In this paper, we analyze these causes and present the method which it can improve the reliability of production data. Also we introduce a real application case.

  • International construction market has been open to other countries, and it derives the development of our overseas construction industry quantitatively as well as qualitatively. Until now, the major companies have an absolute majority in the overseas construction market, and the small and medium enterprises have had difficulty to get a leadership in the international construction market because of the lack of the technical expertise and the capital strength. Especially in the Middle East Asia, our construction companies has touched off a boom, so our market share also has grown, which derived from the up toward ratchet oil prices and a worldwide boom in real estate development. The small and medium enterprise minority have recognition that the overseas construction market is the major company's native territory. But Data from the existing researches and many statistics indicate the most companies tend to underestimate the capacity and international competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises. As a matter of fact, hundreds of small and medium enterprise cut a conspicuous figure in overseas market. Consequently, it is indispensable to overcome the international financial crisis by revitalizing our overseas construction industry which obtains excellent results in international market. this study suggested the ways to expand overseas bonding capacity of Korean financial institution. This study proposed the Korean government to allow Construction Guarantee (former Korea Construction Financial Cooperative) to deal with foreign exchange so that Construction Guarantee will underwrite the overseas construction bond.

  • Since 1995 many enterprises have introduced ERP to strengthen competitive power. However, enterprises that have introduced ERP for the first time have experienced various types of problems integrating them; to this day, there are only a few enterprises that have implemented ERP successfully. The main reason for the failures of successful ERP implementing is that enterprises frequently ignore and/or don't know how to systematically evaluate the construction process of ERP and busy finishing a phase without resolving problems before going on to the next phase. This research focused on the implementation process of ERP project to evaluate the process of ERP at each phase. As a result, we propose an evaluation model of ERP project as a tool to find critical problems at each phase and improve on how to resolve the problems found at each phase. This evaluation model makes it possible to introduce ERP successfully by presenting the basis of assessment which will be used by enterprises to minimize the trial and error of construction process of ERP.

  • People are often motivated by money. The salary a worker is paid by his employer can have a great influence on his performance in the administration. The study aims to identify and measure the impact of collective bargaining on the income of employees in enterprises. Participants were given a questionnaire consisting of 21 observation variables with a 5-point Likert scale. Independent variables were measured from 1 "without effect" to 5 "strongly". Based on the literature review and results of interviews, a total of 285 questionnaires were sent to participants in 95 enterprises in three typical fields: industry, construction, textile, and garment; 255 of them met the standards and were subject to be analyzed. We use qualitative research methods combined with quantitative research methods. SPSS20 software is used to synthesize and analyze data. The results of Cronbach's alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) identify, the objective for collective bargaining (MT), time to organize collective bargaining (TD), the competence of the parties of the collective bargaining (NL), collective bargaining organization process (QT) are positively correlated with the income of workers in enterprises; information provided for collective bargaining (TT) has a negative correlation with the income of employees in enterprises. Based on the findings, some suggestions have been given for collective bargaining to increase the income of employees in enterprises in Vietnam.
