A Reviewer Recommendation Algorithm in Journal Submission and Review Systems (저널 논문 투고 및 심사 시스템에서 심사자 추천 알고리즘)

  • 저널 논문 투고 및 심사시스템에서의 논문 제출은 상시 이루어진다는 특성 때문에 논문이 제출된 시점에 적절한 심사자들을 찾아 배정하기란 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 제출된 논문에 적절한 심사자들을 추천해주는 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다. 심사자 추천 알고리즘에서는 해당 논문의 전문가를 심사자로써 추천하기 위하여 제출된 논문들의 키워드(Keyword)와 심사자들의 전문지식태그(Expertise Tag) 정보를 활용한다. 또한 심사자들의 기존의 심사 정보를 토대로 심사활동지수를 평가하여 이를 심사자 추천에 활용하고자 한다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 검증하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 실제 저널 논문투고시스템에 추천 알고리즘을 적용해보고 이의 결과를 제시한다.

  • 사회관계망 분석에 있어서 매개중심도는 네트워크를 구성하는 노드들의 상대적인 중요도를 파악하기 위한 척도로서 오랫동안 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 이러한 매개중심도를 계산하기 위한 계산 복잡도가 높기 때문에 대규모 사회관계망에서는 매개중심도를 계산하기란 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크를 구성하는 각각의 노드들마다 자신의 지역정보를 활용하여 구성한 네트워크에서 매개중심도를 산출함으로써 시간복잡도를 줄이는 한편 지역정보 기반의 네트워크의 특징을 분석함으로써 매개중심도를 더 빠르게 산출할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 실제 소셜 네트워크에서의 실험을 통하여 제안 알고리즘이 기존 알고리즘에 비해 매개중심도를 더 빠르게 산출함을 보인다.

  • In this paper, the system is proposed and implemented to share the part number, the part name, and the vehicle type through the improvement sharing bulletin board for automobile repair and maintenance. And when photos of damage parts are uploaded to the system, the system analyzes it using a deep learning model to analyze whether it is damaged and automatically classify the type of damage. By providing repair and maintenance quotes for a significant part, the system provides economically repaired by providing comparative adjustment information on repair costs to drivers who are particularly concerned about the market prices of parts and maintenance services. Through the existing bulletin board, you can exchange and share information about parts by sharing various information on repair and maintenance. This paper provides in detail the average market price per type of damage during automobile repair and maintenance, helping drivers who do not know the details of parts and maintenance services to receive reasonable quotes by providing price information.

  • In preparation for the future society, the educational curriculum is changing according to the trend of the times, and with the advent of the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the purpose of the new 2015 revised curriculum was suggested to foster the convergence creativity of students. The purpose of software education is to promote creativity and further develop problem-solving skills in connection with real life. In addition, flow in learning leads to outstanding educational achievement. However, in elementary school computer education, there is still a lack of development of a convergence class model for students to easily immerse themselves and promote creative problem-solving skills. Therefore, in this study, we designed convergence computer education using Novel Engineering, which is a convergence class model suitable for these educational conditions and applied it to classes. Further, to measure the effect on the improvement of learning flow and creative problem-solving ability. the Novel Engineering-based computer class was applied to the experimental group for 6th graders, and the general computer class was applied to the control group. As a result of the pre-post test between groups, it was found that computer classes using Novel Engineering had a positive effect on learning flow and creative problem-solving ability.

  • Recently, 3D printing has received increasing attention due to its boundless potentials. Because 3D printing starts from 3D geometry information, computer-aided design (CAD) is an essential technology to build 3D geometry data. These days, education of 3D CAD for engineering students has been changed from the theoretical lecture to practical design training using commercial CAD software. As a result, open-ended design projects have replaced the traditional theoretical examinations to evaluate students' outcomes. However, such design projects are not enough to evaluate students' outcomes because their results are expressed in two-dimensional ways. In this paper, applications of 3D printing in engineering design education are discussed by describing the procedure and outcomes of design projects. It was found that the use of 3D printing could improve students' outcomes by fabricating real physical models out of their designs.

  • Q-Learning is a technique widely used as a basic algorithm for reinforcement learning. Q-Learning trains the agent in the direction of maximizing the reward through the greedy action that selects the largest value among the rewards of the actions that can be taken in the current state. In this paper, we studied a policy that can speed up agent training using Q-Learning in Frozen Lake 8×8 grid environment. In addition, the training results of the existing algorithm of Q-learning and the algorithm that gave the attribute 'direction' to agent movement were compared. As a result, it was analyzed that the Q-Learning policy proposed in this paper can significantly increase both the accuracy and training speed compared to the general algorithm.

  • As the demand for kiosks increases, more users complain of discomfort. Accordingly, a kiosk that enables easy menu selection and order by producing a voice-based interactive service is produced and provided in the form of a web. It implements voice functions based on the Annyang API and SpeechSynthesis API, and understands the user's intention through Dialogflow. And discuss how to implement this process based on Rest API. In addition, the recommendation system is applied based on collaborative filtering to improve the low consumer accessibility of existing kiosks, and to prevent infection caused by droplets during the use of voice recognition services, it provides the ability to check the wearing of masks before using the service.

  • Recently, wearable devices have gained popularity with familiar form factors and designs of eye-wear and watch to satisfy wearers' various preferences. Since UI/UX of smartphones can not be applied directly on smaller wearable devices, text entry on wearable devices is still problematic. In this paper, we first identify UI/UX problems of existing input methods and propose a new input method for wearable devices specifically targeting smartwatch platforms. We design and implement an efficient text entry method for wearable devices using trackball sensor and evaluate its performance and usability.

  • An app that users can conveniently use has been an explosive increase in the emergence of smart devices, including smart phones. However, the advent of various smart appliances operating systems, acting as an inhibitory factor to the development of the application. Accordingly, there has been a growing interest in HTML5 that can simultaneously support various platforms. HTML5 using the browser is used in the most innovative way of cross-platform. However, it does not show the complete compatibility for now. Depending on the browser of the environment, the difference between the initial load time of Web pages out. Therefore, to understand the cause of slowing down the browser-specific initial load time through the analysis of HTML5, JavaScript and CSS. Look for ways that can further improve the initial load rate.
