This paper proposes a policy adjuster-driven Grid workflow management system for collaborative healthcare platform, which supports collaborative heart disease diagnosis applications. To select policies according to service level agreement of users and dynamic resource status, we devised a policy adjuster to handle workflow management polices and resource management policies using policy decision scheme. We implemented this new architecture with workflow management functions based on policy quorum based resource management system for providing poincare geometrycharacterized ECG analysis and virtual heart simulation service. To evaluate our proposed system, we executed a heart disease identification application in our system and compared the performance to that of the general workflow system and PQRM system under different types of SLA.

In the crowdfunding market, various crowdfunding platforms can offer founders the possibilities to collect funding and launch someone's next campaign, project or events. Especially, healthcare crowdfunding is a field that is growing rapidly on health-related problems based on online platforms. One of the largest platforms, GoFundMe, has raised US$ 5 billion since 2010. Unfortunately, while providing crucial help to care for many people, it is also increasing risk of fraud. Using the largest platform of crowdfunding market, GoFundMe, we conduct an exhaustive search of detection on fraud from October 2016 to September 2019. Data sets are based on 6 main types of medical focused crowdfunding campaigns or events, such as cancer, in vitro fertilization (IVF), leukemia, health insurance, lymphoma and, surgery type. This study evaluated a detect of fraud process to identify fraud from non-fraud healthcare crowdfunding campaigns using various machine learning technics.

Background: It was to describe collaborative educational efforts under Coronavirus disease 2019 period to advocate pharmacy-based immunization delivery and meet unmet needs of partnership institution using virtual learning platforms. Methods: A partnership was established among three pharmacy schools from two countries. The class content included the history of pharmacy immunization, pharmacists' roles and contribution to public health of the USA. The class also reviewed the value of pharmacists as frontline healthcare workers to foster student insights and the scope of pharmacy. The virtual class featured an interactive video simulation and small breakroom discussion besides a lecture. Results: Participants indicated that public accessibility to pharmacy and six-year education system in South Korea as advantages. However, legislative restrictions, pharmacist burden, and interprofessional disagreements were expressed as barriers to introduce the pharmacist immunization. Conclusion: A virtual learning platform was used to advocate for pharmacy-based immunization and fulfilled an unmet educational gap at a partnership institution.
