Purpose - This paper want to confirm whether the guilty consciousness moderates the relationship between luxury brand awareness and purchase intention. The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of buying intention of counterfeit luxury brand and to increase intention of purchase of genuine brand. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was analyzed using SPSS 19 and SPSS Macro. An internal consistency analysis was performed to verify the reliability of the measuring instruments and Pearson's miniscule correlation to examine the correlation of variants. In addition, the data were averaged to perform regression analysis and to see the control effects of guilt, and the significance of the control effect was verified using SPSS Macro. Results - The first hypothesis that the perception of luxury brands will have a positive effect on the intent of buying counterfeit luxury brands was found to be significant. Next, a hypothesis was also established that the sense of guilt would have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between the recognition of a luxury brand and the intention of buying a counterfeit brand. Conclusions - The study expanded the study of counterfeit brand names by making an empirical check on the effects of brand awareness and guilt for the first time in the research done so far.
The purpose of this study was the development of a scale to assess the daily hassles of school age children. The subjects were 398 third and sixth grade children selected from elementary schools in Seoul, Inchon, Taejon, Kwangju and Pusan. Instruments included a questionnaire composed of a 96-item Daily Hassles Coping Scale, demographic questions, a 27-item Children's Depression Inventory, the 42-item Han & Yoo Daily Hassles Scale for Children, and a 30-item Children's Behavior Check List for mothers. Mean, %, ${\chi}^2$, Cramer's V, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis and Pearson's r were used for data analysis. 82 items from the 96-item Daily Hassles Coping Scale were selected through the item discriminant method. (Cramer's V discriminant coefficients ranged from .36 to .79). Five factors were extracted from the lst and 2nd factor analyses. Subscales were "parent-related," "friend-related I," "study-related," "friend-related II," and "teacher-related" stress. Criterion validity of the 82-item scale was confirmed through significant correlations with the Children's Depression Inventory (r=.55) and the Han & Yoo Daily Hassles Scale for Children (r=.22). Internal consistency of this scale was high, including internal reliability of subscales. These results confirm this scale as a valid and reliable measure of daily hassles of school age children.

The importance of accurate dose delivery in radiotherapy is well documented. Studies have shown that a mere 5% deviation of the prescribed dose can produce an undesirable treatment outcome. Uncertainties in the dose delivery can arise at different stages of the radiotherapy process. Therefore, a good quality assurance programme will ensure the best possible results and consistency of the radiotherapeutic treatment. Quality assurance in any radiotherapy department involves the responsibility of a multi-disciplinary team of radiation oncologists, medical physicists and radiation technologists. This paper will focus on the physical and technical aspects of QA. The organizational structure and responsibility of the physics QA team is outlined and also included the types and frequencies of QA checks. For a QA program to be effective, action levels should be clearly defined and understood by all staff concerned. Data of the Singapore National Cancer Centre's participation over the last ten years with the IAEA / WHO Postal TLD Dose Inter-comparison programme is presented. The data obtained were within the international criteria. For a QA program to be successfully implemented, there must be a commitment by management to provide adequate staff, test equipment, machine time as well as continual training and education. This is in addition to the positive attitudes of all the staff. A quality audit is also necessary to serve as a check and balance to ensure that the QA is in order.

