서점을 주제로 한 특화거리조성 사례분석 -부산시 '보수동 책방골목'을 중심으로- (Analysis on Characterized Street Making themed Bookstores -With a Case of 'Bosu-dong Book Street' in the City of Busan-)

  • 본 연구는 특화거리조성을 통한 도시재생 및 지역 활성화 특화전략을 위한 기초연구로서 부산시의 대표적인 특화거리의 하나인 '보수동 책방골목'을 대상으로 특화거리의 조성내용, 조성주체, 조성과정의 측면에서 분석하였다. 이와 더불어 국외사례고찰의 대상으로 서점을 통한 특화거리 조성의 대표적인 국외사례인 '헤이 온 와이' 책 마을과 '간다 고서점 거리'를 선정하여 보수동 책방골목과 비교분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 국내외 사례의 분석을 통한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특화거리의 내용적 측면에 있어서는 책과 관련된 관광 및 출판 산업 등과의 연계를 통한 지역의 활성화와 지역정체성을 기반으로 하는 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 특화거리를 조성하고 운영 관리하는 주체는 주민과 상인이 주도가 되고 공공은 이를 지원하는 역할을 하는 '주민 상인주도+공공지원'의 형태가 필요하다. 셋째, 특화거리의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 조성과 운영 및 관리의 전 과정에 있어서 주민 및 상인을 중심으로 한 커뮤니티의 적극적이고 활발한 참여와 지속적인 노력이 필요하다.

Coral Reefs in Indonesia: A Review on Anthropogenic and Natural Disturbances

  • Coral reefs are among the most dynamic and various ecosystems on tropical ecosystem. They provide a large number of important ecosystem services. Despite their importance, they appear to be one of the most susceptible marine ecosystems. Dramatic decreasing of coral reefs has been reported from every part of the world. Indonesia contains 18% of coral reefs of world's total. Unfortunately the status of coral reefs in Indonesia is already in critical and poor condition. Coral reefs communities in Indonesia are subjected to a variety of environmental disturbance. Threats to Indonesia's coral reefs resources can be divided into two main types: anthropogenic and natural disturbances. The major anthropogenic disturbances on coral reefs in Indonesia are destructive fishing, pollution, coastal development, mining and harvesting live fish and coral, tourism. The natural disturbances such as cyclones, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunami and predator also contribute to coral reefs destruction in Indonesia. In my paper I tried to compare between natural and anthropogenic disturbances on coral reefs in Indonesia and raised these questions: (i) how the natural disturbances differ from anthropogenic area (ii) which type of disturbances has caused the greatest impact on coral reef ecosystem. My finding is that both of anthropogenic and natural disturbances give major impact on coral reefs in Indonesia. The important issue here is coral reef resilience could be disturbed by synergistic effects between various anthropogenic and natural disturbances. This phenomenon has significant conservation and management implication. The appropriate management should be conducted to protect coral reefs ecosystem in Indonesia. Mangrove management will succeed only when local people are involved and get sustainable benefits from mangrove ecosystem. Community based management and Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) are type of management that can be applied on coral reef ecosystems in Indonesia.

체험요소(4Es) 이론을 적용한 농촌마을의 테마전시관 계획 연구 (Planning of Exhibit Halls in Rural Tourism Villages Applying Experience Factor(4Es) Theory)

  • 농촌테마전시관은 농촌지역개발사업의 활성화로 새롭게 조성되고 있는 체험관광 시설 중 하나로 지역의 어메니티자원을 방문객들에게 집중적으로 소개할 수 있는 중요한 시설이다. 이는 어메니티자원에 기초한 지역활성화라는 지역개발 기조에 맞추어 마을을 발전시키는 데 핵심 시설이 될 수 있는 중요한 자원임에도 불구하고, 현재까지 조성되어 온 농촌마을의 전시관은 유사한 주제와 단순 나열방식의 전시가 주를 이루고 있으며, 관리상태도 열악한 실정이다. 테마전시관을 통해 적극적으로 마을의 중심 어메니티자원을 알리고, 관련 체험프로그램을 제공하여 방문객들의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 방문객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 체험요소를 두루 갖춘 전시관의 체계적 계획이 필요하다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 Pind 과 Gilmore(1998)의 체험경제이론을 고찰하여 체험요소(4Es)로 제시된 교육적, 심미적, 현실도피적, 엔터테인먼트적 요소를 활용한 농촌체험전시관 계획 방향을 설정하고, 이를 철원군 이길리 마을에 계획중인 두루미 테마전시관에 적용함으로써, 방문객과 소통하며 어메니티자원을 부각시킬 수 있는 테마전시관 계획방안을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 농촌관광마을에서 농촌체험전시관이 어메니티특성화와 마을활성화에 촉매제로서 역할을 할 수 있도록 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Evaluation of an Official Development Assistance (ODA) project: Focus on a forest recreation and eco-tourism site in Indonesia

