피부관리의 태도와 행동과의 관계 연구 (A study on the relationship between skin care of attitudes and behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to predict skincare behavior from the perspective of theories about planned behaviors and a systematic structure for identifying influences on human behavior; Consequently, this study attempted to undertake a concrete analysis of influences on skin care behavior. The results showed that: an attempt was made to analyze structural equation modeling as to whether or not to apply Ajzen's theory of planned behavior to skin care behavior. This study found the possibility that the theory of planned behavior might be applicabled to the research model composed of skin care attitude, the norms of skin care, behavioral control on skin care, behavioral intentions of skin care, and skin care behavior at the appropriate level in their entirety. This study found that external control factors of skin care behavior had the highest effect on skin care behavior among other factors.

쇼핑태도특성이 CATV홈쇼핑을 이용한 의복구매태도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Shopping Attitude Characteristics on Clothing Purchase Attitudes Utilized to CATV Home Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify consumer groups according to shopping attitude and analyze buying intention and evaluation criteria of apparel product, opinion to CATV home shopping among consumer groups. The subjects of this study were 270 women living in Chonbuk and Chonnam regardless their experiene in CATV home shopping. For data analysis frequency, percentage, mean,1-test, factor analysis, Cluster Analysis, Duncan Multiple Range test, were conducted. The results were as follows; First, the type of shopping attitude were classified into the following subdivisions: merchandise assortment oriented type, adventure oriented type, indifferent type, economy oriented group, recreational oriented group. Second, shopping attitude were shown to have the significant differences according to education, the structure of family, working in double hamess. Third, the significant differences among the classified shopping attitude groups were found in buying intention, evaluation criteria of apparel product, and opinion to CATV home shopping.

멀티채널 환경에서 정보탐색채널과 구매채널의 불일치 현상에 관한 연구: 쇼루밍 현상을 중심으로 (Inconsistency between Information Search and Purchase Channels: Focusing on the "Showrooming Phenomenon")

  • Purpose - "Showrooming" refers to the phenomenon where a shopper visits a store to see and compare products but makes the purchase online at a lower price. Surveys on showrooming activities at home and abroad indicate that a significant number of consumers pursue showrooming activities. The advent of "showroomers," who engage in buying activities, hovering both on and offline, while selectively choosing sales channels to suit their needs, is powerful enough to erode the borders between channels and bring about seismic changes in the distribution industry. However, surprisingly, there has been no in-depth discussion on showrooming. This study seeks to theoretically investigate what impact personal characteristics have on showrooming preferences and attitudes in a multi-channel environment. Specifically, assumptions have been made that price perception, perceived performance risk, and trust in online shopping not only have a direct impact on showrooming attitudes but also indirectly affect it through the means of contact motivation. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the hypotheses, this study conducted a survey of male and female shoppers, ages 20 through 40s, who live in metropolitan areas, and have actively showroomed fashion items in the last six months. A clothing item usually purchased after a careful decision-making process was chosen as the target product of the study. The survey was conducted between October and November 2014, using a professional survey service provider. A total of 200 surveys were collected, of which 198 were used for analysis. Conceptual model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Amos 18.0 were employed for data analysis and model verification. In addition, following the confirmatory factor analysis and measurement model analysis, the theoretical model that corresponds to the research model was analyzed. Results - Analysis results show that price perception, perceived performance risk, and trust in online shopping have a statistically significant and positive (+) impact on showrooming attitudes. In addition, in terms of the indirect influence of price perception and perceived performance risk on showrooming attitudes through means of contact motivation, price perception had a statistically significant and positive impact on means of contact motivation, whereas perceived performance risk did not have a statistically significant impact on it, with the relevant hypothesis rejected. Conclusions - These analysis results imply that the ultimate goal of consumers is to maximize their shopping benefits by selectively and strategically taking advantage of different channels in a complementary manner. This study presents many implications for distributors to encourage a deep understanding of showrooming consumers who have complicated consumption behaviors and to build channel integration strategies. This study has limitations in theoretical and practical implications. Therefore, subsequent studies need to focus on verifying that showrooming activities are based on reasonable and planned decisions by applying the theory of reasoned or planned behavior. In addition, the scope of the study should expand to include web showrooming, where consumers conduct product research online and purchase offline.

20대 소비자의 애국심에 따른 일본브랜드 구매 특성 (Purchasing Japanese Brand Products According to the Patriotism of Consumers in Their 20s)

