노인장기요양보험제도가 대상노인 및 부양가족의 삶의 질과 가족관계 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 성향점수매칭(PSM)과 이중차이(DD) 결합모형을 이용한 분석 - (The Effects of Long-term Care Insurance on the Life Satisfaction and Satisfaction in Family Relationships - The DD Method Combined with Propensity Score Matching -)

  • 이 연구는 우리나라 노인장기요양보험의 제도성과를 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 정확한 제도성과를 추정하기 위하여 준실험적 방법인 성향점수매칭과 이중차이 결합모형을 이용해 타당성을 저해할 수 있는 요인들을 제거하였다. 노인장기요양보험제도가 사회적 성과변수인 대상노인과 부양가족의 삶의 질과 가족관계 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 한국복지패널 3-4차 조사자료를 이용하여 성향점수추정을 통해 실험집단과 비교집단을 매칭한 후, 정책시행 이전과 이후 실험집단과 비교집단 간의 성과의 차이를 추정하기 위해 패널고정효과모형을 이용한 이중차이분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 노인장기요양보험제도의 대상노인과 부양가족의 삶의 질은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았고, 가족관계 만족도는 제도시행 이전에 비해 제도시행 이후 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 노인장기요양보험이 실시되고 제도가 충분히 성숙된 시점에 이루어진 평가가 아니라는 한계점을 가지지만, 노인장기요양보험제도의 최종 목표인 대상노인과 부양가족의 삶의 질 향상이라는 정책의 목표실현과 향후 제도개선에 있어서 중요한 함의를 가진다.

볏짚 유래 수용성 탄수화물 생산에 있어 cellulase, hemicellulase 및 xylanase 최적혼합조건 (Optimum Enzyme Mixture of Cellulase, Hemicellulase, and Xylanase for Production of Water-Soluble Carbohydrates from Rice Straw)

  • 본 실험은 효소들을 이용하여 볏짚으로부터 수용성 탄수화물을 생산할 때 각 효소들의 상호작용을 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 볏짚의 수준에 따른 각 효소들의 수용성 탄수화물 생산 활성을 조사한 결과, 볏짚의 수준이 높을 경우(100 g/l)에는 cellulase와 hemicellulase가 서로 유사한 활성을 나타낸 반면, 볏짚의 수준이 50 g/l로 낮아질 경우, hemicellulase의 활성은 낮아지지만 cellulase는 높은 활성으로 유지되었다. 효소반응액에 포함된 볏짚의 수준, hemicellulase 및 xylanase의 상호작용을 Box Behnken design과 반응표면모형을 이용하여 분석한 결과 hemicellulase과 xylanase 간의 상호작용이 발견되었으며, 각각의 효소들을 0.55 mg/ml와 0.65 mg/ml로 혼합하는 것이 볏짚의 수준과는 상관없이 가장 많은 수용성 탄수화물을 생산하는 결과를 나타내었다. 따라서, 결과적으로 볏짚의 효소처리를 통한 수용성 탄수화물의 생산에 있어 cellulase가 가장 큰 효과를 나타내며, hemicellulase과 xylanase는 서로 상호작용을 통하여 수용성 탄수화물 생성량을 향상시킨다는 알 수 있었다.

Estrogen Receptor Alpha Gene Polymorphisms and Breast Cancer Risk: a Case-control Study with Meta-analysis Combined

