This paper is to refine the concept of utilizing natural energy, and to introduce new technologies of building energy control. For the global environment protection, it is essential to turn attention to latent capacity of natural renewable energy. Especially the concept of 'Environmental Architecture' is very important from this viewpoint. This paper reviews many of new technologies for environmental architecture developed recently : TIM, high effective solar radiation control strategy of glazing, new passive cooling and heating system etc. The design application of the technology has been introduced.

In this paper, a protection system using Multi-Agent concept for power distribution network is proposed. Multi agent system consist of Feeder agent, OCR(Over Current Relay) agent, Recloser agent and Switch agent. An agent calculates and corrects its parameter by itself through communication with neighboring agents and its own intelligence algorithm. Simulations in a simple distribution network show the effectiveness of the suggested protection system. Multi-Agent System, protection of distribution network, Communication.

Nursing's traditional concern for human well being includes concern for health promotion. Until recently textbooks of preventive medicine, public health and community health nursing have defined health prevention- the prevention of disease and health protection or maintenace, but not health promotion. Lack of clear definitions inhibit effective communication among health related disciplines. Therefore, this studys task was the analysis and definition of the concept of health promotion using Walker & Avant's concept analysis methodology. This characteristics of the concept of health promotion are 1) orientation toward well - being, 2) empowering, 3) subjectivity, 4) change and 5) expanded connecteness. Antecedent of health promotion are 1) attaining of a healthy state, 2) having purpose and will to act, 3) persistent and realistic behaviour. The consequences of health promotion are 1) prolonged life, 2) self-actualizing potential, 3) increased well-being and a high level quality of life. The future direction of health promotion research should include that identification of the differences in the definition of between health professionals and health clients and research related to nursing theory of health promotion.

Background: In the process of discussion on the possibility of using radionuclide-contaminated soil and debris generated by radiation disasters, a strategy for the proper management of radiation exposure protection while considering the source of the contaminated materials is necessary. Materials and Methods: The radiological protection criteria that are likely to be applied to the source-related approach based on the International Commission on Radiological Protection recommendations and the International Atomic Energy Agency safety standards are summarized. We proposed five interpretations of radiation protection to contribute to the promotion of discussion on the possibility of using a part of low-level-radionuclide-contaminated soil and debris in the post-accident rehabilitation. Interpretations I to III are based on the idea of "using a reference level to protect the public in post-accident rehabilitation," whereas IV and V are based on the idea of "using the dose constraint to protect the public in the post-accident rehabilitation when the sources are handled in a planned activity." The former idea is subdivided into three based on the definition of the source, which is managed by the reference level, and the latter idea is divided into two depending on whether or not additional dose from using contaminated materials is deemed acceptable. Results and Discussion: To confirm the applicability of the five interpretations presented, we suggested the concrete values of protection criteria via two feasible cases. In this case study, we proposed radiation protection by the dose constraint based on the Interpretation IV and chose 1 mSv/yr for the public and 20 mSv/yr for workers dealing with radionuclide-contaminated materials. Conclusion: We concretely and systematically demonstrated how the concept of radiation protection can be applied to the process of discussion on the possibility of using radionuclide-contaminated materials within the framework of an international system of protection. This study's findings can provide necessary information to discuss the possibility of using radionuclide-contaminated materials as an alternative option for recovery and reconstruction after a radiation disaster from the viewpoint of radiation protection.

개인정보보호 이슈는 더 이상 정보처리 부서의 문제가 아닌 전사적이며 비즈니스 문제로 인식하여야 제대로 해결할 수 있다. 이러한 문제 성격 때문에 개인정보보호를 위한 최고경영층의 역할 및 책임을 강조하는 거버넌스 이슈가 최근 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개인정보보호 거버넌스의 개념을 정의하고 이를 효과적으로 구현하기 위한 7가지 성공요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 핵심성공요인은 실현가능성과 중대성 측면에서 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 검증하였다.

Purpose: With the rapid increase in information technology in the medical environment, protection of patient's privacy is a crucial issue to hospital nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine neonatal nurses' perception and performance of behavior to protect patient privacy, and professional self-concept, and to investigate the relationships among these variables. Methods: The participants in this descriptive correlation study were 182 nurses in nursery and neonatal intensive care units using EMR or OCS in November, 2011. Results: Perception and performance averaged 4.61 and 4.04 (out of 5) respectively, and the average score for professional self-concept was 2.73 (out of 4). There was a significant difference between perception and performance. The performance of behaviour to protect patient privacy had a positive correlation with perception and professional self-concept. Multiple regression analysis showed that the key determinants of performance were recognition of necessity of patient privacy education, professional self-concept and perception, and these explained 36% of the total variance of performance. Conclusion: Study results indicate a need to establish policy to protect privacy of neonates and their families, and to develop educational programs to enhance neonatal nurses' perception and performance.