  • 본 연구는 20대 소비자의 애국심 정도에 따른 일본 브랜드 구매 행동을 규명하고자 한다. 연구방법은 20대 성인 대학생 235명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 통한 연구를 진행하였고, 설문내용은 20대 소비자의 겉옷과 속옷에 대한 기본적인 구매 태도를 질문한 뒤 대표적인 일본 브랜드 U브랜드의 겉옷과 속옷에 대한 구매 태도를 조사하였다. 그리고 애국심과 U브랜드 구매의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 애국심에 관한 질문을 하였고 마지막으로는 기본적인 인적사항을 조사하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 겉옷과 속옷에 대한 소비자의 구매 태도에 유의한 차가 있었다. 20대 소비자들은 겉옷을 구매할 때에는 디자인을 가장 중요시 여기고 속옷을 구매 할 때에는 기능성을 가장 중요한 요인으로 선택하였다. 둘째, U브랜드의 겉옷과 속옷에 대한 소비자들의 태도가 다른 점이 확인되었다. U브랜드의 겉옷 디자인에 대한 평가는 다소 긍정적이진 않으나 가격에 만족하는 경향을 보였고 U브랜드의 속옷제품의 기능성에 대한 점수는 다소 긍정적인 응답을 얻었다. 셋째, 애국심 평균을 기준으로 고저집단으로 나누어 t-test 분석한 결과, U브랜드의 의류 제품에 대한 태도와 구매 특성에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 고애국심 소비자가 저애국심 소비자보다 U브랜드 겉옷 제품에 대해 가격과 상품성 등을 부정적으로 생각하였는데, 디자인의 평가에서만 유의한 차이가 없었다. 속옷제품에서는 저애국심 소비자는 고애국심 소비자보다 U브랜드 제품의 가격, 디자인, 기능성 등에 대해 긍정적으로 생각하고 있었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 사용의 주 이용 연령인 중${\cdot}$고등학생들의 인터넷 쇼핑을 이용한 구매 실태, 인터넷 쇼핑을 이용한 의복 구매 행동m 의복 구매 태도를 조사하여 인터넷 쇼핑에 대한 중${\cdot}$고등학생의 올바른 소비자 교육 자료 개발에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이었다. 분석을 위한 설문지는 2004년 11월에 서울, 대구, 경기, 충북, 충남. 경북, 경남 지역의 중${\cdot}$고등학생들에게 배포하여 수집하였다. 첫째, 인터넷에서 구입한 의복 품목은 티셔츠 및 남방, 신발 청바지 및 캐쥬얼 하의, 가방류 순으로 $2\~3$만원 미만의 중저가 제품을 주로 구입하였다. 주된 결제 수단은 무통장 입금이었다. 둘째, 의복 구매 만족도는 비교적 높았으나 제품에 대한 보상 만족도는 낮았다. 제품이 민족하지 못한 경운 적극적인 불평 행동을 하고 있었다. 셋째, 반품 품목은 티셔츠 및 남방, 청바지 및 캐주얼 하의, 신발류로 구매 품목과 같은 순이었고, 반품 요인은 사이즈가 맞지 않거나 컴퓨터 화면과 실제 상품과의 차이로 인한 것이 가장 많았다. 조사대상자의 $89.0\%$가 인터넷으로 재구매할 의사가 있다고 나타났다. 넷째. 의복구매와 관련된 인터넷 쇼핑에 대한 태도는 쇼핑의 편이성 항목에서 높았으며 특히. 제품의 다양성과 가격 경쟁 면에서 장점을 가진 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 다섯째, 인구 통계학적 특성 변인에 따라 의복 구매 행동과의 차이를 알아본 결과, 구매 경험과 의복 구매 경험 유무에서는 학년 지역, 월용돈 액수 변인에 따라 차이가 있었다. 구매한 의복 품목에 대해서는 성별에 따라서만 유의한 차이가 있었다. 중${\cdot}$고등학생의 인터넷 사용이 증가함에 따라 인터넷으로 제품을 구매하는 기회가 많아졌고 특히, 의류 제품 구매 비율이 해마다 증가하고 있는 추세로 이에 대한 합리적인 구매 행동을 위하여 체계적인 소비자 교육을 실시할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

간호대학생에게 적용한 노인환자 유사체험에 관한 연구 (A Study on Nursing Students' Elderly Patient Simulation Experience)

  • 본 연구는 충청북도 소재 일개 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 2학년 학생 88명(실험군: 47명, 대조군: 41명)을 대상으로 노인환자 유사체험의 효과를 검정하기 위해 수행되었으며 결과변수로는 노인 및 노인환자에 대한 태도와 공감 정도가 측정되었다. 연구 결과 노인환자 유사체험은 간호대학생의 노인 및 노인환자에 대한 태도에는 유의한 효과를 미치지 못하였으나 공감 수준을 향상시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대상자들은 노인환자 유사체험에 대한 제한점으로 1회성의 단편적 경험, 노화에 대한 불안감 야기, 체험복장의 현실감 부족, 체험 과정 중의 사고 위험성 등을 제시하였고 이러한 제한점이 유사체험의 긍정적 효과를 약화시킬 수 있는 것으로 제기되었다. 따라서 이러한 제한점들을 고려하여 중재 프로그램을 개선하여 제공한다면 중재가 간호 대학생들의 노인환자에 대한 긍정적 태도와 공감적 이해증진으로 이어지는데 크게 기여할 것으로 판단되었다.

