Data analysis of 4M data in small and medium enterprises (빅데이터 도입을 위한 중소제조공정 4M 데이터 분석)

  • In order to secure an important competitive advantage in manufacturing business, an automation and information system from manufacturing process has been introduced; however, small and medium enterprises have not met the power of information in the manufacturing fields. They have been managing the manufacturing process that is depending on the operator's experience and data written by hand, which has limits to reveal cause of defective goods clearly, in the case of happening of low-grade goods. In this study, we analyze critical factors which affect the quality of some manufacturing process in terms of 4M. We also studied the automobile parts processing of the small and medium manufacturing enterprises controlled with data written by hand so as to collect the data written by hand and to utilize sensor data in the future. Analysis results show that there is no deference in defective quantity in machines, while raw materials, production quality and task tracking have significant deference.

  • Process of information is not only to double economic activities but also to increase the flexibility of them. By promoting information which is necessary for industrial society, we can expect that information is able to contribute to base the foundation in maintaining potencialities of growth such as material circulation. man power. Information is also expected to create high values in this industrialized society. This study examines and analizes the actual condition and the problems of Small and Medium Industry in order to accelerate effective promotion of information system. Because we believe that in order to gam highly competitive power of enterprises, optimization of information system of Small and Medium Industry is required.

  • Although several studies show close relationships between social capitals and their performances, a little is known about specific social capitals and their effects on organizational culture and behaviour leading to their innovative outcomes within small and medium sized enterprises(: SMEs). This study examines some dimensions of social capitals and their influences on creating innovative culture and employees' behaviour. The importance of these are regarded as an imperative for SMEs to overcome the inequality of financial leverage and competitive power over resources. For the empirical analysis, survey data were collected from 51 domestic SMEs and analyzed by partial least squares(: PLS) that is one of popular structural modeling and multi-variate projection techniques to latent variables. The findings confirm a positive support of social capitals and their influences on the innovative culture and bahaviour. This result implies that managing the capability of social capitals is important for SMEs to develop the innovative culture and bahaviour and create a competitive advantage.

  • This study aims to determine the role of innovative capabilities as a mediator in analyzing entrepreneurial marketing's effect on sustainable competitive advantage in food and beverage micro-, small-, and medium- enterprises (MSMEs). Data was obtained from a food and beverage store manager in Tangerang City, comprising 119 samples. Furthermore, the G⁎Power, a tool used to calculate statistical power analysis for various t-tests, F tests, χ2 tests, z tests, and several exact tests, was used to determine the number of research samples, the α error probability of 5%, and 3 variables. The data collection method used questionnaires with Likert Scale 1-5 to indicate strongly disagree to strongly agree. To analyze data, we used Path Analysis supported by SmartPLS statistics software. Path analysis is a form of multiple regression statistical analysis that is used to evaluate causal models by examining the relationships between a dependent variable and two or more independent variables. It aims to provide estimates of the magnitude and significance of hypothesized causal connections between sets of variables. The data processing process took place in two stages, namely the estimation model testing with validity and reliability, and the structural model testing to decide the impact or correlation between variables utilizing the t-test. The result showed a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial marketing to innovative capability and competitive advantage through the innovative capability of MSMEs.

  • Trade portal site is one of the tools which makes it possible for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to manage international trade activities more efficiently by using the newest information and telecommunication technology. So Korean SMEs should utilize trade portal sites more actively to promote global competitive power. Based on the theory of service quality and an existing research related to using information technology. this research analyzed the primary factors which affect user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal sites. According to the results of the empirical study on actual users of the representative trade portal sites by using multiple regression analysis, The primary factors, such as service quality, government policy and cost have affected user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal site. and user's utilization satisfaction have positive effect on continuous using intention. These research results will provide many useful insights to the managers of trade portal sites, e-trade system developers and government policy makers.

In this study, can do on the basis of Vietnam advance connection domestic?outside literature investigation and virtue study through theoretical investigation according to these purpose and behaved theoretical investigation and lift construction materials allied industry, labor-intensive manufacturing industry, fisheries farm produce cultivation, processing household mascot etc. as energy industry, refined oil and petrochemical industry, electric-power industry, other field by our country medium and small enterprise.

  • Current socioeconomic condition in South Korea is characterized by growing country with highly unemployment rate. Enhancing service industry, therefore, is one of the important government policy issues. In addition to quantitative growth of service industries, OECD comparisons between countries as shown in the competitiveness of the domestic service industry, followed by a very low-level, enhancing the competitiveness of service industries are also important issues of national policy. In particular, finance, education, insurance industry, such as relatively large enterprises have entered the service industry to remain competitive and comparable, but the case of small service industries, has shown a very low level of competitiveness. Thus, the world's leading technology and IT infrastructure can be applied to small and medium-sized service industry in order to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and service infrastructure, resulting in improving competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to develop government supporting policy issues by analyzing the current usage of IT, problems and requirement analysis, and critical success factors for applying IT to small and medium-sized service industries. For a survey 2,000 samples are collected from service companies. The results show that IT usage is very important to improve competitiveness in small and medium sized service industry. In addition, customized it solutions are needed to satisfy different characteristics of service industry depends on types of business. Finally, government supporting programs of IT has to be improved. The results would be able to provide directions and guide lines of IT utilization in service industries.
