This study aims to derive the sensitive image analysing the color tones based on the web-sites of cosmetic brand and to know how the web-site color tones and the color tone image as visual factor for information transfer do influence the effective communication. 10 cosmetic brand web-sites are selected based on the pre survey, and the main page color tones of cosmetic brand web-site are analyzed by Color Catch and Munsell Conversion program, whereas the composition of color tones and color image such as the main trend colors, secondary colors, accent colors and etc are analyzed by a graphic professional program 'Adobe Photoshop'. 5 color tone groups are classified as Black&White, Green&White, Blue&White, Purple&White and Red&White according to the color distribution chart, and the emotional language is derived applying them to the pre research and IRI image scale. The color association is empirically analyzed by a survey method. The study results finally show Black&White is proper for expression of high quality and modern image, Green&White for pure and clean image, Blue&White for cool and transparent image, Purple&White for mysterious and elegant image respectively. This study results are necessary for plan of color delivering the strong transferring power of visual information the time when to make the effective web-sites, and it hopefully will be utilized as the basic data for the color marketing to actively express the brand identity and to satisfy the consumers' sensitivity.

People who have hearing difficulties use sign language as the most important communication method, and they can broaden personal relations and manage their everyday lives without inconvenience through sign language. But they suffer from absence of interpolation between normal people and people who have hearing difficulties in increasing video chatting or video communication services by recent growth of internet communication. In this paper, we proposed a sign language recognition method in order to solve such a problem. In the proposed method, regions of two hands are extracted by tracking of two hands using RGB, YUV and HSI color information from a sign language image acquired from a video camera and by removing noise in the segmented images. The extracted regions of two hands are teamed and recognized by ART2 algorithm that is robust for noise and damage. In the experiment by the proposed method and images of finger number from 1 to 10, we verified the proposed method recognize the numbers efficiently.

"Color" education aimed at cultivating creativeness and expressive techniques in the education of visual art, in the college of art and design, should be balanced with "form" education; nevertheless, the present situation at Korean universities is such that the overall environments of "color" education are far too inferior to those of "form" education.The problem is, among other things, that the curriculum of visual art education is centered around formal education; in addition, color education courses consist mostly of theoretical issues, not experimental, first-hand-experience-oriented activities that are best suited for the characteristics of the language of color as a visual language, thereby making it difficult to expect the efficiency of education.Particularly, it is a serious problem that the courses dealing with color are not offered in a step by step fashion, from the most elementary, to the intermediate, working up to the most advanced level. Another problem is that those people involved in color education seldom have an expertise in their area; furthermore, the educational environment, educational tools, and the content of the texbooks are far from being ideal.Moreover, it is a grim reality that most color theory courses that have been offered end up being a lecture of "general, basic" color theories, ignoring the students' diverse specialization areas.As a way of normalizing color education, rationalizing the curriculum and initiating the professorship exclusively teaching color education have to be introduced, so that we can increase the depth of color education and individualize the contents of color education according to the students' needs. It is believed that the introduction of the "color-education-only" professorship will greatly facilitate our effort to devise an efficient educational method, to determine the scope of individualized color education, and to improve the ovarial educational environment (such as facilities, instruments, and teaching materials) necessary for an in-depth education.ments, and teaching materials) necessary for an in-depth education.

As color was used for formative language since a human activity was beginning, all the symptoms in the world that the human eye can see is present. In this paper, we identify Korea traditional color harmony for extracted key frames from scene change detection. Traditional color is classified as 5-Jung-color and 5-Kan-color, and determine whether to harmony. Red, blue, yellow, black, and white, called 5-Jung-color and pink, blue, purple, sulfur, and green, called the 5-Kan-color was identified. First, we extract edge using Canny algorithm. And, we are labeling and clustering colors around the edge. Finally, we identify the traditional color using identification method of traditional color harmony. The proposed study in this paper has been proven through experiments.

