Recently, technology development using artificial intelligence (AI) is being conducted in various fields. It is being used in many areas, from a personalized recommendation system for general personal taste to the development of application technology that meets a specific purpose. In this study, for adult detection, we propose a method for detecting adults in elementary schools where many elementary school students live. Clothing color, pattern, style, or physical size are used as factors to differentiate between adults and children, and through this, it will be possible to quickly detect adults or unauthorized adults who break into elementary schools and use them in the pre-recognition system.
Purpose: This research aims to explore the impact of fashion marketing on the sales of luxury brand items and to identify the strategies that can be used to market luxury fashion items successfully, addressing the research gap of how fashion marketing can lead to increased sales, customer loyalty, and satisfaction for luxury brand items. Research design, data and methodology: The present study conducted the method of the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) which is a reporting guideline for methodical assessments and meta-analyses. It offers a consistent approach for conducting and reporting these types of studies, which can help to improve their quality and transparency. Results: The findings indicated that fashion marketing can positively impact luxury brand sales. It can significantly increase the number of luxury brand purchases. the presence of the quality label increased the participants' purchase intention and attitude towards the brand, suggesting that the quality label can create a positive perception of the brand and increase the likelihood of purchasing. Conclusions: This research concludes that fashion marketing can have a positive effect on improved customer recognition of the brand. Thus, companies should focus on developing campaigns that capture the attention of potential consumers, creating an emotional connection with them.

Human resources development is considered a critical issue for improving productivity of workers in construction industry. The aim of this study is to identify and rank the key motivating factors that impact skilled workers productivity according to their relative importance. A total of 27 factors were identified through a literature review, which were categorized into 2 group financial and un-financial motivators. A questionnaire instrument was adopted in this study. The study revealed that the most significant group which affected skilled workers' productivity in construction projects was financial group with the recognition of the un-financial group importance. The results emphasized that the financial group has an edge over the un-financial group which reflect the priority of need for the respondents. The results indicated that the un-financial group represents a backbone in its importance after the financial group which reflects that un-financial factors can improve productivity. The findings showed that the provision of companies to safety conditions factor such as protective safety clothing and protective equipment was ranked very low by the respondents. This is due to the dominant culture of the workers as well as the lack of their awareness regarding their own safety and lack of companies' interest in safety and health for workers. Construction companies are advised to take the key motivating factors obtained from the results of this study into serious consideration in order to improve the satisfaction of their workers and improve their productivity.

This study was practiced to compare educational status and recognition of Home Economics curriculum between alternative and general middle school students. The survey was conducted to 130 alternative school students and 241 general school students in Gyeonggi province. In students' satisfaction on their school, there is appeared the highest at 'average'(38.6%) in general schools and 'satisfied'(40.8%) in alternative schools, showing that those in alternative schools have greater satisfaction on their schools(p<0.001). In the degree of recognition on Home Economics curriculum, the perception as an 'important subject' was average of 3.08/5 points in general school and 3.32/5 points in alternative school, indicating that the recognition in alternative schools was higher than general ones(p<0.05). Also, degree of satisfaction on practice and lecture class was higher in alternative than general schools. However, it was found that the use of audiovisual learning material in alternative schools was much smaller than that of general ones, and the former had poor facilities and practice labs. Regarding degrees of interest in Home Economics curriculum, 'average'(36.9%) in general school and 'rather interested in the subject'(38.5%) in alternative schools were most common. About the opinion that they needed to learn Home Economics subject, the answer 'it is needed' was 67.6% in general schools and 79.2% in alternative ones, presenting that the students in alternative schools more felt the need to learn the subject(p<0.05). Regarding the comparison of interest level for each area in Home Economics curriculum according to gender, there was only difference on the area of 'preparation and management for clothing'. On the area, the degree of interest was higher in girls than boys at all the schools(p<0.05). Therefore, in alternative schools, it is suggested that various uses of audiovisual learning materials at teaching and expansion of practice facilities should be provided and created desirable Home Economics class. Also in general schools, it is urgent that countermeasures to increase the practice classes are established in order to improve interest and satisfaction of Home Economics education.