본 연구에서는 빅데이터 시대에 주목을 받고 있는 온라인 맞춤형 광고를 활성화시킬 목적으로 기존 연구들에서 분명하게 규명되지 않았던 '개인 정보'와 '행태정보'의 의미를 명확히 하기 위해 '개인 정보'에 대한 법적 개념을 분석하였다. 분석 대상으로는 '개인정보보호법' 및 동법 시행령에 근거하여 마련된 '개인 정보 침해 요인 평가 지침'과 '개인 정보 비식별 조치 가이드라인'을 선정하였다. 결과에 의하면, '개인 정보'란, (1)살아 있는 개인(단체, 법인, 사물 등은 해당되지 않음)에 관한 모든 종류의 정보로서, (2)개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보(식별자)이며 개인을 알아보기 어려운 것은 해당되지 않으며, (3)해당 정보 자체로는 개인을 알아볼 수 없어도 다른 정보와 쉽게 결합(결합 대상 정보의 입수 가능성, 결합 가능성이 있어야 함)하여 알아볼 수 있는 정보(속성자)를 포함한다. 보다 구체적으로, 개인 정보에는 기본정보, 고유식별정보, 민감정보, 기타 개인정보 등이 포함된다. 그리고 향후의 연구 방향으로서 기술 발달에 따른 '개인 정보' 개념에 대한 지속적인 연구, '온라인 맞춤형 광고 개인 정보 보호 가이드라인'의 실효성에 대한 연구, 이용자는 물론 사업자의 시각에서 본 개인 정보 보호의 법리에 대한 연구 및 개인 정보와 행태 정보의 명확한 구분을 전제로 한 온라인 맞춤형 광고 연구의 필요성 등을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 소셜커머스의 발전에 따른 운영상의 문제점을 제시하고 소비자 보호정책 방안을 제시하고자하는 목적에서 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 먼저, 소셜커머스의 개념을 살펴보고, 국내외 소셜커머스의 대표적인 유형을 살펴보았다. 또한, 소셜커머스 업체의 운영에 통해 발생한 문제점을 알아보았다. 이러한 소셜커머스 업체의 운영에 따른 문제점을 개선하는 방안으로 소비자의 보호정책 방안을 제시하였다. 궁극적으로 본 연구결과는 새로운 상거래의 형태인 소셜커머스에서 소비자를 보호할 최선의 방안을 찾고자 하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 소셜커머스의 소비자 보호정책을 마련하는데 토대를 제공할 것이다.

The full containment Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) storage tank is based on a double liquid container concept : two separate containers, one within the other, are capable of containing the LNG. The outer concrete tank provides comer protection(secondary containment) to withstand and safely contain any spill from the inner tank. The comer protection is installed on inside corner surface of outer concrete tank. Because of high and complex stresses, corner protection is designed by ASME section ⅧI Div. 2, Appendix 4 on behalf of API 620 which is main design code for LNG tank. Design guidelines to determine design factors such as liner thickness and knuckle radius are not well understood because Appendix 4 is the design method not based on equation but FEM. Recently, the volume of LNG tank shows a tendency to increase. So it is necessary to set up the design guidelines to cope with change of LNG tank capacity and height/diameter ratio. In this paper, optimum design of corner protection was performed and the design guidelines were suggested by the results of FEM for LNG tanks which have different capacities and height/diameter ratio.

In this paper, we propose the protection coordination algorithm using communication methode based on IEC 61850. The communication protocol in power distribution management system has been issued by IEC standard, IEC61850 of them, which was made for substation automation system, has researched to apply into power distribution system, even though the standard is not a suitable for the system. In smart distribution management system' launched in 2009, the communication network based on the ethernet network for IEC 61850 has been designed to apply the self-healing concept, which is to perform the system protection through the communication between remote terminal units(RTU) according to the standard. However, it is first time to apply the scheme in the real. Thus, this paper proposed the protection algorithm and consideration for applying communication method and introduced the result of demonstration.
