피부소양증(皮膚瘙痒症) 치료(治療)에 관(關)한 임상적(臨床的) 연구(硏究) (A Clinical study on the Treatment of Pruritus)

  • 1. 연구배경(硏究背景) 및 목적(目的) 피부질환의 가장 흔한 증상 가운데 하나인 소양증(瘙痒症)에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 연구(硏究)를 시행하여 소양증의 특성을 정확히 파악하고 치료에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 2. 연구방법(硏究方法) 1997년 11월부터 1999년 9월까지 1년 10개월간 동국대학교 분당한방병원 사상체질과에 소양증(瘙痒症)을 주소로 하여 내원한 외래환자 가운데 2회 이상 내원하여 치료경과가 확인된 59영(남자 35명, 여자 24명)을 대상으로 소양증 환자의 일반적(一般的) 특성(特性), 소양증(瘙痒症)의 양태(樣態), 치료특성(治療特性), 치료효과(治療效果)를 조사하고 분석하였다. 3. 연구결과(硏究結果) 소양증은 남자가 여자보다 많았으며 20대와 30대에서 많았다. 소양증의 이환기간(罹患其間)은 1개월에서 1년 미만인 경우가 많았고, 양방(洋方) 의료기관을 거쳐서 오는 경우가 대부분이었다. 소양증은 주야(晝夜)구분 없이 심한 경우가 많았고, 소양증 환자의 전신증상(全身症狀)은 전체적으로 대변이상(大便異常)이 많았으며, 사상체질별로는 소음인(少陰人)에서는 소화불량(消化不良)과 수면장애(睡眠障碍)가 많았고, 소양인(少陽人)에서는 대변이상(大便異常)과 설태이상(舌苔異常)이 많았으며, 태음인(太陰人)에서는 설태이상(舌苔異常)과 한출이상(汗出異常)이 많았다. 소양증에 많이 사용된 처방은 곽향정기산(藿香正氣散), 양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯), 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯) 등이었고, 치료효과(治療效果)의 분포는 호전(好戰)이 61.0%. 비호전(非好戰)이 39.0%로 나타났다. 치료효과는 연령이 30세 이상인 경우가 20세 이하인 경우보다 유의하게 호전되었으며. 이환기간이 1년 미만으로 짧은 경우가 1년 이상으로 긴 경우보다 유의하게 호전되었으며, 양방치료를 않거나, 지속적으로 치료 중인 경우가 간헐적으로 치료중인 경우보다 유의하게 호전되었으며, 소양증의 정도가 심한 경우가 약한 경우보다 유의하게 호전되었다.

부산지역의 한 3차 진료기관을 방문한 폐결핵 환자의 약제내성률 (Drug-Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis In Kosin Medical Center)

  • 연구목적: 폐결핵 치료에서 약재내성은 큰 문제가 된다. 특히 다제 약제 내성은 환자 자신 뿐만 아니라 예방의학적 측면에서도 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 3차 의료기관에 오는 폐결핵 환자들에서 약제 내성의 발현 정도, 양상 및 관계되는 요인 등을 조사하여 내원 환자들의 향후 치료에 도움이 되는 지표를 알아 보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1986년 부터 1994년 사이 고신의료원 내과를 방문하여 폐결핵으로 진단되어 약제내성 검사를 한 141명의 환자를 대상으로 약제 내성률과 과거 치료 병력, 흉부 X-선 사진상 폐의 침범 정도와 공동의 유무 등의 관계를 후향적으로 조사하였다. 성적: 141 명중 59명(41.8%)에서 한 가지 약제 이상에 내성야 있었고 INH와 RIF에 동시 내성이 있는 경우는 139명중 29명(20.9%)였다. 과거에 결핵 치료를 63명중 40명(63.5%)에서 약제 내성이 있었고 24명(38.1%)에서 다제 약제 내성이 있었다. 과거 결핵치료 병력이 없는 78명중 19명(24.4%)에서 약제내성이 있었고 5명(6.5%)에서는 다제 약제 내성이 있었다. 약제별로는 INH내성이 39.0%로 가장 높았고 RIF(21.6%), EMB(16.3%), PAS(10.8%), SM(8.7%), PZA(8.0%) 순이었다. INH, RIF 및 PZA에 대한 내성은 과거 치료 병력이 있는 경우에서 높았고(odds ratio 각각 3.3, 7.2 및 10.8), 흉부 X-선 사진상 침범부위가 RIF 및 SM에 대한 내성률이 유의하게 높았다(odds ratio 각각 2.9, 2.8). 결론: 높은 약제 내성률로 보아 약제 감수성검사는 모든 환자들에게 시행해야 하겠으며, 그 결과가 나오기 전까지는 4가지 이상의 약제를 사용하는 것이 안전할 것으로 생각된다. 그리고 특히 과거에 치료한 병력이 있거나 진행된 폐결핵 환자의 경우는 철저한 임상적 및 세균학적인 추적관찰이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

