COMPACT INTERPOLATION ON AX = Y IN ALG𝓛

  • In this paper the following is proved: Let $\mathcal{L}$ be a subspace lattice on a Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$ and X and Y be operators acting on $\mathcal{H}$. Then there exists a compact operator A in $Alg\mathcal{L}$ such that AX = Y if and only if ${\sup}\{\frac{{\parallel}E^{\perp}Yf{\parallel}}{{\parallel}E^{\perp}Xf{\parallel}}\;:\;f{\in}\mathcal{H},\;E{\in}\mathcal{L}\}$ = K < ${\infty}$ and Y is compact. Moreover, if the necessary condition holds, then we may choose an operator A such that AX = Y and ${\parallel}A{\parallel}=K$.

fe-Cu-Sn계 입분체의 소결성 향상 (Improvement in Sinterability Iorn-Copper- Tin Compact)

  • In order to reduce the sintering temperature of iron based sintered parts, sinteing properties of iron-copper prealloyed powder were investigated at various temperatures in the range of 700∼890$^{\circ}C$, and than the rusults were compared with those of the conventional iron-copper-tin compact using elemental powders, The using of prealloyed as a new process improved its sintering performance at lower temperature than elemental powder as the conventional process. The relative sintered density and radial crushing stength of the compact using prealloyed were higher than those of using elemental powder at all sintering temperature. For example, the radial curength of the compact using powder was about 50kg/mm2 at 700$^{\circ}C$, while that of the compact using elemental powder sintered at 890$^{\circ}C$ was 43kg/mm2.

Expansion Behavior of Iron-copper Compact Made from (Fe-Cu) Prealloyed Powder

  • Dimensional change of compact made from (Fe-Cu) prealloyed powder and copper powder compared to that of compact made from iron-copper elemental powder. The compact made from the prealloyed powder with a copper content of 7.18mass% which is nearly equal to its solution limit and copper powder showed only the large contraction in spite of penetration of liquid copper into grain boundary of the prealloyed powder. But the compact made from iron-copper elemental powder showed the large expansion in spite of same chemical composition with former case.

분말피복압연법에 의해 제조된 Al 분말성형체의 반복겹침접합압연 (Accumulative Roll-Bonding of Al Powder Compact Fabricated by a Powder-in Sheath Rolling Method)

  • An aluminum powder compact consolidated by a powder-in sheath rolling (PSR) method was severely deformed by accumulative roll-bonding (ARB) process. The ARB process was performed up to 8 cycles at ambient temperature without lubrication. Optical microscope and transmission electron microscope observations revealed that microstructure of the ARB-processed Al powder compact is inhomogeneous in the thickness direction. The ultra-fine subgrains often reported in the ARB-processed bulky materials were also developed near surface of the Al powder compacts in this study. Tensile strength of the ARB-processed Al powder compact increased at the 1st cycle, but from the 2nd cycle it rather decreased slightly.

  • In this paper, we introduce some new properties of a topological space which are respectively generalizations of $Fr\'{e}chet$-Urysohn property. We show that countably AP property is a sufficient condition for a space being countable tightness, sequential, weakly first countable and symmetrizable, to be ACP, $Fr\'{e}chet-Urysohn$, first countable and semimetrizable, respectively. We also prove that countable compactness is a sufficient condition for a countably AP space to be countably $Fr\'{e}chet-Urysohn$. We then show that a countably compact space satisfying one of the properties mentioned here is sequentially compact. And we show that a countably compact and countably AP space is maximal countably compact if and only if it is $Fr\'{e}chet-Urysohn$. We finally obtain a sufficient condition for the ACP closure operator $[{\cdot}]_{ACP}$ to be a Kuratowski topological closure operator and related results.

콤팩트 집합치 쇼케이적분에 관한 연구 (A note on compact set-valued Choquet integrals)

  • 퍼지측도와 관련된 폐집합치 쇼케이적분에 대해 장에 의해 연구되어 왔음을 알 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 콤팩트 집합치 함수의 쇼케이적분을 생각하고 이와 관련된 성질들을 조사한다. 특히, 구간치 함수 대신에 콤팩트 집합치 함수를 이용하여 콤팩트 집합치 쇼케이적분의 특성들을 조사한다.

  • The aim of this work is to introduce for the first time the concept of D-set. This is done by defining a special type of cover called a D-cover. we present some results to study the properties of D-compact spaces and their relations with other topological spaces. Several examples are discussed to illustrate and support our main results. Our results extend and generalized many will known results in the literature.

Compact Capacitance Model of L-Shape Tunnel Field-Effect Transistors for Circuit Simulation

  • Although the compact capacitance model of point tunneling types of tunneling field-effect transistors (TFET) has been proposed, those of line tunneling types of TFETs have not been reported. In this study, a compact capacitance model of an L-shaped TFET (LTFET), a line tunneling type of TFET, is proposed using the previously developed surface potentials and current models of P- and L-type LTFETs. The Verilog-A LTFET model for simulation program with integrated circuit emphasis (SPICE) was also developed to verify the validation of the compact LTFET model including the capacitance model. The SPICE simulation results using the Verilog-A LTFET were compared to those obtained using a technology computer-aided-design (TCAD) device simulator. The current-voltage characteristics and capacitance-voltage characteristics of N and P-LTFETs were consistent for all operational bias. The voltage transfer characteristics and transient response of the inverter circuit comprising N and P-LTFETs in series were verified with the TCAD mixed-mode simulation results.

송전철탑 Compact화에 따른 전기환경 영향 연구 (A Study on the Environmental Effects of Compact Tower in Transmission Line)

  • The continuous increase demand for electric power leads to the additional construction of transmission facilities, but it is not easy to acquire right-of-way for transmission facilities. Therefor, there is a need for compact tower that can be built on a narrow right-of-way the compact tower with polymer insulation arm is a solution. It can be upgrading conventional 154 kV transmission line voltages to 345 kV levels. However transmission voltage is increasing, environment interference (corona noise, radio interference, etc.) will occur gradually. This environment interference is depending on the electrical clearances of tower and configuration of conductors. Therefore the analysis of the factors of environmental interference is necessary in order to upgrading transmission voltage. This paper presents the design factor of a compact tower to meet the environmental interference standard.

염료감응형 태양전지의 $TiCl_4$처리에 따른 효율 향상 연구 (A study on the Improvement of the Efficiency with $TiCl_4$ Treatment in Dye-sensitized Solar Cell)

  • 염료감응형 태양전지(Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell, DSSC)의 FTO 표면에 compact layer를 형성시켜 직접적인 마찰에 의한 전자의 재결합을 줄일 수 있다. 따라서 광전극에서의 compact layer의 효과를 최대화하기 위하여 $TiCl_4$ 용액에 acetic acid를 첨가하여 특성변화를 측정하였다. UV-Vis 분광기, I-V 특성곡선, EIS 분석장비를 이용하여 검토한 결과, UV-Vis 분광분석을 통해서 acetic acid를 첨가한 compact layer의 투과도가 현저하게 높아진 것을 확인하였다. 이 결과는 $TiCl_4$ 처리에 의하여 compact layer를 구성하고 있는 $TiO_2$ 입자의 응집현상이 개선되므로 표면특성이 향상되었기 때문이다. Acetic acid를 첨가한 compact layer가 입자응집으로 인한 표면저항의 감소를 유발하여, 전자의 이동이 원활해진 것을 내부 임피던스 분석을 통하여 확인하였다. Compact layer에 의해 재결합이 감소하여 효율이 향상된 것을 I-V 특성곡선을 분석하여 확인하였다.
