남북상사중재위원회 중재규정초안작성상의 문제성과 기본원칙 (Problems and Fundamental Principles in Drafting of Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of South-North Korea.)

  • The Drafting of Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea is to be the basis of and important to the South-North Commercial Arbitration Committee. Therefore we should study and review carefully the drafting of Commercial Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea. First of all, it's probable that the drafting of Commercial Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee in South Korea should be written by the Commercial Arbitration Committee of South Korea and Korean arbitral body after these organizations are established and appointed. Second, it's probable that the Commercial Arbitration Committee of South Korea and the arbitral body in South Korea should be composed of private sector, not government officer mainly. Third, it's not recommendable that we make the ICSID intervene in appointment of arbitrator(s) of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea when it's not agreed with between the South Korea and the North Korea. Forth, it's not recommendable that we, the South Korea write the only one South Korean draft of the Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea.

  • To realize the spirit of South-North Joint Declaration of June 15, 2000, the authorities concerned of South and North Korea have reached agreements to settle commercial disputes as well as to set up a South-North arbitration rule which is becoming a problem of vital importance between South and North Korea. The purpose of this paper is to analyzed and review carefully the drafting of Commercial Arbitration Rule of the commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea so The South-North Korea Commercial Rule is an institutional organization for resolution of commercial disputes arising form trade and investment between south and north Korea. Under the situation, it is becoming a problem of vital importance how to manage and control the Arbitration Rule for prompt and effective resolution of South-North Korea of commercial disputes It is probable that the drafting of Commercial Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee in South Korea should be written by the Commercial Arbitration Committee of South Korean arbitral body after these organizations are established and appointed. it's not recommendable that we the South-North Korea write the only enc South Korean draft of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-Nonh Korea. The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board(KCAB) should be designated as the arbitration institution of South Korea because the KCAB is the only authorized institution in South Korea, statutorily empowered to settle any kind of commercial disputes at home and abroad.

도시형 상가주택의 활용에 관한 연구 -대구시 북성로 근대건축물을 중심으로- (A study on the Urban Commercial Housing - Focused on the Modern Architecture in Daegu Buksungro -)

  • This study is about Urban Commercial Housing among Modern Architectural assets in Buksungro (one of the 4 Roads of Rampart in Junggu, Daegu), the main stronghold of Urban Regeneration projects according to the recent Urban Regeneration strategy. The development of the Urban Commercial business and the quantitative increase of the Urban Housing that is accelerated after the Industrial Revolution certainly caused the Urban Commercial Housing, and in the downtown of Daegu, with the Urban Hanok and Commercial Hanok, Commercial Housing based on Machiya, Japan has appeared. The study about Commercial Hanok and Machiya, Japan already existed, but there were no Comparative Study about the Modern times' Commercial Housing remaining in Korea. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to compare the Modern times' Commercial Housing in Buksungro, Daegu, with the Japans' Commercial Housing.

사업체의 생존·폐업 기간을 활용한 서울시 상업공간의 변화분석 (An Analysis of Spatial Changes in Commercial Districts using Survival-Exit Dynamics of Commercial Businesses in Seoul, Korea)

  • 최근 높아진 개·폐점률로 인해 자영업자들의 생존율은 낮아지고 조기폐업은 증가하고 있으며, 이는 개인의 부채 증가, 고용불안정과 같은 사회적 문제뿐만 아니라 도시공간 공동화라는 도시문제까지 야기하고 있다. 이와 관련해, 상업공간 내 사업체의 변화양상과 높은 창·폐업률에 미치는 영향요인을 밝히는 연구가 진행되고 있으나 연구의 범위가 한정적이어서 서울시 전체지역 내 사업체의 변화에 대한 객관적인 진단이 부족한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구는 서울시 내 주요상권을 대상으로 폐업 및 생존한 사업체의 영업기간 변화를 활용해 각 상권의 특성을 논의한다. 분석 결과, 서울시의 상업공간 변화특성은 크게 두 가지로 구분할 수 있었다. 도심상권(중구 및 종로구)과 영등포 상권은 사업체들이 안정적으로 영업하는 양상을 보이며, 국지적으로 활발한 사업체 변화를 보였다. 또한, 강남상권과 마포상권은 전체적으로 생존한 사업체들과 폐업한 사업체들 모두 짧은 영업기간을 보였다. 이런 상권별 변화특성의 차이는 영업체의 생존과 폐업활동이 상업공간의 장소적 특성과 밀접하게 연관되어 있음을 의미하며, 공간별 사업체 변화에 따른 적절한 해결책 제시가 필요함을 시사한다.

