인터넷의 대중화로 웹에 대한 의존도가 높아지고 사용자가 증가로 인하여 웹 서비스 성능과 커뮤니케이션의 보안 문제가 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 기존의 웹 서비스 기술은 동시 클라이언트 개수의 제한과 서버 처리량의 감소 그리고 평균 응답 시간을 증가시켜 웹 어플리케이션 서버의 성능을 감소시킨다. 그리고 커뮤니케이션 보안을 위한 메시지 암호화 작업과 초기 handshake 비용은 연결에 필요한 계산 시간을 증가시켜 전송 속도와 서버 성능을 감소시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보안 요구사항을 만족하고 동시에 웹 서비스를 위하여 서버의 과부하를 개선하고 웹 서버 아키텍처의 신뢰성과 안전성을 위하여 타원곡선 암호화(ECC) 알고리즘을 이용하여 암호화 처리를 수행하고, 향상된 성능과 지연처리에 필요한 기술을 제공하는 개선된 모바일 웹 서버를 제안한다.

사물인터넷은 모든 고유 식별 가능한 임베디드 컴퓨팅 장치가 기존의 인터넷 환경에 연결된 초연결 사회를 지향한다. 따라서 사물인터넷 서비스는 단순한 사물간의 통신(M2M)을 넘어 많은 프로토콜들, 도메인들, 애플리케이션들 위에서 유연한 통신 능력을 가지고 사용자에게 권한을 부여할 수 있어야한다. 또한, 사물인터넷의 접근제어는 보안과 신뢰성을 증가하기 위하여 전통적인 접근제어와 차별화된 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 환경에서 안전한 접근제어를 위하여 capability 토큰 기반의 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템에서 capability 토큰은 인가권한을 의미하며, 토큰은 위임, 재위임, 폐기 가능하다. 제안된 시스템은 capability 토큰을 사용함으로써 접근 제어 처리 시간을 감소할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In the semiconductor equipment industry, the SECS/GEM protocol has been recognized as the communication standard, but in our 300mm wafer aligner being developed, this capability has not been equipped yet. In this study, we present the realization of SECS-I, SECS-II and HSMS communication protocol between factory host computer and wafer aligner. Its validity is shown in actual test environment.

This paper presents a method to optimize train radio communication network for train control (CBTC) or multimedia services. To determine the optimized distance between wayside radio stations in a radio communication network constructed along railway, radio frequency allocation and hand-over capability is studied in terms of radio communication cell coverage and roaming feasibility.

In this study I construct CAN(Controller Area Network) for automobiles similar to LAN(Local Area Network) and build communication modules in the major part of an automobile to link several sub-systems. Since each station replaces the communication function of sub-systems and has various types of sensor, actuator, controller, and switch, every information about automobile's status is obtained from the network. The manufactured system showed a superior capability. The following is the contents of study. 1. The definition of communication packet through the analysis of CAN protocol. 2. The Design of modules using micro-controller 80C196CA. 3. The Network configuration.

In this paper, an Adaptive Evolutionary Computation(AEC) is proposed. AEC uses a genetic algorithm(GA) and an evolution strategy (ES) in an adaptive manner is order to take merits of two different evolutionary computations: global search capability of GA and local search capability of ES. In the reproduction procedure, proportions of the population by GA and ES are adaptively modulated according to the fitness. AEC is used to design the membership functions and the scaling factors of fuzzy logic controller (FLC). To evaluate the performances of the proposed FLC, we make an experiment on FLC for the speed control of an actual DC series motor system with nonlinear characteristics. Experimental results show that the proposed controller has better performance than that of PD controller.

A Sensor Node in Wireless Sensor Network has very limited resources such as processing capability, memory capacity, battery power, and communication capability. When the communication between any two sensor nodes are required to be secured, the symmetric key cryptography technique is used for its advantage over public key cryptography in terms of requirement of less resources. Keys are pre-distributed to each sensor node from a set of keys called key pool before deployment of sensors nodes. Combinatorial design helps in a great way to determine the way keys are drawn from the key pool for distributing to individual sensor nodes. We study various deterministic key predistribution techniques that are based on combinatorial design.

It is widely accepted that one of the purposes of education in landscape architecture is to train students as experts for professional practice. But graduates rarely get positive evaluation from the professional practice in landscape architecture regarding their capability in real environments. Recently the international accreditation system for architectural education is introduced, and it requires a considerably high degree of education enhancing practical capability of students as practitioner. In this context, this study aims to seek an effective educational method for enhancing practical practice capability of students in landscape architectural design education by using the analysis method employed architectural educations in Korea in measuring student performance criteria. The results of the study suggest international education standard of environmental design course emphasizes the ingenuity of individuals. And integrating the knowledges of diverse fields into education system is necessity. Nowadays, handing over the hard skills emphasized in the past is changing toward fostering soft skills. As a conclusion, educational contents which satisfy the established objects are mostly composed of soft skills such as communication techniques, collectional capability of informations, personal relationships and vocational ethics etc.

Localized communication networks for office automation, security monitoring, environmental management of buildings, computer communications, and other applications enjoy every increasing demand. This paper proposes a direct sequence spread spectrum communication system for use in power line data transmission. Advantages of power distribution circuits include reasonably universal coverage and easy access vis a standard wall plug. Disadvantages include limited communication bandwidth, relatively high noise levels, and varying levels of impedance, noise, and attenuation. Spread spectrum signalling provides immunity to narrow-band signal impairments and multiplexing capability. Our prototype power line communication module supports completely physical and data link layers based on the international standard ISO 10368 for reliable high-speed power line communication system. Moreover it provides useful functions to compose a plant monitoring and control system. All the circuits of the communication module are included in one compact circuit. Thus a functional communication system for the power line plant monitoring and control is implemented.

미국, 영국, 나토는 불확실한 미래 합동작전을 위한 합동 능력을 구축하기 위해 합동 개념을 발전시켜 적용하고 합동능력 관리체계를 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 그 중 미군은 능력을 기반으로 전력을 기획하여, 예산을 편성하고, 집행하여 평가는 PPBEE 체계를 운영하고 있다. 또한 미군은 합동능력영역(JCA), 합동과제목록(UJTL) 등을 중심으로 합동능력관리체계(JCAMS)를 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 최근 한국군도 이러한 능력 개념을 도입하고 관리하기 위한 시스템을 개발하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 논문은 미군의 합동능력관리체계를 참고하여 한국군에 적합한 능력관리 통합메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안한 통합메커니즘을 통하여 우리군은 효율적이고 효과적으로 합동능력 관리체계(JCMS)를 구축 할 수 있을 것이다.