As purpose of this MCC sensitivity palette research takes advantage of the most sensitive color, do. Because applying correct sensitivity more than when design with matter already settled, rid private prejudice, and is thing to convey design intention exactly to user. Excellent culture contents must be able to equip international color design sensitivity. MCC sensitivity palette research studies and carries on the head emotion and sensitivity language that is nationality first, and collect End arranged sensitivity adjective through data analysis and picture data analysis that is the next time research leader Munheonjeok. And distributed collected adjective equally, and arrange distributed adjective by field of each sensitivity and collect system. Do 3 colors, 4 colors color scheme in selected sensitivity adjective and completed Simheom version. Result of beta version research to color specialist and designer last digital palette through question and inquiry compose. Through this process, completed more real and correct digital color sensitivity palette. Completed color scheme is operated in www.mcdri.net on web, and also programs to windows base and developed to software. MCC color scheme palette that research result is made includes sensitivity data database. This database can use directly in industry and continuous development is available. Software can search color scheme in language and idea development through classification search that use 3 attributes of color is available there is cough data of each output device different color error.

인터넷 환경의 급속한 성장과 더불어 기존의 텍스트 정보들이 다양한 형태의 멀티미디어 정보(소리, 이미지, 동영상 등)로 대체되었다. 이로 인해 멀티미디어 정보검색의 필요성이 대두되기 시작했다. 멀티미디어 정보검색 중 이미지검색은 크게 주석기반과 특징기반 (color, shape, texture 등) 검색으로 나눌 수 있다. 본 고는 이미지 검색 중 전처리에 해당하는 색상어 질의처리의 한 방법을 제안한다. 즉, 사용자에게 익숙한 자연어 질의로부터 이미지의 특징에 해당하는 색상 정보와 주석에 해당하는 키워드 정보를 중심어 후위원칙기반으로 파싱트리를 구성한 후, 후위순회방식에 의해 불리언 검색을 수행하는 방법을 제안한다.

The represented Design Language have to include design meaning by functions in Interior. It also is able to easy and quick to understand in conversation for the design proposal. In this study, 6 stages suggest for the basic forming image in Interior Design. Those are form, line, space, color, material and principles of design. And essential image language arranged by preceding research. The fundamental 6 elements of space are used for explanation with the minimum method to make consumer understand through some image. Image has the communication function as a visual conversation in Space Design. The purpose of using the image language is the exchange into communication by written visual image. In order to it is necessary to delivery correct meaning of Interior Design for the understand between consumer and designer for the suggestion through images. Therefore, making categories for representation-language from image features of interior design is a important research with the value to share the spatial pattern. It will be expected to add the spatial Image language by processing with new trend.

The color combination effect is greatly influenced by individual experiences and preferences. In this paper, we will look at the associative words of color. And the combination of color and language is accompanied by a symbol of human experience. Typography is the combination of language of formative art. It is indeed the core means of human communication through understanding of language and formative values. Studies began on introduction of various techniques to overcome the phenomenon of the 'reaction of language', which appears as an impediment in delivery and sharing of information as the most fundamental roles. Successively, mobile printing types more readable and effective in delivering of meanings have been developed, thus widely distributed for general use. However, although such printing types might be easily used in image and digital media, such as in computer monitors, screens and mobile phone LCDs, etc., it is in fact difficult to use these printing types in printed surfaces, the traditional medium of information delivery, or in sign systems frequently encountered in our surrounding environment. As a solution for this, it is intended to create an effect of communication closer to dynamic typography expression by approaching visual message delivery system from the essence and substance of the color application, which corresponds to the visual spatial expression effect, the core element of expression in dynamic typography to possess significantly more powerful effect in terms of both message delivery capacity and readability than the conventional means of static typography.

본 논문에서는 한국어 입력 텍스트의 의미를 반영하는 색상 팔레트를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 기존 영문 모델에서 한국어의 특수성을 고려하여 입력 방법과 형태소 분석, 임베딩 등 여러 조건을 달리한 접근을 시도하고 최종적으로 두개의 모델을 선정하여 평가를 진행한다. 정량적 평가인 단일 팔레트 다양성 평가와 정성적 평가인 사용자 평가를 진행하였으며 결과 기존 영문 버전보다 다양성이 높았고 사용자가 실제 팔레트 보다 생성된 팔레트를 선호하는 비율도 향상되었다. 이번 연구로 한국어 임베딩을 활용하여 팔레트를 생성하였을 때 보다 다양한 색상과 의미적으로도 적합한 색상을 선정함을 확인할 수 있었다.
