  • Today's society appears to be entering a hyper-connected society due to mental notions and information communication technologies being converged for advanced development. Trade between countries around the world is increasing amidst the digital economy and fourth industrial revolution, which is being accompanied by a growing number of trade disputes. Appropriately resolving disputes is crucial for corporate growth, and ADR is drawing attention as a more reasonable solution between interested parties compared to lawsuits. This also applies to international trade as there is growing movements to resolve disputes between parties more efficiently and feasibly through mediation. The adaptation of an international convention for implementation in a third country for settlement agreements drawn up through such international mediation is a new and unprecedented attempt. In other words, the Singapore Convention on Mediation looks to resolve international commercial disputes by granting executive force on the outcomes of mediations. However, a system to solve various legal issues must be put into place to execute the outcomes in the respective country or third country, and a variety of tools for this are necessary.

To do so, a research survey was conducted from November 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017, and based on the non-random convenience sampling technique, questionnaires were distributed to 1,300 students (2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students) of five 4-year universities located in G Province. For frequency analysis and hypothesis testing, a multiple regression analysis and 3-step mediation effect analysis were used and the results of the analyses were as follows. The results of the analysis of the mediation effect of career self-efficacy on the impact of intrinsic motive on planning style showed that goal selection had a complete mediation effect. Given these results, it is necessary that educational institutions and society provide students, even during middle and high school years, with opportunities to discover their aptitudes and interests, and an educational system should be established to pave the way for students to be well prepared for and make decisions about the work they will do.

The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of the verification of differences in key variables according to the demographic characteristics, there were significant differences in the age group, education period and household income. It was found 3 groups composed of 2 groups with high level of environmental engagement and 1 group with low level of environmental engagement were suitable to double mediation model among the 8 experimental groups. The group where double mediation model best corresponds than any other group was high level related to environment and the group that contacts altruistic appeal and the message in the form of conditional donation. It was also found that the group that has low level of environmental engagement and contacts egoistic appeal type and conditional donation shows the group that corresponds to double mediation model in the second place among the 8 groups. Depending on the condition of message stimulation, unconditional donation is found to better correspond to double mediation model than conditional donation. However, opposite phenomena is observed when the level of environmental engagement is high and appeal type is egoistic. • This study showed that the association between solidarity and conflict is mediated by the communication of grandmothers and an adult child at the dyadic level. The common fate model (CFM) was designed to model mediation effects at the level of dyads. Participants consisted of 297 grandmother dyads and their adult child who were rearing preschool-aged grandchildren in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For analysis at the dyadic level, grandmothers and adults responded to the same questionnaire on the same variables. SPSS 23.0 performed descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis. The structural equation model (SEM) was estimated with AMOS 23.0. We tested the mediation model using the maximum likelihood method. Model fit index used the chi-square statistic, the incremental fit index (IFI), the comparative fit index (CFI), the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA). The statistical significance of the indirect effect was examined using a bootstrapping procedure. The results are as follows. First, in the CFM, the direct effect between solidarity and conflict was significant. Therefore, the higher the solidarity, the lower conflict of grandmothers and an adult child. Second, the association between solidarity and conflict is mediated by communication at the dyadic level. Based on the results of this study, we discussed ways to strengthen the capacity of co-parenting between grandmothers and an adult child.