소비자의 스포츠 관여도가 스포츠 스폰서십에 대한 태도와 스포츠웨어 브랜드 자산 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The influence of consumers' sports involvement on their attitudes to sports sponsorship of sportswear, brand equity, and purchase intention)

  • Sportswear brands in particular have been intensely competing to get an opportunity to prove the value of their new technology and products through sports sponsorship. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among sports involvement, the attitude toward sports sponsorship carried by sportswear brands, brand equity, and purchase intention of the products of the sponsor's brand. The study was implemented though a descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 455 men (n=289) and women (n=166) in their twenties, residing in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis of structural equation modeling. The results revealed that sports involvement has an influence on the consumers' attitudes toward sports sponsorship performed by sportswear brands. Also, the sports sponsorship attitude of consumers had an influence on the brand equity and purchase intention toward the sponsor's brand products. It was notable that the attitude toward the manner of sponsoring of the sponsor than the contents itself of the sports event sponsored had an influence more on brand loyalty. Among the component factors of brand equity, brand loyalty showed the biggest impact on purchase intention. Considering the results, in order for sports sponsorship to be more effective, sports involvement of the target market should be considered more carefully.

전통한지를 활용한 패션 액세서리 상품개발(제4보) - 전통한지로 만든 상품에 대한 소비자 태도와 행동 - (A Study on Fashion Accessary Product Development by Using Traditional Hanji IV - Consumer Attitudes and Behaviors Toward Traditional Hanji Products -)

  • Jeonju is well-known as a native place of traditional Hanji from ancient times because of it's proper weather, soil, and sunlights. Traditional Hanji is selected one of the Traditional Cultural Contents Industries of Jeonju nationally, and can produce synergy effects on gaining competition if we develop traditional Hanji industry into high-technology by relating cultural contents. The purposes of this study was to identify consumer attitudes and behaviors toward traditional Hanji products. The results of this study were as followed: 1. Representative products of Jeonju City were a rice with vegetables, a traditional Hanji, and a Korean-style house, and these results showed a consistancy with Han-Brand products promoted by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. 2. Many consumers experienced of a box, a copy paper, a book or notebook made of Hanji, but less experienced of fashion accessary products. Consumers had higher interests in wall or window paper and copy paper, but had lower interests in fashion accessary products such as necktie, shawl, and folding fan. More consumers intended to use wall or window paper and copy paper, but intended fashion accessary products less. Many kinds of Hanji products were produced and displayed on a Hanji Crafts House, but only few consumers had experiences. 3. Younger generations had higher interests and experiences of Hanji products, and unmarried officiers or full-time house wives had experiences Hanji crafts more. 4. Consumers were interested in daily necessaries or interior products made of Hanji.

일인가구를 둘러싼 신문기사분석 : 가족학 연구에 관한 시사점을 중심으로 (Critical analysis on discourse of Single-Person Households in Korean newspapers: Implications to family studies)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to critically review the recent discourse on single-person households (SPH) that appeared in Korean newspapers. Specifically, we analyzed articles in five major daily newspapers, which are representative of the media in Korean society, and examined the types of titles, subjects, and contents of articles in which SPH were mentioned. Method: For this purpose, 538 articles on SPH or "living alone" that appeared in the five major Korean newspapers during 2011-2017 were analyzed using content analysis methods. Results: Our analysis revealed eight major topics(living arrangement and household characteristics; financial instruments; food, clothing, and housing culture; policy; welfare; relationships; safety; values and attitudes). The results show that there is a surge of articles portraying neutral images of SPH in Korean newspapers, thereby emphasizing the recent growth in the number of SPH and the information relating to this population group. Although negative images of SPH continue to exist in the discourse, in recent times we found these attitudes to have become less prevalent compared to neutral images or even positive discourse. We also found that the discourse on these topics and arguments can be divided into four themes-the diversity of SPHs, the solo economy for single households, safety issues, and social relationships. Conclusions: Theoretical and policy implications on family studies relating to SPH are discussed.

중국 관광객의 뷰티관광 선택속성과 한국문화 친밀성이 뷰티관광 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Chinese tourists' beauty tour preferences and attitude toward Korean culture on beauty tour purchasing behaviors)

  • This study examined how Chinese tourists' beauty tour preferences and attitudes toward Korean culture impacted their purchasing behaviors, repurchasing intentions, and the likelihood that they would recommend the products and services they received. Between the 10th and 21st of June, 2016, a total of 277 questionnaires were distributed in Seoul, Busan and Daegu using SPSS 21.0. On the surveys, beauty tour preferences were divided into the following categories: human service, high quality service, convenience accessibility & cost, and facility & atmosphere. The study found that high quality service and convenience & accessibility significantly affected respondents' purchasing intentions, with high quality service showing the higher standardized beta value. Friendliness to Korean culture also had a significant impact on beauty tour purchasing intentions. Preference for human service, high quality service, and facility & atmosphere significantly affected the purchasing intentions and the likelihood o f respondent recommendations, with higher standardized beta values shown (from high est to lowest) in the preference for facility & atmosphere, and preference for human service and high quality service respectively. Concerning perceptions of beauty products, preference for quality had a significant impact on the repurchasing intentions and intentions of respondents to make recommendations, as did the respondents', friendliness toward Korean culture. This study suggests that, to be most effective, beauty tours should emphasize human service and facility & atmosphere, as well as high quality service. In addition, preference for beauty services or products, and friendliness to Korean culture must be considered.
