무베어링 로터 허브 형상에 대한 요구도 분석 및 항력 예측 (Requirement Analysis and Drag Prediction for the Aerodynamic Configuration of a Bearingless Rotor Hub)

  • 무베어링 로터 허브시스템 개발에서 할당된 공기역학적 허브 항력 요구도를 분석하여, 요구도에서 제시된 방법으로 입증 가능하도록 요구도를 구체화 시켰다. 초기 허브 형상에 대해 공력계수에 기반하여 항력 예측을 수행하였으며, 요구도 충족을 위한 설계 변경안을 제시하였다. 최종 형상에 대해 전산유체기법을 사용하여 항력 예측을 수행하였으며, 그 결과 구체화된 요구도를 만족시킴을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 기 개발된 헬리콥터의 추세선으로부터 유추할 수 있는 허브 항력의 범위 내에 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

  • SaaS는 소프트웨어 개발 및 배포에 있어 전체적인 비용을 크게 줄일 수 있는 새로운 패러다임으로 분산 컴퓨팅, 그린 컴퓨팅, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 동의 최신 컴퓨팅 플랫폼에 있어 중요한 기반기술로 여겨지고 있다. 이러한 SaaS는 기존의 소프트웨어와 달리 높은 수준의 설정 가능성(Configurability)을 요구받고 있으며, 이에 따라 설정 요구사항(Configuration Requirements)의 추출에 있어 모든 설정 가능성을 빠짐 없이 고려하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 SaaS의 특성에 따라 각 요구사항에 대한 설정 가능성이 누락되지 않도록 결정할 수 있는 분류 기법을 제안한다.

  • Requirement management is an essential process that has a significant influence on the project success.   • Medium size rotorcraft consist of approximately 5,000 key components. The components must satisfy the target weight and performance requirement through optimization. Therefore a rotorcraft component has approximately 100 times higher unit cost for mass production than the equivalent of an automobile's, along with huge development cost. Configuration management consists of four main parts : configuration identification, configuration control, configuration audit, and data management. In development programme, configuration management is one of the methods to save development cost, and setting a well-structured configuration management system according to the Military Standard is an important factor in success of the programme. The paper proposes a configuration management system suitable for development of various multi-use components development and presents that the configuration management was performed successfully during dual-use component development programme using the established system.

  • Urban transit is system that offer target Performance and function because various lower part system such as vehicles, signaling, power supply, rail track is consisted as complex. It is important first of all that describe correctly system requirement until configuration of system, design, manufacture, installation and test verification so that the complicated urban transit system is to act safety and reliable and to display target Performance and function properly.   • The Configuration Management(CM) of Nuclear Power Plant(NPP) is an activity that maintains consistency among the design requirement, facility configuration information and physical configuration. It is a systematic approach to performing various engineering tasks such as change management by identifying, documenting the characteristics of plant Structures, Systems and Component(SSC). The first activity that should be performed the configuration baseline setting at the start of project. The configuration baseline of the NPP construction phase is the status of the SSC of the plant at a specified process and time, and the actual configuration changes depending on the condition of plant. In this paper, I have studied the current status of configuration baseline used in the software industry and general plant industry, method of establishment for the configuration baseline which was first applied to the construction of NPP.

  • The HEMU-400X project starts at 2007. It is important first of all that describing correctly system requirement during configuration of system, design, manufacturing, installation and test verification so that the complicated high-speed electric multiple unit is to run safety and reliable and to achieve target performance and function properly. The system requirement assist the system designer to understand the performance and function of system in basic design. For this process, system engineer have to manage the system requirement. This paper proposes the management contents of system requirement such as change management, requirement traceability, etc, for HEMU-400X.

  • Configuration Management (CM) is a process of identifying and documenting the characteristics of a Structures, Systems and Components (SSCs), and of ensuring that changes to these characteristics are properly assessed, approved, issued, implemented and verified. There are requirement management, change control, facility configuration information management for CM activities. In order to improve safety of Nuclear Power Plant(NPP), it is necessary to manage change item systematically. Existing CM concept is focused on the NPP in operation. On the other hand, NPP under construction is difficult to efficiently manage the change because of different change process from varoius stake-holders. This research considers method of consolidation change process for NPP to ensure that approved changes are accurately reflected in the design requirements, facility configuration information, and the physical configuration.

  • 원자력발전소는 총 사업비 약8.6조, 사업기간 10년 이상이 소요되는 대형 국가기반사업이며, 60년 이상 운영되는 국가경제 및 국민의 안전과 밀접한 시설이다. 따라서 설계, 건설, 운영 등 프로젝트 일련의 과정에서 정확하고 경제적 의사결정이 가능하도록 정확한 정보와 일관된 물리적 형상이 유지되어야 한다. 하지만 원전산업은 다른 산업에 비해 복잡하고 규제가 많아 일찌감치 형상관리의 중요성이 널리 인식되어왔지만, 목적과 주체가 명확하지 않아 체계적인 형상관리에 한계가 있었다. 따라서 본 논문은 많은 격실로 이루어진 APR1400을 설계요건과 형상정보를 반영한 실(Room)기반 데이터베이스 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 실 속성을 구분하는 4가지 요소를 선정하였으며, 이를 기반으로 한 데이터베이스를 활용하여 완성도 높고 체계적인 원자력발전소의 형상관리 체계 활용에 일조하고자 한다.

소형비행기 가로안정성 향상 및 적합성검증 방안 연구 (Study on the lateral stability improvement and compliance verification)

  • This is a research on the method of how to improve lateral stability for the small general aviation airplane to meet the FAR part 23 requirements. This research is based on the experience of certification flight tests of KC-100 airplane for Korea first type certification. KAS/FAR Part 23.177 is the static lateral and directional stability requirement. And, 23.177(b) requires to show the tendency to raise the low wing in steady heading side slip maneuver. However, it is very difficult for the low wing to be raised at the low speed during the steady heading side slip maneuver. So, the requirement allows not be negative at the $1.2V_{S1}$ speed and takeoff configuration. (static stability requirement requires low wing picked up at any speed except $1.2V_{S1}$ speed and takeoff configuration) In this paper, the static lateral stability requirements and the lessons & learned of KC-100 airplane certification flight test results are shown.
