In manufacturing company, safety is a important issue because it can cause many cost and problems of company. So reduce safety accident can increase manufacturing company's productivity. Safety accident has close relationship with employee's behavior, which is 'safety behavior'. In this study, researcher try to find out role of leader-member exchange and employee's job commitment effect on safety behavior in manufacturing company. A total of 279 responses were collected from manufacturing company's employees. The result of this empirical study show us that leader-member exchange has positive effect on employee's job commitment and safety behaviot. And job commitment has positive effect on safety behavior. Base on this empirical result, researcher provide critics and manageric implication for manufacturing companies.

The PL(Product Liability) Law has been going into effect in Korea since July 2002. Accordingly, a company's responsibility for customers who are damaged by the defect in the product safety has been gradually strict and imposed burden on management. This paper gives suggestions as to PL prevention of manufacturing companies through the case research of PL prevention strategies and the prevention systems of the domestic S-company.

As a result, we developed knowledge based smart search system and customized it to PDM system on commercial use. In this smart search system, wherever process designer can seek to result quickly. In order to have the highest level of a certain society's technology be evaluated as digital contents technology the value concept of such technology's social utilization must be established while active investment on the technology takes place and makes it the subject of social capitalization. This study wishes to discuss the strategies and methods of establishing and managing IP holding company which requires business activation with digital contents technology at its base, research ways of vitalizing IP holding company to expand social utility values of contents technology, suggest necessary systemic improvements and investment activation methods, management structure, and governance structure by investigating ways to stimulate the industrialization of contents technology through the establishment and management of this IP holding company, and finally come up with a realistic measure to establish and manage a IP holding company. Strategies on commercialization of digital contents technology and acceleration of technology development, as well as activation of venture business set-ups will be analyzed and suggested based on such suggestions while IP holding company's digital contents technology investment activation model will be established to produce means to realize discovering superior contents companies and activation of investment, and activating high quality contents production for the global market.

This study reviewed corporate social responsibility activities of fashion companies and discussed strategies of social enterprises. The research was conducted on 6 Korean fashion companies with sales over KRW 1 trillion as of the end of the term in 2015. Corporate social responsibility activities of each company were investigated from economic, social and environmental viewpoints. The results of this study were as follows: First, each company promoted win-win growth, co-existence management, transparent management and ethics management through economic activities. They pursued win-win growth and co-existence management, which aimed to respect and grow with their partners. Also, they ensured transparent management and ethics management to show their moral management. Second, each company conducted various social contribution programs as part of their social activities. Through the programs, they made donations, supported welfare and culture, and practiced voluntary work, local activities, training and equal opportunities. Third, as for environmental activities, each company tried to protect nature through various activities such as donation to environmental organizations, environmental cleanup activities, environmental management from production to disposal, reuse, eco-friendly system, environmental volunteering, etc. Articles on fashion companies' social responsibility activities have an influence on boosting their attitude and image towards businesses.

A resource management system of for the paper-bag product company was made. The objective of the system is computering the hand writing management process to improve the performance of working process of the small company. For this, some programming and design strategies were made such as the simplification, ease to use, similarity with old system and object oriented concept. It is expected to reduce burdens and errors of hand writing and improve the efficiencies of small company.

The main purpose of this study is to suggest the new strategic management model for the future successful company. The new model consists of the following structure. First, to identify the object dimension. The upper object is to satisfy the customers needs. And the lower object is to satisfy the workers needs. Second, to identify the external enviromental problems dimensions. There are five dimensions. They are ethical responsinilities, government-business alliances, collaboration amongst competitors, innovative invester-company relations, and globalization of enterprise. Third, to identify the internal enviromental problems dimensions. There are two dimensions. They are new organizational forms and integrated subcultures. Fourth, to find the solution for the above dimensions. The solution is as follow. All the managers and workers must have business reengineering minds and apply the complexity management. And the company should construct the strategic information systems.

Since the introduction of product liability law from America in 1960s, product liability has been on the rise as an important problem to the quality management of company and consumer's safety. Together with this, before the legislation of product liability system in Korea, the sense and level of company and consumer about product safety are rapidly changing, In times like the present, ensuring more systematic product safety and consumer safety, and the buildup need of competitive power in accordance with product liability prevention of company grows raising. Therefore, this study presents the most effectively manageable ways of product liability the side of safety management of consumers and companies through the ensuring ways and activity models of product safety and certification system in company.
