치매환자 인지프로그램 실무지침 개발을 위한 융합적 효과검증 (Convergence effectiveness verification for developing practice guidelines for dementia patients cognitive programs)

  • 본 연구는 치매환자에게 적합한 인지 프로그램 실무지침을 개발하는 과정에서의 효과성을 검증하는 절차를 기술한 방법론적 연구이다. 근거중심의 임상진료지침 신규개발 방법에 기초하여 국내 치매환자용 인지프로그램 실무지침 예비 권고안을 개발하였다. 이후, 효과검증을 위해 전문가 내용타당도 및 실무자 현장 적용성 검증을 수행하였다. 실무지침은 최종 4개 유형으로 구성하였으며 구성항목의 내용타당도는 0.87-1점을 나타냈다. 현장 적용성의 하위항목에서는 적절성이 3.95-4.34점, 적용가능성이 3.57-4.27점, 효과성예측이 3.84-4.22점이었다. 전문가 내용타당도 및 현장 적용성 예측 조사를 통해 본 연구에서 개발한 실무지침이 임상에 종사하는 치매 인지프로그램 관리자의 중재 계획수립과 임상 근거로 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 추후 연구에서는 치매환자에게 최적의 치료적 활동을 제시하기 위한 근거중심의 실무지침 개발연구가 더욱 활성화되어야 할 것이다.

인터넷 오픈마켓 의류상품의 사용후기를 통한 부정적 구전 (Negative e-WOM based consumer reviews of clothing on Internet open market site)

  • The purpose of this paper is to derive the categories of negative e-WOM (electronic word of mouth) via consumer review. Disclosing the details of negative e-WOM based consumer reviews has never been done before. For this reason, a content analysis was adopted to provide knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon. This paper analyzes the content of 630 consumer reviews posted on the open market internet site, www.auction.co.kr. The analysis was conducted from October 20th, 2008 to March 10th, 2009. The results indicated that the negative e-WOM based consumer reviews can be divided into two categories: the cognitive evaluation and the expression of consumer's emotion. The category of cognitive evaluation is consisted of negative e-WOM of product, negative e-WOM of service, and warning about the risk of purchasing products. The category of expressing consumers' emotion are composed of venting customers' dissatisfaction and passive response of dissatisfaction. Investigating the details of negative e-WOM has a number of implications. Most importantly, the results revealed multidimensional structure of negative e-WOM. This understanding of negative e-WOM communication allows marketers to improve products and services that better meet customers' current and future needs.

후각 바이오 정보 기반 치매 가상증강콘텐츠 기술 동향 (Digital Olfactory Based Dementia Screening and Cognitive Enhancer Content)

  • The olfactory bio technology is largely based on its corresponding recognition technology and smell stimulus that acquires, analyzes, and processes volatile organic compounds present in chemical molecules, which are present in the breath or air evoked by an electronic nose artificially imitating the human biological nose. The olfactory bio technology is also based on a scent display technology that automatically diverges various digital flavors based on aesthetics, concentration, duration, and intensity information required to enhance the sensibility using a computer. Recently, attempts have been made to apply noninvasive screening of dementia by sensing, analyzing, encoding, and transmitting bio information obtained through an olfactory interface, both domestically and externally; further, the olfactory medical content technology has been applied to delay or reduce the onset of dementia. In this study, we will focus on early screening of dementia using olfactory biology information and dementia cognitive enhancer content that delays or reduces the onset of dementia.

Preventive Health Management Self-Efficacy related to Premature Labor (PHMSE-PL) scale for Korean women of childbearing age: instrument development and validation

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop and examine the validity and reliability of a self-efficacy scale for preventive health management related to premature labor (PHMSE-PL) for women of childbearing age. Methods: Instrument development and validation were undertaken in three steps: conceptualization through a literature review and in-depth interviews, item generation and evaluation of content validity, and evaluation of construct validity and reliability. The content validity, factorial structure validity, and internal consistency reliability of the PHMSE-PL were evaluated, and cognitive interviewing was undertaken. Data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analyses, Cronbach's α, and 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results: The content validity was assessed by experts and was strengthened through cognitive interviews with women of childbearing age. The PHMSE-PL comprised 34 items across five factors. The construct validity of the PHMSE-PL was supported. Cronbach's α for the total scale was .97 (95% CI=.96-.97). Conclusion: An evaluation of the psychometric properties of the PHMSE-PL scale found it to be a valid and reliable tool for women of childbearing age. The scale appears to be useful for women of childbearing age to self-assess their preventive health management self-efficacy related to premature labor and for health professionals to evaluate and promote women's preventive health management.

