Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effects of restorative family circles (RFCs) on empowerment and family support for people with mental illness, and the belief system and caring experience of their families. Methods: This study used a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest non-synchronized design. Ninety-two dyads of patient-family caregivers were recruited using convenience sampling and assigned to the experimental and control groups. The subjects of the experimental group participated in RFCs consisting of eight 90-minute sessions. Data were collected at three different times (pretest, posttest, follow-up test) and analyzed for the effects of RFC using the 𝑥² test, Fisher's exact test, Mann-Whitney U test for homogeneity between groups, and generalized estimating equation models. Results: The findings of this study showed that there were significant differences in the family support for people with mental illness between the pretest and follow-up test, and also in the belief system and caring experience of the family between the pretest and posttest. Conclusion: This study revealed that family interventions based on restorative justice emphasizing community-driven conflict management could be used in psychiatric mental health nursing care for fostering a cohesive family relationship.

Elderly people living in poverty are one of the most vulnerable population groups who are at risk of experiencing social exclusion. Social participation is an important contributing factor to active aging and social integration of the older adults living in poverty. This study aims to identify factors affecting social participation of the poor elderly. Data from the second wave of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing was used for the analyses and 1,346 poor elderly aged over 65 were analyzed. The findings showed that age, education, health status, a level of depression, financial stress, and economic activity were associated with the social participation of the elderly living in poverty. These results indicated that psychological empowerment and specific needs of the older adults living in poverty should be considered in developing services and programs to promote social participation of the poor elderly.

본 연구의 목적은 취약계층 어머니들이 만든 양육 공동체, '아해 사랑'에 대한 이야기이다. '아해 사랑'은 2009년부터 2013년 까지 '시소와 그네'의 '어머니 학교'에 참여했던 어머니들이 만든 양육 공동체로 본 연구에 참여한 어머니들은 1기~ 5기 어머니 51명 중 연구에 참여를 원하는 어머니 14명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구는 개인 및 집단 인터뷰, 영상자료 및 기타 데이터를 수집한 후, 내용 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 양육 공동체 '아해 사랑' 어머니들은 공동체 모임의 구성하고, 운영하는 과정에 어머니들은 '시소와 그네'의 '어머니 학교' 출신이라는 것에 대한 자부심이 있었으며, 양육 공동체 형성에 중요한 역할을 하였다. 어머니들은 친목도모, 정보공유, 유아들과 어머니들을 위한 봉사활동, 그리고 더 나은 양육을 위한 학습을 하였다. 어머니들은 양육 공동체 '아해 사랑'이 생각하고 반성하는 나로 바꿔주고, 어머니들과의 진정한 만남을 경험하고, 삶의 주도권을 회복하는 경험을 할 수 있었다고 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구는 취약계층 어머니들이 능동적으로 만든 양육 공동체에 대해 다루었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

최근 선진국을 중심으로 로컬 커뮤니티 활성화에 관한 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 미국의 경우에는 커뮤니티 개발 조합 조직 체계 구축을 통한 로컬 커뮤니티 활성화가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사회자본 및 공공-민간 파트너십 형성을 통한 로컬 커뮤니티 재활성화 또는 도심 재활성화의 성공 사례를 미국 필라델피아를 중심으로 분석하고자 하였다. 웨스트 필라델피아 및 유니버시티 시티 사례를 통해 로컬 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 커뮤니티 개발 조합 참여주체 간의 성공적 파트너십 형성 및 네트워킹을 통한 성공적 지역사회 개발의 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 사례연구가 시사하는 한국에서의 정책적 실천적 함의로서는 로컬 스케일에서의 커뮤니티 활성화와 거버넌스로부터 시작되어 지역발전 및 국토균형개발로의 긍정적 파급효과를 기대하는 상향식 조직체계 구축 및 전략 수립이 요구된다는 것이다.

