폐암 조직에서의 Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA) 발현에 관한 연구 (Expression of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen in Lung Cancer)

  • 연구배경 : 암화 과정상의 한 요소는 조절되지 않는 세포의 증식인바 그 증식성을 알아볼 수 있는 많은 방법들이 소개되었는데 그중 한 방법이 소위 증식표지인 PCNA를 검색해 보는 것이다. PCNA는 36KD의 핵단백질로서 세포의 증식과정에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있는데 암세포에선 그 발현성이 잘 조절되지 않으므로 이를 이용하여 암세포의 생물학적 성상을 보다 잘 이해하려는 연구들이 시도되었다. 지금까지 알려진 바로는 암세포에서의 PCNA 발현율은 암세포중 증식세포 비율뿐 아니라 암세포의 분화정도, DNA의 배수성, 항암제에 대한 감수성 등과 관련된다고 보고되었다. 또한 그 방법의 단순성 및 신속성과 아울러 통상적 조직 보관법인 파리핀 포매 절편을 이용하므로써 조직형태를 그대로 유지한다는 장점이 있다. 이에 저자들은 폐암조직에서 PCNA 발현양상을 조사 분석하여 그 병태 생물학적 의의를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 연구 대상은 폐암으로 진단받고 폐절제술로 적출되어 파라핀에 포매된 43예의 폐암조직을 사용하여, 면역조직화학 염색법으로 PCNA 발현을 조사하여 암세포형, 병기, 병소 종류, 생존율 등과 어떤 관계가 있는지 분석하였다. 결과: 1) 세포형에 따른 구분 : 편평상피암은 89%, 선암은 54%의 양성율을 나타내어 세포형에 따른 차이를 보였고 대세포암은 1예인데 양성이었다. 2) 병기에 따른 구분 : 병기가 진행할수록 즉 1기에서 보다 2, 3기에서 양성율은 높은 경향을 보이나 통계적 의미는 없었다. 3) 병소에 따른 구분 : 원발암 부위와 전이 임파절 부위에서의 양성율은 각각 77%와 62%로서 큰 차이가 없었고, 전이 병소를 가진 13예에서 두 부위간의 양성율은 92%와 62%로서 원발부위에서 높으며, 전이 병소를 가진 원발 부위에서의 양성율이(92%) 전이 병소가 없는 원발 부위의 양성율보다(70%) 높았다. 4) 생존 기간에 따른 구분 : 12개월 생존율을 비교할 때 양성율에 따른 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과 폐암조직에서의 PCNA의 발현은 편평상피암에서 보다 높으며, 전이병소를 가진 원발 부위에서 높게 나타났으나, 병기 및 생존율 등에서는 차이가 나지 않았으므로 향후 더많은 예수에 대한 검증, 여러 다른 치료를 받은 경우에서의 검증, 더 오랜 기간의 생존율 관찰 및 다른 생물학적 지표와의 비교 검토가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 컴퓨팅 자원에 대해 확장 가능한 요구중심의 서비스를 인터넷상에서 제공하는 인터넷 기반의 컴퓨팅이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 환경에서 서비스 사용자가 만족하는 서비스를 선정하여 제공하는 문제는 인터넷과 모바일 기술의 발전에 따라 향후에 다양하고 수많은 클라우드 서비스가 제공되는 경우 매우 중요한 이슈중의 하나가 된다. 과거 연구의 대부분은 요구사항과 연관된 개념의 유사성을 기반으로 하거나 사용자 요구사항의 다양성이 결여되어 있어 사용자의 만족도 향상에 한계를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방안은 서비스 만족도 향상을 위해 속성의 개념 유사성 대신에 서비스 속성의 기능적 포함 관계와 규격 등을 기반으로 구성되는 서비스 속성 그래프(Service Attribute Graph : SAG)를 도입하여 사용한다. 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 사용자 선호도를 반영하고 문자, 숫자, 부울린 등 여러 가지 속성 값 유형들을 고려함으로서 서비스 속성의 다양성을 지원한다. 본 논문의 가장 큰 의미는 다른 연구들과 달리 여러 가지 사용자 선호도를 통합적으로 고려하면서 그래프 기반의 선정 방안을 처음으로 제시하고 있다는 점이다.

