무주 태권도원 현장 색채계획 시공단계 프로세스 적용사례연구 (A Study on the Case of Application of a Process at the Construction Stage of the Color Planning at the Construction Site of Muju Taekwondo Park)

  • In order to maintain and protect professionalism in color planning, the present study examined the process at the time of realization of color through color inspection and supervision in the actual construction site and suggested plans for improvement. Reflecting the characteristics that the governing body of the construction site is not a private person but an organization, the present study aims to provide institutional measures so that the supervisor of color construction at the actual site of construction can propose concerns related to proper construction at the right time, and the matters cannot be decided from the perspective of a layman. The institutional measures are proposed through the case of application of a process at the construction stage of the color planning at the construction site of Muju Taekwondo Park. First, the process clarified where the responsibility lies by specifying special conditions concerning color inspection on the field guide and color contract. Second, the sample for building materials was selected after obtaining it from a company capable of supply and is appropriate for the planned unit cost so that it could play an important role in realizing colors at the stage of basic design. Third, the process of construction was ensured not by temporary selection of colors but by continuous approval of colors in consideration of the conditions of construction site through letter of approval of color at each stage and point of time. Fourth, coordination of various color elements of other fields including landscape, interior, and electricity ensured construction of the whole structure in one color concept. Fifth, color inspection through the mock up of the site will minimize erroneous construction and reconstruction and prevent decrease in productivity. Sixth, this study also suggested more comfortable and positive color environment through evaluation by experts and users. The researcher of this study expects that color experts actively participate in the stage of construction to contribute to improvement of the color environment.

ECDIS에 의한 grab 준설작업의 실시간 모니터링에 관한 연구 (Real-time monitoring of grab dredging operation using ECDIS)

  • This paper describes on the real-time monitoring of dredging information for grab bucket dredger equipped with winch control sensors and differential global positioning system(DGPS) using electronic chart display and information system(ECDIS). The experiment was carried out at Gwangyang Hang and Gangwon-do Oho-ri on board M/V Kunwoong G-16. ECDIS system monitors consecutively the dredging's position, heading and shooting point of grab bucket in real-time through 3 DGPS attached to the top bridge of the dredger and crane frame. Dredging depth was measured by 2 up/down counter fitted with crane winch of the dredger. The depth and area of dredging in each shooting point of grab bucket are displayed in color band. The efficiency of its operation can be ensured by adjusting the tidal data in real-time and displaying the depth of dredging on the ECDIS monitor. The reliance for verification of dredging operation as well as supervision of dredging process was greatly enhanced by providing three-dimensional map with variation of dredging depth in real time. The results will contribute to establishing the system which can monitor and record the whole dredging operations in real-time as well as verify the result of dredging quantitatively.

노출콘크리트 마감공법의 시공 프로세스 분석을 통한 설계 시공관리 방안 (The Design and Construction Management of Exposed Concrete Finish Work through the Construction Process Analysis)

  • 노출 콘크리트 마감공법은 건축설계자의 입면 개념에 따라 일반 및 제물치장 콘크리트 마감공법과 더불어 다양한 마감품질과 표면형태를 나타내며 최근 적용사례가 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 노출 콘크리트 마감공법은 설계 및 시공수준, 마감면의 품질 및 평활도, 색상 및 질감에 따라 타 콘크리트 마감공법보다 공사비 투입이 증가되고 체계적인 설계 및 시공관리가 요구됨에도 불구하고 노출 콘크리트 마감공법에 대한 정의가 불명확하고 설계, 시공, 유지관리 단계별 관리 방안이 구체적으로 제시되지 않아 원가상승, 시공품질 저하, 시공성 저하 등의 문제가 유발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 노출 콘크리트 마감공법의 체계적인 관리방안 제시를 위하여 국내의 불명확한 노출 콘크리트 마감공법의 정의를 문헌조사 및 사례조사를 통하여 명확하게 제시하고, 노출 콘크리트 마감공법의 색채균일성, 균열발생 억제, 콘크리트 충전성확보 등 노출콘크리트 마감공법의 요구사항과 결함유형을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 노출 콘크리트 마감공법의 시공프로세스를 타 콘크리트 마감공법과 비교 분석하였으며, 노출 콘크리트 마감공법의 설계단계, 시공계획 및 관리단계, 유지 보수 단계별 관리방안을 제시하였다.

