최근의 비즈니스 환경에서 가장 두드러지게 나타나고 있는 특징 중의 하나는 인터넷의 보급과 발전으로 네트워크 환경이 구축되고 사이버 사회가 급속하게 발전하고 있다는 점이다. 이러한 환경에서 인터넷상에 가상의 공간과 사회가 만들어져 온라인 커뮤니티(online community)라는 개념이 생기기 시작하였다. 온라인 커뮤니티란 회원(멤버)들에 의해 이루어지는 커뮤니케티션과 이들에 의해 만들어지는 자생적인 컨텐츠(member-generated contents)의 통합이 컴퓨터를 매개로 하여 구축된 공간(Armstrong과 Hagel, 1996),또는 온라인상에서의 상호작용에 관계하고 있는 사람이나 집단(Williams와 Cotherel, 2000)을 의미한다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회적 자본 수준이 제주도의 지역 공동체 문화의 하나로 논의되고 있는 괸당문화에 대한 영향력과 지역사회발전을 위한 긍정요소로 어떠한 영향이 있는지 살펴보기 위한 직접설문조사로 제주지역주민 600명을 대상으로 실시하였고, 최종분석에는 594부가 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여, 기술통계, T-test, ANOVA 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 조사대상자의 사회적 자본의 수준은 네트워크(평균 4.01점), 신뢰(평균 3.80점), 규범(평균 3.43점), 협력(평균 3.00점), 참여(평균 2.80점)의 수준으로 나타났고, 둘째, 사회적 자본은 대체로 도농지역, 행정구역, 월평균소득에 따라 집단간 차이가 있었다. 마지막으로 사회적 자본의 하위 요인 중 네트워크와 참여가 높을수록 괸당문화의 필요성이 높다고 인식하고 있으며, 규범과 참여가 높을수록 괸당문화는 지역사회발전에 중요한 영향요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과들을 통하여 사회적 자본의 육성은 괸당문화를 긍정적 공동체문화로서 지역발전에 중요한 요소로 활용할 수 있다는 시사점을 갖는다.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of social network sports community consciousness on loyalty and sports attitude. In order to achieve this research purpose, the population of the study was selected as adult men and women over the age of 20 who are active in the social network sports community in 2022. The sampling method used cluster random sampling to select a total of 300 people, 150 men and 150 women, as research subjects. The survey tool used was the questionnaire method, and the questionnaire whose reliability and validity had been verified in previous studies at home and abroad was used by requoting, modifying, or supplementing it to suit the purpose of this study. It was also structured on a 5-point scale. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed on the collected data using the statistical program SPSS Windows 20.0 Version. The results obtained through this process are as follows. First, social network sports community consciousness was found to have a partial effect on loyalty. Second, social network sports community consciousness was found to have a partial effect on sports attitudes. Third, social network sports community loyalty was found to have a partial effect on sports attitudes. Considering these results, various activities such as decision-making process, relationship formation, and opinion expression of modern people are carried out by the O-line community. In addition, while in the past it was a format that led from offline activities to online activities, currently, there are more and more formats that lead from online activities to offline activities. Therefore, modern people's SNS sports community activities provide many experiences, which creates a sense of community and sports attitudes are formed based on this. This can be said to lead to loyal activities.

This paper examined the effects of children's interests and attitudes toward mother's native culture and use of mother's native language on satisfaction of the mother-child relationship in multi-cultural families. Data from the 2012 National Survey of Multi-cultural Families demonstrate that for children aged between 9 and 12 years, their fluency and desire to speak well in the mother's native language as well as father's encouragement for using the mother's native language at home were positively associated with satisfaction of the mother-child relationship. For those aged between 13 and 18 years, mother's nationality (i.e. Southeast or South Asia) was negatively related with mother-child relationship satisfaction. Both mother's and children' communication skills, children's interests in mother's native culture, pride for mother being a foreigner, and desire to speak well in the mother's native language were positively associated with mother-child relationship satisfaction. Therefore, there is a need for foreign wives to be educated in Korean language and culture as well as opportunities for children to learn their mother's native culture and language.