플랫폼 기반 비즈니스에 대한 국내 연구동향 및 미래를 위한 가이드라인 (Research Trend and Futuristic Guideline of Platform-Based Business in Korea)

  • 플랫폼은 기존 전통적인 선형적 파이프라인 기반 비즈니스 모델에 대응하는 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 특히 최근의 4차 산업혁명시대에 효율성 주도의 파이프라인 기반은 조정 주도의 플랫폼 기반으로 변환되어야 한다는 것이 일반적인 인식이다. 플랫폼 성공사례는 애풀, 구글, 아마존, 우버 등에서 쉽게 찾을 수 있다. 그러나 규모가 크지 않은 기업에서는 플랫폼 비즈니스로의 전환 전략을 찾기가 쉽지 않다. 플랫폼 비즈니스의 핵심은 네트워크 효과를 경영활동에 도입하여 활용하는 것이다. 따라서 플랫폼 비즈니스는 경영활동 기능에서 네트워크 효과 관리를 어떻게 할 것인가와 유사하다. 플랫폼 관련 연구는 최근 활발하고 다양하다. 그러나 이 분야의 연구 동향에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구의 주요 목적은 최근 국내에서 수행된 플랫폼 관련 연구를 통하여 연구동향을 이해하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 우리는 연구가설과 명제를 제시하였다. 데이터는 연구논문으로 한국학술지인용색인 시스템에서 "플랫폼" 혹은 "platform"을 키워드 속성으로부터 얻었다. 수집된 논문집합은 "경영학" 분야로 국한하여 구성하였다. 선택된 논문들을 대상으로 연구된 플랫폼 요소, 플랫폼 유형, 주요 연구 내용 등에 대해 56개의 논문에 대해 분석을 하였다. 56개의 데이터를 이용하여 탐색적인 연구가설을 검증하였고, 명제를 제안하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 연구자들에게 연구 영역 중, 많은 연구가 수행되어 온 성숙 영역과 아직 더 많은 연구가 필요한 분야를 제시하였다. 또한 실무자들에게는 파이프라인 비즈니스로부터 플랫폼 기반 비즈니스로 변화를 추구하는 가이드라인을 제시한 것이다. 가이드라인의 핵심은 극대화하기 위해서는 IT플랫폼 시스템을 기반으로 소비자와 공급자 네트워크를 점진적으로 조정하고 관리하여야 한다는 것이다. 본 연구는 데이터 수집과 수집된 데이터의 구분 및 주요 연구내용 등 주관적인 판단 요소가 많아 추론적이 아닌 탐색적 연구로 간주되어야 할 것이다.

정확히 재가중되는 온라인 전체 에러율 최소화 기반의 객체 추적 (Object Tracking Based on Exactly Reweighted Online Total-Error-Rate Minimization)

  • 영상 기반의 보안 시스템의 증가함에 따라 각 용도마다 다른 다양한 객체들에 대한 처리들이 중요해지고 있다. 객체 추적은 객체 인식, 검출과 같은 작업들과 함께 필수적인 작업으로 다뤄진다. 이 객체 추적을 달성하기 위해서 다양한 머신러닝이 적용될 수 있다. 성공적인 분류기로써 전체 에러율 최소화(total-error-rate minimization) 기반의 방법론이 사용될 수 있다. 이 전체 에러율 최소화 기반의 방법론은 오프라인 학습을 기반으로 하고 있다. 객체 추적은 실시간으로 처리하며 갱신해야하는 것이 필수적이므로 온라인 학습(online learning)을 기반으로 하는 것이 적합하다. 온라인 전체 에러율 최소화 방법론이 개발되었지만 점근적으로 재가중되는(approximately reweighted) 작업이 포함되어 에러를 누적시킬 수 있다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 정확하게 재가중되는(exactly reweighted) 방법론을 제안하면서 온라인 전체 에러율 최소화가 달성되었다. 이 제안된 온라인 학습 방법론을 객체 추적에 적용하여 총 8개의 데이터베이스에서 다른 추적 방법론들 보다 좋은 성능이 달성되었다.

