GA를 이용한 보일러-터빈 설비의 모델 추종형 다변수 제어 시스템 설계를 위한 취적 가중치 행렬의 선정 (A Selection of Optimal Weighting matrix for Model Following Multivariable Control System to Boiler-Turbine Equipment Using GA)

  • The aim of this paper is to suggest a design method of the optimal model following control system using genetic algorithm (GA). This control system is designed by applying GA with reference model to the optimal determination of weighting matrices Q, R that are given by LQ regulator problem. The method to do this is that all the diagonal elements of weighting matrices are optimized simultaneously by GA, in the search domain selected adequately. And we design the model following control system to boi1er-turbine equipment by the proposed method. The model following control system designed by this method has the better command tracking performance than that of the control system designed by the trial-and-error method. The effectiveness of this control system is verified by computer simulation.

고기동 인공위성의 해석적 자세명령생성 기법 연구 (Analytical Solution for Attitude Command Generation of Agile Spacecraft)

  • 본 논문은 인공위성의 자세명령을 해석적으로 생성하는 기법을 제안한다. 실제 위성에서는 1) 구동기 성능, 2) 위성체 유연구조, 3) 원격명령 데이터크기 등과 같은 제한조건들이 존재하고, 이로 인해 해석적인 자세명령 해를 구하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 고유축 회전, 프로파일 형상화를 통해 문제를 단순화하는 방법을 제안하고, 최종적으로 해석적 해를 유도하였다. 생성된 자세명령은 온-보드 자세제어기의 피드포워드 입력 형태로 사용되어 위성의 기동성을 높일 수 있다. 각속도 경계조건에 따라 rest-to-rest 기동과 spin-to-spin 기동으로 나누어 자세명령 해를 유도하였다. 시뮬레이션 예제를 통해 제안된 자세명령생성 기법이 구동기 제한조건을 지키면서 초기/최종 시간에서의 경계조건도 잘 만족하는 것을 확인하였다. 제안된 해석 해는 자세명령을 비교적 적은 수의 파라미터로 구현할 수 있어 원격명령 데이터크기 측면에서 경쟁력이 있다. 또한, 해석 해로 반복계산이 필요없어 온-보드 자세명령생성 자동화에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Experimental study on the control of randomly disturbing system is conducted. External and internal disturbances are imposed to the system in combined manner. A vertical propeller system exposed horizontal weak turbulent air flow is chosen as an experimental model. The aim of the control system is to maintain the angular position of vertical propeller in parallel to air flow. Trajectory Tracking Stochastic Controller (TTSC) is designed to ensure system's stability while following system command. The Trajectory Tracking Stochastic Controller is composed of two controller, one is stochastic controller to suppress internal random noise and the other one is trajectory-tracking controller to follow the command having random noise. The proposed hybrid controller, TTSC, shows remarkable performance in pitch control of vertical propeller system in wind-tunnel test

강제 동기식 4생체 4채널 광펠레미트리시스템 구현 (Implementation of four-subject four-channel optical telemetry system with enforced synchronization)

  • This paper presents the physiological signal processing CMOS one chip for transmitting human bodys small electrical signals such as electrocardiogram(EKG) or electromyogram(EMG) and the external system for receiving signals was implemented by the commercial ICs. For simultaneous four-subject four-channel telemetry, a new enfored synchronization techniqeu using infrared bi-directional communication has been proposed. The telemeter IC with the size of 5.1*5.1mm$^{2}$ has the following functions: receiving of command signal, initialization of internal state of all functional blocks, decoding of subject-selection signal, time multiplexing of 4-channel modulated physiological signals, transmitting of telemetry signal to external system and auto power down control. The newly designed synchronized oscillator with low supply voltage dependence in the telemeter IC operates at a supply voltage from 4.6~6.0V and the nonlinearity error of PIM modulator was less than 1.2%F.S(full scale). The power saving block operates at the period of 2.5ms even if the telemetry IC does not receive command signal from external system for a constant time.

A New-Generation Sensorless Vector Control Scheme for Induction Motor Drive

  • This paper presents some results of performance evaluation test via actual machines of a new hybrid vector control utilizing a new indirect orientation scheme and stable filter embedded direct orientation scheme for induction motors without speed or position sensor. It is shown through the test by 0.3(kW) and 3.7(kW) motors that the proposed sensorless vector control has the following high potentialities: 1) speed range is 0 to 600(rad/s) or more, 2) zero-speed command is accepted and settles the machines at a stable standstill with no vibration 3) it can make machines to track variable command of acceleration and deceleration $\pm$6,000(rad/s2), 4) it can make machines to drive directly load of at least 26 times larger inertia than that of the machine, 5) it can make machines to produce much larger torque than the rating in torque control mode even at standstill. The performance confirmed by the test is far away for previous schemes or sensorless drive apparatuses.

