  • This paper is study on internet based remote control and monitoring for the system to purify water. environment of the water quality grew worse. therefore we require the effective system to purify water now national internet based remote control and monitoring make a sensation and are a problem to be solved. This paper demonstrate internet based remote control and monitoring for the system to purify water. This system including on server and many client distributed in whole country. The server is collecting information from the client. this information is then written inside Database. The Database is dealing with Website and Server and Client.

  • For Video on Demand(VoD) servers, a design of an efficient scheduler is important to the support a large number of clients having various playback speeds and receiving rates. In this paper, we propose the scheduling algorithm to handle establishing deadlines and selection using the earliest deadline first. To establish deadlines and selections, the period of the receiving rates for each client is located between the over-max receiving rate and the over-playback rate. To avoid video starvation and the buffer overflow of each client, the proposed algorithm guarantees providing the admission control. Because of establishing deadlines and selection, period of each client receiving is between one over max receiving rate and one over play back rate. Using Virtual Buffer in server, scheduling load is reduced. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is verified using a Petri Net_Based simulation tool, Exspect.

  • With the enormous growth of the Internet, an increasing number of people in corporations use the Internet for communicating with the outside world, for gathering information, and for doing business. Internet technology may have its greatest impact not on general culture, but rather on corporations. It has already begun to revolutionize the way that companies operate and do business. When Internet technology is applied and used inside a corporation, and open only to its employees, it is referred to as an Intranet. The same technologies that underlie corporate Intranets form the basis of the larger Internet. The benefit of Intranet is 1) low construction cost 2) easy system management 3) friendly user interface 4) OS and H/W independent, etc. This paper provides the concept of Internet and Intranet, compares client/server and Intranet environment, and propose case study of implementation from client/server to Intranet environment.

  • Many researches are going on with regard to issues and problems related to mobile database systems, which are caused by the weak connectivity of wireless networks, the mobility and the portability of mobile clients. Mobile computing satisfies user's demands for convenience and performance to use information at any time and in any place, but it has many problems to be solved in the aspect of data management. The purpose of our study is to Implement Real-Time Mobile Query Processing System(MQPS) to solve problems related to database hoarding, the maintenance of shared dataconsistency and the optimization of logging, which are caused by the weak connectivity and disconnection of wireless networks inherent in mobile database systems under mobile client server environments. In addition, we proved the superiority of the proposed MQPS by comparing its performance to the C I S(Client-Intercept-Srever) model.

  • There are several application have been developed on internet-based speech recognition. Internet-based speech recognition is a distributed application and there were various techniques and methods have been using for that purposed. Currently, client-server paradigm was one of the popular technique that been using for client-server communication in web application. However, there is a new paradigm with the same purpose: mobile agent technology. Mobile agent technology has several advantages working on distributed internet-based system. This paper presents, applying mobile agent technology in internet-based speech recognition which based on client-server processing architecture.

  • This paper proposes the distributed virtual environment framework for collaboration between heterogeneous platforms. The proposed system consists of Client, Content Server(CS), and Reflector Server(RS). The Client is composed of VR library(VRL), Interaction Manager(IM), Distributed Interaction Manager(DIM), and Network Interface(NI). The proposed Client structure can support various display environments. The XML-based IM and DIM lets the users define and add the interactions. The proposed Server structure synchronizes the distributed interaction between heterogeneous platforms and provides transparency to the users. Therefore, the proposed framework enables the users to implement virtual collaboration environment for their tasks. Moreover, it can also be used for research and development activities between a large number of the remote users. The usefulness of the framework was verified by applying it to the virtual heritage tour system.

  • Today, Web Services is very well-known as a middle-ware that can inter-communicate between many different program languages. This paper test web services by implementing two different web services platforms which are MS .NET based server and Apache AXIS based client. Those platforms have different data structure/process, and they could not give the developer seamless data compatibility through web services. However we confirmed that handling data, by some data transforming rules, web services can successfully inter-communicate between MS .NET based server and Apache AXIS based client.

  • IETF는 보통이름을 인터넷 리소스의 URI로 풀이하기 위한 서버와 클라이언트간의 객체 교환 프로토콜인 CNRP를 제안하였다. CNRP는 하나의 인터페이스를 통해 다양한 서비스들에 접근할 수 있고, 원하는 리소스를 쉽게 얻도록 해주는 것은 물론, 결과로 얻은 리소스를 단순한 데이타가 아닌 정보로서 재사용 할 수 있도록 한다. 이러한 장점으로 인해 CNRP는 인터넷 서비스의 통합이나, 보통이름 풀이가 필요한 응용에서 널리 사용될 것으로 본다. 하지만, CNRP 명세에서는 구체적인 구현 방법에 대해서는 언급하지 않고 있다. CNRP를 이용한 몇몇 연구에서 프로토타입 시스템을 개발하여 구현 방안을 제시하고 있지만, CNRP 객체를 모두 구현하지 않거나 하나의 서버를 가지는 형태로 개발되어 다양한 응용에서 이용하기엔 부족하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 CNRP 서버/클라이언트를 구현할 때 발생하는 문제점들을 분석하여 그에 대한 해결 방안을 제시함으로써 구체적인 구현 방안을 제시하고, CNRP 명세에서 정의한 모든 객체를 구현한다. 또한, 본 논문에서 제시하는 방안으로 구현한 CNRP 서버와 클라이언트를 사용하여 회사이름 풀이 서비스의 프로토타입 시스템을 개발함으로써, 구현 방안의 타당성을 검증한다. 본 논문에서 구현된 CNRP 서버/클라이언트는 다양한 CNRP 응용 시스템 개발에 활용될 수 있다.

다관절 로봇의 동적 시뮬레이터 설계 (A Design of Dynamic Simulator of Articulated Robot)

  • This study proposes an articulated robot control system using an on/off-line robot graphic simulator with multiple networks. The proposed robot control system consists of a robot simulator using OpenGL, a robot controller based on a DSP(TMS320) motion board, and the server/client communication by multiple networks. Each client can control the real robot through a server and can compare the real robot motion with the virtual robot motion in the simulation. Also, all clients can check and analyze the robot motion simultaneously through the motion image and data of the real robot. In order to show the validity of the presented system, we present an experimental result for a 6-axis vertical articulated robot. The proposed robot control system is useful, especially, in the industrial fields using remote robot control as well as industrial production automation with many clients.