정적 및 반복하중 시의 주관절 Tendon의 파괴 물성치 측정 (Failure Properties of Common Tendon Origins at the Human Elbow after Static and Repetitive Loading)

  • 임상학적인 관찰에 따르면, 반복적인 하중에 의하여 뼈/건의 접합부분에 발생하는 부분적인 파손은 병리학적인 변화를 유발시킴으로 인하여 주관절의 상골과염(Epicondylitis)으로 발전시킬 수 있는 주요한 원인으로 간주되고 있다. 반복적인 하중이나 정적인 하중 하에서의 주관절에 위치한 신전건 및 굴곡건의 기계학적인 물성치와 파괴양상은 지금까지 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 상골과염과 직접적인 관계가 되는 신전건 및 굴곡건의 기계학적인 물성치인 파괴강도, 반복하중의 회수와 변형율(Strain)간의 연관관계 및 반복하중에 있어서의 생체조직학적 변화의 향상, 특히 파괴의 진행양상을 관찰하였다. 적용하중의 속도에 따르는 신전건 및 굴곡건의 파괴강도의 통계학적인 차이는 보이지 않고 있으나, 파괴강도에 있어서 신전건은 1199.0 N/$cm^2{\pm}$388.8, 굴곡건 1922.0 N/$cm^2{\pm}$764.4로, 굴곡건이 신전건에 비하여 1.6배 정도 크게 나타났으며, 상호간의 파괴강도에 있어서 통계학적인 차이가 있음을 보여주고 있다.(p<0.05). 조직학적 관찰에 의하면, 반복하중 하에서 뼈/건의 접합부분 특히 Uncalcified Fibrocartilage 부분에서 분리가 시작되었으며, 이는 상골과염을 발생시키는 주요생체조직부분이라는 것을 시사하고 있다.

초기 단계의 피질하 혈관성 치매와 알쯔하이머병에서 Tc-99m HMPAO SPECT 영상 소견 차이 (Differences of Tc-99m HMPAO SPECT Imaging in the Early Stage of Subcortical Vascular Dementia Compared with Alzheimer's Disease)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 초기의 피질하 혈관성치매와 알쯔하이머병 환자에서 Tc-99m HMPAO 단일광자방출단층촬영술을 이용하여 국소 뇌 혈류 흐름의 특징적인 양상을 평가하고 두 질환에서의 차이를 비교하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 피질하 혈관성치매 환자 16명, 알쯔하이머병 46명, 12명의 대조군이 포함되었다. 피질하 혈관성치매와 알쯔하이머병은 NINCDS-ADRDA 와 NINDS-AIREN 기준에 합당하였고, 이들의 연령, 교육연수, 한국형 간이정신상태검사 점수와 치매임상척도 점수를 일치시켰다. 세 군에서 국소 뇌혈류 흐름을 측정하고자 SPM 분석을 이용한 TG-99m HMPAO 단일 광자방출단층촬영술을 실시하였다. 피질하 혈관성치매와 알쯔하이머병에서의 단일광자방출단층촬영술 결과를 정상 대조군과 비교하였고, 이어서 두 질환 간의 차이를 비교하였다. 결과: 대조군과의 SPM분석 결과 피질하 혈관성치매에서는 우측 관자엽, 시상, 좌측 뇌섬엽, 상부 관자이랑, 양측 띠이랑, 이마엽에서 의미 있는 관류저하가 있었고, 알쯔하이머병에서는 좌측 모서리위이랑, 상부 관자이랑, 중심뒤이랑, 하부 마루소엽, 우측 뒤통수관자이랑, 양측 띠이랑에서 관류저하을 보였다(uncorrected p<0.01). 피질하 혈관성치매 환자에서 알쯔하이머병 환자에 비해 우측 해마이랑, 띠이랑, 좌측 뇌섬엽, 양측 이마소이랑 부위에 의미있는 관류저하를 보였다(uncorrected p<0.01). 결론: 본 연구는 피질하 혈관성치매와 알쯔하이머병 환자에서의 관류의 특징과 차이를 보여주었고, 이러한 결과는 질병의 초기단계에서 두 질환을 구별하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

완화 병동에서 임종기 섬망의 변화 양상과 선행 요인 (The Changing Patterns and Predisposing Factors of Delirium at End of Life in Palliative Care Unit)