The Purpose of this paper is to analyze of community space of high-rise housing as a basic research towards developing a model of spacial convergence. For this, 10 cases of high-rise housing complexes are compiled. Research methods are as follows. First, through the analysis of 10 high-rise housing complexes, the types of community space program are categorized by concepts. Second, community space plans are analyzed by floor. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, through the analysis of 10 cases, the types of community space program are classified 8 categories : Culture, Health, Leisure, Education, Life-style Assistance, Business Assistance, Open Space, Commercial Facility. Second, community space plans are arranged at the lower floor of the building at a high ratio. Third, the types of convergence model for community programs are suggested by 4 categories : Human, Time, Experience, Local Community. Fourth, community space configuration is categorized by 4 types.

본 연구는 사회복지생활시설에서 사회복지사가 인지한 사회복지생활시설의 집단문화, 개발문화, 위계문화, 합리문화 등 조직문화의 유형에 따라 사회복지사의 개인 업무지향, 업무관계성, 보상제도 등 역량강화에 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 있는지 분석하였다. 실증연구의 조사대상은 대구 경북지역의 사회복지생활시설에서 근무하는 사회복지사이며 연구조사방법은 설문조사를 사용하였다. 사회복지사가 인지하는 문화유형은 Kimberly and Quinn(1984)의 분류에 따라 집단문화, 개발문화, 위계문화, 합리문화로 구분하였으며, 이에 영향을 받는 역량강화변수는 개인 업무지향, 업무관계성, 보상제도 등으로 분류하였다. 본 연구에서는 조직 문화의 유형에 따라 개인 업무지향, 업무관계성, 보상제도 등에 유의적인 차이가 있음을 발견하였다.

문화지체 현상을 겪고 있는 G시에서 지역사회의 문화지체 현상을 극복하고, 지역이기주의를 벗어나는 방안으로 독서문화프로그램과 콘텐츠를 개발하고 운영하는 정책을 시도하였다. 본 연구는 독서문화콘텐츠 개발을 위한 지역공동체 의식분석과 독서문화콘텐츠 요구사항 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 이는 공공도서관이 지역사회 소통의 장으로서의 역할이 강화된 것이다. 연구방법으로 G시 시민의 공동체 의식 및 요구사항 분석, 공동체의식 관련 독서콘텐츠 요구사항을 분석하였다. 도출된 요구 주제로는 경제부문 주제로 실업, 빈곤, 고령화, 주택문제 순이며, 환경부문에는 환경오염, 에너지, 인권부문에는 장애인, 다문화, 교육부문에는 학교폭력, 사교육, 참교육순이다. 이에 준하여 도서와 영상자료 목록과 초록 221건, 독서문화프로그램 4개가 개발 제시되었다.

국가 운영에서 부정, 낭비, 남용을 방지하기 위해 감사 및 감찰기구를 운영하고, 이들에게 업무의 독립성 보장을 포함한 많은 권한과 책임을 부여하고 있다. 하지만 이들 기관에서 발생하는 문제나 비위에 대해서는 누가 어떻게 감독하는지에 대한 문제가 제기된다. 이러한 감독을 위해 미국에서는 감찰관 법을 통해 감사기구 간 협의체인 감사공동체를 구성하여 업무 수행의 기준 준수 여부와 감사기구 직원의 비위에 대한 조사를 수행하고, 의회, 대통령, 회계감사원, 소속 기관 지도부 등 다양한 이해관계자가 상호작용을 하면서 독립성 보장과 협업 문화를 조성하고 있다. 정부 운영의 효율성과 효과성을 제고한다는 측면에서 감독기구와 의회의 관계를 발전시킬 필요가 있는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 미국 사례를 연구하여 우리나라 감사기구에 적용할 감독제도의 효율적인 정책방안을 제시한다.

본 연구의 목적은 커뮤니티케어를 기반으로 장애인 탈시설 자립지원 방안을 모색하는 것으로 첫째, 새로운 장애인복지 패러다임으로서의 탈시설화 정책의 주요내용을 살펴보며 둘째, 커뮤니티케어의 개념과 이에 따른 탈시설·탈가족 돌봄의 함의를 고찰하였다. 셋째, 커뮤니티케어를 실시해 오고 있는 외국의 사례와 시범사업으로서 서울시 장애인전환서비스 지원 사업 사례를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, 이상의 내용을 바탕으로 중앙정부와 지방정부 차원에서 커뮤니티케어 기반의 장애인의 탈시설 자립지원 방안을 제시하였다.
