  • This paper proposes a sensorless control method of BLDC motors using line-to-line back-EMFs. Typical sensorless control methods have various problems such as the difficulty in operation at low speed and difficulties in application and so forth. However, the control method using line-to-line back-EMFs that this paper proposes solved not only such problems but also problems of noise and difficulty of commutation detection. The method is to divide line-to-line back EMF into the constant. With 550[W] BLDC motor driving system, simulations and experiments have been carried out for the verification of the proposed control method.

To find them, voltages, currents and power factors according to frequencies were measured in short circuit and open circuit respectively.   • The on-line calculation method is developed to obtain the temperature trajectory that brings the reactants to the desired state in batch styrene polymerization reactor. The temperature trajectory is obtained by applying the moments of the polymer concentration to the 2-step calculation method. The computer simulation is also carried out to verify the superiority of the on-line method to the off-line one. When a temperature disturbance of constant size is introduced, the off-line results shows considerable deviation from the target degree of polymerization. The on-line strategy set up a new trajectory to reach the desired state by using the current state of the reactor. Therefore, the on-line strategy deals with the changes of the system more adequately than the off-line strategy.

  • 라인 소스에 의한 빔 패턴 합성 문제에서 소스 분포함수와 빔 패턴간의 관계는 푸리에 변환쌍으로 표현 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 원하는 lobe형 빔 패턴을 만족시키는 라인 소스 분포함수를 반복 샘플링을 통한 비선형 역변환법을 사용하여 합성하는 일반적인 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 유전 매질에 TE 및 TM 평면파 입사시 원하는 역산란 반사계수를 갖도록 하는 연속적으로 분포된 유전율 합성에 적용될 수 있으며, 임의 반사계수를 갖는 전송선로 합성에도 적용될 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 대역저지 공간 필터 및 분산 특성을 갖는 전송선로 필터에 적용, 분석하므로서 제안한 방법의 타당성을 보인다.

생물공정 모니터링을 위한 광섬유 포도당 및 젖산 센서의 개발 (Development of Optical Fiber Glucose and Lactate Biosensors for Bioprocess Monitoring)

  • In this work the optical fiber glucose and lactate biosensors were developed by using fluorescent dye and enzyme immobilized on the end tip of an optical fiber. 3-Glycidyloxypropyl)methyldiethoxysilane (GPTMS), (3-Aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane (APTMS) and Methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS) were used to immobilize glucose oxidase (GOD), lactate oxidase (LOD) and ruthenium(II) complex (tris(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline) ruthenium(II), $Ru(dpp)_3^{2+}$) as oxygen sensitive fluorescent dye. MTMS sol-gel was an excellent supporting material for the immobilization of $Ru(dpp)_3^{2+}$, GOD, and LOD on the optical fiber. Storage stability of the optical fiber glucose sensor was kept constant over 20 days, while the optical fiber lactate sensor had constant storage stability over 17 days. The optical fiber glucose and lactate biosensors also maintained good operational stability for 20 hours and 14 hours, respectively. The activities of the immobilized enzymes were most excellent at pH 7 and at $25^{\circ}C$. On-line monitoring of glucose and lactate in a simulated process was performed with the optical fiber glucose and lactate biosensors. On-line monitoring results were agreed with those of off-line data measured with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).

주파수 영역법을 이용한 페라이트 물질이 포함된 스트립 선로 특성 해석 (Analysis of Characteristics for Strip Line with a Ferrite Material using Spectral-Domain Method)

  • 비가역적인 특성을 갖는 페라이트 소자는 다양한 마이크로파 소자로서 사용되어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 지 금까지 발표된 적이 없는 구조(페라이트 물질이 포함된 다증 구조인 스트립 선로)의 특성을 주파수 영역법을 이용하여 해석하였다 이 때 외부 de 자계를 접지 도체에 수직되게 가하였다고 가정하였으며, 각 파라메타와 주파수에 따른 전파상수뜰 계산하였다. 또한 기저함수(basis function)의 개수의 증가에 따른 수렴과 해석한 계산 결과의 타당성도 확인하였다 계산 결과. YIG의 두께가 증가할수록 차단되는 영역이 넓어지고, 차단되는 영역 이후의 주파수에서는 전 파상수가 작아짐을 알 수 있었다 그리고 인가되는 dc 자계 $\mu_0H_0$가 커짐에 따라 차단되는 영역의 주파수가 커짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 스트립 선로의 시융레이션 결과가 마이크로스트립 선로의 경우보다 차단되는 영 역이 더 넓고, 전파상수기 큼을 알 수 있었다.

  • By using the point matching method, the coplanar waveguide shielded by the rectangular waveguide has been analyzed. The particular potential solution of C.P.W has been obtained from the boundary condition by using the point matching method. The line capacitance has been obtained from the total charge of the center conductor per length. The effective dielectric constant and the line impedance have been obtained from the line capacitance of C.P.W.

  • In this paper, by modeling the Multilayer-Multiconductor Transmission Line(MMTL) with the characteristic parameters-effective dielectric constant, eigen modal voltages, characteristic impedances at each mode, pulse propagation characteristics of MMTL network are simulated. Transmission line modelling is performed in frequency domain, then time domain resposes are obtained by transforming the frequency domain response using fast Fourier transform.

  • In this paper, a method for computing the capacitance parameter for a multi-interconnection line in a multilayered dielectric region is presented. The number of interconnection lines and the number of dielectric layers are arbitrary, and the interconnection lines are finite cross section or infinite cross section. The surface of lines and dielectric interface are divided into subsection. The surface charge density of each subsection is a constant step-pulse function for each subsection. After the solution of surface charge density is effected by the method of moments, capacitance parameter is calculated.

미지의 선형 시스템에 대한 On-Line 모델링 알고리즘 (On-Line Identification Algorithm of Unknown Linear Systems)

  • A recursive on-line algorithm with orthogonal ARMA identification is proposed for linear systems with unkonwn time delay, order, and parameters. The algorithm is based on the Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization of basis functions, and extendedto recursive form by using two dimensional autocorrelations and crosscorrelations of input and output with constant data length. The proposed algorith can cope with slowly time-varying or order-varying delayed system. Various simulations reveal the performance of the algorithm.
