최근 건설업계를 포함한 사회 전반에 걸쳐 기업의 경쟁력 및 국가 경쟁력 강화와 효율성 재고를 위한 핵심 전략 수단으로 정보화가 가장 큰 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 하지만 정보화 투자와 관련하여 정보화의 실물적 가치론 정할 수 있는 사례가 없으며, 정보시스템의 경제적 효과에 대한 확신이 없기 때문에 각 기업의 경영자들은 정보화에 대한 투자 의사결정에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 정보화 평가는 기업의 IT 투자의사결정을 도와주고, 기존에 구축된 IT자산의 효율적 활용을 유도하여 기업 경영목표의 달성과 기업가치 극대화를 이루기 위한 필수적인 도구이다. 이에 본 연구는 건설 업종의 정보화 수준을 지속적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 정보화 평가 시스템을 개발하여, 건설 산업의 정보화 투자 유도 및 정보화 수준향상을 도모하고자 한다.

Background and purpose: Gin Ga Chu Yo(該家樞要) was written in the year 1359 by Hwal Su(滑壽) who was a famous oriental doctor between Won(元) and Myeong(明) dynasty. As specialized in sphygmology(脈學), this book was brought together most things about sphygmology(脈學) before Won(元) dynasty by the author. Moreover he added the self-realized things to this book. Methods: In this book, there are all 20 chapters; Chu Yo Hyeon Eon(樞要玄言), Jwa U Su Bae Jang Bu Bu Wi (左右手配臟腑部立), O Jang(五臟), Sa Si peong Maek(四時平脈), Nae Gyeong Sam Bu Maek Beop(內經三部脈法), Ho Heup Chim Bu Jeong O Jang Beop(呼吸沈浮定五臟法), In Ji Ha Gyeong Jung I Jeong O Jang Beop(因指下輕重以定五臟法), Sam Bu So Ju(三部所主), Ji Maek Su Beop(持脈手法), Maek Gwi Yu Sin(脈實有神), Maek Eum Yang Yu Seong(脈陰陽類成 ), Gyeom Hyeon Maek Ryu(兼見脈類), Je Maek Ui Gi Ryu(諸脈宜忌類), Heom Je Sa Jeung Ryu(驗諸死症類) , Sa Jeol Maek Ryu(死絶脈類), O Jang Dong Ji Maek(五藏動止脈), Bu In Maek Beop(婦人脈法), So A Maek Beop(小兒脈法), Maek Sang Tong Hoe(脈象統會), Maek Sang Ga(脈象歌) and an epilogue in the end. This treatise is made up of principal, notes, study and conclusion, we tried to make a translation faithful to the original. Results and Conclusion: Looking into this book, we can know that it is very detail in analyzing item by item, bright and simple in explaining and it is very useful in studying pulse evaluation(脈診). In his preface, Hwal Su(滑壽) expresses his opinion with firm confidence that 'Do(道) of the World scattered in several scholarships and books of method and technique(方術). Nothing of method and technique(方術 ) is more important than medicine. Nothing of medicine goes before pulse evaluation(脈診).' With such good reasons, as a student of sphygmology(脈學), I think this book is very valuable in studying pulse evaluation. So I add Hangul suffixes(吐) to a part of this book and translate it into Korean.

This study aimed to evaluate the measurement uncertainty for the quantitative determination of chlorite and chlorate in ready-to-eat fresh-cut vegetables using ion chromatography with a hydroxide-selective column. One gram of the homogenized sample in deionized water was sonicated and centrifuged at 8,500 rpm. The supernatant was purified by passing it through a Sep-Pak tC18 cartridge, followed by chromatographic determination using a Dionex IonPac AS27 column. The linearity of the calibration curves, recovery, repeatability, and reproducibility of the method were satisfactory. The method detection limit was estimated to be approximately 0.5 mg/kg. Each uncertainty component was evaluated separately, and the combined and expanded uncertainty values were calculated at the 95% confidence level. The measured concentrations for 3 mg/kg of chlorite and chlorate standard materials were $3.18{\pm}0.32$ and $3.10{\pm}0.42mg/kg$, respectively. These results confirmed the reliability of the developed method for measuring the two chlorine-based oxyanions in fresh-cut vegetables.