대수나선 파괴면을 고려한 수동토압계수의 계산 (Computation of Passive Earth Pressure Coefficient considering Logarithmic Spiral Arc)

  • 본 연구에서는 한계평형법에 근거한 수동토압계수 산정에 있어서의 간단한 방법을 제시하고 그로부터 계산된 수동토압계수를 기존의 연구자들에 의한 값들과 비교해 보았다. 옹벽 배면에서의 파괴면을 구성하는 대수나선과 직선 중에서 직선파괴면의 경사각을 유도하여 수동토압계수 산정방법에 반영하였다. 그리고 수동토압계수 산정시 Rankine 수동영역에 작용하는 토압력의 분력을 고려하기 보다는 전체를 고려하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제안된 방법을 통해 구한 수동토압계수는 Coulomb 수동토압계수와 같이 뒤채움 흙의 지표면의 경사각이 증가할수록 커지고 벽체의 경사각이 감소할수록 작아지는 경향을 보였다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 얻은 수동토압계수는 비교를 위해 고려한 거의 모든 경우에 있어 Coulomb 수동토압계수 보다 작게 계산되었다. 벽마찰각의 변화에 따른 수동토압계수를 비교해 보면 제안된 방법을 통해 계산된 수동토압계수가 Coulomb 수동토압계수 보다 작게 계산되었는데 흙의 내부마찰각이 클수록, 벽마찰각이 증가할수록 그 차이는 컸다. 본 연구에서 고려한 5개의 내부마찰각 중에서 일반적인 사질토의 내부마찰각의 범주에 해당되는 $25^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, $35^{\circ}$ 그리고 $40^{\circ}$와 3개의 벽마찰각에 대하여, 본 연구를 통해 얻은 수동토압계수와 기존의 연구자들에 의한 수동토압계수를 비교해보면 Kerisel and Absi 방법, Soubra 방법, Lancellotta 방법, $Ant\tilde{a}o$ 등에 의한 방법, Kame 방법 그리고 Reddy 등에 의한 방법에 대한 최대 차이율은 각각 4.8%, 3.8%, 31.1%, 4.0%, 20.6% 그리고 12.8% 였는데 전체적으로 볼 때 기존의 연구자들에 의한 값들과 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았다.

토양배지의 pH가 재배 및 자생 부추류의 생육과 양분흡수에 미치는 영향 (Effects of pH of soil medium on the growth and nutrient absorption of cultivated and native Chinese chives plants)

  • 본 실험은 토양배지의 pH 수준에 따른 4가지 부추종의 무기양분 흡수와 생육에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 육묘포트에서 재배실험을 실시하였다. 실험에 사용된 부추종은 농가에서 재배하고 있는 재배부추와 야생하는 야생부추, 산부추, 두메부추를 자생지에서 수집한 것을 사용하였다. 배양토의 pH 수준은 5.5, 6.5, 7.5로 3수준이었다. 실험의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 재배부추는 모든 pH 수준에서 타 부추종들에 비하여 생체중이 가장 컸다. 한편 토양 배지 pH 수준의 증가는 야생부추와 산부추의 생체중을 증가시켰던 반면, 일반부추와 두메부추의 생체중에는 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 2. 초장은 전체 pH 조건에서 야생부추, 산부추>재배부추>두메부추 순으로 컸다. 초장은 야생부추와 산부추가 일반부추에 비해 월등히 컸던 반면 생체중은 그 반대이었는데, 그것은 각 부추종의 형태적 차이 때문으로 판단되었다. 한편 타 부추종과 달리 야생부추의 초장은 pH 증가에 따라 통계적으로 유의성 있게 증가하였다. 이것은 본 실험에 사용하기 위하여 채취한 야생부추 자생지의 토양특성과 관련이 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 3. 야생부추의 Zn 함량은 타 부추종에 비해 월등히 높았으며, 배지 pH 수준이 증가할수록 증가하였다. 이는 야생부추의 초장이 타 부추종에 비해 크고, pH 증가에 따라 유의성이 있게 증가하는 원인 중의 하나가 식물체내 Zn 함량 증가에 있다는 것을 나타낸다. 4. 생육량과 무기양분흡수량에 의한 주성분 분석은 부추류의 근연관계를 밝히는데 유용하였다.