  • Molecular epidemiological studies have shown that gene polymorphisms of estrogen receptor alpha gene (ESR-${\alpha}$) are associated with breast cancer risk. However, previous results from many molecular studies have been inconsistent. In this study, we examined two polymorphisms (PvuII and XbaI RFLPs) of the ESR-${\alpha}$ gene in 542 breast cancer cases and 1,016 controls from China. Associations between the polymorphisms and breast cancer risk were calculated with an unconditional logistic regression model. Linkage disequilibrium and haplotypes were analyzed with the SHEsis software. In addition, we also performed a systematic meta-analysis of 24 published studies evaluating the association. No significant associations were found between the PvuII polymorphism and breast cancer risk. However, a significantly decreased risk of breast cancer was observed among carriers of the XbaI 'G' allele (age-adjusted OR = 0.80; 95% CI = 0.66- 0.97) compared with carriers of the 'A' allele. Haplotype analysis showed significantly decreased cancer risk for carriers of the 'CG' haplotype (OR = 0.79; 95% CI = 0.66- 0.96). In the systematic meta-analysis, the XbaI 'G' allele was associated with an overall significantly decreased risk of breast cancer (OR = 0.90, 95% CI = 0.82- 1.00). In addition, the PvuII 'C' allele showed a 0.96- fold decreased disease risk (95% CI = 0.92- 0.99). In subgroup analysis, an association between the PvuII 'C' and XbaI 'G' alleles and breast cancer risk was significant in Asians ('C' vs. 'T': OR = 0.93, 95% CI = 0.85- 1.00; 'G' vs. 'A': OR = 0.82, 95% CI = 0.68- 0.98), but not in Euro-Americans. Thus, our results provide evidence that ESR-${\alpha}$ polymorphisms are associated with susceptibility to breast cancer. These associations may largely depend on population characteristics and geographic location.

Rice variety IPB3S and IPB prima production technology to support food self-sufficiency in Indonesia

  • Dissemination of IPB3S rice variety combined with cultivation technology named IPB Prima was aimed to introduce IPB research product particularly for IPB rice variety with high-yield character that is IPB3S. The rice variety IPB3S and IPB Prima cultivation technology was expected to be one of solution to improve rice productivity and accelerate to food self-sufficiency in Indonesia. Research sctivity was consist of three main research unit i.e. (1) Dissemination of IPB3S rice variety and IPB Prima production technology; (2) The development of Information and management web-based system (IMS) for planning and monitoring IPB3S and IPB Prima application distribution; and (3) The development of High-capacity grain drying system in Fluidized-bed drying ang in-store drying system. The objective of main research i.e. to introduce IPB high-yield rice variety, to accelerate rice productivity to support self-sufficiency, to develop integrated system model through fluidized and in-store drying, and to develop web-based management-information system in result analyzing IPB3S and IPB Prima distribution and technology application. The dissemination activities was arranged in two location. The first location was in Banyuwangi, East Java with total area 10.87 ha, consist of 8.91 ha planting area for IPB3S and 1.96 ha planting area for Ciherang. The second location is in Tegal, Middle Java with total planting area in 5 ha. The experiment was arranged in different treatment of varieties and cultivation method. The experiment consist of (1) rice variety Ciherang with conventional cultivation technology (P0); (2) rice variety Ciherang with IPB Prima cultivation technology (P1); (3) rice variety IPB3S with conventional cultivation technology (P2); (4) rice variety IPB3S with IPB Prima cultivation technology (P3). Planting distance for twin rows system is $50cm{\times}25cm{\times}12.5cm$. Planting distance for single row system is $25cm{\times}25cm$. The research result elucidated that productivity result in two location has different grades in similar trend. Experiment in Tegal resulted P0 result is $6.18ton\;ha^{-1}$, P1 result is $6.30ton\;ha^{-1}$, P2 result is $6.82ton\;ha^{-1}$, P3 result is $7.31ton\;ha^{-1}$. Experiment in Banyuwangi resulted optimum production of IPB3S variety productivity number are $7.29ton\;ha^{-1}$, while Ciherang are $6.73ton\;ha^{-1}$.

링크관측교통량을 이용한 도시부 OD 통행행렬 추정 (GA와 SAB 알고리즘의 비교를 중심으로) (OD trip matrix estimation from urban link traffic counts (comparison with GA and SAB algorithm))

