  • The aim of this study is to analyze the relationships and propose the desirable relationships between mathematics curriculum and curriculum-introduction. Under the purpose of this study, we investigate the coherence of mathematics curriculum and curriculum-introductions which have been revised through the seven curriculum-revisions to the present. And we analyze the change in the education. On the basis on this analysis, we propose mathematics textbooks which can be said that have a strong impact on the practice of mathematics the important points that should be considered in the mathematics curriculum-revision. First, we need to reconsider the order of the mathematics curriculum-revisions which has been going on from curriculum-introduction to mathematics curriculum. Second, we should take more efforts in developing the mathematics textbooks and reflect the voice of the mathematics textbooks and reflect the voice of athematics leachers in the more positive way.

  • The functional behaviors of human standing postural control were investigated when they were exposed to long-term horizontal vibration in the sagittal plane. For complexity of human postural control, a useful alternative method that has been based on a black-box approach was taken; that is, where the feedback mechanism was lumped into a single element. A motor-driven support platform was designed as a source of vibration. The AC Servo-controlled motors produced continuous anterior/posterior (AP) motion. The data were analyzed both in the time and frequency domain. The cross-correlation and coherency functions were estimated. Subjects behaved as a non-rigid pendulum with a mass and a spring throughout the whole period of the platform motion, as consistent with the plan chosen for this study.

  • The global stiffnesses and vibration characteristics of vehicle structures are mainly influenced by local stiffnesses of the joint structures consisted of complicated thin-walled panels. In this paper, the parametric study for the stiffnesses of the center pillar-roof rail joint of vehicle structure is performed through the linear static analysis. The analysis result shows that the reinforcement panel much affects the joint stiffness of out-plane direction (i.e., z-direction). And also, the flange radius and width of the joint structure much affect the Joint stiffness of out-plane direction. The study shows that vehicle joint stiffnesses can be effectively determined in designing vehicle structure through the parametric study.

  • Online image dictionary has become more and more popular in concepts cognition. However, for existing online systems, only very few images are manually picked to demonstrate the concepts. Currently, there is very little research found on automatically choosing large scale online images with the help of semantic analysis. In this paper, we propose a novel framework to utilize community-generated online multimedia content to visually illustrate certain concepts. Our proposed framework adapts various techniques, including the correlation analysis, semantic and visual clustering to produce sets of high quality, precise, diverse and representative images to visually translate a given concept. To make the best use of our results, a user interface is deployed, which displays the representative images according the latent semantic coherence. The objective and subjective evaluations show the feasibility and effectiveness of our approach.

  • This paper examined dynamic characteristics of high speed trains using a time varying frequency transform. Fourier transform based methods are frequently used for the calculation of the dynamic characteristics of trains in the frequency domain, but they cannot represent the time-varying characteristics. Therefore it is necessary to examine their characteristics using a time-varying frequency transform. For the examination, the non-stationary vibration of wheelset, bogie, and carbody are measured using accelerometers and stored in a data aquisition system. They are processed with localization of the data by modulating with a window function, and Fourier transform is taken to each localized data, called the short-time Fourier transform. From the processed results, time varying auto-spectral density, cross-spectral density, frequency response, and coherence functions have been calculated. From the analysis, it is confirmed that the time varying frequency transform is a useful method for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of high speed trains.

  • Wavelet transform (WT) has attracted most engineers and scientists because of its excellent properties. The coherence of practical approach and a theoretical basis not only solves currently important problems, but also gives the potential of formulating and solving completely new problems. It has been show that multi-resolution analysis of Wavelet transforms is good solution in speech analysis and threshold of wavelet coefficients has near optimal noise reduction property for many classes of signals. This paper proposed applications of wavelet in speech processing: pitch detection, voice-unvoice (V -UV) decision, denoising with the detailed algorithms and results.

  • Four flavonoide glycosides and (-)-Epicatechin were isolated from the aqueous extracts of dried whole part of Lysimachia clethroides Duby(Primulaceae). They were 3-0-Methyl-quercetin-7-0-[$\alpha$-L- rhamnopyranosyl (1-2) glucopyranoside], Quercetin-3-0-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside, Kaempferol-3-0-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside, Kaempferol-3-0-[$\alpha$-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-6)-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside] and (-)-Epicatechin. 3-0-[$\alpha$-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-6)-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside]and (-)-Epicatechin. 3-0-Methyl-quercetin-7-0-[$\alpha$-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-2)-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside] and (-)-Epicatechin were first isolated from this plant. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis [$^{1}$H-, $^{13}C-$ NMR, $^{1}$H-$^{1}$H-COSY, DEPT-analysis, HMQC(Heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence), FAB-MS].

  • In this work, we first introduce two main approaches to writing requirements and then propose a method based on Natural Language Processing to improve requirement authoring and the overall coherence, cohesion and organization of requirement documents. We investigate the structure of requirement kernels, and then the discourse structure associated with those kernels. This will then enable the system to accurately extract requirements and their related contexts from texts (called requirement mining). Finally, we relate a first experimentation on requirement mining based on texts from seven companies. An evaluation that compares those results with manually annotated corpora of documents is given to conclude.

  • We developed the monte-carlo simulation code for analysis of the On signal in dental medium. In calculation, we obtain the two different propagation signals as a function of the probing depth. Signal 2 begins to exceed the signal 1 at a very small probing depth(=60${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$). For reduce the signal, detection area is limited to radius and detection angle. As numerical result, probing depth becomes appoximately 500${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$.
