This study is an attempted content analysis study to analyze recent studies on clinical practice of nursing college students to identify problems with clinical practice and provide evidence for desirable clinical practice. For data collection, a total of 14 papers published in academic journals between 2017 and 2021 were selected. The analysis method was performed according to the systematic review reporting guidelines presented by Cochrane Collaboration and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) group. As a result of the analysis, two themes, Four sub-themes, and seventeen concepts were derived, and the clinical practice study of nursing college students showed the necessity of standardized clinical practice protocol regulations for nursing college students and respect for patient human rights. Based on the above research results, it is proposed to prepare a nursing and clinical practice protocol that can clearly present the role of nursing college students during clinical practice.
Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of clinical research on 'mild and sub-clinical depressions' in China. Method : The journal search was performed using China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). Our inclusion criteria were as follows: TCM clinical trials for mild, sub-clinical, early stage of depression. Exclusion criteria were the following: non-TCM clinical trials, disease-associated depression related clinical trials. Results : We included 16 papers in this study. 1. In this study, we realized there have been several mild and sub-clinical depressions related clinical trials conducted in the field of TCM. 2. The result of 10 Journals used the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for diagnosis and assessment criteria of mild and sub-clinical depressions. 3. The selected journals categorized by various interventions, such as, herbal medicine(7), acupuncture(4), miscellaneous(5). 4. Also, 7 Journals showed the significant improvements in patients with mild and sub-clinical depressions by TCM interventions, and 5 studies of TCM patent prescription reported that herbal medicine therapy has less side effect than the western medicine. Conclusion : Through this study, we found out that several researchers in China performed clinical trials on mild and sub-clinical depressions constantly. From the result of this study, we need to concern about the necessity of research on the mild and sub-clinical depression in Korea. Therefore, this result could be used as a meaningful reference for the design of future clinical trials.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship of self-directedness, clinical competence and practice satisfaction to clinical practice for nursing students and to investigate the mediating effect of their clinical competence between self-directedness and clinical practice satisfaction. Method: The data were collected form 291 nursing students in clinical practice using self-report questionnaire on April 25 and June 20, 2011. Results: There were statistically positive relationships between self-directedness, clinical competence and practice satisfaction to clinical practice in nursing students. Clinical competence was found to completely mediate the relationship between self-directedness and clinical practice satisfaction. Conclusion: This study shows that self-directedness to clinical practice for nursing students have no direct effect on clinical practice satisfaction. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of the relationship between clinical practice stress, satisfaction and self-concept of dental hygiene department students in order to effectively implement the clinical practice, which is a necessary course for professional dental hygienists. Methods: The subjects in this study were 299 dental hygiene department students who participated in clinical practice. The survey was conducted from November 1, 2017 to December 31, using self-filling questionnaire (INJE 2017-08-004-002). Statistical analysis was conducted to identify the clinical practice characteristics, clinical practice stress, satisfaction and self-concept and the results according to clinical practice characteristics were compared through t-test and ANOVA. The regression analysis was conducted to identify the effects on self concept. Results: Clinical practice stress, satisfaction and self concept were identified to be significant(p<0.01). Multiple regression analysis results of the factors affecting self concept of study subjects showed that self concept was statistically significant in grade, education programs and satisfaction. Conclusions: Self-concept, clinical practice stress and satisfaction were significantly correlated. In order to raise the quality of clinical practice and to become a professional dental hygienist, it is necessary to continue research on the measures to improve the stress management and satisfaction in clinical practice for establishing self-concept.

The study suggest the effective performance-based pay system based on financial performance of each clinical department. The pay system includes the level of compensation, the way of how to allocate profits to each department, and criteria whether the compensation should provide or not. In conclusion, the study has following implications. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the mediation effect of a positive stress coping strategy between clinical practice stress and clinical practice satisfaction in nursing students. Methods : In this study, data was collected from 248 nursing students at K University in South Korea from October of 2015 to November of 2015. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 Statistics Program. Results : Clinical practice stress and a positive stress coping strategy were significant predictors of clinical practice satisfaction (${\beta}$=.442, p<.001). The explanatory power of the measure of clinical practice satisfaction was increased to 29.3% (p<.001) with solely clinical practice stress, and it reached 44.2% (p<.001) when a positive stress coping strategy was reflected. The results of this study confirmed that a positive stress coping strategy has a mediation effect on clinical practice stress and clinical practice satisfaction levels. Conclusions : It is necessary to develop a program to take advantage of positive stress coping skills so that nursing college students can smoothly overcome stress during their clinical training and thus improve their clinical practice experience.
This study evaluated the meaning of the clinical clerkship through in-depth interviews with students who had experienced a clinical clerkship. The clinical clerkship is one of the most important steps in the curriculum for becoming a doctor. While students perform actual clinical practice, the experience also reinforces a great deal of medical knowledge and competence as a reserve doctor. However, departments that operate inefficiently have caused some problems. Therefore, this study analyzed the data from interviews of 25 students who finished the clinical clerkship in terms of the meaning of the clinical clerkship, the attitude of the students toward work in clinical practice, the attitude of professors toward the clinical clerkship, benefits, and drawbacks. Comments are feedback from a student's experience in the clinical clerkship, and they may be an important resource illuminating the current status of clinical practice. This study also discusses how to run an effective clinical clerkship by checking in with students on the problems they face in clinical practice.