  • In this paper, robust two-degree-of-freedom controller for satellite antenna system which tracks reference signal is designed. Two-degree-of-freedom controller consists of a prefilter and a feedback controller to solve trade-off between robust stability and command response. The feedback controller is designed from specifications like stability, disturbance rejection and robustness via H$_{\infty}$ design technique. In the sequel, H$_2$ optimal prefilter is introduced to improve the command response. This suggests a two-step design, with different types of performance specifications at each stage. In practical problems, this may easily lead to a prefilter of unacceptably high order. In order to avoid high order prefilter we use a particular structure in which both the prefilter and the feedback controller share the same dynamics. H$_2$-prefilter technique proposed in this paper is verified by simulation.

The Implementation of The Multi-Subject, Multi-Channel Optical Telemetry System for Physiological Signals

  • This paper describes the implementation of a multi-subject, multi-channel optical telemetry system for the short range measurement of electrocardiograms (EKGs) a system which receives command signals and transmits physiological signals to the external system using LED (Light Emitting Diode) and PD (Photodiode). This system decreases the dependency of power supply voltage to the CMOS IC chips and a new enforced synchronization technique using infrared bi-directional communication has also been proposed. The telemetry IC with the size of $5.1{\times}5.1mm^2$ has the following functions: receiving of command signal, initialization of internal state of all functional blocks, decoding of subject selection signal, time division multiplexing of 4-channel modulated physiological signals, transmission of modulated signals to external system, and auto power down control.

  • A kinematic nonlinear multivariable launcher is modeled of which the azimuth and elevation axes are drived simultaneously and position control systems are designed for this system by the PD and LQG/LTR control methods. Also, the suitable command input fonction is suggested for the desired command following performance and the two control systems with disturbances and load variation are evaluated for the entire operating range by computer simulation. It is found that the two linear controllers can be used for the kinematic nonlinear multivariable launcher in the entire operating range and LQG/LTR controller is more effective for disturbance rejection.

최적 연료주입 모델 추종형 ${\mu}-$합성 제어기의 설계에 관한 연구 (A study of design on model following ${\mu}-$synthesis controller for optimal fuel-injection)

  • In this paper, we design an optimal model following ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection of diesel engine which has robust performance and satisfactory command tracking performance in spite of uncertainties of the system. To do this, we give gain and dynamics parameters to the weighting functions and apply genetic algorithm with reference model to the optimal determination of the weighting functions that are given by the D-K iteration method which can design ${\mu}-$synthesis controller in the state space. These weighting functions are optimized simultaneously in the search domain which guarantees the robust performance of the system. The ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection designed by the above method has not only the robust performance but also a better command tracking performance than those of the ${\mu}-$synthesis control system designed by trial-and-error method. The effectiveness of this ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection is verified by computer simulation.

변혁적 리더십이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에 관한연구 -개인 인지사고 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Research on the Effects of the Transformational Leadership on Organizational Effectiveness: on the Moderating Effects of Personal Thinking Type-)

  • 육군은 1999년 임무형 지휘를 육군의 지휘개념으로 전 부대에 정착시키고자 하였으나 아직까지 정착되지 못한 상태이다. 그 이유 중 하나가 임무형 지휘에 대한 실천적 방안의 부재를 들 수 있다. 따라서 임무형 지휘는 변혁적 리더십과 유사한 개념으로 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에서 개인의 인지사고 특성이 어떻게 조절되는지 확인하고자 했다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 경로분석에 대한 <가설 1>검증결과는 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인인 카리스마와 개별적 배려가 직무만족에 긍정적(+)인 영향을 미치고, 카리스마가 조직몰입에 긍정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 개별적 배려와 분발고취가 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향력을 미치지 못하여 <가설 1>은 부분 채택되었다. <가설 2> 조절효과 검증에서는 개인의 각 인지처리특성의 높고, 낮음의 차이에 따라 변혁적 리더십이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향력에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들은 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시한다. 첫째, 군 조직은 상명하복을 중요시하는 특수한 집단으로 상급자의 카리스마는 조직효과성에 큰 영향을 준다는 것이다. 둘째, 육군에서 임무형 지휘가 정착하기 위해서는 본 연구를 토대로 임무형 지휘의 하위요소를 탐색하고, 임무형 지휘를 적용함에 있어서는 개인의 특성을 고려하여 적용할 필요가 있다는 것이다.
