타났다. 이를 통해 BERTopic이 실제 뉴스 기사의 주제를 잘 파악하며, 해외건설시장의 주요 이슈를 자동으로 이해하는 데 더욱 용이하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다

본 연구는 2008년 하반기 미국발 금융위기 이후 부동산 시장 침체 속에서 국내 건설기업들의 자금난의 실태를 파악하여 정책방향 설정을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 2008년 조사와 비교해 볼 때 당시에 문제로 지적되었던 금융기관이나 신용평가와 관련된 부분들은 어느 정도 해소된 것으로 보인다. 오히려 이번에 지적된 자금사정을 악화시키는 원인으로는 공사대금의 원활한 지급, 신규 물량확보문제, 건설업에 내재된 리스크에 따른 한계, 산업의 비전 등 건설업에 내재된 자체적인 문제와 관련된 것이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 규모별로는 중견기업 불이익 문제와 지역별로는 지방의 건설기업들이 다양한 자금조달 방법에 대한 이해가 필요한 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구를 통해 건설기업의 자금조달 실태를 규모별, 지역별로 이해하여 어려움을 겪는 기업들에 대한 정책과제를 도출하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

신도시개발 사업은 다양한 공종들이 복합적으로 진행되는 사업으로서 그 규모와 파급효과가 매우 큰 사업이다. 최근 국내 신도시개발 시장은 그 규모가 점차 줄어드는 반면 해외 신도시개발 시장은 투자개발형 사업을 위주로 크게 증가하고 있는 실정이며 이러한 상황 속에서 국내 신도시개발 공기업은 지난 30여 년간 국내에서 쌓은 충분한 경험을 바탕으로 해외 신도시시장에 진출할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 국내 공기업의 해외 신도시시장 진출과정에서 고려되어야할 핵심요소들을 도출하였으며 중요도성과분석과 내용분석을 통한 설문분석을 바탕으로 신도시개발 공기업의 현황을 파악하고 해외사업진출 가능성을 파악하였다.

Domestic construction industry has experienced many difficulties as it has been on a downward. It's a way that active modular structure market to solve this problem. However, as Modular structure technical standard in Korea is in the early stages, our modular factory maufactured rate is almost 40% lower than overseas. Besides, there is less design diversity so it just applies for a few buildings like low-rise building and general group barrackes. To deal with these problems, it is essential to modulating the equipment which can improve the production rate. This will help to ensure the quality, shortening of the construction period, the reduction of labor costs. We have defined the name of segmented by each installation location of the equipment to modulating equipment. And it was examined the suitability of the modulating of the location-specific utility system. The results of the analysis are discussed on the page.

해외건설 프로젝트를 기획하고 수행하는 과정에서 현지 시장의 상황을 신속하고 정확하게 파악하는 것은 수익성 창출에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다. 뉴스기사 데이터는 정치, 경제, 사회 등 다양한 관한 정보를 담고 있기 때문에 시장의 상황을 파악하는 데 사용할 수 있는 좋은 데이터이다. 텍스트의 형태로 존재하는 대량의 뉴스기사 데이터로부터 정보를 추출하고 내용을 요약하는 과정에서 인력, 비용, 시간의 소모를 줄이기 위해 텍스트마이닝 기술이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 뉴스기사에 다양한 주제가 공존한다는 특성으로 인해 발생하는 정보 추출의 한계를 극복하기 위해 잠재 디리클레 할당(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) 방법론을 사용하여 토픽 모델링을 수행했다. 문서 집단에 존재하는 주제의 개수가 10개라고 가정했을 때, 이용자들의 편의 증진을 위한 프로젝트(2번 주제)와 아프리카 지역의 빈곤 문제를 해결하기 위한 민간 차원의 지원(4번 주제) 등의 주제 집단이 존재하는 것을 확인했다. 이와 같이 문서 집단의 주제를 구분함으로써 더욱 의미있는 정보를 추출하고, 요약 결과의 활용성을 높일 수 있다.
