The directions and tasks of rural planning system can be accessed by the three view points of planning theory that are value formation, mean identification and effectuation. The concept of rural planning in Korea have been confronted with many problems and need to make new paradigm being able to develop depressed rural area. The highest valve in rural planning have been changed from economic development oriented to environmentally sound and sustainable development oriented. Also, the strategy of rural development have been changed rapidly. The growth pole theory and agricultural economic development strategy have been replaced by the urban-rural linkage theory and multi-sectoral development strategy including economic. social and spatial development. In recent, The implementation instruments for rural development focus on the participation of residence in rural area.

An Experimental study on the NOx formation of LNG flame in fuel staged combustor has been studied. The design concept of multi fuel/air staged combustor is creation of two separate flame, a primary flame is act as a pilot flame for the secondary combustion stage combustion zone, where most of fuel burns. Experiments were performed on a semi-industrial scale (thermal input 0.233 MW) in a laboratory furnace and Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) was used as primary and secondary fuels. The study included parametric study to identify the optimum operating conditions which are primary/secondary fuel ratio, and primary/secondary air ratio for reducing NOx emission with two types of nozzle. The test demonstrated that NOx emission can be reduced by >70% in accordance with operating conditions.

The purpose of this study is to establish the direction for creating the beautiful and lively space of the reli-gious architecture as a consquence of trying to under-stand the forms of control of the light and the symbolic meaning of the production in the interior space of the re-ligious architecture. The scope of this study has been limited to the natural light and to the establishment of theoretical background by analyzing the essence and method of space formation by the light in a side view of development and psychology and establishing the concept related to the architectur-al space formation of the light as well as researching and analyzing the meaning and the method of production of the light. And at the same time the conclusion has been induced as a guide of verifying theoretical background by analyz-ing the practical use related to the control and the pro-duction of the light through the spot research and the referential materials in a way of case research into 5 do-mestic religious architectures as the subject of research.

This study was conducted to find out the concept, characteristics, reasons and the kinds, the effects on the body of cellulite and to provide the effective control methods. Formation of cellulate was mostly due to the genetic reason, usually happened after the period of puberty. It was more important to prevent rather than to cure after the cellulite formation happened. The effective ways of preventing it might be to drink enough water and to improve the liver function by restricting the excessive drinking, not to wear too tight-fit dress and high heel shoes. To control the cellulate effectively, diet control, exercise and esthetics had to be balanced together.

Due to key roles for the electrochemical stability and charge capacity the solid-electrolyte interphase (SEI) has been extensively studied in anodes of a Li-ion battery cell. There is, however, few of investigation for cathodes. Using first-principles based calculations we describe atomic-level process of the SEI layer formation at the interface of a carbonate electrolyte and $LiMn_2O_4$ spinel cathode. Furthermore, using beyond the conventional density functional theory (DFT+U) calculations we examine the work function of the cathode and frontier orbitals of the electrolyte. Based on the results we propose that proton transfer at the interface is an essential mechanism initiating the SEI layer formation in the $LiMn_2O_4$. Our results can guide a design concept for stable and high capacity Li-ion battery cell through screening an optimum electrolyte fine-tuned energy band alignment for a given cathode.

In our school mathmatics, the irrational numbers and the real numbers are defined and instructed on the basis of decimal fractions. In relation to this fact, we identified the essences of the real number and the irrational number defined by the decimal fractions through the historical analysis. It is revealed that the formation of real numbers means the numerical measurements of all magnitudes and the formation of irrational numbers means the numerical measurements of incommensurable magnitudes. Finally, we suggest instructional plan for the meaninful understanding of the real number concept.

In a 200nm Cz-Si crystal, a macroscopic fluctuation in pulling rate was intentionally introduced an then the variations of the pulling rate and the position of OSF-ring were compared each other. The formation behavior of OSF-ring in the effective volume, defined as the region between the growth interface position -α and the growth interface position +α, is most affected by the pulling rate fluctuation. To understand the correct effect of a macroscopic pulling rate fluctuation, its cumulative effect in the effective volume should be considered. A new concept of modeling for it was proposed here.

Matsumoto Makoto is regarded as founding father of the Japanese school of Finsler geometry because he established the Japanese Society of Finsler Geometry in 1968 and organized the Symposium every year since then. In this paper, we investigate how Matsumoto initiated the study of this topic leaping over geographical limit and how Yano Kentaro and Kawaguchi Akitsugu had affected Matsumoto in the formation of the Japanese school of Finsler geometry. We also take a view of the role of É. Cartan who invented the concept of the connection in early 20th century in this regard.

This study focused on how to analyze the ICT policy formation process using social big data. Specifically, in this study, a method for quantifying variables that influenced policy formation using the concept of a policy triggering mechanism and elements necessary to present the analysis results were proposed. For the analysis of the ICT policy triggering mechanism, variables such as 'Scope', 'Duration', 'Interactivity', 'Diversity', 'Attention', 'Preference', 'Transmutability' were proposed. In addition, 'interpretation of results according to data level', 'presentation of differences between collection and analysis time points', and 'setting of garbage level' were suggested as elements necessary to present the analysis results.

Economic development is usually identified with the increased of G.N.P and capital formation connected directly wi:11 the net increase of land, structure, commodity, stocks and foreign claims, etc. The increase of G.N.P. is driving at capital formation. The usual concept of capital formation for economic development misses the important productivity factor of human capital. Because it is now increasingly realized that a massive injection of material into production will 11 not necessarily explain a successful productivity unless that country already possesses 1 suitable human capital. Human capital is built of educational investment which is related to the physical capital. Many statistical investigations identified this reality. Of late years, a great crowd of economists studying an the problem of economic development have turned their attention towards human capital. Thereupon, this paper has dealt with the fact that educational investment affects physical capital and employment. The qualitative increment of human capital will increase the productivity but excessive expenditure on human capital will squander a physical capital. In designing a strategy of human capital for economic development, one needs to consider tile level of educational investment because educational investment of developing countries will be accasionaly made or marred by investment level and direction.
