건강지도자의 건강행위 동기요소, 지각된 건강상태, 지식향상도, 삶의 만족도에 대한 교육전·후 변화 (Comparison of health behavior motivation, perceived health status, knowledge improvement, and life satisfaction before and after education in health leaders)

  • 본 연구는 농촌지역 건강지도자의 건강행위 동기요소, 지각된 건강상태, 지식향상도, 삶의 만족도에 대한 교육전·후의 변화를 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구 대상은 충남 C군에 소재한 보건소에서 실시한 '건강지도자 양성교육'에 참여한 건강지도자 교육생을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 건강지도자 양성 교육 후 건강행위 동기요소 중 인지된 유익성은 의미있는 증가, 인지된 장애는 의미있는 감소, 지각된 건강상태, 지식향상도의 의미있는 증가를 나타내어 건강지도자 양성교육이 건강행위 동기요소, 지각된 건강상태, 지식향상도의 증가에 기여함을 확인하였다. 연구를 통하여 농촌지역 주민들의 건강관리능력을 함양하기 위한 '건강지도자 양성교육'이 지속되어야 함을 시사해 주고 있다.

개인적·사회적 요인을 고려한 가상 공동체에서의 지식 공유 모형 (Knowledge Sharing Model in Virtual Communities Considering Personal and Social Factors)

  • Purpose Virtual communities (VCs) are becoming ever more important in these days, sometimes more than offline communities. Notably, they have become significant sources of knowledge sharing. Therefore, in order to foster a VC, it is very important to understand why people share their knowledge in the VC. Under this background, this paper aims at proposing the behavioral model best explains knowledge sharing activities in VCs. Design/methodology/approach We basically design our behavioral model for knowledge sharing in VCs based on theory of reasoned action (TRA). However, to understand knowledge sharing in VCs better, we specify knowledge sharing by dividing it into knowledge contribution and knowledge use. Also, instead of 'subjective norm', we adopt 'sense of virtual community (SOVC)' as a main social factor, which has been found to be important in the literature. We also include the antecedents such as 'quality of the shared knowledge', 'trust in community members', 'passion of the community leader', 'reciprocity', and 'self efficacy', which affect VC users' attitude towards knowledge sharing and SOVC. To test the hypotheses in our proposed model, we collected 253 valid surveys from the VC users. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS 23 is employed to assess the relationships proposed as the hypotheses. Findings Major findings are as follows. SOVC positively affects both intention to contribute knowledge and intention to use knowledge. And, trust in community members positively affects the attitude towards knowledge use and SOVC. The attitude towards knowledge use is also affected by the quality of the shared knowledge. Reciprocity is found to strongly positively affect the attitude towards knowledge contribution. However, passion of the community leader and self efficacy are found to have insignificant effect on SOVC and the attitude towards knowledge contribution respectively. Our study sheds a light on how to foster VCs from the perspective of knowledge management.

  • This study intends to find a solution through the activation of community business as a business as a business model of the creation of real satisfaction for the region's residence. In this study focuses on finding out how community building project, which is recently emerging as a new paradigm of regional development. In the past, we have lived community units, but nowadays many communities have been destroyed by the capitalization and the urbanization even in the rural area. This report studies essential elements needed for successful 'Rural Community Business' through case studies of 'Dandelion Village' in Gyoengsangnamdo. In order to do so, we analyzed this villages according to a theoretical 'Sustainable Community Business Model.' We constructed successful business model of 'Rural Community Business' based on six groups - 'Community Leader,' 'Teamwork,' 'Sustainable Population Influx,' 'Sustainable Voluntary Participations of Community Members,' and 'Sustainable Networking.

초등학교 보건교사의 자기 역할 인식 (Self Role Perception of Health Teachers in Elementary Schools)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe and understand elementary school health teachers' role perception in their own perspectives. Methods: Data were collected from three focus groups composed of five participants for each group. Each focus group had an interview for two and a half hours on the average. The main question was "What is your perception on the roles of health teachers in elementary schools?" Qualitative data from transcribed notes and field notes were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Five main roles were identified from the participants. The participants perceived themselves as 'an expert of health education in school and community', 'a health service provider for school members', 'a health guardian for school members, the coordinator of healthcare related works in school, and the leader of school health. Conclusion: The participants have multiple role identities, which are very important for health management of school members. And the roles such as an expert of health education and a leader for school health are recently emphasized. The findings of this study can provide useful information to design orientation programs for newly appointed health teachers and continuing education programs for enhancing role performance of health teachers in elementary schools.

온라인 커뮤니티의 중심성 변화에 대한 탐색적 연구 : 사회연결망 분석을 이용하여 (Exploring Centralities of An Online Community)

  • As the internet has been used widely, many online communities have been appeared. Initially, many users used online communities for communication and information sharing. Recently, users start using online communities for building, maintaining, and extending social networks which they did in offline environments previously. The importance of online community is considered by many scholars and also companies to use it strategically. Therefore many studies have focused on exploring characteristics of online communities. Most of them have emphasized the importance of online community. Few study focuses on dynamics within online community. By using social network analysis (SNA), this study tries to explore dynamics of online community. Specially, By measuring the centrality of online community and tracing its changes, this study investigates how the relationships among participants in online communities have been changed over the time. Findings of this study indicate that, as participants has joined in an online community over the time, an opinion leader is appeared, and her/his power is changed.