네일샵의 경영형태 비교를 통한 프랜차이즈 선택동기와 경영성과 분석에 대한 연구 (The Study of motives to select and revitalise a franchise by comparing management practices of nail shops)

  • 본 연구는 독립 형태의 네일샵과 프랜차이즈 형태의 네일샵 창업시 영향 요인에 있어서의 차이가 있는지를 규명하고, 네일샵 경영자가 고객의 만족도와 네일샵의 성과가 상대적으로 높은 프랜차이즈 형태의 네일샵을 선택하는 기준이 무엇인지를 알아보고, 네일샵의 프랜차이즈화의 필요성에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 실증분석 결과에 따르면, 네일샵은 독립점과 프랜차이즈 가맹점간에 창업시 또는 창업후 운영에 영향을 미치는 요인에 차이가 있었다. 고객의 만족도나 월평균 매출액으로 평가한 경영성과도 독립점포에 비해 프랜차이즈 가맹점에서 더 높았다. 네일샵 경영자들이 프랜차이즈를 선택하는 기준으로는 동일상권 내에서 경쟁강도, 위치적 접근성, 최신유행 연출능력 보유정도, 원장의 기술력 정도, 샵의 색상이나 로고의 우수성 중요시 정도, 실내분위기 관심 정도, 시술 대비 가격 수준, 종업원에 대한 동기부여 노력 정도가 프랜차이즈를 선택할 가능성에 영향을 주고 있었다. 그리고 프랜차이즈를 지속하게 하는 요인으로는 프랜차이즈 가맹본부에서의 지속적인 관리가 절대적인 요인인 것으로 나타났다.

노인그룹홈의 운영과 생활환경에 관한 연구 -전주시와 광주시를 중심으로- (A Study on the Management and Living Environment of the Group-homes for the Elderly -Focusing on Jeonju and Kwangju-)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine the situations of group-homes for the elderly and clarify the problems of them. This study investigates the present conditions of welfare facilities and supply conditions. 4 group-homes were surveyed in Jeonju and Kwangju cities. Data was collected through various ways including the survey conducted by facility operators, the measurement of living space, and photo-takings. The major results of this study are as follows: 1) With the introduction of nursing care insurance in 2008, the increase of the demand and supply to group-home will be expected, due to less cost for recuperation. The care of elderly in homelike atmosphere is effective to the elderly suffering from dementia. Therefore, it is proper that the supply of group-homes for dementia will be needed. 2) Group-homes for the elderly are being supplied under the standards of welfare facilities in the present. Separate supply standards, however, are needed because they are not suitable for small scale group-homes. 3) To supply Group-homes for the elderly on a one-unit basis would cause various problems such as economical unreality, personnel distribution and so on. It is necessary to supply more than two units for more efficient management. 4) The management of group-homes for the elderly is financially unstable because the operating funds heavily depend on the users or people who are connected with the facilities through private networks. Therefore, additional support is needed to settle the financial problem. It would be helpful to build the public networking that provides information about the group-home for the elderly for the public. 5) In case of the increase in the supply of the group-home in a residential area, it could be helpful to promote the group-home to the public. 6) The operators state that the main problems of group homes for the elderly lie in financial difficulties and the shortage of professionals and volunteers. The financial, personnel, and material support for personnel and the supervision of management are required for the transparency and effectiveness of the facility management. In addition, the closer network and cooperation system with the community is required. 7) The present living environments for group-homes for the elderly leave much room for improvement, considering the physical condition of the elderly. The more careful selections in the color, shape, material, and equipment of the facilities should be made for the convenience of the elderly users.
