The soaring increase in the number of Internet users combined with the constant computerization of business process has created new opportunities for computer criminals and terrorist. Fortunately, the computer security field is also progressing at a brisk rate. In particular, the field of computer forensics brings new ways of preserving and analyzing evidence related to computer crime. Computer forensics is a new emerging professions of the 21st century. It is the collection, preservation, analysis, and presentation of computer related evidence. For this reason, the various technology of computer forensics is regarded as a powerful tool for suppressing computer crime. Our aims is to introduce the overview of computer forensics technology. We also present the survey results of the state of the art of computer forensics in the domestics and of foreign country.

The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective cusomer management system that is the computerization of management, And, CRM has mary problems that make companies confused. As the result, projects are being suspended and budgets cut, plans for introducing CRM suspended or cancelled and many CRM software vendors and technical consulting firms are facing serious management crisis. Yet, this phenomenon can be regarded as an interim one. In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. Therefore, this study tries to segment customer for the sieving the problem. And it make efficient customer management.

In this study, which is the basis for industrial presses to target small and medium enterprises with production information system is designed. Production information in real time on-site digitizing and transmitting data to a standard PC is to base operations. Personnel management, safety management, production management is to increase the efficiency. Therefore, at low cost is to encourage computerization within the company. These embedded systems and wireless communication module has a database management program installed in order to raise productivity and competitiveness will improve.

The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective cusomer management system that is the computerization of management. This suggests their will to introduce data marketing in order to differentiate 'Customer Marketing' and 'One to One Marketing'. The potential needs as well as visible needs of customer should be considered in order to research and analyze the customer data. At this point mayor enterprises are paying much attention to Customer Segmentation and their related markets are expanding rapidly. I'll give a brief introduction to the Multi Criteria Importance-Performance Analysis and go into the problems that should be considered and which phase to emphasize when building this system.

Many enterprises are performing the production planning computerization for survival in unlimited competing period. But it is very difficult to directly apply many production planning softwares to the domain-specific areas of many small enterprises because one enterprise is different from the others with respect to product type, production process, and order fulfillment method. Practically most small enterprises depend on experienced production managers in production planning, so then many problems such as overtime work and cost have been appeared. The purpose of this study is to develop production planning module for order-made production system in order to reduce overtime works and surplus costs. We developed production planning module with RDBMS, which is fit for small manufacturing company. Developing this software, we use Visual Basic 5.0 to provide GUI environment for the production planning module and Microsoft Access 97 is used to construct Database. This production planning module is applied to enhancement of productivity in M manufacturing company located in Asan.

Small firms think that it is for the best to use information technology to survive and grow in current business environment. Recently, the importance of using information technology to be a high and competitive company in the world has been recognized by small firms facing difficult business situations. To roll with the punches of recent crisis and meet customers'specifications, much attention is being aimed to using information technology. Many studies have shown that using information technology is a key to competitiveness. But small firms have trouble using information technology and building a very excellent and efficient computerization by many factors such as funds, technology, and human resource. So, this study is focusing on where the difficulties of local small firms getting under way of using information technology come from and finding out the relationship of using information technology characteristics, difficulties, and performance.

본 논문에서는 볼록이차계획법을 위한 감도분석의 특성을 분석한다. 이를 위해, 볼록이차계획법을 위한 ${\epsilon}$-감도분석 방법, 최적분할에 의한 감도분석 방법, Yildirim-Todd의 감도분석 방법 등을 유도한다. ${\epsilon}$-감도분석의 경우, 내부점방법의 전개상 얻어지는 계산량을 활용할 수 있도록 유도하여 실용성을 높인다. 또한, 선형계획법을 위한 Yildirim-Todd의 감도분석 방법을 볼록이차계획법에 적합하도록 확장하고, ${\epsilon}$-감도분석의 범위와의 관계성을 분석한다. 마지막으로 Yildirim-Todd의 방법과 최적분할에 의한 감도분석 방법 간의 관계를 규명한다.

인터넷에서 멀티미디어 서비스 및 고품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 다양한 모델들이 제시되고 있다. 기존의 통합화 서비스 (Intserv)나 차별화 서비스 (Diffserv)가 확장성과 종단간의 QoS 보장 측면에서 문제점을 보이면서 최근에는 이들을 통합하려는 시도가 나오고 있다. 그러나 각 모델의 기본 구조가 다르기 때문에 자연스럽게 연결되는 (Seamless) 통합 네트워크을 제시하는데 상당한 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷에서 종단간의 QoS을 보장하기 위해 통합 모델의 형태를 보이고, 이를 구현하기 위한 프로토콜 변환기를 제안한다. 프로토콜 변환기는 리눅스 기반으로 구현되었다. 프로토콜 변환기를 포함하는 통합 모델에서 패킷 손실율, 데이터 전송율과 같은 네트워크 성능이 향상되었음을 실험을 통해서 보여진다.

GIS의 국가적 틀을 이루는 공급주체에는 중앙정부 이외에도 지방자치정부가 있다. 현실적으로 지방자치정부는 행정 일선에 위치하고 있으며 각 지역의 특수성을 고려하여 지역 주민들의 수요를 충족시키고 행정서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위하여 GIS를 도입할 수 있는 대표적인 기관들이다. 학계의 전문가들은 공공 부문 업무의 80%가 지리적 연관성을 갖는 것으로 보고 있기 때문에 향후 GIS가 정부의 서비스 제공과 관리자들의 의사결정에 필수적인 요소로 자리잡을 것으로 예측된다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 기초지방자치정부가 정부의 행정효율을 향상시키기 위하여 그리고 국민을 위한 서비스의 질을 높이기 위하여 GIS를 얼마나 도입하여 활용하고 있는지를 알아보고자 했다. 또한 이러한 조사분석을 통하여 얻은 결과들을 정리하여 국가적으로 GIS의 활용을 촉진할 수 있는 방안들을 담고자 하였다.
