The current software industry has an emerging issue with natural language-based requirement specifications. However, the accuracy of such requirement analysis remains a concern. It is noted that most errors still occur at the requirement specification stage. Defining and analyzing requirements based on natural language has become necessary. To address this issue, the linguistic theories of Chomsky and Fillmore are applied to the analysis of natural language-based requirements. This involves identifying the semantics of morphemes and nouns. Consequently, a mechanism was proposed for extracting object state designs and automatically generating code templates. Building on this mechanism, I suggest generating natural language-based comic images. Utilizing state diagrams, I apply changes to the states of comic characters (protagonists) and extract variations in their expressions. This introduces a novel approach to comic image generation. I anticipate highly productive comic creation by applying software processes to Cartoon ART.
The article concerns the public policy for the development of the arts educator in the field of the comic and animation education. The comic and animation education programs are focused on the promotion of the creativity and communication skills of the student in terms of the arts education. The forty two educators were surveyed. As a result, the support program of the KACES has an effect on the educator's recognition of the comic and animation education in the positive way. The most of the educators suggest that the support program should try to develop the comic and animation educator job as a special work with the full time job. In this repect, the article recommend the policy alternatives such as the promotion of the education program R & D, the knowledge and information system, training system and the establishment of the governance system.

It Is likely that cultural diversify has been considered as a defensive value against the cultural globalization. Meanwhile, as the UNESCO indicates, the improvement of the cultural diversify should be established as a key policy value in terms of the cultural rights, cultural welfare and social inclusion. In this respect, the article analyzes the policy values of the cultural industry policy in terms of the cultural diversity. This paper is studios about a new role model of 'Korea Comics Museum' which will be extended Into 'Korea Institute for the MANWHA & Moving Image Content's planning. Scanning all activities of 'Korea Comics Musium' until now, I'd like to suggest how to promote the comic industry by a Comic Museum's practical contribution. It needs conditions for doing its intrinsic activities, faithfully, most, than a value of Bucheon's city brand or superiority in industrial aspects. And also it is Important that establishing collection policy for spreading excellence of Korean comics, internationally and setting structure for mating network among the museums in abroad and institutions related comic industry. Finally comic museum has to equip a new working structure, furthermore, perform exhibition planning and cultivating system of artists and for this, it needs its own independent organization.
Since the mid 1990s, Korea has recognized the importance of content industry and has carried out several support policies. Especially, the support system for the comic industry has been systematically organized, and organizations for this area have tried to extend the type of support programs and objects as well. One of the remarkable changes made by these support programs is to encourage the remaking of old comics, which mostly are published comics in 1970s and 1980s, into the new format, the webtoon. Some of revitalized old comics are open to public through several portal web sites, and people can reach them easily by free. This research is to consider support programs run by policy organizations that are managed in the regional level. This research mainly deals with the type of support programs for the remade old comics and, at the same time, considers the meanings of this support programs for the Korean comic industry.
The recent mobile industry is providing of a lot of image on/off-line contents are being converted into the mobile contents for architectural design. However, it is difficult to provide users with the existing on/off-line contents without any considerations due to the small size of the mobile screen. In existing methods to overcome the problem, the comic contents on mobile devices are manually produced by computer software such as Photoshop. In this paper, I describe the Automatic Comics Conversion(ACC) system that provides the variedly form of offline comic contents into mobile device of the small screen using Multi-Layer Perceptorn(MLP). ACC produces an experience together with the comic contents fitting for the small screen, which introduces a clustering method that is useful for variety types of comic images and characters as a prerequisite as a stage for preserving semantic meaning. An application is to use the frame form of pictures, website and images in order into mobile device the availability and can bounce back the freeze images contents into dynamic images content.
Despite of the long history of comic industry in Korea, self-motivated sound ecosystem is not determinded due to the pirated contents. The file-sharing literature has focused mainly on how pirated contents could be eradicated, with less attention to the effective strategy. This research is focusing more on pirate comic market within the framework of users. The target user is people who pay for using file sharing site. The research methods are a online survey and a written interview. The goal of this research is to analyze the correlation between morality and websites uses, the user convenience of file-sharing site and the main factors for attracting user to legal portal site. According to our results, legal portal sites needs to improve purchasing factors such as diversity of contents, improvement of payment system and offer of a detailed information.
As digital media evolves, image changes have evolved from 2D to 3D. At the end of the 1930s when the US overcame the economic crisis and met the Second World War, people needed a hero to escape reality. In DC (Detective Comics), superhero comics started to become popular by making superhero series mainly with Super Man and Bat Man. Timely Comics, founded by Martin Goodman in 1939, also published Marvel Comics, the first comic strip in epochal comics on October 1 of the same year. From this point on, Marble has developed mainly in the cartoon industry. However, in the development of the times and the change of media, Marble boldly grasps the influence of Hollywood movies from the comic centered development system, and moves from the cartoon market to the movie market. Especially, the trans-media storytelling strategy was well reflected in the movie "Avengers" series, which Marvel produced after the merger with Disney. In this paper, When Marble Comics compares with the time when the comic book industry developed before the merger and the time when the movie industry was focused after the merger with Disney What kind of change and development, and The purpose of this study is to investigate the causes of these changes.