  • 전통적인 OD조사에 의한 OD추정방법의 여러 문제점들로 인해 링크에서 관측된 교통량과 기존OD를 결합해 새로운 OD를 추정하고자 하는 연구들이 지속되고 있으며, 그 필요성도 증대되고 있다. 그러한 기법중의 하나가 Yang(1995)이 제시한 바이레벨 모형으로, 그는 일반화최소자승법을 풀기위한 Sensitivity Analysis Based (SAB)을 제시하였다. 그러나 SAB 알고리즘은 두가지 중요한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 첫 번째 문제는 실제 OD를 알기가 어렵기 때문에, 기존 OD 조사시의 통행패턴이 현재의 통행패턴과 큰 변화가 없다는 가정 하에, 기존 OD를 추정시 중요한 추정기준으로 설정한다는 점이다. 그러나 이러한 기존 OD에 대한 추정의 종속성으로 인해, SAB는 기존 OD와 실제 OD의 차이가 큰 경우 정확한 해를 도출하지 못하고 추정결과가 일관적(robust)이지 않게 도출된다. 두 번째 문제는 SAB는 통행패턴 추정시 선형근사화를 가정하기 때문에 게임이론적 측면에서 전제로 설정한 완전한 Stackelberg 상황을 구현하지 못한다는 점이다. 이러한 문제점을 피하기 위해서는 기존 OD의 오차나 관측교통량의 오차에 대해 일관적이고 안정적인 해도출 기법이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 SAB를 비롯한 기존 바이레벨 OD추정기법의 문제점을 지적하고 이에 대한 대안기법을 제시하는 것이다. OD추정의 문제는 본질적으로 비선형이고 비볼록하기 때문에, 다중해를 도출하게 된다. 따라서 전역해 탐색기법이 필요한데, 본 연구에서는 전역최적화가 가능한 유전알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm)을 이용한 OD추정모형(GA-Model:GAM)을 제시하였다. 사례네트워크에 대한 비교분석결과, GAM은 기존 OD의 오타에 대해 크게 종속적이지 않으며 OD구조가 변하는 경우에도 추정이 가능하여, 일반적으로 실제 OD를 알 수 없는 (기존OD의 오차가 어느 정도인지를 알 수 없는) 도시부 네트워크에서 신뢰성있는 추정력을 보였다.

개성공단에서의 남북상사중재위원회 구성.운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organization and Operation of the Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee in Gaeseong Complex)

  • As all aspects of international activity have kept growing in good transaction, transnational investments, joint ventures, and the licensing of intellectual property, it is inevitable for disputes to increase across national frontiers. International disputes can be settled by arbitration and ADR. In the situation presented in the paper, any dispute shall be finalized by arbitration and conciliation in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex. Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex has become the principal method of resolving disputes in trade, commerce, and investment in accordance with the "Agreement on South-North Commercial Dispute Settlement Procedures," "Agreement on Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee," and the Annexed Agreement on "Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee" (2013). But the follow-up measures of the said agreements have not been fulfilled. Some prerequisite measures of the Inter-Korean commercial arbitration must be satisfied. In order to proceed with arbitration and conciliation in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex, we need to ask the following: Does the status of an arbitrational matter? Should an agreement to arbitrate contain a choice of law clause? Should one provide for one arbitrator or three? How should the arbitrators be selected? What is the relation between party-appointed arbitrators and the presiding arbitrator (neutral arbitrator)? Do arbitrators compromise more than the litigation? Can conciliation be combined with arbitration? To execute the enactment of arbitration regulations, the contents of the Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (South) and the Korea International Trade Arbitration Committee (North), together with the Korean Arbitration Act and External Arbitration Act of North Korea and the UNCITRAL Model Arbitration Law and UNCITRAL l Arbitration Rules are reflected in the Rules. There are many aspects of the Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration. It is essential to understand key elements; namely, the arbitration agreement, appointment of arbitrator, arbitral proceeding and arbitral award, and enforcement and setting aside of arbitral award. This research deals with five chapters. Chapter 1 provides the introduction. Chapter 2 deals with trade volume between South and North Korea and the kinds of dispute in Gaeseong. Chapter 3 addresses contents and follow-up measures of the agreement on the "South-North Commercial Dispute Settlement Procedures," "Agreement on Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee," and the Annexed Agreement on "Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee" (2013). Chapter 4 features the problems and tasks of the pertinent agreements. Chapter 5 gives the conclusion. Enabling parties to find an amicable solution to the dispute in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex can lead to a useful and appropriate framework either through direct negotiation or by resorting to conciliation or mediation in accordance with pertinent agreements and follow-up measures contained in the agreements.