'날씨와 기후' 단원에서 고등학생들의 인지양식 및 수업방법에 따른 학업파지 효과 (An Effect of Academic Retention Concerned with High School Students' Cognitive Styles and Teaching Methods in 'The Weather and Climate' Unit)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 '날씨와 기후' 단원에 대한 수업 후, 수업방법(설명식 수업과 발견식 수업)과 학습자의 인지양식에 따른 학업파지 효과를 조사하는 것이다. 연구대상은 광주에 있는 남자고등학교의 1학년 185명과 남여공학고등학교의 1학년 189명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구대상 학생들 중 남자고등학교의 92명과 남여공학고등학교의 95명을 설명식수업집단으로, 그리고 남자고등학교의 93명과 남여공학고등학교의 94명을 발견식 수업집단으로 선정하였다. 모든 학생들은 그들의 인지양식에 따라 장 독립적 학습자, 중간적 학습자, 장 의존적 학습자로 분류되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 지구과학 학습내용의 수업 3주일 후 학업파지검사에서 발견식 수업방법이 설명식 수업방법에 비해 이해와 적용영역에서 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 지식영역에 있어서는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 학업파지검사에서 장 독립적 인지양식의 학습자들이 장 의존적 인지양식의 학습자들에 비해 이해와 적용영역에서 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업파지검사에서 수업방법과 학습자의 인지양식 간의 상호연관성에 대한 유의미한 차이는 없었다.

인지기능활성을 가진 생약복합물을 첨가한 두유젤리의 제조 및 품질특성 (Preparation and Characteristics of Soy Milk Jelly using Medicinal Herb Composites with Cognitive Effects)

  • 인지기능 활성을 가진 생약복합물을 선정하여 최적조성물을 조제한 다음 생약복합물의 첨가비율을 달리하여(0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) 제조한 두유 젤리의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 인지기능 생약복합물을 일정비율로 첨가하여 제조한 두유 젤리 제품의 수분활성도는 대조군에 비하여 생약복합물 첨가군이 더 증가하였으며 생약복합물이 많을수록 증가하는 경향이었다. pH는 대조군에 비해 생약복합물 첨가한 젤리에서와 생약복합물의 첨가량에 증가함에 따라 약간 감소하는 경향이었다. 당도는 대조군에 비하여 생약복합물을 첨가한 젤리에서 모두 높게 나타났다. 색도는 두유젤리에 대한 생약복합물의 첨가량이 증가할수록 젤리의 L값은 낮아졌으나 적색도(a)값과 황색도(b)값은 높아졌다. 텍스쳐 측정 결과 경도, 검성, 씹힘성은 생약복합물 15%,20% 첨가군에서 대조군에 비해 유의적으로 증가하였으나 부서짐성, 탄력성, 응집성, 복원성은 전군에서 거의 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 관능평가 결과 전반적으로 유의적인차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 첨가량 20% 범위 이내에서는 인지기능 활성을 고려하여 첨가량을 조절할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Transitive relation and its directionality constitute the precondition for passivization, and the present study purports 10 unearth the true properties of transitivity in connection with the passive phenomena. The bottom line it drives at is this transitivity is a notion that can be best explained in 'cognitive' terms. The original direction of transitivity that is predicated by a verb can be reversed depending on the speaker's intention or the discourse situation. In the imperfective verb constructions transitivity can not be derived from only the content of the sentence itself and the predicate objectionally. That depends on the subjective interpretation of speaker considering the cognitive prototype of human to the various complicated situations.

  • The subjects of this study were 86 eight- and 76 ten-year-old children(total: 162). Experimental procedures and tools included pre- and post- learning tests and controls for intelligence (Draw-a-Man-Test) and for cognitive styles(Children's Embedded Figures Test). The content of the learning task was the lightning generation process. After various types of seven-minute color animation multimedia presentations about the generation of lightning were screened, post-hoc analysis showed that the rehearsal strategy was effective with field-dependent learners but not with field-independent learners.

Determining How Image of Social Media Influencers Affect Korean Food Purchase Behavior in China: An Image Transfer Perspective

  • Existing studies on this topic have focused on the effect of online content quality on consumer attitudes and behavior, with very few illustrating the effect of influencer image on consumer attitudes and behavior. The purpose of this study intents to reveal how influencer image affect consumer behavior. We have developed an image transfer theory-based research model to reveal how influencers transfer their image to endorsed products to influence consumer behavior. The results show that influencer image positively affects satisfaction, which in turn affects the product's cognitive and affective images in the vlog. Moreover, it was found that a product's cognitive image and affective image influence consumer behavior intention. Furthermore, purchase experience exhibits significant differences in its path. Based on these results, the social media-related research theoretical implication will be offered, and managerial implications will be provided for foreign brand promotion strategies

Meta-Analysis of Cognitive and Affective Effects of Arduino-Based Educational Programs

  • This study aims to summarize the effects of Arduino-based educational programs through a meta-analysis. Eleven eligible primary studies were obtained through a systematic literature review and coded accordingly. The results are as follows: The meta-analysis revealed that the overall effect size for all the studies was 0.518. Analysis of the moderator variables indicated statistically significant differences between them. Regarding the learning domains, the results were ranked in descending order of the cognitive and affective domains. Within the cognitive domain, the effect sizes were ranked in descending order as follows: logical thinking, content knowledge, convergence competency, self-efficacy, computational thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. In terms of subject areas, the descending order of effect sizes was agriculture, STEAM, environmental science, practical arts, artificial intelligence, informatics, and computers. Regarding school level, the results were ranked in the following descending order: college, elementary school, middle school, and high school.
