In this paper, an efficient LP method ofr discrete harmonic spectra is proposed and discussed. A new efficient LP method is a combination of recursive and frequency selective LP. While the recursive LP provides better spectral matching in spectral hills, frequency selective LP eliminates numerical instability and improves spectral matching when the harmonics are confined in the low frequncy region. The proposed LP method is applied to the HILN coder. Simulation results using a verification model(VM) software for real audio signals show a definite trend of significant improvement.

본 연구에서는 직각밀폐용기의 수평경계면이 단열인 경우뿐만 아니라 등온 조건을 갖는 경우에 대해 실험적으로 연구하여 경계조건의 변화가 직각밀폐용기내 흐름 및 열전달에 미치는 영향, 특히 등온조건을 갖는 경우 수직 온도차에 따르는 안정온도 구배효과로 예상되는 흐름의 억제, 지연효과를 작종 물리적 변수들의 영향과 함께 세밀히 조사하였다.

This paper aims to investigate the navigation control of a mobile robot in a confined environment. Steering angle becomes control variable which is computed from the fuzzy control rules. The identification method proposed in this paper presents the fuzzy control rules obtained through modelling of. the driving actions of human operator. The feasibility of the proposed method is evaluated through the application of the identified fuzzy controls rules to the navigation control of a mobile robot which follows the center of a corridor.

In this paper, we report measurement of absorption coefficient for various InGaAs MQW QCSE device structures. The absorption spectra over a range of QCSE were obtained from measured photocurrent spectra. The refractive index changes with applied electric field were calculated from the absorption spectra.

The latest Pleistocene-Holocene deposits on the Korea Strait shelf form a high-frequency sequence which consists of three systems tracts: the lowstand, transgressive and highstand systems tract. The lowstand systems tract is distributed on the shelf margin and trough region, whereas the highstand systems tract is confined only to the inner shelf. Although the transgressive systems tract between the lowstand systems tract and the highstand systems tract was identified over a wide area of the shelf, it is either very thin (a few meters thick) or absent.

In aquifers connected hydraulically, the levels of groundwater respond to stream stages. Analytical solutions by Laplace transform and convolution integral are used to get some response patterns about hydrogeoiogic parameter such as hydraulic conductivity, specific storage in confined aquifer. This method has the advantage to do hydrogeologic parameter estimations only with stream stage changes.

Atom-thick 2-dimensional materials such as graphene, h-BN and MoS2 hold substantial potential for applications in future molecular-scale integrated electronics, transparent conducting membranes, nanocomposites, etc. From a fundamental point of view, 2-dim crystal-solid substrates can also serve as a unique system to study various physicochemical phenomena occurring at low dimensions or interfaces. In this talk, I will present our recent Raman spectroscopy studies on the surface science problems of graphene: interfacial charge transfer, molecular diffusion in confined space and structural deformation.
