This paper describes a method of estimating miniature train location by color vision for development of an intelligent railway system model. In the teal world, to control trains automatically, GPS(Global Positioning System) is indispensable to determine the location of trains. A color vision system was used for estimating the location of trains in an indoor experiment. Two different rectangular color bars were attached to the top of each train as a means of identifying them. Several trains were detected where they were located on the track by color feature, geometric features and moment invariant, and tracked simultaneously. In the experiment the identity, location and direction of each train were estimated and transferred to the control computer using serial communication. Processing speed of up to 8 frames/sec could be achieved, which was enough speed for the real-time train control.

국내 각 지방자치단체의 커뮤니티아이덴티티 (community identity) 프로그램은 지역 활성화를 중요한 목적으로 한다. 커뮤니티아이덴티티는 타 지자체들과 차별화 된 이미지를 확립하고 동시에 지역주민의 애향심과 소속감을 높일 수 있는 매우 효과적인 방법 중 하나이다. 커뮤니티아이덴티티 외에도 지방자치단체의 아이덴티티를 형성하는 요소로서 꽃, 새, 동물 등의 각 지자체 상징물이나 그 지역과 연고가 있는 인물, 전통, 특산물 등을 시각화한 캐릭터가 있다. 최근에는 시티브랜드와 같은 마케팅지향의 브랜드 계획, 지역이벤트 등 다양한 프로그램들을 도입하고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 도입된 국내 지방자치단체 커뮤니티아이덴티티의 시각요소 중 심벌마크, 로고타입, 색상 등의 가장 기본적인 요소와 각 지자체의 상징물, 캐릭터의 시각요소 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과 각 지방자치단체의 커뮤니티아이덴티티 및 기타 디자인요소들의 차별성이 부족하고 여러 시각 요소들 간의 일관성도 결여된 것으로 나타났다. 지방자치단체의 차별화 된 이미지 형성을 위해서는 지역이 갖고 있는 보다 특색 있고 다양한 소재 개발과 커뮤니티아이덴티티를 중심으로 여러 시각요소들의 일관성과 상호작용을 통한 시너지효과를 유도해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the aspects of sex identity in the contemporary mens fashion expressed through sexual image and taste in the half of twentieth century. The aspects of sex identity expression in the contemporary mens fashion can be classified by image, that is, homosexual, heroic, bisexual, and fetish. 1. The homosexual image has shown the tendency to emphasize the masculinity since 1950.60s. It can be found in \"Cowboys costume\" which is typical of American traditional fashion, and jeans and underwear fashion expressed by muscular men has homosexual characteristics which contain narcissism. 2. Based on mens traditional gender role, the heroic image emphasizes mens physical characteristics and expresses tough and offensive masculine beauty in mens suit which is free from the authority and formality. 3. The bisexual image denied the division of gender role by costume and destroyed the traditional sex model by resolutely applying womens costume such as skirts to mens fashion. 4. The fetish image is similar to bisexual image in that they wear womens costume, but different in that it expresses sexual desire or fantasy. It is expressed through brilliant color, leather and metal ornaments, and sensual element of women which emphasizes \"body\". This shows the sex identity of contemporary men who want more sensible and free life.sible and free life.

