Lead-doped calcium sulfide(CaS:Pb) thin film electroluminescent devices were deposited using atomic layer deposition(ALD). CaS:Pb is a very promising blue phosphor showing very high luminance and the color coordinate close to the blue of cathode ray tube. The luminance, $L_{25}$, of CaS:Pb(1.6 mol.%) EL device was higher than 80 $cd/cm^2$ at a driving frequency of 60Hz. The color coordinates of blue EL emission of CaS:Pb deposited by ALD are consistent with the Pb concentration ranging from approximately 0.5 to 3 mol.%.
LED have many problem as narrow light view angle, high price, drift phenomenon of color coordinate, high heating problem for lower power, lower weight and small size. But, with the development of blue LEDs and the improvement of LED brightness, color variation are becoming more and more popular as lighting and application devices in this page, 1 used the Light Tools which was a simulation program in order to recognize optical a few characteristic of LEDs arrangement along reflector matrial and designed LED Arranged 5 phi LED in 5mm interval In the square that was $10{\times}10$ And designs a reflection board on pcb, structural design of PCB changed as five type. - Aluminum, Gold. Chromium, Nickel, Copper.
The blue emitting OLEDs using GDI host-dopant phosphors have been fabricated and characterized. In the device fabrication, 2-TNATA [4,4',4'-tris(2-naphthylphenyl-phenylamino)- triphenylamine] as a hole injection material and NPB [N,N'-bis(1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine] as a hole transport material were deposited on the ITO(indium thin oxide)/glass substrate by vacuum evaporation. And then, blue color emission layer was deposited using GDI602 as a host material and GDI691 as a dopant. Finally, small molecule OLEDs with structure of ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/GDI602:GDI691/Alq3/LiF/Al were obtained by in-situ deposition of Alq3, LiF and Al as the electron transport material, electron injection material and cathode, respectively. Blue OLEDs fabricated in our experiments showed the color coordinate of CIE(0.14, 0.16) and the maximum power efficiency of 1.1 lm/W at 11 V with the peak emission wavelength of 464 nm.
In this paper, we present am image retrieval method based on color-spatial features using quadtree and texture information extracted from object MBRs in an image. Tile proposed method consists of creating a DC image from an original image, changing a color coordinate system, and decomposing regions using quadtree. As such, conditions are present to decompose the DC image, then the system extracts representative colors from each region. And, image segmentation is used to search for object MBRs, including object themselves, object included in the background, or certain background region, then the wavelet coefficients are calculated to provide texture information. Experiments were conducted using the proposed similarity method based on color-spatial and texture features. Our method was able to refute the amount of feature vector storage by about 53%, but was similar to the original image as regards precision and recall. Furthermore, to make up for the deficiency in using only color-spatial features, texture information was added and the results showed images that included objects from the query images.
This paper addresses analyzing affective color data for emotional interior design. Both the physical and psychological patterns for spatial colors were tested on thirty subjects, of which fifteen were male. All subjects participated in both the physiological and psychological experiments. The data on the reflecting subjects' affective moods is gathered through EEG physical experiments and SD (Semantic Differential Scale) method surveys. This research has suggested the relation of both experiments through affective color response. The methods of SPSS 10.0 and TeleScan Version 2 are used for analyzing response data to coordinate the colour palette with changeable moods. From the analysis of statistical data, all of the visual stimuli related emotional keywords and physiological responses. Finally, the initial goal of this research is to construct an affective colour database that is tested through human color perception by physical and psychological experiments.

There has been a critical issue in optical simulation of phosphors in LEDs due to their light-reabsorption properties. To improve the accuracy of optical modeling for a white LED package, we utilized the spectrum data of the phosphor-dispersed encapsulant film instead of the phosphor powder. By measuring white LED packages with green and red phosphors, the maximum difference between simulation and experimental results of a color temperature, a color rendition index number and a color coordinate corresponds to ${\Delta}T=95K$, ${\Delta}Ra=1.7$ and ${\Delta}xy=0.007$, respectively. Based on those results, the proposed method can well explain the change of emission spectra of white LEDs with more than two phosphors which introduce the complex optical phenomena such as absorption, reabsorption, light emission, reflection and scattering, etc.
The photoinduced electron transfer reactions of N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine (TMPD) in various polar solvents were studied by measuring time-resolved fluorescence. The temperature dependence on the fluorescence decay rate in acetonitrile, methanol, ethanol and buthanol was carried out to obtain the activation energy and Arrehnius factor for the photoinduced electron transfer reaction. It was found that as the dielectric constant of the solvent increases, the activation energy and the reaction rate increase. This implys that the Arrehnius factor is important in controlling the photoinduced electron transfer reaction rate. In water, TMPD exists in three forms (cationic, protonated and neutral forms) due to the high dielectric constant and strong proton donating power of water. The photoinduced electron transfer reaction was found to be very fast (< 50 ps) and also the long liverd component in the fluorescence decay profile attributable to the photoexcited protonated form of TMPD was observed. Probably, the reaction pathway and the reaction coordinate seem to be different depending on the solvents studied here.