수경재배 유출 배액(폐양액)의 비료 손실량 평가 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Fertilizer Loss in the Drainage(Waste) Water of Hydroponic Cultivation, Korea)

  • 한국 시설원예 농업과 수경(양액)재배 방식은 증가하는 추세로 발생되는 배액(폐양액)의 관리 필요성이 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 배출되는 폐양액의 비료 성분 양을 가격으로 평가하여 수처리비용 절감과 비료성분 재활용이라는 두가지 측면에서 기술개발과 활용 가능성을 알아보았다. 연구는 배출 배액의 수질환경 특성을 분석한 선행연구에서 제시한 분석결과를 바탕으로 비료성분의 유실 경제성을 평가하는 것으로 배출되는 배액의 총 배출량은 연간 259.7L·m2·-1을 적용하여 분석에 사용하였다. 토마토, 파프리카, 오이, 딸기 등 작물별 배액(폐양액)의 주요 수질 분석 결과를 바탕으로 평가하였으며, 인(P) 성분의 경우 인산(P2O5)의 양으로 환산하여 분석되었다. 질소(N)의 양은 토마토 1145.90kg·ha-1, 파프리카 920.43kg·ha-1, 오이 804.16kg·ha-1, 딸기가 405.83kg·ha-1로 평가되고 P2O5의 비료성분은 파프리카 830.65kg·ha-1, 토마토 622.32kg·ha-1, 오이 477.67kg·ha-1, 딸기 240.9·ha-1의 양만큼 배출하는 것으로 계산할 수 있다. 이 외에도 칼륨(K), 칼슘(Ca), 마그네슘(Mg)을 비롯해 철(Fe), 망간(Mn) 등 미량원소도 배출되는 것으로 분석되었다. 시중판매 비료가격을 기준으로 평균하여 계산한 항목별 kg당 가격은 질소(N) 860.7원, 인(P) 2,378.2원, 칼륨(K) 2,121.7원, 칼슘(Ca) 981.2원, 마그네슘(Mg) 1,036.3원, 철(Fe) 126,076.9원, 망간(Mn) 6,232.1원, 아연(Zn) 15,825.0원, 구리(Cu) 31,362.0원, 붕소(B) 4,238.0원, 몰리브덴(Mo) 149,041.7원으로 평가할 수 있다. 시중판매 비료가격을 기준으로 평균하여 계산한 항목별 kg당 가격과 앞서 분석한 작물별 폐양액의 농도, 수경재배의 평균적인 연간배출량 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 연간 유실되는 작물별 비료 유실액을 산출하였다. 분석결과 토마토의 경우 6,995,622.3원, 파프리카는 7,384,923.8원, 오이는 5,091,607.9원의, 딸기는 2,429,290.6원으로 평가되어 수경재배 4가지 작물 평균은 1ha 재배면적 기준 5,475,361.1원의 비료성분 유실이 확인되었다. 수경재배 배액을 하천으로 유출시켜 오염원으로 처리하는것 보다 배출 전 자체 처리 또는 타작물 활용을 통해 관리한다면 수처리 비용 절감과 더불어 가치있는 재이용 가능한 비료성분이 될 수 있다고 기대하였다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. On this base, we composed of the radial pulse diagnosis system in korean traditional medicine. The system composed of a radial pulse wave detection system and a radial pulse diagnosis system. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm.