As the world is in the age of globalization and information, we observe diverse changes in the market environment. Since wide-spread internet services and global networks made ubiquitous learning and business possible, equalizing consumers' ideology and preference, new trend and life style could be introduced easily. This study stipulates on the theoretical concept of the wellbeing consumer and LOHAS consumer. Consumers of LOHAS could be sampled out through pre-questionnaire targeting at selected food, clothing, and shelter based on companies of both wellbeing and general brands. Through this it is attempted to measure wellbeing emotion, recognition quotient of emotion and reason, affirmation and negation, mental emotion quotient, and preference in order to find out their value and to ultimately come up with what web design should be aiming at. Conclusions are as follows: Firstly, consumers easily recognize emotional identification from the web pages of wellbeing brand, rather than that of general brands. Secondly, what web pages of wellbeing brand recognize is reason, not emotion. Thirdly, the design of wellbeing brands scored higher than those of general brands in terms of positive aspects such as hospitality and familiarity, and high mental emotion quotient could not affect the consumers' preference toward web design. Fourthly, wellbeing brands win more preference than general brands do, and preference becomes higher after customers' visit to web pages basically. Lastly, sampled emotional adjectives toward the web designs of wellbeing brands marked a aesthetic graph figure, without leaning toward an active or stable one. It is expected that this study can serve as a groundwork to create proper strategies to actively involve consumers in industrial sphere.

Although the human body is a biological subject with definite and distinctive physical features, its actualization and perception differs among societies. The aesthetics of the human body are based on diverse cultural perceptions that must be considered prior to design development. This study establishes the foundations of newly adopted concepts of beauty that are presumed to have been established in the first half of the twentieth century that continue to affect our mindset even now. The research includes human figures in the articles of women's magazines and cosmetic advertisements in the early $20^{th}$ century. The results are as follows: First, the change of perception in the human body: Instead of being a subject of preservation, the body has become a subject of sculpture with emphasis on health in the 1920's and on beauty in the 1930's. The recognition of the importance of the body has created intensive attention on physical training and an increased sense of hygiene. The body exposed to the public perceives itself through the eyes of others that alter one's own perception of oneself as well as become a target of evaluation. There is an additional emphasis on the exotic eroticism of a passive subordinate. Western culture became the standard for modernization along with the dissociation of traditional standards and values. Through the effect of education and western thinking, the awareness of women's rights and self-appreciation was developed. Second, ideal beauty can be summarized as follows: Unprocessed natural beauty was extolled as ideal in the 1920's, but the 1930's, it highlighted big eyes and an aquiline nose that are the characteristics of western women. Taking care of one's appearance was recognized as an important value for every social class. Cosmetics and skin care treatments promised soft and white skin. In contrast to western cosmetics, dark and shiny hair was highly favored. Exercising and traveling, differing seasonal and regional skin treatments were also widely accepted. In its initial stages, the research had originally assumed that the beginning of the twentieth century would be a time in which traditional concepts of beauty and new, westernized aesthetics coexisted. However, as the research progressed, it was clear that the idea of beauty had already adopted occidental ideals by that time. Thus, it seems necessary to continue the study on the shifting paradigms of beauty that must have occurred in the nineteenth and late twentieth century.

In this paper, we describe design and implementation of optimal smart home control system. Recent developments in technologies such as sensors and communication have enabled the Internet of Things to control a wide range of objects, such as light bulbs, socket-outlet, or clothing. Many businesses rely on the launch of collaborative services between them. However, traditional IoT systems often support a single protocol, although data is transmitted across multiple protocols for end-to-end devices. In addition, depending on the manufacturer of the Internet of things, there is a dedicated application and it has a high degree of complexity in registering and controlling different IoT devices for the internet of things. ARIoT system, special marking points and edge extraction techniques are used to detect objects, but there are relatively low deviations depending on the sampling data. The proposed system implements an IoT gateway of object based on OneM2M to compensate for existing problems. It supports diverse protocols of end to end devices and supported them with a single application. In addition, devices were learned by using deep learning in the artificial intelligence field and improved object recognition of existing systems by inference and detection, reducing the deviation of recognition rates.