  • 연구목적 본 연구는 완화병동에 입원한 환자들에서 사망 직전에 발생하는 임종기 섬망의 발생을 사망 전 2주시점 전부터 관찰하여 변화양상과 선행 요인을 관찰한 연구이다. 방 법 2015년 10월부터 2017년 8월까지, 일 대학병원 완화병동에 입원한 말기 암환자 최종 180명을 대상으로 후향적 연구를 진행하였다. 대상자는 매일 3회 Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale과 Nursing Delirium Screening Scale로써 섬망의 세가지 아형으로 진단되었다. 결 과 임종 13일 전 섬망의 빈도는 46%였으며, 그 중 18.3%는 과활동성, 13.8%는 저활동성 그리고 혼합성 아형은 13.8%를 차지하였다. 과활동성 섬망은 임종일까지 점차 감소하는 양상이었으며, 저활동성 아형과 혼합성 아형의 섬망은 임종 4일 전까지 점차 증가하는 양상이었다. 임종 하루 전 86.9%의 환자들은 섬망으로 진단되었다. 다변량 분석에서 위장관 암보다 혈액학적 암이 낮은 임종기 섬망과 연관이 있었으며 과체중도 낮은 임종기 섬망과 연관이 있었다. 결 론 많은 완화의료 환자들은 섬망을 경험하였으며, 과체중은 임종기의 모든 아형의 섬망을 낮추는 보호인자로 고려되었다. 차후 임종기 섬망의 빈도와 위험 인자를 밝히는 전향적 연구가 필요할 것이다.

수면중 주기성 사지 운동에서 나타나는 야간 혈압 강하의 감소 (Decreased Nocturnal Blood Pressure Dipping in Patients with Periodic Limb Movements in Sleep)

  • 목 적 : 주기성 사지운동(periodic limb movement syndrome, PLMS)은 수면 중 팔다리를 비롯한 신체 일부가 불수의적이고 주기적으로 움직이는 현상을 말한다. 여러 연구에 의하면 PLMS는 고혈압의 위험인자로 잘 알려져 있고 각각의 PLMS 이후의 혈압이 20 mm Hg까지 증가한다는 연구도 있다. 본 연구에서는 PLMS가 수면 전후 혈압의 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 야간 수면다원검사상 수면무호흡증이 없고(respiratory distress index < 5), 렘수면행동장애, 기면병 등의 수면장애가 없는 358명(남자 176명, 여자 182명)의 18세 이상 성인을 대상으로 하였다. 이들의 수면다원검사 기록과 수면다원검사 전 저녁 수축기, 이완기 혈압, 수면다원검사 후 아침 수축기, 이완기 혈압, body mass index, 음주, 흡연, 혈압강하제 복용 유무, 벡우울척도(Beck Depression Index), 엡워스졸음척도(Epworth Sleepiness Scale), 피츠버그수면질지수(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index)를 포함하는 임상 기록들을 수집하였다. 주기성 사지운동지수(Periodic Leg Movement Index) 15를 기준으로 15 이하인 군과 15 초과인 군으로 나누어 비교하였다. 두 군의 임상적 변수 비교는 t-test와 카이제곱 검정을 사용하였으며 repeated measure ANOVA를 사용하여 각 군에서의 검사 전후 혈압 변화 및 두 군의 혈압 변화 양상을 비교하였다. 결 과 : 대상자 전체에서 PLMS가 시간당 15초과한 군이 PLMS 15이하인 군에 비하여 수면 전후 수축기 혈압이 덜 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 성별과 연령을 보정하였을 때에도 유의하게 나타났으나 BMI, 음주, 흡연, 혈압강하제 사용, sleep efficiency 변수들을 보정하였을 때에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(0.098). 여성에서 두 군간 연령 이외의 다른 변수들은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다($49.0{\pm}14.6$세, $57.1{\pm}14.8$세, p = 0.001). 여성의 경우, 두 군 모두 검사 전, 후 수축기 혈압은 유의한 감소를 보였다(p < 0.001). PLMI 15 이하군의 수축기 혈압이 9.7 mm Hg 감소한 것에 비해 PLMI 15 초과군의 수축기 혈압은 2.9 mm Hg 정도만이 감소하여 수면 전, 후 수축기 혈압 변화 양상이 유의하게 차이가 났다($135.2{\pm}20.3mm\;Hg{\rightarrow}125.5{\pm}18.3mm\;Hg$, $133.5{\pm}17.9mm\;Hg{\rightarrow}130.6{\pm}14.8mm\;Hg$, p = 0.010) 이러한 결과는 연령, BMI, 음주, 흡연, 혈압강하제 복용 유무, sleep efficiency 변수를 보정하여도 유의하게 나타났다(p = 0.024). 남성의 경우 두 군 모두에서 수축기 혈압이 수면 전, 후 유의하게 감소하였지만 PLMS에 의한 교호작용(interaction effect)은 나타나지 않았다. 결 론 : PLMS는 수면 중의 정상 혈압 강하 패턴의 감소와 유의한 연관성이 있었으며 혈압과 관련된 임상 변수를 보정하였을 때에는 여성에서만 유의한 연관성을 보였다. 여성에서 PLMS와 관련하여 발생할 수 있는 고혈압 및 심혈관 질환의 임상적 의미를 확인할 수 있었다.