  • This study is the evaluation of the 'Tunak forest recreation and ecotourism development project' which will be completed in 2018 with sole source of funding from Korea. A survey was conducted to evaluate the status of the project being carried out in Lombok island, Indonesia, through the evaluation principles and criteria of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC). Survey participants were stakeholders of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) project and local residents. Overall, the respondents had a good impression of this ODA project and expected they would contribute to the development of their community and region. However, respondents were not well aware of the ODA project being carried out in the Tunak region and thus more efforts should be made to help the local residents understand the positive outcome of the project and to promote the ongoing cooperation between Korea and Indonesia in the forestry sector. Results of this study showed that the projects have been effectively carried out and the impact of the project was well perceived by the recipient country. In addition, this positive perception of Korea is expected to help recreation and ecotourism business progress in the region. Therefore, we believe that the project should continue to be carried-out in the future and we expect that related companies will be able to operate on its own eventually. As it is difficult to evaluate the outcome of an ongoing project precisely, this study should be conducted again after the project completion and the results can be compared to the present results so that the effectiveness of ODA project can be more accurately determined.

통합여수시 지역주민의 삶의 질 변화와 도시발전의 과제 (The Direction of Urban Development and the Change of Quality of Life in Integrated Yosu City)

  • 본 연구는 통합여수시를 사례로 도시생활환경의 측정 및 삶의 질 변화에 대한 도시민의 인식.평가의 변화를 설문조사를 통해 살펴보았고, 이를 바탕으로 지역주민의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 정책적 대안을 제시하였다. 통합여수시의 삶의 질은 5년 전에 비해서 전체적으로 삶의 질은 향상된 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 삶의 질에 관한 9개 지표 중에서 주거생활, 도시행정 및 편익서비스 등은 5년전보다 상대적으로 향상된 반면, 자연환경, 문화 및 여가생활, 교통환경 등은 나빠진 것으로 평가하였다. 그리고 여수시민들은 통합여수시의 지속적인 발전을 도모하기 위해서는 교통문제, 문화 및 여가시설의 확충 등이 주요한 과제라고 인식하였고, 21세기의 통합여수시가 해양관광도시, 교육문화도시로 발전하기를 선호하였다. 따라서 여수대도시권을 구축율 위한 주요 과제로는 경제기반시설의 확충, 워터프런트의 개발 및 보전, 관광산업의 활성화, 시민중심의 도시경관 조성, 지역문화운동의 전개 등이 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

일본 UR도시기구의 안심주공간사업자참여제도를 통한 지역복지거점시설 정비사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Local-based Welfare Facilities of Urban Renaissance Agency in Japan by Business Entry System for Stable Living)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze local-based social welfare facilities to respond to secular change of the UR rental housing estates in Japan. The selected case studies for the analysis are Hibarigaoka, Hamakousien, Turumai UR rental housing estates constructed around 1960's. The analysis was done through UR website, MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) and MHLW (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) policy report, and related literature. These case studies are connected with housing policy as well as welfare policy and performed to Stable Living Creation Project by Business Entry System for Stable Living. The types of local-based social welfare facilities are classified by welfare corporation and medical corporation. The results are as follows: 1) The implementation of cooperative and participative system not only the private sector (welfare and medical Corporation, etc.) but also the public (MLIT, MHLW, UR Renaissance Agency, Local government, etc.). 2) Repurposed of land through rent and transfer of land for local-based social welfare facilities in the process of housing stock renewal utilization. 3) The pursue of regional revitalization through attached to multi-generation facility or local community space for elderly in local-based social welfare facilities.

국내 주요 숲길의 운영·관리에 대한 이해관계자 네트워크 특성 연구 (A Study on Networks of Stakeholders to Manage Korean Major Forest Trails)

  • 본 연구는 국내 숲길의 효율적인 운영 관리를 위한 기초자료제공을 목적으로 국내 주요 숲길인 지리산 둘레길과 울진금강소나무 숲길의 이해관계자를 대상으로 숲길 운영관리에 대한 이해관계자 네트워크 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 지리산둘레길 및 울진금강소나무숲길 모두 행정주도형 네트워크(Council-led network)로 숲길의 조성과 관련된 재원이 행정기관에서 지원되는 구조이기 때문에 운영관리에 있어서도 행정의 권한이 많이 개입되는 특징을 나타냈다. 하지만 이해관계자의 레벨이 다양하고 복잡한 특징에 비해 이해관계자들을 조정하고 관리하는 기능은 전체적으로 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 효율적인 숲길운영관리를 위해서는 이해관계자들과 관계를 맺고 의사결정의 허브역할을 할 수 있는 중심조직체가 필요하며, 이들이 명확한 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 합의형성과 권한부여가 필요하다.