A Systematic Review of Commercial Building Greening with CiteSpace

  • The commercial buildings greening can generate multiple benefits to achieve a sustainable building and business environment. However, a comprehensive systematic review of commercial buildings greening across multiple disciplines has yet to be reported. This study conducted a systematic analysis of 39 literature on commercial building greening from Web of Science over the past 19 years and utilized CiteSpace to visualize the academic evolution and trends in this field. Key findings were: 1) The number of publications in the past five years has increased, indicating that commercial building greening research has received widespread attention. 2) The large number of publications means that the research field of commercial building greening is relatively broad. 3) The study of commercial building greening has become a global participation and cooperation research topic. The top cooperating countries mainly come from the United States and Europe, while the differences in cooperation between institutions in developing countries are less significant. 4) The greening of commercial buildings is more related to research on behavioral activities. 5) The research on commercial building greening has developed from architecture and plants to interdisciplinary fields, including psychology, economics, and management. 6) The cost of commercial buildings greening is generally an obstacle to installation. This study provides specific references for stakeholders and plays a crucial role in determining the evolution of commercial building greening research and predicting future research needs and opportunities.

Factors Affecting Liquidity Risks of Joint Stock Commercial Banks in Vietnam

  • The study uses the audited financial statements of 26 Vietnamese commercial banks listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) and Hanoi Stock Exchange (HOSE) during the 2008-2018 period to estimate the system GMM model, which provides empirical evidence on the effect of the variables of customer deposit to total assets (DEPO) ratio, loan to assets (LTA) ratio, liquidity of commercial banks (LIQ), credit development (CRD) ratio, external funding (EFD) ratio, and credit loss provision (LLP) ratio on liquidity risk. The study confirms that commercial banks' internal factors play the most important role, and there is no empirical evidence on macro variables that affect liquidity risk. Finally, in accordance with the theoretical framework, the study uses an estimation method with the R language and the bootstrap methodology to give empirical proof of the nonlinear correlation and U-shaped graph between commercial bank size and liquidity risk. The importance of commercial bank size in absorbing and moderating the effects of liquidity shocks is demonstrated, however, excessive growth in commercial bank size would increase liquidity risk in commercial bank operations.

전주의 금융ㆍ상업공간의 형성과 변화 - 일제강점기를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Financial and Commercial Space in Jeonju : During Japanese Colonial Period)

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은 전주를 사례지역으로 하여 일제강점기 금융ㆍ상업공간이 어떠한 변화를 겪었는가를 분석하는 것이다. 전주에서 규모가 큰 금융기관은 대정통에서 현재 중앙동 우체국을 중심으로 입지하였고 작은 규모의 금융기관은 도청과 남문시장을 중심으로 그 주변에 입지하였다. 일제강점기 상업공간에는 전통적으로 성장해 온 정기시장과 새롭게 등장한 상설시장이 있었다. 조선상인은 남문시장 주변에 상설점포와 상업회사를 설립하기 시작하였다. 조선인 소유의 상업회사는 수뿐 아니라 규모면에서도 일본인 회사를 능가하였고 전통적으로 성장한 상인이 남문시장을 중심으로 계속 상권을 유지하고 있었다. 상업공간은 민족별로 분리 현상이 나타났는데, 대정통을 중심으로 일본인의 상업공간이. 남문시장을 중심으로 조선인의 상업공간이 각각 형성되어 있었다. 전주의 금융과 상업활동이 대정통에 집중되면서 대정통은 지가가 상승하여 평균 지가를 훨씬 웃돌았고 역전통과 함께 도심을 형성하였다.

