Currently, a BIM-based quantity takeoff (QTO) system is mainly focused on architectural projects. To perform this, diverse quantity takeoff methods such as an object-based automatic quantity takeoff, manual quantity and base functions of calculation have widely been utilizing. However, since BIM library for road projects includes structural elements associated with alignment, it is necessary to establish cost estimation system interlocked with historical cost using 3D library by each unit length. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to develop cost estimation model with using a historical cost approach so that it can be utilized in construction planning based on the BIM library for road projects. For this, based on the BIM library for road, the standardized quantity is estimated, and a process for calculating historical cost and a verification model with a 5D simulation was developed by mapping a WBS code with each BIM library object. This can be applied during the approximate cost estimation process in a project planning and an initial design phase for road projects. Besides, it is expected that these results will be utilized in constructing an optimal historical cost estimation process for project libraries.

본고에서는 연속간행물 분야의 표준포맷인 SICI와 SISAC의 개념, 구조에 대해 고찰하였다. 또한 SISAC을 활용한 자동체크인 사례로 일본 JST의 LIRACS-II와 산업기술정보원의 자료관리 시스템을 소개한다.

개인정보보호정책은 도서관이 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하겠다는 의지의 기술이며 도서관 직원의 행동지침이라 할 수 있다. 최근 들어 도서관을 포함하여 사회전반에서 개인정보침해사례가 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 현실로 인하여, 개인정보보호정책의 수립과 적용의 중요성이 부각되고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도서관 개인정보보호정책을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 개인정보관계법 분석, 국내외 도서관프라이버시 가이드라인 분석, 국내외 개인정보침해 사례조사, 그리고 국내외 도서관개인정보보호정책 사례조사 등을 통해 시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 도서관 업무를 수행하는데 지침이 될 내용을 구체적으로 제안하였으며, 다른 분야에서 사용되는 개인정보보호지침과는 차별화시키고자 하였다.

대학도서관의 정책은 도서관의 장서, 사서, 건물, 이용자를 관리하는 방향을 결정한다. 대학도서관의 장서는 종이자료와 디지털자료를 구비하여 최대로 이용할 수 있어야 한다. 건물의 관리는 기계를 이용하여 자동화시켜야 하며, 이용자는 수서, 검색, 대출 모든 부분에서 되도록 손수봉사(Self-service)를 하게 한다. 사서들은 자질을 높여서 수시로 변화하는 사회 환경 속의 여러 가지 요인에 따라서 전문직의 규범이나 원칙을 만들고, 대학도서관의 기본목표를 설정하고 정책과 절차, 규칙을 성문화하여야 한다. 국가의 역할은 대학도서관에 지원금을 배분하되, 그 운영에는 직접 관여하지 않아야 한다.

개선된 몬테칼로 코드 CEARPPU는 고계수율 상황에서의 펄스 중첩 보정 스펙트럼을 제공한다. 중성자 방사화 분석을 위하여 CEARPPU를 이용하여 보정된 스펙트럼으로 라이브러리 최소자승 동위원소 방사능 분석을 수행하여 보정하지 않은 스펙트럼을 이용하는 방법보다 우수한 결과를 얻었다.

A parallel multi-frontal solver is developed for finite element analysis of an arc-welding process, which entails phase evolution, heat transfer, and deformations of structure. We verify the code via comparison to a commercial code,SYSWELD. Attention is focused on the implementation of the parallel solver using MPI library, on the speedup by parallel computation, and on the effectiveness of the solver in welding application

본 연구에서는 도서관 현장의 용품 구매 및 관리업무의 효율화, 물품관리예산의 절감, 친환경적이고 디지털 친화적인 도서관용품의 발전 도모, 도서관용품 규격에 대한 표준적인 지침을 마련하기 위하여 도서관용품 권장기준과 관리지침을 개발하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 도서관용품을 6개 영역 117개의 용품으로 구분하여 각 용품에 대한 권장기준과 관리지침을 개발하였으며, 각 기준과 지침을 제공할 규격표 항목을 결정하여 통일된 표를 작성하였다. 규격표 항목은 각 용품명, 용품분류코드, 나라장터 물품 분류번호, 각 용품에 관한 '정의', '사용범위 및 용도', '용품규격', '종류와 치수', '구조', '비치장소', '관리요령', '비고'의 총 11개 항목이다. 본 연구가 도서관관련 법령, 도서관기준, 도서관편람에 반영되어 국가적인 차원에서의 도서관용품 표준화가 이루어질 수 있기를 바란다.

The purpose of this study is to build a general principle for the automatic book-classification which can be put to use in library operation, and to present a methodology of the automatic classification for the library. Since the enumerative classification scheme which exist as manual systems cannot be a n.0, pplied to the automation of classification, the principles of Colon Classification by S.R. Ranganathan is brought in and studied. The result of the study can be summarized as follows: (1) Automatic book-classification can be performed by the principles of faceted classification. (2) This study presents a general and an a n.0, pplication principles for the automatic book-classification. (3) File design for the automatic book-classification of a general classification is different from that of special classification, (4) The methodology is to classify the literature by inputting the title into a terminal. In addition, the expected Value from the Automatic Book-classification is as follows: (1) The prompt and accurate process of classification is possible. (2) Though a book is classified in any library it can have the same classification number. (3) The user can retrieve the classification code of a book for which he or she wants to search through the dialogue with the computer. (4) Since the concept coordination method is employed, even the representing of a multi-subject concept is made simple. (5) By performing automatic book-classification, the automation of library operation can be completed.

The Olin Library in St. Louis was an important design competition for the United States in the 1950's, the rear of America's modern architecture. The participants of this competition were a variety of representative architects and groups of its time. With the library's functional rationality, the Olin Library competition was legible of the aspects of modern architectural flow. The competition required two demands. The first demand was absolute importance in character definition of place, which was to satisfy the site conditions approached from campus design. Secondly was related to interpretation of morphological symbolism in an architectural matter. The experiments of American modern architecture started to change its ideal goal gradually ; accommodating the altering public's code, at the same time, maintaining the original modern value was the reason to changing the ideal goal. As a turning point, the Olin Library should be understood as an important work, which divulged the value change of architectural interpretation.

디지털 앱북은 기존의 전자책에서 발전한 형태의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠로서 동영상, 소리뿐만 아니라 모바일 기기의 센서를 이용한 다양한 상호작용을 지원할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 모바일 기기의 발전으로 이러한 디지털 앱북의 수요는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있지만, 상호작용을 지원하기 위해서는 프로그래밍 제작 노력이 많이 필요하기 때문에 공급이 그 늘어난 수요를 따라가기 힘든 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자, 본 논문은 자연과학 교육용 디지털 앱북의 흥미를 느끼게 해주는 핵심 요소인 사용자-기기간 상호작용 기능들을 라이브러리로 구현하고 검증하였다. 제안 라이브러리는 사용자 동작 인식부, 기기 동작부, 콘텐츠 동작부로 구성되며, 각 부의 명령을 조합하여 다양한 상호작용 함수를 제공한다. 이러한 설계는 코드의 재사용성, 개발자의 쉬운 이해와 활용성, 넓은 확장성을 지원할 수 있다. 구현된 라이브러리는 상용화를 위한 자연과학 교육용 디지털 앱북 콘텐츠 제작에 직접 이용되었으며, 그 결과 코드 사용량을 크게 줄이고 개발 시간을 단축함으로써 제작 효율을 높일 수 있었다.