대형마트에 대한 소비자들이 지각하는 충성요인이 재방문 결정에 미치는 영향 : 목포권 소비자를 중심으로 (The Effect of Loyalty Factors Perceived by Consumers on General Super Market)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that cause consumers to frequently visit large - Super Store and goods for large - scale retailers using Super Store. Research design, data, and methodology - The purpose of this study is to present the empirical analysis of 53 adult males and females living in the Mokpo area on the relationship between perceived level of satisfaction and loyalty of the large - scale marts. The results were analyzed. The statistical data of the questionnaire were verified by the SPSS. Results - In the empirical analysis of this study, four variables were found to be the main loyalty factors, which were found to affect the satisfaction of Super Store and the decision to return again. Therefore, in this study, the quality of goods, price, diversity, and image were analyzed as loyalty factors, and it was analyzed as factors influencing satisfaction. It was confirmed that loyalty factors were important. In particular, consumers' perception of behaviors such as local specialties and community service that can be distinctly differentiated from other distribution agencies was very low. Conclusions - It is necessary to construct a comprehensive systematic system to analyze the detailed factors influencing the satisfaction and loyalty of users of Mokpo ticket consumers and to systematically manage and evaluate them. In order to raise awareness of consumer loyalty factors, consumer satisfaction and loyalty survey should be regularly conducted. Consumers should look for ways to improve them and develop improvement plans. The various direct and indirect services provided by Super Store to consumers include price, quality, assortment, customer service, accessibility, and feelings for large marts. However, since the services provided by the Super Store are different from those of the consumers, the loyalty factors for the different factors can be different. Therefore, in order to differentiate them from traditional markets or other distribution centers, it It should be used as a weapon of competition. In this study, it is generally recognized that the services provided by Super Store are very simple and inexpensive, so that consumers are not aware of the difference of particular stores.

평창 마하생태관광지의 주민 주도 운영 과정과 참여자의 태도에 관한 주관성 분석 (Analysis of Resident-oriented Management Process & It's Participants Subjectivities in Maha Ecotourism, Pyeongchang-gun)

  • In analyzing the issues of ecotourism, collecting opinions of local residents and participants is an essential process because ecotourism needs to keep ecological sensitivity and respect local residents' ecological lives. Thus, the objective of this study is to analyze the local participants' attitude in resident-oriented ecotourism. Maha ecotourism site, as a study site, is located in Pyeongchang-gun, one of the twelve ecotourism sites designated by the Ministry of Environment. This site has drawn attention since the local government of Pyeongchang-gun transferred its management right on Maha ecotourism sit to the organization of local residents in 2013. This study uses Q methodology which is the most popular research method in analyzing people's subjectivity, that is, viewpoint and attitude. This study have found that there are four features in the subjectivities of participants toward ecotourism site: first group is the people who want more autonomous management right of local residents on Maha ecotourism site. Second group is the people who only want to stand by the ecotourism management. Third group is the people who focus on the migration of talented persons into their neighborhood owing to the program. Lastly, fourth group is the people who focus on the quality of the ecotourism program. In case of the second group, though they have negative opinions of the program, they have much interest in successful cases in other countries managed similar programs with Maha ecotourism. It would be effective for the group to have opportunities to experience successful ecotourism cases in other countries. On top of it, having seminars regarding ecotourism or holding community councils frequently would be very helpful for encouraging the second group of people to join in the ecotourism program actively like other groups of people. Supplying more manpower and developing various programs are also necessary in order to support other three groups.

국내 소비자들의 김치 소비 실태 연구 (A Survey on the Nationwide Customers' Usage of Kimchi Consumption)

  • In this study, Kimchi usage was examined by nationwide consumers. 1,000 consumers between 20~60 years olds from 15 cities/province based on an administrative district participated in this questionnaire, which were one-on one interviews from September 23th to October 14th, 2009. 76.1% of the customers prepared Kimchi by them self, 26.9% customers received Kimchi from relatives and, 13.1% purchase Kimchi from the market. In addition, the rate of preparing Kimchi by themselves increased with age(p<0.05). 4~6 cabbage heads(34.5%) was the most preferred quantity for preparing Kimchi at a time, which was followed by more than 10 heads(25.2%) and 2~3 heads(22.9%). Chinese cabbage Kimchi was the most preferred type for purchase. 49.1% of customers purchased Kimchi at the supermarket and warehouse market and the origin of the ingredients, taste and-, price of Kimchi were considered important factors. The satisfactory scores of selling Kimchi were variety 3.60, taste 3.11, freshness of main ingredient 3.10, hygiene 2.86, -appropriate salt usage 2.99 and-, the origin of ingredients 2.94. There were significant difference between gender in taste and hygiene of selling Kimchi (p<0.05). In conclusion, to provide more appropriate Kimchi based on changes in Kimchi usage and consumption patterns at home and in the community, new types of Kimchi should be developed.