The purposes of this research were 1) to identify shopping orientation according to customer's personality type, 2) to examine perceived importance of service and satisfaction of service related to customer's personality type, 3) to find the relationships of evaluation of salesperson's service and re-purchase intention in each of customer's personality types. The data were collected via self-administered questionnaires from 434 female formal wear shoppers. and were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Chi-square test, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: Shopping orientations varied according to customer's personality type. E type had stronger Hedonic/self-confidence than I type, F type had higher Depending decision making than T type and P type had higher Quick decision making than J type. And service items satisfied the customers with a certain personality type. E type was satisfied with timely and proper A/S, not forcing to purchase and trustful behavior of salesperson more than I Type was. And also with expertise, individualized care, polite attitude, and merchandising promotion. N type was satisfied with individualized care more than S type was. A service evaluation criterion affected the re-purchase intention for a customer with a certain personality type. Customer's convenience in E. I. S, N, T, F, J types had a significant effect on re-purchase intention. And Expertise/ care in E, N, T, J types had a positive effect on re-purchase intention. also Politeness in E, I, S, N, T, J, P types did. But in only E type, Merchandising promotion affected re-purchase intention.

Background The three-dimensional (3D) evaluation of skeletal stability after orthognathic surgery is a time-consuming and complex procedure. The complexity increases further when evaluating the surgery-first orthognathic approach (SFOA). Herein, we propose and validate a simple time-saving method of 3D analysis using a single software, demonstrating high accuracy and repeatability. Methods This retrospective cohort study included 12 patients with skeletal class 3 malocclusion who underwent bimaxillary surgery without any presurgical orthodontics. Computed tomography (CT)/cone-beam CT images of each patient were obtained at three different time points (preoperation [T0], immediately postoperation [T1], and 1 year after surgery [T2]) and reconstructed into 3D images. After automatic surface-based alignment of the three models based on the anterior cranial base, five easily located anatomical landmarks were defined to each model. A set of angular and linear measurements were automatically calculated and used to define the amount of movement (T1-T0) and the amount of relapse (T2-T1). To evaluate the reproducibility, two independent observers processed all the cases, One of them repeated the steps after 2 weeks to assess intraobserver variability. Intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) were calculated at a 95% confidence interval. Time required for evaluating each case was recorded. Results Both the intra- and interobserver variability showed high ICC values (more than 0.95) with low measurement variations (mean linear variations: 0.18 mm; mean angular variations: 0.25 degree). Time needed for the evaluation process ranged from 3 to 5 minutes. Conclusion This approach is time-saving, semiautomatic, and easy to learn and can be used to effectively evaluate stability after SFOA.

GC/PCI-MS/MS를 이용하여 식육가공품 등 총 154건을 대상으로 니트로사민의 함량을 조사하여 노출량을 평가하였다. 니트로사민의 회수율은 84-112%였고, 검출한계는 0.5 ${\mu}g$/kg 이하, 정량 한계는 1.5 ${\mu}g$/kg 이하의 수준이었다. 니트로사민은 전체 시료 154 건 중 89건이 검출되어 검출율이 58%를 보였으며 이중 전체식품 대비 식육가공품이 27%, 어육가공품이 19%, 젓갈 7%, 주류 및 음료 5%의 검출율을 보였다. 1일 평균 섭취량과 체중을 근거로 전체 인구집단의 니트로사민 인체노출량을 산출한 결과, 평균노출에서 $4.92{\times}10^{-7}$mg/kg b.w./day으로 나타났으며, 노출안전역 (MOE)은 208,939로 위해영향이 거의 없는 수준으로 나타났다.

The impact behavior of a multigirder concrete bridge under single and multiple moving vehicles is studied based on correlated road surface characteristics. The bridge structure is modeled as grillage beam system. A 3D nonlinear vehicle model with eleven degrees of freedom is utilized according to the HS20-44 truck design loading in the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) specifications. A triangle correlation model is introduced to generate four classes of longitudinal road surface roughness as multi-correlated random processes along deck transverse direction. On the basis of a correlation length of approximately half the bridge width, the upper limits of impact factors obtained under confidence level of 95 percent and side-by-side three-truck loading provide probability-based evidence for the evaluation of AASHTO specifications. The analytical results indicate that a better transverse correlation among road surface roughness generally leads to slightly higher impact factors. Suggestions are made for the routine maintenance of this type of highway bridges.