Most general content_based image retrieval techniques use color and texture as retrieval indices. In color techniques, color histogram and color pair based color retrieval techniques suffer from a lack of spatial information and text. And This paper describes the design and implementation of content_based image retrieval system using color space and keywords. The preprocessor for image retrieval has used the coordinate system of the existing HSI(Hue, Saturation, Intensity) and preformed to split One image into chromatic region and achromatic region respectively, It is necessary to normalize the size of image for 200*N or N*200 and to convert true colors into 256 color. Two color histograms for background and object are used in order to decide on color selection in the color space. Spatial information is obtained using a maximum entropy discretization. It is possible to choose the class, color, shape, location and size of image by using keyword. An input color is limited by 15 kinds keyword of chromatic and achromatic colors of the Korea Industrial Standards. Image retrieval method is used as the key of retrieval properties in the similarity. The weight values of color space ${\alpha}(%)and\;keyword\;{\beta}(%)$ can be chosen by the user in inputting the query words, controlling the values according to the properties of image_contents. The result of retrieval in the test using extracted feature such as color space and keyword to the query image are lower that those of weight value. In the case of weight value, the average of te measuring parameters shows approximate Precision(0.858), Recall(0.936), RT(1), MT(0). The above results have proved higher retrieval effects than the content_based image retrieval by using color space of keywords.

In this paper, we present tracking algorithm for the indoor moving object. We research passive method using a camera and image processing. It had been researched to use dynamic based estimators, such as Kalman Filter, Extended Kalman Filter and Particle Filter for tracking moving object. These algorithm have a good performance on real-time tracking, but they have a limit. If the shape of object is changed or object is located on complex background, they will fail to track them. This problem will need the complicated image processing algorithm. Finally, a large algorithm is made from integration of dynamic based estimator and image processing algorithm. For eliminating this inefficiency problem, image based estimator, Mean-shift Algorithm is suggested. This algorithm is implemented by color histogram. In other words, it decide coordinate of object's center from using probability density of histogram in image. Although shape is changed, this is not disturbed by complex background and can track object. This paper shows the results in real camera system, and decides 3D coordinate using the data from mean-shift algorithm and relationship of real frame and camera frame.
[FeIII(BBA)DBC]ClO4 as a new functional model for catechol dioxygenases has been synthesized, where BBA is a bis(benzimidazolyl-2-methyl)amine and DBC is a 3,5-di-tert-butylcatecholate dianion. The BBA complex has a structuralfeature that iron cent er has a five-coordinate geometry similar to that of catechol dioxygenase-substrate complex. The BBA complex exhibits strong absorptionbands at 560 and 820 nm in CH3CN which are assigned to catecholate to Fe(III) charge transfer transitions. It also exhibits EPR signals at g = 9.3 and 4.3 which are typical values for the high-spin FeIII (S = 5/2) complex with rhombicsymmetry. Interestingly, the BBA complex reacts with O2 within an hour to afford intradiol cleavage (35%) and extradiol cleavage (60%) products. Surprisingly, a green color intermediate is observed during the oxygenation process of the BBA com-plex in CH3CN. This green intermediate shows a broad isotropic EPR signal at g = 2.0. Based on the variable temperature EPR study, this isotropic signalmight be originated from the [Fe(III)-peroxo-catecholate] species havinglow-spin FeIII center, not from the simple organic radical. Consequently,it allows O2 to bind to iron cen-ter forming the Fe(III)-superoxide species that converts to the Fe(III)-peroxide intermediate. These present data can lead us tosuggest that the oxygen activation mechanism take place for the oxidative cleavingcatechols of the five-coordinate model systems for catechol dioxygenases.