This study is about Christian Dior's and Martin Margiela's fashion works that create 'New look' which leads the periodic ideology, philosophies, circumstances and the trend at that time. For the systematized interpretation, this study investigates the iconology of E. Panofsky, E. H. Gombrich and N. Goodman. Based on their theories, iconological analysis paradigm is made into four phases: I. Recognition of iconological form, II. Analysis of External Elements, III. Analysis of symbolic meanings and artistic will and IV. Aesthetic enjoyment and communication with a viewer. Christian Dior treats woman as a organic and architectural structure. He falls in love with himself such as narcissus and woman who wears his works. Dior's ego is visualized by woman and his works which are the symbol of narcissism and beauty. Martin Margiela makes form of clothes and at the same time destroys. Margiela deconstructs aura of clothes and tries to make it unfamiliar. Also he changes traditional idea of beauty and creates 'ugliness' which is a notion of dialectic. Margiela transforms elements of clothes which brings variation of thinking and makes it possible to create new look. Christian Dior and Martin Margiela are the creators of new look which visualizes the notion of habitus that is the space of self-exists. Fashion dose not have to be what people wears but it could be an image itself. It means that fashion is a part of ontology and it is a 'New look' which is based on economy, the standard of periodical beauty and ideal aspects. The creation of clothes is a work of embodiment of human being where it constructed or deconstructed.
The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data through researching on the actual condition of foreign consumers, the image of DongDaeMun fashion market, the customer satisfaction measurement of DongDaeMun fashion market, and the degree of satisfaction of DongDaeMun market's products. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The analysis on gender who visits DongDaeMun fashion market reveals that female(77.6%) was more than male, and the each age group has a priority in orders of 30s, 20s and 40s. The Japanese shoppers has more willing to visit again and a number of visitors has visited more than twice and many of them came by for the purpose of shopping. Japanese shoppers get the information of DongDaeMun fashion market from families or advertisements by media, while Chinese customers get the information through travel agencies. 2. The image of DongDaeMun fashion market by foreigners is generally positive. They were satisfied with the facilities of DongDaeMun fashion market, the convenience of transportation, business hour and ambience of store, and fashion of clothes. Foreign customers who visited Korea on purpose to do shopping and frequent visitors to Korea have a similar image of DongDaeMun fashion market with that of domestic visitors. 3. The degree of satisfaction to the DongDaeMun fashion market for clothing was usually high. There were only few differences between Chinese shoppers and Japanese shoppers. The higher the satisfaction to the DongDaeMun fashion market was the more they had bought and high intention of visiting. And the more experiences of visiting to the DongDaeMun fashion market showed the higher degree of satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to observe a case study of pop-up stores in an apparel company in Korea in order to evaluate different feel and to determine the purchase behavior of pop-up visitors of three major fashion brands. This research was conducted through secondary data collection and primary data collection. A survey was conducted among NIKE, KUHO, and PUMA pop-up store visitors who were 20 to 40 years old, via questionnaires. Data were collected on-line and off line at the pop-up store. Data were analyzed using SPSS program. Through data analysis, we learned that most of the study participants were captivated by the digital elements in the environment of the NIKE pop-up store. Puma, the second most favorably ranked, was favored for its interior design. Meanwhile, KUHO stimulated its customers with its limited edition fashion products at a good price. Several feels of visitors about the pop-up stores were significantly different among the 3 different brands. There was a significant difference in purchase criteria, such as brand recognition, size, and design among visitors of the three different brands. Visitors who preferred KUHO considered design of products more than NIKE-preferred visitors. In conclusion, the clothing pop-up stores have the possibility of satisfying consumers' desires. Each brand can achieve a good performance in promotion with a differentiated strategy.
