Modbus is a serial communications protocol, it has since become a practically standard communication protocol, and it is now a commonly available means of connecting industrial electronic devices. Therefore, it can be connected with all devices using Modbus protocol to the measurement and remote control on the ships, buildings, trains, airplanes and etc.. In this paper, we add the Modbus communication protocol to the existing lighting controller sensitivity to enable verification and remote control by external environmental factors, and also introduces a fuzzy inference system was configured by external environmental factors to control LED lighting. External environmental factors of temperature, humidity, illuminance value represented by the LED through a fuzzy control algorithm, the values accepted by the controller through the sensor. Modbus is using the RS485 Serial communication with other devices connected to the temperature, humidity, illumination and LED output status check is possible. In addition, the remote user is changed to enable it is possible to change the RGB values in the desired color change. Produced was confirmed that the LED controller output is based on the temperature, humidity and illumination.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of a wire connector fabricated for the effective installation of a lighting fixture including its contact resistance, insulation resistance, withstanding voltage characteristics, etc., and to provide the basis for the analysis and judgment of PL(Product Liability) dispute by presenting a damage pattern due to a general flame and overcurrent. This study applied the Korean Standard (KS) for the incombustibility test of the connector using a general flame and performed an overcurrent characteristics test of the connector using PCITS (Primary Current Injection Test System). The contact resistance of the housing connector was measured using a high resistance meter and the insulation resistance was measured using a multimeter. In addition, a supply voltage of AC 1,500V for testing the withstanding voltage characteristics was applied to both ends of the connector. Measurement was performed on 5 specimens and the measured values were used as a basis for judgment. Since the connector is fabricated in the form of a housing, it can be connected and separated easily and has a structure that allows no foreign material to enter. In addition, since it has a structure that allows wires to be connected only when their polarity is identical, any misconnection that may occur during installation can be prevented. When the incombustibility test was performed by applying a general flame to the connector, it showed outstanding incombustibility characteristics and the blade and blade holder connected to the housing remained firmly secured even after the insulation sheath (PVC) was completely destroyed by fire. In addition, the mechanism of the damaged connecting wire showed a comparatively uniform carbonization pattern and it was found that some residual melted insulation material was attached to both ends. In the accelerated life test (ALT) to which approximately 500% of the rated current was applied, the connector damage proceeded in the order of white smoke generation, wire separation, spark occurrence and carbonization. That is, it could be seen that the connector damaged by overcurrent lost its own metallic color with traces of discoloration and carbonization. The contact resistance of the connector at a normal state was 2.164mV/A on average. The contact resistance measured after the high temperature test was 3.258mV/A. In addition, the insulation resistance after the temperature test was completed was greater than $10G\Omega$ and the withstanding voltage test result showed that no insulation breakdown occurred to all specimens showing stable withstanding voltage and insulation resistance characteristics.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the physicochemical characteristics of Cabbage Kimchi with different kinds of jeot-kal. The Cabbage Kimchis were stored at 4${\pm}$1$^{\circ}C$ for 49 days. The pH of all samples of Cabbage Kimchis decreased during fermentation. The total acidity of Cabbage Kimchis increased gradually during fermentation and that of Cabbage Kimchis with different kinds of jeot-kal was higher than that of control. Redox potentials and reducing sugar content decreased gradually during fermentation. Total vitamin C content of Cabbage Kimchis with different kinds of jeot-kal was much higher than that of control. In color measurement, the lightness value decreased gradually, whereas the redness and yellowness values increased gradually during fermentation. The content of hot water soluble pectin (HWSP) decreased as the fermentation proceeded, but that of hydrochloric acid soluble pectin (HCISP) and sodium hexametaphosphate soluble pectin (NaSP) increased.