본 연구는 청소년의 임파워먼트 향상을 위해 개발된 비판과학 관점의 의생활 교수·학습과정안을 적용하고 그 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 Y시에 위치한 K중학교의 2학년 학생(총 42명)으로 선정하여 총 4주 동안 12차시 수업을 적용하였고, 개발된 교수·학습과정안 적용을 통한 임파워먼트의 양적 분석을 위해 5점 척도의 설문지를 구성하여 측정한 후 SPSS/win 22 프로그램을 이용하여 대응표본 t-검증으로 분석하였다. 질적 분석을 위해서 학생 상담 자료, 수업일기, 실행 보고서 등을 수집하였고, 임파워먼트 분석틀을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개발된 의생활 교수·학습지도안 중 모듈A에서 모듈D를 각 2시간씩 진행하였고, 모듈E는 실행 프로젝트로 총 4시간을 할애하여 진행하였다. 모둠별 실행 프로젝트에서는 학생들이 주도해서 홍보 포스터, 스티커 제작 후 배부, 의생활 퀴즈, 온라인상에 의견 올리기, 홍보 동영상, 재활용품 만드는 방법 알리기, 지역사회 기부 등의 사회 참여 활동을 실행하였다. 둘째, 개발된 교수·학습지도안의 양적 자료를 분석한 결과, 정치·사회적 임파워먼트가 사전 평균 3.12에서 사후 평균 3.36으로 유의미한 결과가 나타났다(t=-2.06, p<0.05)였다. 임파워먼트의 질적 자료 분석 결과, 수업을 통해 학생들은 자기 효능감을 인지한 것으로 확인되었다. 개인내적 차원은 긍정적인 자기 인식과 자기 효능감, 대인관계적 차원은 원활한 의사소통, 민주적 의사결정 등을 확인할 수 있었다. 정치·사회적 차원은 타인을 도움으로써 사회에 환원하는 내용 등을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서, 비판과학관점의 가정과수업이 청소년의 임파워먼트에 양적·질적으로 유의미한 영향을 주어 학생들이 사회에서 자신의 역할을 찾고, 타인과의 협력하며, 사회구성원으로서 책임 있는 행동을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

지금 우리나라가 지향하고 있는 '지방화를 통한 $\ulcorner$세계화$\lrcorner$ 발전전략'은 하향식 개 발패러다임과 상향식 개발패러다임의 통합이 전제되어야 한다. 본 연구는 기든스(A. Giddens)의 $\ulcorner$구조화이론(structuration theory)$\lrcorner$을 토대로 이들 상반된 양대 개발패러다임 을 통합하고 이에 입각해서 지방발전 개발전략을 논구하고자 한다. 통합적개발 패러다임이 란 세계자본주의체계의 확대, 심화 과정인 하향식 개발패러다임을 $\ulcorner$발전$\lrcorner$ 혹은 $\ulcorner$종속$\lrcorner$ 둘 중 하나인 것으로만 규정짓는 이원론적 인식에서 부터 그것을 $\ulcorner$구조화이론$\lrcorner$에 입각된 그대로 인식하는 것, 즉 그것을 세계자본주의 중심국가로서는 발전으로 보지만 주변국으로 서는 사안에 따라 종속으로 볼 수 있다는 일원론적 인식에로의 구조적 전환이다. 따라서 주 변국이 발전을 성취하기 위한 핵심적 과제는 먼저, 발전이란 단독.고립적 현상이 아니라 세계의 '체계 현상'이고 또 종속은 실제적 현실임이 $\ulcorner$구조의 이중성$\lrcorner$ 매카니즘의 학적 내 면화를 토대로 인식되어야 한다. 그리고 이러한 인식 위에서 휴머니즘에 입각된 생동감 넘 치는 정치가 이루어지는 정의로운 지역사회를 만들어 경제를 그러한 국가 혹은 지역사회의 정치적 권위 '밑에' 두고 한편으로 지역민의 $\ulcorner$자력(empowerment)$\lrcorner$과 $\ulcorner$능력 (capacitation)$\lrcorner$을 증강시켜야 한다. 지방화시대의 개발전략에는 이러한 통합적 패러다임의 실천적 과제가 효율적으로 달성될 수 있는 구체적인 지리공간정책이 포함되어야 한다.

