잠수 시스템의 표준 및 안전 기준에는 잠수 장비, 잠수 자격, 잠수 의학, 잠수 절차의 4개 분야가 포함되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 잠수 시스템의 국제 규격, 국외 정부 기준, 검사단체의 규칙, 해외 잠수조직의 관련 규정을 고찰하여 국내 기준의 필요성을 제안하였다. 또한 해외 잠수기관들의 현황을 고찰하여 국제 협력방안 등 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

Application of UV curing technique for poly vinyl chloride (PVC) floor tiles coating has improved the quality of PVC floor. Various formulations including acrylated oligomers based on a polyurethane were blended with reactive monomers, photoinitiators and other additives. The used oligomers are commercial aliphatic urethane acrylates. Thin films were prepared on PVC tiles by bar coating with different formulations using UV radiation. The coating resins were characterized by FTIR. The properties of UV-cured films such as gloss grade and adhesion were examined. The properties of UV-cured films dependent on the influence of composition and processing conditions was studied. The investigation was conducted to achieve an optimal domain of composition and desired coating effect.

In order to improve the performance of cross-flow hydro turbine, detailed examination of the effect of the turbine configuration on the performance is needed necessarily. Therefore, this study is aimed to investigate the effect of blade angle on the performance of the cross-flow hydro turbine. Analysis of the turbine performance with the variation of the blade angle has been made by using a commercial CFD code. The results show that inlet and outlet angles of runner blade give considerable effect on the performance of the turbine. Pressure on the surface of the runner blade changes remarkably by the blade angle both at the Stages 1 and 2. Moreover, relatively small blade inlet angle is effective to produce higher value of output power. Recirculating flow in the runner passage causes remarkable hydraulic loss.

With the wide usage of internet in many fields, networks are being exposed to many security threats, such as DDoS attack and worm/virus. For enterprise network, prevention failure of network security causes the revealing of commercial information or interruption of network services. In this paper, we propose a method of prevention of DDoS attacks for enterprise network based on traceback and network traffic analysis. The model of traceback implements the detection of IP spoofing attacks by the cooperation of trusted adjacent host, and the method of network traffic analysis implements the detection of DDoS attacks by analyzing the traffic characteristic. Moreover, we present the result of the experiments, and compare the method with other methods. The result demonstrates that the method can effectively detect and block DDoS attacks and IP spoofing attacks.

Advanced EMU have been enhanced in terms of safe transport and maintainability. It is a new urban railway technology that enables an operation institution to cut repair and maintenance costs and customers to use convenient service at lower costs based on IT technology. If a development vehicle of Advanced EMU is completed, it will be used to test the entire advanced EMU system through sufficient performance check and reliability check prior to operation in commercial line. It will also verify efficiency, safety, punctuality and energy efficiency of transport. Accordingly, it is necessary to figure how to repair and maintain vehicles to enhance safety of Advanced EMU system in cooperation with operation during the period of comprehensive evaluation on the operation of a development vehicle in a test line. In this paper, we investigated the maintenance program of Advanced EMU on test operation in Dabul line. The test condition and operation environment of Advanced EMU in Daebul line was analyzed.

A telecooperation system supports synchronous cooperation among all the product development partners and enables compensation of deficits concerning traditional information/communication technologies. By analyzing the product development processes and communication scenarios of a company manufacturing automobile parts, the specifications for the suitable telecooperation system were defined. An integrated telecooperation platform that combines the commercial softwares with the new developed modules for customer-oriented functionalities was created as a product development guideline. Future work is strongly required in order to define the best way to improve the integrated platform, based on the functionality of ERP and PDM systems.

Since the Start of WTO in 1995, world trade volume was substantially increased as much as over $250 billion by lifting the trade barriors This effect brought new problem of increasing disputes. Significantly an ever increasing atention is paid to the Question of means and procedures of settling such disputes by arbtration. The problem of arbitration has indeed become most popular with all those who take interest in legal aspects of international cooperation in various spheres. In practice arbitration seems to renovate its function to take over new disputes arising from electronic transaction such as internet trade. Looking at the actual use of arbitration, its merits than litigation should cover new aspect concerning new kind of claims caused by new type of transaction. The efficient procedure for dispute will help every country save loss of profit by the delay of settlment. This thesis aims to facilitate the appearence of more efficient arbitration procedure for dispute settlment system.

This study investigated and analyzed the export competitiveness of Gyeonggi-Do and the effect of Korea-US FTA on its export competitiveness. By reviewing the current status of trade structure and implementing trade specialization index(TSI) of export commodities of Gyeonggi-Do, the investigation has listed the specific export commodities with competitiveness for increasing the volume of its export in the United States, in the short, mid and long run perspectives. From the findings in this study, it suggests specific trade and commercial policies to Korea-US FTA including implementing commodity-oriented export supporting system, strategic marketing method, economic-free-zone plan, R&D investment, export financing and regional economic cooperation.

입지분석은 공간 및 비공간적 특성이 중요하게 다루어져야 함에도 불구하고 공간데이터 타입(spatial data type), 공간관계(spatial relationship), 그리고 공간 자기상관성(spatial autocorrelation)의 복잡성에 기인한 처리의 어려움으로 인해 기하학적거리나 공간적 위치와 같은 단순 공간적 특성만 이용되었다. 본 연구에서는 서울시 대형할인점을 사례로하여로 GIS에 의한 공간데이터와 비공간데이터(인구통계 등)를 통합 구축한 후, 공간데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 입지패턴(location pattern)을 분석 추출하여 보고자 한다.

소비자의 행동이론은 경영학의 주된 관심사이다. 소비자의 소비 행동패턴 이론은 소비자의 합리적 소비에 근거한 선호도로써, 선택의 문제를 주요한 연구대상으로 삼고 있다. 하지만 본 모델링은 소비자의 선택을 선호의 문제로 취급하는 기호에 의존하기 보다는, 상권의 측정가능한 크기에 의존하는 수동적 의미의 소비패턴을 산정하게 된다. 단순한 몇 가지 가정을 기반으로 하여 상권이 미치는 영향력을 상권의 거리와 상권의 크기로만 한정할 경우, 최적 경로에 따른 합리적인 소비함수 모델링을 만들 수있다. 상권의 거리 및 상권의 크기로 상권의 범위를 제한 할 경우, 물리학 분야인 전기자기학 중에서 쿨롱의 법칙으로부터 유도된 전기장의 개념을 도입하여 상권의 의미를 재해석할 수 있다. 향후 본 모델링에 대한 소비자 행동패턴의 실질적인 검증 및 추가 도입변수 및 에러항을 도입한 일반적인 모델링으로 발전시킬 수 있고, 그 또한 추가 연구주제가 될 수 있다.