The purpose of this research is to study comparatively what the effects will be to the sensory characteristics and texture of Yackwa when the soaking time in syrup varies from 5 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 5 hours and 12 hours. Evaluation was conducted through sensory evaluation and instrumental test by Instron. In results obtained were as follows. 1. In sensory evaluation, color of Yackwas by 1 hour or 2 hours soaking in syrup were better than other sample. Shape of Yackwas by 2 hours or 3 hours soaking in syrup were better than other sample. As the soaking time increased softness of Yackwa tended to increase. Otherwise as the soaking time decreased, fracturability tended to be good. In taste, Yackwa by 1 hour soaking in syrup was the best. 2. Instron measurement indicated that Hardness, Springiness and Chewiness tended to decrease as the soaking time in syrup increased. But Cohesiveness did rot have much effect the soaking time in syrup. 3. Softness and Fracturability of Yackwa had significant relationship with Hardness ana Springiness. Therefore Hardness and Springiness represented the texture of Yackwa. In view of the above results, it came to the conclusion that Yackwa by soaking time in syrup for 1 hour or 2 hours could give the best results among the groups studied.

The skin is one of the largest organs in our body and participates in many of the human organism's physiological and pathological events. Skin function were known for self-maintenance and self-repair, mechanical and chemical stress protection, protection against UV and environmental pathogenic micro-organisms, production of vitamin D, and social and psychological function through the physical aspect. The aim of this study was to evaluate the variation of biophysical parameters and to find relation with skin biomarkers in different anatomical site and age in Korean women. About 70 healthy volunteers in age range 20 to 49 were participated in this test. Test areas were the forearms and the cheek. Investigation to determine biophysical parameters on human skin, was carried out using various non-invasive methods. For analysis to skin biomarkers, we studied to examine various biomarkers for the quantitative determination of cortisol, fibronectin, keratin-1, 10, and 11, involucrin, and keratin-6 in human face and forearm. And we measured to skin biophysical parameters for skin anatomical site and age difference with non-invasive methods. As results of measuring site, some parameters were have following significant difference, stratum corneum hydration, trans epidermal water loss and skin color (L and a value). As results of age difference, skin colors were had only significant difference with age. For cortisol, keratin-6, fibronectin, keratin-1, 10, 11 contents, there were no significant difference in age and site. However, involucrin level in the cheeks were the highest for age group 30 ~ 39 compared to other age groups. These results suggest that in individual skin condition may explain detailed skin state variation.
Lettuce (Lactuca Sativa L.) is the most popular salad vegetable crop The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of lettuce, and residual pesticides in this vegetable, during growth after transplanting. The eatable weight was 40% of the total weight at the commencement of transplanting, but had doubted at harvest after transplanting. As lettuce grew after transplanting, the pH, the sugar level, and the moisture content increased slightly, and the color tended towards yellow rather than greenThe SPDA chlorophyll measurement was 16.84 at 42 day post-ransplantation, and increased to 26.44 at 67 day after transplanting. The contents of vitamin C were 2.5mg/100g wet weight at 60 d after transplantation, but decreased to 2.2mg/100g wet weight 67 day post-transplantation. Mineral (Ca, Fe, K, Mg, and Na) levels rose after transplantation, and attained their highest levels 60 day post-transplantation. The lettuce crop was analyzed for residues of each of 48 pesticides nt 54 after transplantation, and the only such chemical detected was chlorthalonil(0.03 0.25mg/kg wet weight).

Three specimens, presumed to be natural hybrids between Rhodeus notatus and R. ocellatus, were collected from Onyangcheon Stream area, Jwabu-dong, Asan-si, Chungcheongnamdo, the Republic of Korea, and morphological and phylogenetic analyses were performed to clearly identify their parent species. The body color of the three natural hybrids was light greenish-brown on dorsal side, and the size of red area on the upper front of the dorsal fin and the outer margin of the anal fin generally showed intermediate characters between the parent species, R. notatus and R. ocellatus. Among the measurement and meristic characters, the ratio of prepectoral length and preanal length in the standard length, and the ratio of snout length, interorbital width, length of caudal peduncle and depth of caudal peduncle in the head length, and the number of longitudinal row scales were analyzed as the unique characters of natural hybrids. In the rag1 gene of nuclear DNA, the three natural hybrids were analyzed to be reflected all the single nucleotide polymorphism sites between R. notatus and R. ocellatus, and in the phylogenetic tree using the cytb gene of mitochondrial DNA, they formed the same genetic clade as R. notatus. Therefore, three specimens, presumed to be natural hybrids analyzed in this study were identified as interspecific hybrids between female R. notatus and male R. ocellatus.

