The purpose of this paper is to examine factors enhancing the performance of computer education designed for cultivating competing person for information society. It aims to analyze the affecting factors of computer education performance in terms of learner's aspect such as computer self-efficacy and environmental aspect such as educational facilities and professor's traits. The result shows that all factors(computer self-efficacy, innovativeness, motivation, self-regulated efficacy, professor's traits) except educational facilities are found to be significantly related to the performance of computer education. It is expected to provide guidelines on effective computer education and help to nurture talented person for information society in turn by investigating the affecting factors of the performance of computer education.

Since 2001, we have taught computer in elementary school to become the advanced country of IT in the 21C. However, people criticized that ICT education which is consisted mainly of the computer skills is not appropriate for information literacy education. In 2005, "ICT Education Guide Rev." is published. Thereafter, information literacy education has systematic frame. The experts emphasize the importance of performance assessment. Computer education can become the problem solving education if the performance assessment carried out. However, it is not successful without the good rubrics for performance assessment In this paper, we developed the rubrics for performance assessment for "presentation document writing".

This article starts with a review of the system characteristic(easiness, flexibility, reliability) and individual characteristic(self-efficacy, achievement motive, computer ability) through education satisfaction especially in relation to the education performance(perceived usefulness, educatee value). We found that all variables significantly affect the education satisfaction, but only computerized ability doesn't significantly affect the education satisfaction. Education satisfaction significantly affect the education performance. This paper suggests that the followings; first, response time of systems is valuable factor in KcLep. Second, self-efficacy and achievement motive are more important then computer ability in KcLep educatee. Finally, software developer and teacher always think about rapid response time of systems and exchange of data for the education performance in KcLep.

Performance assessment is recognized as a proper evaluation method to integrate the teaching and learning process into the evaluation one and as an essential means to produce meaningful evaluation results. However, it has deteriorated into a teacher-centric evaluation method with the students excluded due to the cost and time issues and the heavy workload on the teachers. Those changes have affected the reliability of the assessment results. This study developed and applied a web-based performance assessment system by using Moodle, open source software, to help the teachers efficiently run performance assessment in school and the students increase their learning effects. As a result, it lifted the burden of system development from the shoulders of the teachers trying to do web-based performance assessment and solved the reliability issue raised in the old peer evaluation approach through diverse strategies offered by Moodle.

The performance assessment is being importantly recognized and enforced in the education evaluation recently. It is not able to analyze learners synthetically because learners are assessed separately in every subjects and the other activities. On the basis of this problem, we designed and implemented the multi-dimensional processing tool. In this tool, the evaluation results of one subject area have an influence on the other related subject areas. In addition, this system helps teachers to establish and process performance assessment plan by providing all subjects database. And all of the information is processed as a whole and can be used in the counseling and school record. This system is based upon windows and can be extend to web based system later. We expect the performance assessment task can be simplified by using this system and students' ability can be assessed by various methods. This system will contribute to ensure the confidence of public education.

In computer subject assessment based on attitudes and skill, it is necessary to assess the ability of analyzing, capability, and attitudes. In this research, we propose a new method of performance assessment for computer subject. We made an experiment to prove this method in school. The result shows that the performance ability of students is more correctly assessed.

This paper designs RDL/PAL interface and performance monitoring tool with providing the Event Expressions. RDL/PAL suggests interface of instrumentation layer and performance analysis layer so that it can extract event data from various trace formats. Also, the Event Expressions is similar to the normal program language, which make possible to obtain result of performance analysis. The programmer can analyze performance regardless of trace format by using the performance monitoring tool which has so much merits.

The research aims to identify the degree of the organizational citizenship, satisfaction and performance quality of the teachers and relationship between organizational citizenship, job satisfaction and performance quality for physical education teachers . The researcher used the descriptive method, The participants were (195) teachers. The researcher conducted the research main study in the period from 05/12/2022 to 30/12/2022 use the website to distribute and collect the questionnaire: https://www.surveymonkey.com. The researcher used the computer in the statistical processing, using the SPSS statistical program, and the following methods: Mean, SD, percentages, Correlation Coefficient, Alpha Cronbach coefficient, differences Indicator using chi² . Conclusions: There is high degree of organizational citizenship behavior practices, job satisfaction and performance quality for some teachers at the schools. Recommendation the importance of enhancing the organizational citizenship behavior in schools, according to the positive effects of these behaviors on the individual and group performances.

This thesis progressed research on the improvements of NCS multimedia utilization for preliminary teachers. A national module has not been developed yet in terms of child education, so this thesis suggests a curriculum according to the courses taught for freshmen and sophomores of K University Child Education majors. To lessen the burden of tremendous work and classes, provide motivation and interest in learning and maximize the effect, this thesis provides NCS based curriculum. It expects to improve task performance of teachers and help them with better skills to make class materials using up-to-date multimedia, regardless of the computer literacy of preliminary teachers. This thesis does prior research on the abilities to make use of computers and understand the level of computer literacy. Then it suggests NCS based curriculum goals and its performance standards to utilize task-suitable software. It aims to enable efficient multimedia usage, and optimize the learning efficiency of education linked to Nuri precesses.

Nowadays, with the spread of the Internet and the emergence of high-performance computers and various peripheral devices, our society is undergoing great changes. In the field of education, various types of education using smart education infrastructure are being conducted. The spread of the Internet and the development of various devices have problems that can lead to addiction due to excessive Internet use. Most of the problems that appear in adolescence are immersed in games, which can affect academic achievement. Therefore, in this study, the effect of excessive Internet use on students' academic achievement was studied. The survey for the study was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and the subjects of the survey were high school students majoring in humanities. As a result, the relationship between academic achievement and Internet addiction was low in the middle, upper, and lower groups in the general user group. Also, in the highrisk user group, it appeared high in the order of middle, low, and high.