In this study, a part of high school science instructional materials is evaluated by Instructional Quality Profile(IQP) based on the Merrill's Component Display Theory(CDT). The CDT is based on the Gagne assumption of different conditions of learning for different outcomes. The IQP enables the user to check both the consistency and adequacy of existing cognitive instruction. The IQP can be used to predict student performance, and also to design and develop new insturctional materials. The instructional components are classified according to 5 task levels; An Use-Generalities on Newly Encountered Examples(UGeg), A Remember-Paraphrased -Generalities (RpG), A Remember-Verbatim-Generalities (RvG), A Remember-Paraphrased -Examples (Rpeg), A Remember-Verbatim-Examples(Rveg). And the instructional presentations are classified according to 4 levels: Explain Generalities(EG), Explain examples(Eeg), Inquiry Generalities(IG), Inquiry examples(Ieg). The instructional presentations are determined by instructional components of a related test item, and indexes of the presentation adequacy are calculated by the instructional presentations. The indexes of this study(0.17 - 0.44) were very low and it indicates that the instructional presentations were not adequate to the instructional components of the related text item.
Due to advances in omics technologies, numerous genome-wide studies on human samples have been published, and most of the omics data with the associated clinical information are available in public repositories, such as Gene Expression Omnibus and ArrayExpress. While analyzing several public datasets, we observed that errors in gender information occur quite often in public datasets. When we analyzed the gender description and the methylation patterns of gender-specific probes (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase [G6PD], ephrin-B1 [EFNB1], and testis specific protein, Y-linked 2 [TSPY2]) in 5,611 samples produced using Infinium 450K HumanMethylation arrays, we found that 19 samples from 7 datasets were erroneously described. We also analyzed 1,819 samples produced using the Affymetrix U133Plus2 array using several gender-specific genes (X (inactive)-specific transcript [XIST], eukaryotic translation initiation factor 1A, Y-linked [EIF1AY], and DEAD [Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp] box polypeptide 3, Y-linked [DDDX3Y]) and found that 40 samples from 3 datasets were erroneously described. We suggest that the users of public datasets should not expect that the data are error-free and, whenever possible, that they should check the consistency of the data.
Purpose: The study investigates the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the real estate sector of the UAE by collecting the opinions of both the real estate companies and different tenants on the execution of CSR. Research design, data, and methodology: Using a sample of 300 different types of UAE real estate consumers and twenty real estate firms, the researchers collected the opinions of targeted subjects by administering two types of questionnaires. The Cronbach's Alpha and the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) tests were employed to check the internal consistency and validity of the questionnaires. The selected hypotheses were tested using the Kruskal-Wallis (K-W) hypothesis testing technique. Results: The findings revealed that all types of UAE real estate consumers expressed their discontentment over the implementation of socially responsible actions by the real estate companies. Whereas UAE real estate companies expressed their confidence in the ideal implementation of social actions towards all stakeholders in general and tenants. Conclusion: Even though more than 50 percent of realty customers are dissatisfied with the company's implementation of CSR, a little over 54.80 percent are willing to recommend the company to their family and friends. Implications have been provided for UAE real estate companies who wish to promote their business to all categories of UAE real estate consumers successfully.
This study was aimed to develop ume flower image into a competitive fashion culture product image by reinterpreting the image in modern terms, manufacturing patterns and applying them to various items. In terms of method, ume flower petal was used as a motive and developed into a pattern, using Adobe Illustrator 10, a computer design program. Based on the symbolic image and realist form of ume flower, three new basic motives of new figurative image were set using form omission, simplification, overlapping, repetition and graphic elements. Each motive developed transformed patterns through the change, transformation, combination of colors. The repetitive unit of each motive set expressed geometrical patterns and combination of flower patterns using pattern repetition and $45^{\circ}$ repetition technique in combination with the check arrangement using quadrangle, and set the direction of design that would fit for each item of fashion culture products. Also, consistency and practicality were sought in the goods planning composition of each item by applying motive pattern results to the fashion culture goods, such as neckties, scarves, T-shirts that can be consumed in everyday life. It seems that more creative culture goods including ume flowers will be developed by seeing our own cultural elements as well as flower patterns like ume flower with modern trends.

Data so as to meet key values are preserved at Column-Family Stores such as Cassandra, HBase, Hypertable, and Amazon Simple DB in the Big Data environment. In this paper, with referring to Cassandra, we define column-family data stores and its structure. And then, we check out their characteristics such as consistency, transaction, availability, retrieval function (basic queries and advance queries) with CQL (Cassandra Query Language), and expandability. Also, we appropriate or inappropriate subjects for application of column-family stores.

A framework of multi layered database is proposed for the integrated operation of civil infrastructure information in this study. The multi-layered database is a logically integrated database composed of standardized information layers. The framework of multi-layered database is defined by three axes, national assets, lifetime, and data levels. The axis of national assets indicates civil infrastructures such as bridges, dams, tunnels and power plants that can be considered as national key structures. The axes of lifetime and data levels indicate the standardized information layers generated from the life-phase of civil infrastructure and the priority of data in the information layers, respectively. The standardized information layers are basically composed of reusable data sets defined by information models. A prototype of standard database for steel bridges is constructed based on the framework as a proof of concept. Demonstration examples such as data consistency check and automatic generation of a FEA model show that the proposed concept can assure the sustainable interoperability of civil infrastructure information as well as design information of steel bridges.

In this paper, we propose an adaptive variable-sized matching window method using the characteristic points of the image and a method to increase the reliability of the cross-consistency check to raise the correctness of the final disparity image. The proposed adaptive variable-sized window method segments the image with the color information, finds the characteristic points inside the window. Also the proposed algorithm implement using a graphic processing unit(GPU). The GPU, we used in this paper is GeForce GTX296 (NVIDIA) and we can use programming based on CUDA. The calculation speed realizes a speed approximately 128 times faster than that of a CPU.