한국 성인의 시판 주식류 섭취 현황: 국민건강영양조사 2010~2014년 데이터를 중심으로 (Consumption Status of Commercial Staple Food in Korean Adults: Data from 2010~2014 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the nutrient intake status and factors affecting the consumption of commercial staple food for Korean adults using the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data from 2010 to 2014. As a result of analyzing the frequency of consumption of commercial staple food, in 27.578 subjects, 75.5% of them did not eat it once a day, 21.7% of the subjects consumed once a day, and more than two times showed 2.8%. According to the results of age, the higher the age, the higher the rate of not consuming commercial staple food, and the lower the age, the higher the rate of consumption of commercial staple food(p<0.0001). In addition, the rate of consumption of commercial staple food was higher in cities than in rural areas. The higher the education level, the higher the proportion of commercial staple food. The intake of rice, noodles, and bread increased significantly as the frequency of consumption of commercial staple foods increased. Protein, fat, riboflavin, and niacin showed significant differences with increasing frequency of commercial staple food in nutrient intakes(p<0.0001). As the number of commercial staple food increased, the intake of grains, egg products, milk and dairy products, beverages and other food groups increased and the consumption of vegetables decreased significantly.

공공임대주택의 근린생활시설 활성화 방안 연구 (Study on the Direction to Revitalize Commercial Facilities in the Public Rental Housing Complexes)

  • This study investigates and analyzes (1) the status of neighborhood commercial facilities, (2) the location of neighborhood commercial facilities and (3) the users' viewpoint of them for the purpose of establishing the revitalizing factors of neighborhood commercial facilities within permanent rental housing complexes. This study attempts to determine the factors that revitalize neighborhood commercial facilities through quantitative factor analysis based on the analysis of the basic status and purpose of neighborhood commercial facilities using the basic status of permanent rental housing complexes and the quantitative data on neighborhood commercial facilities within these complexes. A survey investigating the residents' perception of neighborhood commercial facilities was conducted to analyze the qualitative aspects neighborhood commercial facilities within permanent rental housing complexes. The factors affecting the revitalization of neighborhood commercial facilities were analyzed by quantifying the actual problems perceived by the users and the elements of their use patterns. From these analysis results, it was found that the factors are not independent from one another, but organically affect one another. It is expected that more meaningful data will be obtained if future studies conduct correlation analysis and weighted value analysis on each factor based on the findings of the present study.

A Study on the Appropriate Size of Stores and Countermeasures in Decline Commercial Area in the Original Downtown

  • Purpose: In this study, we try to figure out the appropriate size of commercial districts in the original downtown area through empirical studies targeting the Jinju Central Commercial Area in Gyeongnam and Cheonan Station in Chungnam, which are trying to regenerate a specific space that has been lost through government projects. Research design, data and methodology: The current status and characteristics of the shopping district were examined through on-site surveys of the central business district of Jinju, Gyeongnam Province, and Cheonan Station, Chungnam Province, and the size of the empty stores was determined. In addition, the standard median income was used as the survey data along with the survey of the mobile population in the commercial area. Result: The analysis result shows that 883 stores should be maintained considering the overall expenditure and gross sales profit within Cheonan Station in South Chungcheong Province. Currently, considering spending and margins in the Commercial Area, Jinju Central Commercial Area is a place where 222 stores can be sold excessively, and a proper commercial supply plan is needed. Conclusions: In this study, we conducted a demand prediction study in the commercial sector of the most basic sector to regenerate the commercial sector through major regional commercial districts.