This study was aimed to investigate the effects of hair dyeing and changes of hair quality by the application of indigo dye. Methods: Indigo dye was used after water bath. After application of the dye to healthy and bleached hair samples, they were treated with heat and remained naturally by different times. Each sample was measured before and after the application and compared for the analysis. To investigate the effects of dyeing, L⁎, a⁎, and b⁎ values and bleaching degree were measured using by color-difference meter. To understand the changes of hair quality, absorbance and gloss were measured using by tensile strength and methylene blue. Results: Upon the results of dyeing, all the samples showed the significant dyeing effects before and after the application in terms of L⁎, a⁎, and b⁎ values. With respect to the bleaching effects, it showed the greatest change on Day 1 and did not show any changes from Day 3. For the measurement of tensile strength, mean values of all the samples were increased. However, the results were not significant, statistically, demonstrating no change of hair quality. No statistically significant results were found in the samples except healthy 7L(3) sample upon the absorbance results using methylene blue. Gloss of samples was changed upon the statistical analysis results. Conclusion: Indigo dye showed the hair dyeing effects, significantly, while gloss was changed and tensile strength and absorbance were not changed in terms of hair quality. Further studies are required on the processing with a variety of dyes and on the measurements for reliability and objectivity.

This study investigated the effects of light intensity on growth performance, blood components, eye condition, and carcass characteristics of broiler chickens. Three hundred and fifty-two 1-day-old male chicks were assigned to one of four treatments (four repetitions per treatment, 22 birds per repetition) and reared in a floor pen for 5 weeks. From the second week, chicks were reared under four different levels of light intensity (5, 20, 35, and 50 lx) and the lighting duration was maintained at 18-hours light : 6-hours dark (18L : 6D). The feed intake and body weight were measured weekly. At 35 days of age, 12 birds per treatment were randomly selected for blood sampling, eye measurement, and carcass analysis. There were no significant differences in body weight gain, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio among treatments. Triglyceride levels in the serum were significantly higher in the 5 lx treatment, and creatinine was significantly lower in the 5 lx treatment (p < 0.05). The heterophil : lymphocyte ratios decreased significantly as light intensity increased (p < 0.05); however, other blood cell compositions were not affected by light intensity. Interleukin-6 content was significantly higher in the 5 lx treatment than in other treatments (p < 0.05), but the content of tumor necrosis factor-α was not significantly different among treatments. Serum corticosterone concentration was significantly higher at 5 lx than at 20, 35, and 50 lx (p < 0.05). The corneal diameter was the highest in 5 lx treatment (p < 0.05), and tended to increase as the light intensity decreased. Other eye parameters were not significantly different among treatments, but displayed a tendency to increase as the light intensity decreased. Carcass yield and part yields were not affected by light intensity. Meat quality parameters (pH, color, cooking loss, and water-holding capacity) did not show significant difference among the treatments. The results indicate that a light intensity of 5 lx may increase physiological stress or have a negative effect on broiler welfare, even if the performance and carcass characteristics are not affected. Therefore, a light intensity of 20 lx or above is recommended considering both the growth performance and welfare of broilers.
This study was conducted to examine the effect of the light source for the media facade of the 10-story Gyeongcheonsa Stone Pagoda on the pagoda's restoration materials. To restore the pagoda, two types of epoxy resin-L-30, Araldite (AW106, and HV953U)-were used, and the photostability of the restoration materials and the acceptable lighting irradiation time were estimated through accelerated aging experiments of the restoration specimens. Six types of specimens were used in this process: a specimen painted with blue and yellow pigments for each resin type, and an unpainted specimen. Among them, the ΔE of the unpainted specimens (BA) of Araldite AW106 and HV953U was the highest of 4.66, and the acceptable light irradiation time was about 130,000 hours if the change rate of ΔE is limited to about 1. It was confirmed that the BA specimens were losing their characteristics due to light, as their reflectance and transmittance increased and the absorbance decreased, making them more transparent than their original color. It was found that the painted specimens had a low change rate of ΔE, with insignificant changes in their reflectance, transmittance and absorbance. Therefore, the use of pigments with high photostability provides more restoration materials options.