급격한 고령화는 진단과 치료중심의 의료패러다임을 예방과 관리를 강화하는 방향으로 전환을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 부산광역시를 중심으로 지역사회기반 디지털 헬스케어시스템 구축 필요성을 전제로 디지털 헬스케어의 개념과 구체적 발전방향에 대해 논의한다. 디지털 헬스케어는 첨단 정보통신기술과 의료기술의 융합으로 예측적, 예방적, 개인적, 참여적 서비스의 특징을 갖고 있으며 인구구조변화 및 의료복지의 사회적 비용 증가에 대한 사회문제 해결 대안으로 제기되고 있다. 전국 지자체 중 유일하게 부산은 마을건강센터를 동 단위로 운영한다. 마을건강센터는 주민들의 주도적인 건강관리로 질병예방의 데이터 구축이 가능한 최소단위이다. 마을건강센터의 디지털 전환은 기본적인 건강데이터 및 사회적 정보를 활용하여 지역사회 내 예방적 돌봄 체계 축적을 가능하게 한다. 또한 주민 모두 접근 가능한 리빙랩의 주요 장소로 신기술 개발을 위한 테스트베드로 활용 가능하다. 실제로 개발된 제품과 서비스를 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 실증이 필요하다. 마지막으로 마을 간호사와 마을 활동가의 디지털 전환 역량 강화 교육은 보건과 복지가 결합된 융합형 서비스를 실제화할 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회복지관에 기반한 한부모 자조집단의 발전적 변화를 도모하고 그 과정을 통하여 사회복지사의 자조집단 지원 실천방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 참여실행연구를 진행하였는데, 자조집단이 저소득 한부모 가족의 자립과 역량강화에 유용한 실천방법이지만 구체적 실천방안은 부재하다는 문제인식을 공유한 사회복지사와 교수자 9명이 연구에 참여하였다. 10회기의 연구모임에서 논문 숙독, 개별 자조집단 분석, 관련 사례 연구, 퍼실리테이션 학습 등 다양한 활동이 이루어졌으며, 더불어 매 회기마다 각 집단별 진행사항을 공유하고이후 적용점과 계획 등을 논의하는 동료 수퍼비전을 병행하였다. 이를 통하여 학습하고 논의한 바를 집단에 적용하고 그 과정과 결과를 성찰하면서 다시 논의하고 적용하는 과정을 반복하였다. 그 결과, 각 집단별로 집단의 목표나 비전이 명료해지고, 담당자에 대한 의존이 감소하면서 회원 주도성이 증진되었으며, 회원 간 친밀감, 상부상조, 집단에 대한 애착이 강화되는등 긍정적 변화가 나타났다. 또한 논의된 내용을 질적으로 분석한 결과, 주도성 및 역량강화, 응집력, 리더십, 탈정형화 등 네 주제에서 17가지 실천방안이 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 저소득 한부모 자조집단을 위한 보다 현실적인 실천방안에 대해 논의하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the experiences of Team-Spirit training in new nurses. Method: Data was collected through open-ended and self-reported questionnaires which were received from 47 new nurses who had finished team-spirit training for 2 days. The content analysis method was used to derive the core-category, categories and concepts of Team-Spirit training for new nurses. Result: The care category identified in new nurses trained in Team-Spirit was upgrade myself and our team. The following 4 categories also emerged; companion, interdependency, importance of community, and future growth of myself and our community. The derived 12 subcategories were intimacy, importance of companions, binding, partaking in difficulties, empowerment, observing rules, cooperation, consensus, self-pledge as a subordinator, motivating vision formation, developing professionalism, contribution and devotion. The 34 concepts were derived from the new nurses' statements. Conclusion: These results imply that Team-Spirit Training for nurses could contribute to companionship, interdependency, importance of community, and future growth of oneself and the hospital team.

The development of information technology improves the globalization of the world economy. This change was able to expand the cyber space, and the online community known as the cyber community is made within the existing offline community. From the cyber community's activity, the concept of social network services created, and recently developed social computing. Social computing is the current situation and the next step in the online community. Currently, most CIOs are using social computing for workplace empowerment. As online transactions become more active, the strategy to increase customer loyalty in Internet shopping is an effective tool to increase profit for the company, and as a method to maintain competitive. With the growth of electronic commerce, through insurance of customer loyalty on the Internet, a company can establish a long-term relationship with customers, so for this, it is important to have reliable relationship with customers. Also, through advertisement and commercial information, the cognition of Internet shopping looks can be effective in retaining customers. In this study, it explores how social computing and trust and cognition of Internet shopping are effective in maintaining customer loyalty. As the result of study, the trust and cognition of Internet shopping are significantly effective on customer loyalty, but the sense of social computing. Still, social computing has not matured enough to be as effective in retaining customer loyalty. However, it does indicate that social computing has significantly increased the trust and cognition in Internet shopping. In this study, as the concepts of the social network service and social computing are applied in Internet shopping, which are actively discussed by scholars, it is expected that the basis of the study could improve and present the idea of social shopping.
