  • Debris bed내·외로부터 깨스유량을 갖는 debris/water 열적상호작용 해석모델이 중대사고 분석을 위해 제시되었다. 제시된 모델은 증기 소비, debris bed에서 수소 생성, 유입깨스 및 화학반응열에 대한 인자들을 포함하고 있으며, 금속-물반응 및 debris/concrete 작용으로 인한 깨스 생성을 평가하기 위해 MARCH code에 도입시켰다. 그 결과 수소원은 격납용기 과도압력에 큰 영향을 미치나 debris bed로 대류깨스 냉각과 콘크리트로 전도 열손실은 debris bed 냉각성에 조그마한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 debris 인자의 재가열과 재용융은 콘크리트와 상호작용에 의해 상당히 지연될 수 있다.

  • This paper presents the structural characteristic analysis of a centerless grinding machine with concrete bed. The centerless grinding machine is composed of grinding wheel head, regulating wheel head, concrete bed, wheel dresser and so on. Especially, the concrete bed is introduced to improve the static, dynamic and thermal characteristics of the centerless grinding machine. The structural analysis model of centerless grinding machine is constructed by the finite element method, and the structural characteristics in the design stage are estimated based on the structural deformation and harmonic response under the various testing conditions related to gravity force and directional farces

  • In the rail facilities, the rail track consists of rail, tie, fastening, accessories and bed. The rail track is largely divided into Ballast Bed Track (BBT) and Concrete Bed Track (CBT) according to the type of bed. In this thesis, among Concrete Bed Track, slab track, which is used for the Japanese high speed railway, is a target of this study. Dynamic analysis by using finite element method are performed where moving train load is periodic function. Then through parametric study, some conclusions are obtained as follows. Cement Asphalt Mortar (CAM) affects contrary mechanical behavior to rail and slab greatly. Therefore, change of CAM spring coefficient should be handled with care. For slab thickness, thin slab is more profitable to reduction of vibration of rail than thick one but mechanical capacity of slab is deteriorated. Improved structural type is proposed, then structural analysis is performed for this one. This type is effective to reduction of vibration of railway system.

궤도구조에 따른 고속철도차량의 진동특성 분석 (Analysis on the Vibration Characteristics of High Speed Train according to Track Structure)

  • To analyze the effect of the track structure on the running performance of the railway vehicle, we studied on the vibration and ride characteristics of the high speed train. As results, vibration and ride level of high speed train on the concrete bed track is more reduced than on the ballast bed track. Peak-peak value of carbody vibration on the concrete bed track at 300km/h is half of the peak-peak value of carbody vibration on the ballast bed track. Ride level on the concrete bed track at 300km/h is same level as that on the ballast bed track at 250km/h. Thus, Vibration and ride performance of the high speed train on the concrete bed track is greatly improved compared with that on the ballast bed track.

  • 기존 프리텐션 방식은 긴장작업시에 필요한 작업대로 인해 공간적인 제약사항이 있었다. 그러나 작업대를 프리캐스트화 함으로써 공장이 아닌 현장에서 프리텐션 작업이 가능하게 되어 공정이 단순하고, 긴장력 손실이 적으며, 정착장치가 불필요한 프리텐션의 장점을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 제작대를 이용한 프리텐션 거더 제작공법의 내용과 적용사례를 소개하고자 한다.

  • To maximize the productivity in machining molds and dies, machine tools should operate at high speeds. During the high speed operation of moving frames or spindles, vibration problems are apt to occur if the machine tool structures are made of conventional steel materials with inferior damping characteristics. However, self-excited vibration or chatter is bound to occur during high speed machining when cutting speed exceeds the stability limit of machine tool. Chatter is undesirable because of its adverse effect on surface finish, machining accuracy, and tool life. Furthermore, chatter is a major cause of reducing production rate because, if no remedy can be found, metal removal rates have to be lowered until vibration-free performances is obtained. Also, the resonant vibration of machine tools frequently occurs when operating frequency approaches one of their natural frequencies because machine tools have several natural frequencies due to their many continuous structural elements. However, these vibration problems are closely related to damping characteristics of machine tool structures. The polymer concrete has high potential for machine tool bed due to its good damping characteristics with moderate stiffness. This paper presents the use of polymer concrete and sandwich structures to overcome vibration problems. Also, co-cure bonding method for functional part mounting was exhibited experimentally, by which manufacturing time and cost for polymer concrete bed will be remarkably reduced.

  • High-speed and high-precision are trendy at present in the development of machine tools which are required for various fields of industry such as semiconductor, automobde, mold fabricat~on and so on. High damping capacity of the structure is an iniportant factor to ohtain precise products without vibration during manufacturing caused by rapid trarisportatm and rotation of spindle unit Resin concrete have high potential for machine tool bed due to its good damping characteristics. In this study, the statlc and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool bed were analysed. Also, the hybrid machine tool bed, made of steel base and polyester resin concrete material, was manufactured and its good dynamic characteristics were proved experimentally.

Structural Characteristic Analysis of a High-precision Centerless Grinding Machine with a Concrete-filled Bed

  • High-precision centerless grinding machines are emerging as a means of finishing the outer diameter grinding process required for ferrules, which are widely used as fiber optic connectors. In this study, a structural characteristic analysis and evaluation were carried out using a virtual prototype of a centerless grinding machine to realize systematic design technology and performance improvements required to manufacture ferrules. The prototype consisted of a concrete-filled bed, hydrostatic grinding wheel (GW) and regulating wheel (RW) spindle systems, a hydrostatic RW feed mechanism, a RW swivel mechanism, and on-machine GW and RW dressers. The loop stiffness values of the centerless grinding machine were estimated based on the relative displacements between the GW and RW caused by grinding forces. The simulated results illustrated that a concrete-filled bed considerably improved the structural stiffness and accuracy of a high-precision centerless grinding machine.

  • A high-precision centerless grinding machine has been recognized as a core equipment performing the finish outer-diameter grinding process of ferrules which are widely used as fiber optic connectors. In this study, in order to realize the high-precision centerless grinding machine, the structural characteristic analysis and evaluation are carried out on the virtual prototype consisted of the steel bed, hydrostatic GW and RW spindle systems, hydrostatic RW feed mechanism, RW swivel mechanism, and on-machine GW and RW dressers. The loop stiffnesses of centerless grinding machine are estimated based on the relative deformations between GW and RW caused by the grinding forces.