동적교류 기반 효과적인 멘토링 커뮤니티 구현 (An Implementation of a Mentoring Community System focused on Dynamic Communication)

  • 최근, E-러닝에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 E-러닝 형태의 교육들이 증가하였다. 그 중 현대사회의 지도자 역할인 리더를 양성하는 리더십 교육이 중요해 지고 있다. 리더십 활동은 상담자와 비상담자 간의 관계를 통해 영향을 주기도 하며 받기도 한다. 그러나 리더십 활동은 일방적으로 교육이 이루어지는 E-러닝 학습의 개념과 달라서 구체화하기가 어렵다. 또한, 오프라인으로 진행되는 경우가 많기 때문에 시간과 공간적인 제약을 많이 받게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 교수와 학생이 하나의 주제를 가진 공간에서 멘토와 멘티가 되어 하나의 리더십 커뮤니티를 형성하는 온라인 멘토링 커뮤니티를 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 멘토와 멘티가 자유롭게 만날 수 있을 뿐 아니라 새로운 평가 체계의 도입으로 동적 평가를 할 수 있다는 장점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 멘토링 커뮤니티를 설계하고 그 의미와 구현방안을 소개한다.

독거노인을 위한 베하스 프로그램을 활용한 지역사회기반 참여연구 리더 경험에 관한 융합적 연구 (Convergence Study on the Experience of a Community Based Participatory Research leader using the BeHaS Program for Elderly Living Alone)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회기반 참여연구를 활용한 베하스 프로그램에 연구참여자로 참여했던 독거노인들의 경험의 본질을 확인하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구 참여자는 대사증후군을 가진 독거노인 총 6명으로, 12주간 심혈관 건강을 위한 베하스 프로그램을 지역사회기반 참여연구로 진행할 때 리더로서 역할을 수행하였다. 자료수집은 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 방법으로 하였다. 연구결과 '연구참여자가 되는 부담감', '새로운 프로그램을 알게됨', '베하스 프로그램에 젖어듬', '새로운 리더십을 가지게 됨', '대사증후군 건강관리에 대해 알게됨', '달라진 자신을 통해 보람을 느낌' 등 6개의 범주를 도출하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구는 독거노인을 대상으로 한 지역사회참여기반 연구를 통하여 대사증후군 베하스 프로그램 참여경험의 본질을 파악하였으며, 추후 베하스 프로그램 운영 및 지역사회 정착 전략의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

지역사회리더 리더십역량의 중요-성취도 분석 (An Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) on the Leadership Competency of Rural Community Leaders)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify leadership competences of rural leaders and to analyze leadership competency of leaders. The study carried out by questionnaire and focus group interview on expert panels. To analyze leadership competency, the data was collected from 273 rural leaders by stratified random sampling. SPSSWIN/ver10 program was used for analyzing data with t-test and IPA method. The study suggests twenty low types of leadership competences which were information, vision, decision making, motivation communication, education residents, managing residents, loaming, flexibility, problem solving, presentation program management, customer orientation service knowledge, making relationship, creative idea, business understanding, brand development, conflict resolution negotiation, assessment, business management, coaching and feed back. Whereas leaders with middle school educational career required developing program management, maintaining achievement and benchmarking, leaders with high school were morel likely to develope self-learning, to benchmark their knowhow and brand development competency. Whereas leader with less low years experiences as leader have been considered as developing coaching/feedback brand development and program development, leaders with more five years as leader should consider developing benchmarking, resident education, and brand development. The study suggests that the extension agents on public should develop leadership program according to the competency differences of leaders.

Analysis of Green Campus Initiatives Led by Voluntary Participants of University Students

  • Purpose: Since 2010, many universities in Korea have been implementing Green Leader Training Programs which are usually run by students themselves. In the last five years of 2015, the Green Leader Training Program under the sponsorship of Korean Association for Green Campus Initiative has promoted the practice of a green campus and many relative projects have been carried out in various fields. Method: We utilized the green campus component index established by the Presidential Committee on Green Growth in Korea and have analyzed 480 activities during the years of 2010~2015. Result: We found that many activities were classified into the environmental field(264, 55.0%). This was followed by university members' participation(130, 27.1%), community engagement(68, 14.2%), and university management(18, 3.7%). These results showed that the green campus initiatives were focused on the environmental field. The number of universities participating from 2010 to 2015 were 20 in the metropolitan area and 15 in the non-metropolitan are. In the metropolitan area, 81.7% of green leader activities were conducted at universities in Seoul, and those in non-capital areas were active in the Middle region(51.3%) and Yeongnam region(48.7%). On the other hand, there was no activity in the Honam region, and it shows that there was a noticeable differential by regional groups.

지역사회 청소년의 리더쉽기술과 조직몰입 관계분석 (Investigating the Relationship between Leadership Skills and Organizational Commitment of Community Youth)

  • Rearing community youth has been main factors of sustainable agriculture and rural community. The purposes of this study were to analyze the leadership skill and organizational commitment of community youth and to investigate the relationship between leadership skill and organizational commitment. The data were collected from 196 rural youth by stratified random sampling. The study was adopted t-test, ANOVA factor analysis and correlation analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, community youth married, wealthier, and expanded farming area were more likely to have leadership life skills than others. Second, community youth wealthier and expanded farming area were more likely to have organizational commitment than others. Third, group activity, being leader, teaming skill, communication self understanding, decision making, language skill among leadership skills have positively correlated with organizational commitment.