국내 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 병원 기반 조기 집중 중재 실태 조사 (A Survey on the Status of Hospital-Based Early Intensive Intervention for Autism Spectrum Disorder in South Korea)

  • Objectives: Early intensive interventions are very important for children with autism spectrum disorder. We examined the actual conditions of hospital-based early intensive interventions for autism spectrum disorder in Seoul, in order to help develop and implement an evidence-based early intensive intervention model for use in Korea. Methods: Nine hospital-based institutes running an early intensive intervention program for children with autism spectrum disorder responded to a questionnaire in September 2014. They provided a brief introduction to their program, explained its theoretical bases, and reported the number of children, their age, intervention time, duration and so on. Results: In the majority of the institutions, the intervention was provided for over 20 hours every week, and the theoretical bases included various applied behavioral analysis (ABA) methods and other therapies (language and occupational therapy). The therapist-child ratio ranged from 1:1 to 5:3. Various types of therapists were involved, including behavioral analysts, special education teachers and (or) language pathologists. There was only one clinic where the behavioral analyst was the main therapist. Usually, the intervention was terminated just before the child entered elementary school. The main merit of the hospital-based intervention in our survey was the effectiveness of the multi-disciplinary intervention plan and its other merits were the accuracy of the diagnosis, its ability to be combined with medicine, and so on. Conclusion: The current hospital-based early intensive intervention programs provide interventions for over 20 hours per week and employ multidisciplinary approaches. However, there are very few institutes for children with autism and very few intervention specialists and specialist education courses in the country. We need more educational programs for intervention therapists and have to try to develop policies which encourage the implementation of an evidence-based early intensive intervention program nationwide.

한국 장애인의 건강수준과 구강보건행태 및 우식경험영구치지수와의 융합적 관련성 연구 (Health status of Korean disabled people and oral health behavior Relation between the cariogenic experience index and permanent index.)

  • 본 연구는 전반적인 장애인의 건강수준과 구강보건행태를 평가하여 우식경험영구치지수와의 관련성을 파악하고자 하였다. 2013년 제 6기 1차년도 국민건강영양조사를 바탕으로 만 19세 이상 성인 장애인을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 성별에 따른 일반적 특성, 장애요인, 사회경제요인, 건강요인, 구강건강행태요인은 복합표본 교차분석을 하였고, 장애인의 우식경험영구치 지수에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 복합표본 일반선형모형 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과, 우식경험영구치 지수는 여자에 비해 남자가, 연령이 높을수록, 교육수준이 낮을수록, 전신건강상태(EQ-5D)가 나쁠수록, 저작기능이 불편 할수록, 주관적 구강건강상태가 좋지 않을수록 더 높았다. 따라서 본 연구는 한국 성인 장애인의 전반적 구강건강상태를 객관적으로 파악할 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 장애인의 구강보건을 증진시킬 수 있는 포괄구강보건교육프로그램이 개발과 장애인의 구강건강 예방 및 관리에 대한 정책적 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

지진 및 지진해일파 작용하의 해안안벽의 안정성평가 (Evaluation of the Stability of Quay Wall under the Earthquake and Tsunami)

  • 해안안벽에 작용하는 지진과 지진해일파의 영향에 대하여 한계평형상태해석법을 적용하여 해안안벽의 활동 및 전도에 대한 안정성평가를 실시하였다. 또한, 지진해일파력에 대하여 기존의 기존식과 3차원혼상류해석법으로부터 추정된 지진해일파력을 적용하여 해안안벽의 안정성평가를 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 지진해일파고, 수직지진가속도계수, 흙의 내부마찰각, 벽면마찰각, 간극수압비 등의 변화에 따른 해안안벽의 안전율변화를 제시하였고, 해안안벽의 안정성에 대하여 지진과 지진해일파를 고려하지 않은 경우와도 비교하였다. 이로부터 지진해일파력에 대한 수치해석 결과는 기존식을 적용한 결과와 유사한 것으로 나타났으며, 지진과 지진해일파가 동시에 작용하는 경우 수동상태에서 해안안벽의 안정성은 현저히 감소하고 있으며, 주동상태에서 지진해일파는 저항력으로 작용하여 해안안벽의 안정성을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다.