Poly-ether-ketone-ketone (PEKK) 포스트로 수복한 근관 치료 치아의 정적 파절 저항성 및 파절 형태에 관한 평가 (Evaluation of static fracture resistances and patterns of pulpless tooth restored with poly-ether-ketone-ketone (PEKK) post)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 주조 금속 포스트, 기성 섬유강화형 포스트 그리고 치과영역에서 새롭게 주목 받고 있는 재료인 polyetherketoneketone(PEKK)으로 제작한 포스트로 수복된 근관 치료 치아의 파절 강도 및 파절 양상에 대해 조사하는 것이다. 재료 및 방법: 총 21개의 하악 소구치를 포스트 재료에 따라 각각 7개씩 3개의 군으로 무작위로 분류하였다. 그룹 A는 주조 금속 포스트 코어; 그룹 B는 기성 섬유강화형 포스트 및 레진 코어; 그룹 C는 밀링된 PEKK 포스트 코어로 수복하였다. 모든 시편은 금속관으로 수복하였다. 각각의 시편들을 제작 후 만능 시험기를 사용하여 2 mm/min 속도로 치아 장축에 대해 135도의 정적 하중을 가하여 파절 강도를 측정하고, 파절 양상에 대해 조사하였다. 결과 분석은 유의수준 ${\alpha}=.05$에서 Kruskal-Wallis test 후 사후검정으로 Mann-Whitney U test를 시행하였다. 결과: PEKK 포스트 파절 강도는 주조 금속 포스트와 기성 섬유강화형 포스트에 비해 낮은 값을 보였다. 파절양상에 있어서는 육안과 현미경, 방사선 사진을 통해 살펴본 결과 금속 포스트 코어에서는 치근파절의 양상이 대부분 나타난 반면 기성 섬유 강화형포스트는 포스트의 탈락이 주로 발생하였다. PEKK 포스트 코어의 경우 치아와 포스트가 함께 파절되는 양상이 주로 나타났다. 결론: 치관부 치질이 심하게 손상된 치아 수복 시 적절한 재료의 선택이 필요하며, PEKK 포스트의 임상적 적용을 위해서는 강도 향상에 대한 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 보인다.

폐암을 동반한 특발성 폐섬유증 환자에서 폐섬유증의 급성 악화: 폐암 비동반군과의 발병률, 생존율 및 전산화단층촬영 소견의 비교 (Acute Exacerbation of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis with Lung Cancer: A Comparative Analysis of the Incidence, Survival Rate, and CT Findings with the Patients without Lung Cancer)

  • 목적 폐암이 동반된 특발성 폐섬유증 환자와 폐암 비동반 특발성 폐섬유증 환자에서 폐섬유증 급성 악화의 발병률, 생존율 및 전산화단층촬영 소견을 비교하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 2004년 6월부터 2018년 7월까지, 특발성 폐섬유증으로 진단받은 89명의 환자를 대상으로 하였으며 26명의 폐암 동반 특별 폐섬유증 환자군과 63명의 폐암 비동반 특발 폐섬유증 환자군으로 구성되었다. 이들의 폐섬유증, 폐암, 급성 악화와 관련된 임상 검사 소견과 CT 소견을 검토하였다. 폐암 환자들은 1차 또는 2차 치료로 수술(n = 6), 항암치료(n = 23) 등을 받았다. 두 군 간에 생존율, 급성 악화의 CT 소견, 무병 기간과 급성 악화 발병 이후 사망까지의 시간을 비교하였다. 결과 급성 악화의 발병률은 폐암 동반군에서는 61.5%, 비동반군에서는 58.7%였다(p = 0.806). 폐암 동반군과 비동반군의 평균 생존 기간은 각각 16.8개월과 83.0개월이었다(p < 0.001). 치료 시작부터 급성 악화까지의 기간은 수술과 항암치료에서 각각 16.0개월과 4.6개월이었다. 급성 악화에 의한 사망을 비교하였을 때, 생존율은 폐암 동반군이 비동반군보다 유의하게 낮았다(p = 0.008). 급성 악화의 CT 소견은 폐암 동반군에서 기관지 주위 분포(p < 0.001)와 비대칭 분포(p = 0.016)를 보이는 경우가 많았다. 결론 폐암을 동반한 특발성 폐섬유증 환자에서, 급성 악화에 의한 사망률이 폐암 비동반 특발 폐섬유증 환자들보다 높았다. 또한, 기관지 주위 또는 비대칭 분포의 CT 소견을 보이는 경향이 있다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.