본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 중학교 실과(기술·가정) 교육과정의 '옷차림과 의복 마련' 단원을 중심으로 퍼스널 컬러를 활용한 수업안을 개발하고 실행하여, 이 수업이 중학생에게 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 퍼스널 컬러를 활용한 '옷차림과 자기표현' 부분의 교육과정을 재구성하고 이에 해당하는 교수·학습 과정안과 교수·학습 자료를 개발하여 실제 학교 현장에서 실행한 뒤, 자아정체감 및 의생활 태도의 변화와 수업 만족감에 대해 알아보았다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 퍼스널 컬러를 활용한 '옷차림과 의복 마련' 단원의 수업 실행 결과, 사전보다 사후에 학생들의 자아정체감과 의생활 태도가 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수업 만족감에 대한 면담 조사 결과, 학생들은 수업에 대해 전반적으로 만족한 것으로 나타났다. 퍼스널 컬러를 활용한 '옷차림과 의복 마련' 단원의 수업을 중학교 가정과 의생활 수업에서 널리 활용한다면 청소년기 학생들에게 긍정적인 영향을 주고, 의미 있는 수업 자료를 찾고 있는 현장 교사들에게도 큰 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 공공시설물의 통합적 디자인을 제안하는 데 있어 지역의 특성과 이미지 요소의 분석을 기초로 한 도시이미지 아이덴티티 도출과 적용 방안을 제시하는 것을 기본적인 목적으로 한다. 이에 특정지역으로서 포항시를 대상으로 하여 자연적 특성, 환경적 특성, 산업적 특성의 이해와 분석을 통하여 권역을 도심권, 해양권, 내륙권, 공단권으로 세분화하여 정의하였다. 또한 시민의 의식 조사와 지역의 문화적인 상징 이미지 조사 분석을 병행하였으며, 이를 통하여 포항시의 도시디자인 아이덴티티 전략을 수립하여 공공시설물 디자인 개발 과정에 적용하였다. '결'이라는 아이덴티티 모티브를 바탕으로 '철', '해양', '과학'의 이미지를 아이덴티티의 핵심이미지로 선정하여 디자인요소로서 적용하였다. 그리고 경관 색채 분석으로 세부 권역별로 4가지의 전용 색채를 선정하는 것이 가능하였다. 4개의 권역별로 나누어 설치가 필요한 공공시설물은 단위지역의 차별화된 이미지 확립을 비롯하여 도시 전체의 이미지 아이덴티티를 통합화할 수 있도록 "색채와 소재의 일관성 적용" 방안과 "형태의 일관성 및 부분적 색채의 다양성 적용"하는 방안으로 나누어 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was analyzing the features of architectural colors in Hongseong-gun and proposing environmental color design for regional identity color. According to the analysis, Hongseong's base colors are YR of low hue value and grayish tone colors. But a lot of signs and outdoor billboards mar the beauty of the environmental color. So it is more important to solve the problems as well as new environmental color design. The results are as follows; 1) Naepo Color Palette of 2009 Chungnam Public Design Master Plan would be an accepted principal for the contextual landscape image of Chungnam in macro perspective. 2) Outdoor signboards must be controlled and improved for the harmony of the buildings dominant colors. 3) Roof color would arrange R or grayish of deep tone colors those are similar balance of Hongseong base color YR, and gate color would have clear principles of the order such as chromatic or brightness contrast in housing. 4) Forming of future oriented image of Hongseong need to be considered first as to whether it is harmonious tones with existing local base colors.

Globally, several ethnic groups have expressed their spirit cultures based on their ethnic identity in diverse ways. Clothing has been one of the convenient objects to express ethnic identities. Therefore, patterns and colors used in traditional costumes have worked as a means to help understanding spirit cultures of ethnic groups. Since colors help strengthening solidarity of social members based on ethnic preference and community consensus, colors have performed a crucial role as a strategic tool in the fashion business closely related to consumers' individual characteristics. In survey results, color preferences of Korean and Italian specialists showed significant differences in signboard colors and disliked colors. Many Korean fashion specialists selected pink as a preferred color, black as a clothing color, red and white as a color with high visibility, and orange as a disliked color. In case of Italy, many specialists selected red and black as highly visible colors for a signboard, and green as a disliked color. In results comparing color preference for colors between Korean and Italian fashion design specialists, there were differences in color sensibility. Since this research used data from survey conducted using a very limited and much manipulated stimuli among a wide range of color schema and patterns, the study result may not be fully generalized. In future studies, more research using diversely segmented stimuli would be needed.

In modern period, the houses are the most outstanding works by architects in which they develop their architectural identical theory and new color design concept has been established with the appearance of modern new art. This study is to summarize and analysis the characteristics of color design in 9 outstanding modern houses according to the historic artistic period, from 'arts and craft movement' to modernism. The result will re-analyze theory on the history of modern houses and support the identity of the modern houses. The research method is based on book review and in detail, the analysis on color design were proceeded by comparison with color picture of interior space of the houses.

The inconsistent city planning damaged the city's landscape & identity, the old days. Nowadays the central and local governments are interested in the city's landscape design for residents, economic reason, etc. Color is most efficient one of design elements to improve a city landscape. So to establish the uniqueness and beauty of Gunsan city landscape, this study was performed to find out Gunsan landscape colors to survey the landscape color, by priority. There are nature environment of sea, river, reservoir, mountains and plain and artificial environment of buildings used japanese occupation period, them in early modern era and modern things. It found out the color palette has extracted from the present colors in the city landscape. There were mostly colors with low chroma, middle value and the next thing was them with high value. The blue among hue was strong. The Chroma was very low to be concentrated in $L^*$ axis. So achromatic color or blue/green of middle value and low chroma were recommended for dominant color and the similar color of former color was good for assort color in Gunsan city landscape.

This study investigated the characteristics of the establishment of an architectural guideline which is an important element of a urbanscape plan in basic landscape plans established by four local governments(a county level) in Jeollanam-do since the enactment of the landscape law. The results were as follows. The guideline for landscape plan elements was closely associated with shapes, materials, harmony, and coherence. For the detailed guideline for landscape plan elements, an architectural guideline on the arrangement, height, facade, and roof shapes of buildings, which is one of important elements related to urbanscape, was similar in local governments, showing a standard and uniform tendency. It indicates the limitation of forming urbanscape to enhance local identity and unique features and complementary contents are needed. The color guideline was classified into base color, sub color, and accent color in consideration of local features. In particular, natural material color was commonly used for base and sub color in all local governments. Therefore, it is necessary to develop unique material color and distinctive local color for each region.
